I have done this in all my other leagues to increase fun and competition. Here is how the Roto is slightly different;
In the utility you get $100 FAAB + total moves and players are on waivers until the 31st. In Roto; same as above, 1st gets moves, but 2nd and lower get moves + points back.

Bid on the players you want, the bids will be processed on 1-31-2016. on 2-1-16 all remaining FAAB will be removed.

All inactive managers (8) are eliminated. Inactive teams are not fair to active managers regarding player allocation or competition
