Update:
1) You may pickup free agent players until April 17 (final day of season). After April 17, I will begin typing up everyone's rosters and post it on the All My Leagues website. You will be allowed to trade during the offseason, however, you may NOT trade draft picks during the offseason. I would like everyone during the offseason to every once in a while checkup on our league's group, in case we do have trades being process. Please refer to the rulebook about offseason trading.
2) If you have not declared a franchise name or have not change your team name to your franchise name please do so. For those who have not declared a franchise name on the All My Leagues website I STRONGLY suggest you do so. Mark has notified me that if you fail to do so you will be REMOVED from every AML league your in. If you have any questions please email me or send Mark a Private Message on the All My League's website. The deadline for this is going to be sometime in the Summer. The sooner you do this the better

3) Next season we will be ending the season and starting the playoffs a week earlier. By having a 21 week season, we are risking having championship week close to the end of the regular season which means teams rest players.

Declaring an AML Franchise Name
I have sent an email out to the managers who have yet to do this. Remember that your member name should match your team name (which should be the SAME in every AML league your in).
You can also earn 500 AML points by declaring a franchise name by sending Mark a private message through the AML website (please don't email Mark) stating what your franchise name is going to be. Once you have done this Mark will then respond to you with any additional steps you may need to do. Choose your Franchise Name carefully! We want these names to be relatively permanent so that people know who is who in our network.
The goal with doing this is to develop some great rivalries and also increase the competition in our leagues.
Please email me if you need to change your team name. -
Trade Deadline is March 7th.... a couple of things to consider (so that we are all on the same page):
1) You can only trade draft picks rounds 11-14. We are keeping 10 players, so round 11 is the same as round 1 and so on. I'm glad to see that this hasn't been an issue
2) Trading is the most controversial aspect of the game in fantasy sports. Everyone in this league as the right to voice their opinions about any trade that gets accepted. However, we need to consider why both managers would agree to such a trade first before judging. If you are going to post about a trade you disagree with (on the message board) please make your post respectful when explaining your reasons.
In addition, please make sure you read rule 8.6 on protesting a trade. This is how I would go about vetoing any trades. It's going to take more than one person for me to veto any trades. Well that's if we don't have a trade involving LeBron James for Cory Joseph then I guess I would have to veto it (you get my point lol).

If you need to change your team name to your franchise name send me an email. We are now going to only allow everyone to have one team name for all AML leagues you are in. There hasn't been a set deadline for this yet, but I'm giving all of you a heads up to those who are in multiple AML leagues that still have different team names in each sport.
Also, the Division winners advance but seeded by overall standings poll will close after the final day of the season which is April 17th. So if you haven't voted yet please do before that date. I would liked to know everyone's input on this.

I have received a proposal to change how the playoff seedings are determined. I will need everyone to vote for rather or not you agree that playoff seedings should be determine by standings (division winners still advance to the playoffs) or if you are okay with the current playoff seeding format.
NOTE: If we do change the playoff seedings format, it won't go into effect until next season. -
I have locked everyone from changing their team names because everyone MUST stay with only one team name. This is to ensure easy identification of teams rosters.
If you don't like your team name send me an email and I will allow you to change it. Please keep in mind that once you change it you MUST stay with it.
