Tyrese Haliburton scores 35 in Game 3 victory
Tyrese Haliburton shot 14-of-26 from the field and 1-of-1 from the foul line in Friday’s 111-106 win over the Knicks, finishing with 35 points, four rebounds, seven assists, two steals, one block, and six 3-pointers in 38 minutes.
Advice: After scoring 34 points in Wednesday’s Game 2 defeat, Haliburton was one point better on Friday. And he was even more aggressive in looking for his shot, putting up 26 and shooting better than 50% from the field. And that didn’t crater his assist numbers, either, as Haliburton had two fewer (seven) than his total in Game 2. The lone concern for him heading into Game 4 on Sunday is health, as the Pacers point guard tweaked his right ankle on a layup attempt during the second half. Add a case of lower back spasms, and Haliburton may not be playing at full strength on Sunday afternoon.
