    Advice: Irving put on a show offensively for Dallas in Sunday's contest, leading all players in scoring while pacing the Mavericks in threes made and ending second on the team in rebounds and assists in a losing effort. Irving has turned things up a notch in the postseason, tallying at least 20 points in all four games of the first-round series while surpassing the 30-point mark in the last two contests.     Anunoby produced 16 points (8-16 FG, 0-4 3Pt), 14 rebounds and three blocks over 47 minutes during Sunday's 97-92 win over the 76ers in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

    Advice: Anunoby put forth a well-rounded performance to help New York take a commanding 3-1 lead over Philadelphia, finishing second on the team in scoring and rebounds en route to a double-double performance. Anunoby, who also recorded a team-high-tying trio of blocks, recorded his first double-double of the postseason while posting his fourth consecutive game in double figures in scoring.     Davis (wrist) is probable for Monday's Game 5 against the Nuggets, Khobi Price of The Orange County Register reports.

    Advice: Davis was questionable for Saturday's Game 4 due to his left wrist sprain, but he suited up and tallied 25 points, 23 rebounds, six assists and a block in 42 minutes.   • Kyrie Irving drops in 40 points in Game 4 loss
    Kyrie Irving accounted for 40 points (14-of-25 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), seven rebounds, five assists, and six 3-pointers in 45 minutes in Sunday’s 116-111 loss to the Clippers.

    Advice: Dallas got off to a brutal start in Game 4, losing the first quarter by a 39-16 margin and trailing by as many as 31 points. But they fought their way back into the game, even leading at one point in the fourth quarter, thanks largely to Irving’s offensive mastery. he shot 9-of-17 from the field after halftime, finishing with his first 40-point playoff game since Game 4 of the 2017 NBA Finals as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers. The lone negative for Irving was the turnover count, as he racked up seven. And most of that damage was done before halftime.   • OG Anunoby drops 16 points, 14 rebounds Sunday
    OG Anunoby played 46 minutes in New York’s Game 4 win over Philadelphia on Sunday, accumulating 16 points (8-of-16 FGs), 14 rebounds, and three blocked shots.

    Advice: Anunoby may have scored 17 points in Thursday’s Game 3 defeat, but Sunday’s performance was his best of the series. In addition to recording his first double-double, OG combined with Precious Achiuwa to shut down Joel Embiid during the fourth quarter. With Isaiah Hartenstein (8/4/2/1 in 28 minutes) sitting due to foul trouble, Anunoby and Precious Achiuwa (1/7/2/0/4 in 19 minutes) combined to limit the reigning MVP to one point on 0-of-5 shooting in the final period.     Advice: Davis was efficient from the field and active on the glass en route to posting his first 20-point, 20-rebound performance since the win over the Bucks on March 28. Davis has been magnificent in the series despite the fact the Lakers are down 1-3, as he's scored at least 25 points and grabbed double-digit rebounds in each of the four contests.     Porter chipped in 27 points (10-20 FG, 4-11 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist and one steal over 40 minutes during Saturday's 119-108 loss to the Lakers in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

    Advice: Porter was Denver's second-best player in this game, as he trailed only Nikola Jokic in scoring and rebounding while notching his second consecutive double-double in the series. Despite playing a secondary role on offense behind Jokic and Jamal Murray, Porter has scored at least 20 points while grabbing nine or more rebounds in his last three contests, a run he'll aim to continue in Game 5 on Monday.     Michael Porter Jr. finished Saturday’s Game 4 loss to the Lakers with 27 points (10-of-20 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), 11 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and four 3-pointers in 40 minutes.

    Advice: Porter has been one of Denver’s most consistent players in this series, accounting for at least 19 points and eight rebounds in all four games. Saturday’s double-double was his second in as many games, but the 3-point shooting did slip while in Los Angeles. After shooting 9-of-17 in the series’ first two games, Porter was 6-of-17 from beyond the arc in Games 3 and 4. Don’t be surprised if he benefits from the return home for Game 5 on Monday night.     Anthony Davis finished Saturday’s 119-108 win over the Nuggets with 25 points (11-of-17 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 23 rebounds, six assists, and one blocked shot in 42 minutes.

    Advice: With the Lakers’ backs against the wall, Davis was sensational in Game 4. And individual performances were not an issue for him in the series’ first three games. Davis matched his playoff career-high with 23 rebounds and was incredibly efficient on offense, shooting well above 50% from the field while only committing one turnover (with six assists). Davis is going to get his numbers. That much is certain. The question is how involved he will be offensively during crunch time. That did not appear to be an issue in Game 4, and the Lakers will need another dominant effort in Game 5 on Monday night in Denver. Rotoworld Saturday, 8:12 pm
