      Advice: Gilgeous-Alexander recorded another gaudy stat line, but his offensive production tailed off during the second half. It’s possible that getting poked in the eye during the third quarter had something to do with this, as SGA shot 1-of-6 from the field in the fourth. Gilgeous-Alexander still played 42 minutes on the day, so DFS players and bettors should not be too concerned regarding his potential availability for Game 4 on Monday.       Carter will undergo surgery to stabilize the third metacarpal in his left hand, Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel reported Saturday. Carter is expected to make a full recovery ahead of the 2024-25 season.

      Advice: In simpler terms, Carter will have a procedure to fully fix his left hand -- the same hand he sustained a fractured middle finger on early this season -- and is expected to be ready for the 2024-25 campaign. Carter missed a month and a half after sustaining the injury (which required surgery) in November but was able to return and appear in 55 games (48 starts) overall.       Advice: Siakam was remarkably efficient during Friday's win, and even though Tyrese Haliburton grabbed most of the headlines with his 35-point effort, Siakam's impact on offense can't be overlooked. The star big man could be in line for another solid showing in Game 4 of the series Sunday, as the Knicks are extremely depleted in the frontcourt while missing key defensive contributors such as Mitchell Robinson (ankle) and OG Anunoby (hamstring).       Pascal Siakam amassed 26 points (9-of-14 FGs, 7-of-9 FTs), seven rebounds, one assist, one block, and one 3-pointer in 31 minutes in Friday’s 111-106 win over the Knicks.

      Advice: Having struggled from the foul line during these playoffs, Siakam needed a night like Friday in the worst way. He made seven of his nine attempts in Game 3 while also shooting 64.3% from the field. Siakam hasn’t looked comfortable at the foul line, but that’s an area where he has the potential to be productive with the Knicks playing without OG Anunoby (hamstring). With OG unlikely to play in Game 4 on Sunday, that could be another game in which Spicy P plays to the level the Pacers expected when they acquired him from Toronto earlier this season.       Advice: Gilgeous-Alexander finished just two assists away from recording a triple-double, but his outstanding two-way play was not enough as the Thunder came up short in Game 2 of the series. The loss shouldn't take anything away from Gilgeous-Alexander's impact from a fantasy perspective. He's averaging 28.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game across six playoff contests.       Advice: Gilgeous-Alexander recorded a high-level stat line in Game 2, but the lack of offense from players other than him and Jalen Williams was too much to overcome. SGA, who finished second in the NBA MVP voting, has surpassed the 30-point mark twice in six games this postseason, with Thursday’s effort being his first since Game 2 of OKC’s first-round series against New Orleans. Gilgeous-Alexander will get his numbers, and he’s been efficient in this series’ first two games. How far the Thunder plays into the postseason will depend on how consistent his supporting cast is.       Advice: After shooting 73.2% from the foul line during the regular season, Siakam has been even worse in the playoffs. He missed both attempts in Game 2, falling to 16.7% (1-of-6) for the series. Add in the six games against the Bucks, and Siakam is now 7-of-28 (25%) for the postseason. The Knicks potentially losing OG Anunoby to a hamstring injury will impact how they defend Siakam, with Precious Achiuwa taking on the responsibility down the stretch of Game 2. While this was a close contest for the first three quarters, Oklahoma City took over late, led by the MVP candidate. He will look to build on this performance when the two teams clash again Thursday.
