      Luka Doncic shot 7-of-21 from the field and 10-of-12 from the foul line in Tuesday’s 105-100 loss to the Timberwolves, scoring 28 points with 15 rebounds, 10 assists, one steal, and four 3-pointers in 41 minutes.

      Advice: Doncic recorded his second triple-double of the series on Tuesday, but Game 4 was his least efficient outing. The All-NBA guard shot 33.3% from the field, his lowest percentage since Dallas’ Game 4 loss to Oklahoma City in the second round. Doncic is up to a league-high six triple-doubles this postseason, but he must produce a “cleaner” effort in Game 5 on Thursday.       Rudy Gobert accumulated 13 points (4-of-5 FGs, 5-of-9 FTs), 10 rebounds, one assist, and one blocked shot in 39 minutes in Tuesday’s 105-100 win over Dallas.

      Advice: The Timberwolves aren’t done yet, as their best players performed well enough to avoid being swept. Gobert recorded his second double-double of the series, the first coming in Minnesota’s Game 2 loss at home. He also played a series-high 39 minutes for the Timberwolves, who did not have to deal with Mavericks backup center Dereck Lively II (neck sprain). Gobert and the Timberwolves avoided falling apart in crunch time, which was an issue in the first three games of the series. They’ll look to extend the series even further on Thursday night at home.       Advice: Doncic carrying questionable tags due to minor ankle and knee issues is nothing new, so he'll suit up as expected. There's no word of any restrictions ahead of tipoff.       Derrick White amassed 16 points (7-of-14 FGs), four rebounds, four assists, five steals, three blocks, and two 3-pointers in 42 minutes in Monday’s Game 4 win over Indiana.

      Advice: The Celtics completed their four-game sweep of the Eastern Conference Finals, once again being the team that executed better in crunch time. White’s 3-pointer with 45 seconds remaining was the difference in Game 4, and he was highly productive across the board. Shooting 50% from the field, he was also responsible for a staggering eight “stocks” in the series clincher. Boston also got a good night from Jrue Holiday, who added 17 points, nine rebounds, two assists, and two 3-pointers in 38 minutes.       Derrick White shot 3-of-11 from the field and 5-of-6 from the foul line in Saturday’s win over the Pacers, finishing with 13 points, five rebounds, seven assists, four blocks, and two 3-pointers in 35 minutes.

      Advice: Neither White nor Jrue Holiday (illness) shot the ball well in Game 3, but both came up big on the defensive end of the floor. While the latter was responsible for three steals, including one in the final seconds, the former racked up four blocked shots. White has accumulated six blocked shots and three steals for the series, more than making up for the inconsistent shooting. As for Holiday, he supplemented his three steals with 14 points, nine rebounds, three assists, one block, and one 3-pointer in 38 minutes. Boston will look to close out the series on Monday night.       Advice: Gobert will probably be remembered for being unable to defend Luka Doncic on the play that gave Dallas the victory late in the fourth quarter, but the towering Frenchman was having a solid game before that.       Rudy Gobert logged 37 minutes in Friday’s 109-108 loss to the Mavericks, recording a line of 16 points (6-of-10 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), 10 rebounds, two assists, two steals, and one blocked shot.

      Advice: Much will be made of Gobert switching onto Luka Doncic for the Mavericks’ guard’s game-winning 3-pointer, but one could argue that the Defensive Player of the Year should not have been in that position. And Gobert’s play has been the least of Minnesota’s concerns, as Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns continue to struggle offensively. After shooting 6-of-20 from the field in Game 1, KAT was even worse in Game 2, going 4-of-16 and finishing with 15 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer. Regardless of what Gobert does (or doesn’t do), the Timberwolves will find it challenging to turn this series around if Towns doesn’t improve his play. Rotoworld Friday, 8:49 pm

      Derrick White posted a full line on Thursday with 23 points (8-of-15 FGs), four rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block and four 3-pointers against Indiana.

      Advice: White came alive in the second half of this game and had 17 points on 7-of-8 shooting after halftime, which resulted in a full stat line for him. White was phenomenal against Miami, but he struggled for most of the Cleveland series and in Game 1 against the Pacers. However, if this second half performance can spark something for him, they shouldn’t have any issues advancing to the NBA Finals. Jayson Tatum also joined White in scoring exactly 23 points, and they’ll look to keep the offense up in Game 3 in Indiana on Saturday. Rotoworld Thursday, 8:34 pm
