    • Anthony Edwards serves 43-piece to Nuggets
Anthony Edwards delivered 43 points, seven rebounds, three assists, a steal, two blocks and three triples across 42 minutes in Saturday’s victory over the Nuggets.

Advice: Edwards capped off a tremendous first-round sweep of the Suns with 40 points in the closeout Game 4, and he kept the momentum rolling into Game 1 of the Western Conference semis. Ant-Man shot an efficient 17-of-29 from the floor and was everywhere on both sides of the ball. He came up with key play after key play, particularly in the closing minutes when Denver attempted a late comeback after falling behind by double digits. Edwards’ big night on offense broke a tie with Sam Cassell for most 40-point playoff games in Timberwolves history, and the budding superstar has three such contests to his credit. He and the Wolves will look to make a statement in Game 2 on Monday night. Rotoworld 30 minutes ago
    • Darius Garland records 21/6/5/2 line in Game 6
Darius Garland shot 10-of-16 from the field in Friday’s 103-96 loss to the Magic, tallying 21 points, six rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer in 43 minutes.

Advice: Garland surpassed the 20-point mark for a second consecutive game, again shooting above 50% from the field. However, it’s difficult to win when players not named Garland or Donovan Mitchell combine to score 25 points. Max Strus was the only other Cavalier in double figures, and he scored 10 points while also tallying eight rebounds, one assist, one steal, and two 3-pointers in 39 minutes. The home team has won all six games in this series, which could bode well for Cleveland ahead of Sunday’s Game 7. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:33 pm
    • Paolo Banchero scores team-high 27 points Friday
Paolo Banchero finished Friday’s Game 6 victory over the Cavaliers with 27 points (9-of-20 FGs, 7-of-10 FTs), eight rebounds, four assists, one steal, and two 3-pointers in 41 minutes.

Advice: With their backs against the wall, Banchero and the Magic stepped up to force a decisive Game 7. The All-Star forward led the way offensively while combining with Franz Wagner and Jalen Suggs to make some playoff history. That trio became the third-youngest to score at least 20 points in the same playoff game, joining two separate Oklahoma City Thunder tandems (Durant/Harden/Westbrook and Durant/Ibaka/Westbrook). Orlando will need to win in Cleveland on Sunday to advance. Still, Banchero’s performance in Game 5 should inspire confidence that he can play at a high level on the road, as he struggled mightily with turnovers (15) in the series’ first two games. • Pours in 39 points
Banchero supplied 39 points (14-24 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 7-8 FT), eight rebounds and four assists over 38 minutes during Tuesday's 104-103 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Banchero's 39 points mark a new career high in the postseason, and this was a terrific bounce-back performance after he was held to nine points in Game 4 on Saturday. Banchero has been terrific in his first career playoff series, posting averages of 24.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 2.2 three-pointers through five games. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 8:04 am
    • Plays well off bench
McBride supplied 14 points (6-11 FG, 2-7 3Pt), four rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal over 33 minutes during Tuesday's 112-106 overtime loss to the 76ers in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: The Knicks are rolling with a tight seven-man rotation lately, and McBride has locked himself in as the sixth man with his strong play off the bench. Through five games in the opening-round series, McBride has averaged 13.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.4 three-pointers. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 7:59 am
    • Paolo Banchero pours in 39 points in Game 5 loss
Paolo Banchero led the Magic with 39 points (14-of-24 FGs), eight rebounds, four assists, four triples and five turnovers in a 104-103 loss to Cleveland in Game 5 on Tuesday.

Advice: It may not have resulted in a win, but Banchero was fantastic in this game. He became the third-youngest player to score at least 39 points in a playoff game, with only LeBron James and Magic Johnson in front of him. That isn’t a bad list to be on, and they’ll need him to continue to play at this level if they want to win their next two games. They’ll head back to Orlando for Game 6 on Friday, where Banchero only scored nine points in the blowout win in Game 4. He’ll look to bring some of this scoring down to Florida. Rotoworld Tuesday, 8:37 pm
    • Darius Garland scores 17 points in first quarter
Darius Garland lit up the Magic with 23 points (9-of-16 FGs), five rebounds, five assists and three triples on Tuesday.

Advice: Garland got off to a scorching hot start in this game and scored 17 points in the first quarter to help the Cavs jump out to a 33-23 lead. Unfortunately, he didn’t do much scoring after that. This has been a poor series for Garland, so it was encouraging to see him get off to a strong start, and he ended up having his highest-scoring game of the series. We’ll see if he can carry any of this shooting down to Orlando for Game 5 on Friday. Rotoworld Tuesday, 8:24 pm
    • Miles McBride chips in 14/4/4/1/1 line off bench
Miles McBride provided a boost off the bench with 14 points (6-of-11 FGs), four rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and two triples against the 76ers on Tuesday.

Advice: Tom Thibodeau has been running a tight rotation, and McBride has been a huge part of it throughout the series. Only seven Knicks saw the floor on Tuesday, with McBride logging 33 minutes off the bench. He is averaging 13.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.4 triples per game this series, which has been vital to New York’s success. He doesn’t need to play huge minutes when Jalen Brunson is healthy, but he was regularly playing 45+ minutes when Brunson was sidelined this year. Thibs knows that he can rely on him, and he proved that once again in this game. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:21 pm
    • Flirts with double-double
Holmgren notched 14 points (5-12 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 3-4 FT), nine rebounds and five assists across 35 minutes during Monday's 97-89 win over the Pelicans in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: Holmgren couldn't get his shot working from downtown, but he was able to bounce back from a sluggish six-point showing in Game 3. The Gonzaga product averaged 15.3 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.8 blocks during a four-game sweep of New Orleans. Rotowire.com Monday, 9:18 pm
