Devin Booker leads Phoenix with 18 points Tuesday
Devin Booker logged 42 minutes in Tuesday’s 105-93 loss to the Timberwolves, accumulating 20 points (6-of-13 FGs, 7-of-8 FTs), three rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer.
Advice: Booker fouled out of Game 2, but the outcome was no longer in doubt at that point. He did lead the Suns in scoring, but, as was the case in the series opener on Saturday, efficiency was a problem. Booker committing six turnovers was more concerning than the field-goal percentage, with the Suns recording 19 as a team. Bradley Beal wasn’t much better, as he was responsible for four to go along with 14 points (6-of-17 FGs), four rebounds, six assists, and two 3-pointers in 42 minutes. Phoenix will need more from both guards to win Game 3 on Friday.
