    • Out for remainder of game
Hardaway won't return to Tuesday's Game 2 versus the Clippers due to a right ankle sprain. He will finish the contest with zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound, one assist and one steal in six minutes.

Advice: Hardaway saw minimal action Tuesday before suffering a right ankle sprain that will cause him to miss the remainder of the contest. Dante Exum and Josh Green are candidates to receive increased playing time in his absence. Hardaway's availability for Game 3 on Friday is uncertain. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:06 pm
    • Tim Hardaway Jr. (ankle) will not return Tuesday
Tim Hardaway Jr. (right ankle sprain) will not return to Tuesday’s game against the Clippers.

Advice: Hardaway landed awkwardly after being bumped in mid-air by Paul George while attempting a 3-pointer. The play wasn’t malicious on George’s part, but Hardaway sprained his ankle and has since been ruled out for the rest of Game 2. Josh Green was the first perimeter sub off the bench in the third quarter, likely a sign that his minutes will be impacted the most by THJ’s absence. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:52 pm
    • Double-doubles in loss
Nurkic finished with 10 points (5-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-2 FT), 14 rebounds and four assists over 31 minutes during Tuesday's 105-93 loss to Minnesota in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: Nurkic grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds to go with 10 points, tallying his first double-double of the series. While he was more involved, the Suns still came up short, falling behind 2-0 in the series. Game 3 will be in Phoenix on Friday, where Nurkic will look to be even more of a force on the interior against the size of the Timberwolves. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:46 pm
    • Jusuf Nurkic grabs game-high 14 rebounds Tuesday
Jusuf Nurkic tallied 10 points (5-of-11 FGs, 0-of-2 FTs), 14 rebounds, and four assists in 31 minutes in Tuesday’s 105-93 loss to the Timberwolves.

Advice: Phoenix is headed home in a 0-2 hole, and they’ve had their hands full with Rudy Gobert. Nurkic has done what he can in the post, recording a double-double in Game 2 after offering limited production in the series opener on Saturday. Still, Minnesota’s size has given the Suns trouble. Kevin Durant scored 18 points but was not as efficient as in Game 1, shooting 6-of-15 from the field. He added six rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one blocked shot in 41 minutes, but KD missed both of his 3-point attempts. Durant, Nurkic, and the Suns will attempt to shift the series’ momentum on Friday night in Phoenix. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:55 pm
    • Hopeful to return in postseason
Williamson (hamstring), who will be re-evaluated in one week, says it is "realistic" he returns in the postseason, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Williamson exited the Pelicans' first Play-In Tournament game against the Lakers with a hamstring strain and has not played since. However, Williamson says he is hopeful to eventually make his postseason return, which would likely require a second-round matchup. Despite not having Williamson available for Game 1 against the top-seeded Thunder, the Pelicans kept it close, losing 94-92. How quickly the medical staff clears him may depend on how the remainder of the series plays out. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:54 pm
    • Posts triple-double in Game 2 win
Jokic closed Monday's 101-99 win over the Lakers in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals with 27 points (9-16 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 7-7 FT), 20 rebounds, 10 assists and two steals across 41 minutes.

Advice: Jamal Murray might have grabbed most of the headlines after draining a buzzer-beating, game-winning shot to lift Denver to victory, but Jokic's contributions can't be overlooked, as the MVP favorite posted a triple-double while dealing with the menace of Anthony Davis on both ends of the court. Jokic extended an impressive run that has seen him record a double-double or a triple-double in each of his last 16 games, a span in which he's averaging 28.3 points, 13.4 rebounds and 8.4 assists per game. • High scorer despite poor shooting
Brunson posted 24 points (8-29 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 7-9 FT), eight rebounds and six assists over 38 minutes during Monday's 104-101 win over the 76ers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: A productive night at the charity stripe and decent secondary production helped mask Brunson's dreadful shooting night. The usually prolific guard has converted only 29.1 percent of his shots in the quarterfinals, and although the Knicks have pulled off a 2-0 lead amid the slump, the team's outlook will be much better if his shooting stroke gets back on track. • Nikola Jokic records 27/20/10/2 line in Game 2
Nikola Jokic finished Monday’s 101-99 win over the Lakers with 27 points (9-of-16 FGs, 7-of-7 FTs), 20 rebounds, 10 assists, two steals, and two 3-pointers in 41 minutes.

Advice: Jokic recorded his 17th career playoff triple-double in Game 2, with the stat line including 20 of the Nuggets’ 45 rebounds on the night. Anthony Davis may have outscored him (32-27), but the Joker’s ability to impact games as a playmaker sets him apart from the competition. The Nuggets have now won the last ten meetings between the teams, and it’s fair to wonder if the streak has affected the psyche of the Lakers. The Nuggets visit Los Angeles for Game 3 on Thursday. • Jalen Brunson’s struggles continue in Game 2 win
Jalen Brunson shot 8-of-29 from the field and 7-of-9 from the foul line in Monday’s 104-101 win over the 76ers, accounting for 24 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and one 3-pointer in 38 minutes.

Advice: The 76ers held Brunson to below 30% shooting in the first two games, yet they’re heading to Philadelphia in an 0-2 hole. The Knicks point guard has struggled with the length of Philadelphia’s wings, but he hit a huge 3-pointer to cut the Knicks’ deficit to two with 28 seconds remaining. That set the stage for a wild sequence culminating with a Donte DiVincenzo three that gave the Knicks the lead for good. New York will need more for Brunson as the series shifts to Philadelphia, with Game 3 scheduled for Thursday night. Rotoworld Monday, 7:44 pm
