    • Derrick White drops 38 with 8 triples in Game 4
Derrick White dominated the Heat and finished with 38 points (15-of-26 FGs), four rebounds, three assists, three blocks and eight 3-pointers in a 102-88 win in Game 4 on Monday.

Advice: Boston came into Miami and took care of business, with White leading the way in this game. He entered halftime with 22 points and six 3-pointers and added 11 more points in the third quarter. The Game 2 loss seems to have been a wakeup call for the top-seeded Celtics, though White didn’t really turn things up until this game. They’ll head back to Boston for Game 5 on Wednesday, where they will look to close out the series and advance to the second round. They’ll need more performances like this from White, which is something that he has done all season. Rotoworld Monday, 7:19 pm
    • Drops 49 points in defeat
Booker accumulated 49 points (13-21 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 20-21 FT), five rebounds, six assists, one block and two steals in 45 minutes during Sunday's 122-116 loss to Minnesota in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: Minnesota swept the Suns on Sunday, but Booker did everything he could to keep Phoenix in contention during a back-and-forth matchup, logging his fourth-highest scoring total of the season while contributing on both ends of the court. Booker remained dominant during his age-27 season, averaging 27.1 points, 6.9 assists and 4.5 rebounds in 36.0 minutes per game. Booker should continue to play a prominent role for Phoenix during the 2024-25 season, his 10th year with the team. Rotowire.com Monday, 7:55 am
    • Devin Booker’s 49 not enough to keep season alive
Devin Booker amassed a game-high 49 points in Sunday’s loss to the Timberwolves, adding five rebounds, six assists, two steals, a blocked shot and three triples across 45 minutes.

Advice: Booker was an efficient 13-of-21 from the floor and converted a ridiculous 20 of his 21 free throw attempts. Booker became just the 13th player in NBA history to hit at least 20 free throws in a playoff game, and Sunday’s performance was the first of its kind since Dirk Nowitzki hit 24 from the charity stripe back in 2011. Booker added an eighth 40-point playoff game to his resume, extending his own franchise record, but the scoring binge wasn’t enough to stave off elimination as most of the team struggled. Booker and Kevin Durant combined for 82 of Phoenix’s 116 points, and no other player had more than nine. He and the Suns will have some intense soul searching to do over the summer after such a quick playoff exit. Rotoworld Apr 28, 9:48 pm
    • Boosts offense in balanced outing
Maxey had 23 points (8-21 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds, six assists and one steal over 43 minutes during Sunday's 97-92 loss to the Knicks in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Maxey provided Philadelphia with a well-rounded outing in the Game 4 defeat, connecting on a team-high-tying trio of threes while ending as one of two players with 20 or more points. Maxey has been one of the 76ers' best offensive producers in the first-round series, surpassing the 20-point mark in all four outings. Expect Maxey to continue to produce like he has all season, and maybe even more, in a win-or-go-home Game 5 against New York. Rotowire.com Apr 28, 5:53 pm
    • Remains out, but making progress
Williamson (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's Game 4 against the Thunder.

Advice: There was optimism that Williamson could return at some point in the postseason if New Orleans advanced, and that remains true as coach Willie Green said Sunday morning the superstar forward was cleared for stationary basketball drills, per Erin Summers of Bally Sports New Orleans. However, Williamson still isn't running and remains out while rehabbing a left hamstring strain he suffered during the team's first Play-In Tournament game against the Lakers. The Pelicans' season will be on the line Monday, so the positive update on Williamson may be for naught. Rotowire.com Apr 28, 2:40 pm
    • Tyrese Maxey finishes Game 4 loss with 23 points
Tyrese Maxey accounted for 23 points (8-of-21 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), six rebounds, six assists, one steal, and three 3-pointers in 43 minutes in Sunday’s Game 4 loss to the Knicks.

Advice: Maxey and the 76ers are now on the brink of elimination, and his production decreased in Philadelphia’s two home games. After shooting 54% from the field in Games 1 and 2 (68 points), Maxey shot 17-of-42 and scored 48 at home. That isn’t terrible, but the decrease becomes magnified when the “supporting cast” continues to offer limited value. Kyle Lowry (7/5/7 with one 3-pointer) shot 1-of-6 from the field, and Tobias Harris (10 points, eight rebounds) was 4-of-10. Game 5 is on Tuesday in New York, with Philadelphia facing a 3-1 deficit. • Another quiet outing
Strus produced seven points (3-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt), one rebound, three assists and one steal in 30 minutes during Saturday's 112-89 loss to the Magic in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Strus has failed to score more than seven points in four straight games to start the postseason. He's shot 38.5 percent from the field during that stretch. Strus grabbed only two rebounds during the two losses in Orlando after totaling 18 boards across the two wins in Cleveland. Rotowire.com Apr 28, 7:23 am
    • Delivers eight dimes in Game 3 loss
Booker accumulated 23 points (8-15 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three rebounds, eight assists and two steals in 42 minutes during Friday's 126-109 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: Booker finished just two assists away from recording a double-double in Game 3, and the star guard will need to be at his best Sunday if the Suns want to avoid getting swept in the first round. Booker's scoring numbers have increased with each passing game in the series, though this was the first time he surpassed the 20-point plateau. Rotowire.com Apr 27, 7:47 am
    • Devin Booker scores team-high 28 points in loss
Devin Booker led the Suns with 28 points (10-of-19 FGs), four rebounds, four assists and six triples in a 126-109 loss to Minnesota in Game 3 on Friday.

Advice: Phoenix’s big three combined to score 76 points on 26-of-52 shooting from the floor. None of them had a spectacular performance, but their total output was solid and efficient. However, it still wasn’t enough. Booker led the way, though he did pad his stats at the end with a few garbage-time buckets. If they want to keep their season alive in Game 4 on Sunday, they’re going to need a big performance from either Booker of KD. This was Book’s best game of the series, so we’ll see if he can carry anything over into the next one. Rotoworld Apr 26, 10:51 pm
