    • Kyrie Irving musters up 9/1/9 line in Game 4 loss
      Kyrie Irving struggled on Monday and finished with just nine points (4-of-11 FGs), one rebound and nine assists against the Thunder.

      Advice: Kyrie has been able to put together some spectacular second halves after not doing much in the first half throughout this postseason. However, that wasn’t the case in this game. After entering halftime with four points and seven assists, he didn’t add much after the break. Dallas can’t survive with both Luka Doncic and Irving struggling, which was the case in this game. OKC regained homecourt advantage in this game, which means that Dallas will have to win another game on the road to win this series.       Advice: Conley didn't have his best shooting performance, but the veteran point guard keeps finding ways to contribute even when his shot isn't falling.       Irving notched 22 points (10-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt), five rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal over 41 minutes during Saturday's 105-101 win over the Thunder in Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

      Advice: After a season-low nine points in Game 2, Irving came back with a diverse stat line, helping the Mavericks go up in the series. Irving complemented teammate Luka Doncic with a series of key plays in the closing minutes, draining all four of his shots in the final stanza.       Advice: Irving turned things up a notch offensively during the second half for the second time in this series. He scored 14 of his 22 points in the final 15 minutes of Game 3, sealing the victory with a left-handed floater with about 30 seconds remaining. With Luka Doncic playing through multiple injuries, Irving’s ability to make things happen offensively is of even greater importance to the Mavericks.       Advice: After scoring 20 points on 50% shooting in Tuesday’s Game 1 defeat, Irving did not shoot the ball well in Game 2. He made up for that by making plays for others, dishing out a game-high 11 assists while only committing one turnover. Irving also chipped in with two steals and two blocked shots as he did the “little things” while Luka Doncic, PJ Washington, and Tim Hardaway Jr. handled the scoring. He was consistently better in the second half during their first round series against the Clippers, but his production in the second half of this game wasn’t enough to secure a win on the road.
