    • Devin Harris scores 12 off bench
Devin Harris played 30 minutes against the Magic on Saturday with 12 points, one rebound, five assists and three 3-pointers.

Advice: He started the second half and he could get some more run if Rajon Rondo (head) needs to miss time. Harris has a nice upside for his output in steals, treys and dimes, so feel free to give him a look as a speculative add in deeper leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Elfrid Payton has minor injury
Elfrid Payton scored four points with five rebounds, five assists and one steal in 20 minutes against the Mavericks on Saturday during a 108-93 loss.

Advice: He did have a minor knee injury today, but he didn't leave the game. Payton is starting to put up better numbers with double-digit points in his three previous games, but his percentages are back down. He won't have a high ceiling in standard fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Aaron Gordon plays 30 minutes vs. Dallas
Aaron Gordon played 30 minutes against the Mavericks on Saturday with 11 points, five rebounds and two 3-pointers.

Advice: It was a career high in minutes and he took advantage of Kyle O'Quinn not playing. Gordon has some potential for his ability to add defensive stats and the occasional trey, but the woeful foul shooting could be a bugaboo to his fantasy value. Give him a look in deep leagues. • Tobias Harris scores eight points
Tobias Harris started for the first time since his ankle injury from earlier this month, playing 30 minutes for eight points, three rebounds, five assists and one steal.

Advice: He didn't have a great game and made just 2-of-8 from the field. Harris was on a roll before his injury, but he's been extremely quiet in the past five games, averaging 8.6 points, 3.8 boards, 1.8 assists and 0.2 triples on 28.6 percent from the field. C.J. Miles made 6-of-16 from the field for 17 points with two rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in 30 minutes against the Kings on Saturday.

Advice: He actually made it through a game without an injury. Miles has been hurt a little too often this season and his shooting percentage is just at 36.6 percent on the year, so the negatives outweigh the positives in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

Rudy Gay scored a game-high 31 points against the Pacers on Saturday during a 99-94 win with five rebounds, three assists and one block.

Advice: He played 44 minutes a had a nice rhythm on the offensive side. Gay had a nice January and averaged 18.8 points, 5.1 boards, 2.7 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.0 triples on 47.3 percent from the field and 89.8 percent from the line in his previous games this month. • Jonas Valanciunas fouls out in 17 minutes
Jonas Valanciunas had one of his worst games of the season against the Wizards on Saturday with six points, two rebounds, one assist, one steal and three blocks in 17 minutes.

Advice: He fouled out and the Wizards went right at him tonight. Valanciunas ankle injury from Friday may have been a factor, but there's no indication that he'll need to miss time. His fantasy owners shouldn't look to trade him based on his strong finishes in the past two seasons. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Durant (toe) will start vs. Grizzlies
Kevin Durant (toe) will start in Saturday's game against the Grizzlies.

Advice: After two straight games on the sidelines, Durant will return to action in a crucial game against a strong Memphis team. Durant's probably not going to be 100 percent, but he's still obviously a must-start option. Perry Jones will move to the bench with this news and is safe to cut in almost all leagues. Rotoworld.com

Advice: With Ricky Rubio (ankle) out for one more game, it'll be Lorenzo Brown in the starting lineup against Kyrie Irving. Williams shouldn't be out for too long and Rubio will play Monday, so there's no need to add Brown. He's worth a look in DFS, though. Rotoworld.com

    • Rajon Rondo (head) will not return vs. Magic
Rajon Rondo (head) will not return to Saturday's game vs. the Magic.

Advice: He was struck in the head by teammate Richard Jefferson's foot while trying to collect a loose ball and was ruled out for the rest of the game a few moments later. Rondo's nose was pouring blood right after it happened, and there's a good chance that he could have a concussion. Rondo isn't expected to be re-evaluated until he returns to Dallas, so we will provide an update as soon as we hear anything. Kevin Durant (toe) is going through warmups on Saturday before the game against the Grizzlies.

Advice: He is a game-time decision and we should have news on his status soon. It appears Durant is at least trying to suit up for a very important game. His owners will want to check back soon. If he's out, Perry Jones will start while Dion Waiters and Reggie Jackson benefit most. Rotoworld.com

Thabo Sefolosha (calf) will be out for at least 6-8 weeks.

Advice: This is a tough blow for the Hawks, but Sefolosha was only averaging 19 minutes per game this season, so his absence shouldn't make too many fantasy implications. Kent Bazemore will likely fill the void for the Hawks, and with DeMarre Carroll also out with an Achilles injury, Bazemore is worth a look in deeper leagues. Rotoworld.com

Kenneth Faried (illness) and Darrell Arthur (illness) will not play against the Hornets on Saturday.

Advice: That means there should be a lot of J.J. Hickson and the Nuggets will also use Wilson Chandler as a stretch four. That should also open up some minutes for Alonzo Gee and Danilo Gallinari, as well. Faried should be back for Tuesday against the 76ers. Rotoworld.com

Tobias Harris will start in place of Channing Frye on Saturday against the Mavs.

Advice: It's been a long time coming for Harris and he should play minutes close to 30 even with a bruise on his leg. Harris should be in all standard lineups tonight in what should be an up-tempo game. Frye is not worth owning in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Amir Johnson will play on Saturday night
Amir Johnson (toe) will play against the Wizards on Saturday.

    • Jonas Valanciunas, Amir Johnson will play
Jonas Valanciunas (ankle) and Amir Johnson (foot) will play against the Wizards on Saturday.

Advice: Valanciunas was liming badly on Friday night, but it sounds like he's ready to go without a restriction. Johnson and JV back in the lineup hurt the chances of Patrick Patterson having a good game. Fantasy owners can use Valanciunas in a sub-par matchup. Rotoworld.com

Amir Johnson (toe) is up in the air for Saturday against the Wizards.

Advice: His left big toenail fell off and he played through it yesterday. There has been no indication that Johnson won't play, so his owners can pencil him in as a starter for now. • Andrea Bargnani (calf) still weeks away
Andrea Bargnani (calf) is reportedly still weeks away from a return to action, and coach Derek Fisher said that he is still limited at practice.

Advice: It's not out of the question that we might not see him in action again this season, and it wouldn't be surprising to see the Knicks cut ties with him as well. Bargnani isn't an option in any fantasy league at this point, and leaving him on the waiver wire is one of the easiest decisions you can make. Rotoworld.com

The Cavaliers will pick up Timofey Mosgov's $4.9 million team option for next season according to Sportando.

Advice: Mozgov is literally a huge reason why the Cavaliers have had so much success in recent weeks, and the decision to bring him back couldn't have been any easier. Mozgov is going to be a double-double threat every night from here on out, so he is going to be worth owing in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Durant (toe) is a game-time decision
Kevin Durant was a partial participant at shootaround on Saturday morning, and he will be a game-time decision against Memphis.

Advice: He has been sidelined for the past two games due to his sprained toe, but a huge matchup against Memphis could prove too tempting for him not to play. Durant's owners will have to check back for official confirmation prior to tip-off, but he certainly belongs in all lineups is if he's activated. If Durant sits, expect Perry Jones to draw another start, but Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka are the true beneficiaries if that's the case. Rotoworld.com

Mo Williams (hip) and Zach LaVine (ankle) are questionable for Saturday's game against the Cavaliers.

Advice: Lorenzo Brown, who just signed a 10-day contract with Minnesota this week, is the only healthy point guard on the roster right now and he could be forced to play big minutes if LaVine and Williams sit out. Tobias Harris (quad) will be available to play against the Mavericks on Saturday.

Advice: It was originally thought to be a knee injury, but we have now learned that Harris simply suffered a bruised lower right quad during Thursday's game against the Bucks. This is obviously great news for Harris, and it doesn't look like he will be in danger of missing any time. The Knicks announced on Saturday that they have signed forward Lance Thomas for the remainder of the season.

Advice: Thomas has exceeded expectations since arriving from the Thunder, and he has earned a decent role at both forward spots for the Knicks. Thomas doesn't have a lot of upside, but his playing time could increase if Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire miss more time in the future, and all indications say that they will. Advice: After having so much success since signing Langston Galloway from the D-League, the Knicks are hoping that they can uncover another gem in Orlando Sanchez. Sanchez went undrafted out of St. Johns mainly because of his age (26), but the Knicks have liked what they have seen from the athletic forward so far this season. Gerald Green got his first DNP-CD of the season on Friday against the Bulls.

Advice: Green was not hurt and he also said it was surprising, but looking somewhat jovial on the bench compared to the usual display of unhappiness when benched it was curious to say the least. Jeff Hornacek said he could very well get tapped next game and it wouldn't be surprising if he got a few extra looks. His body of work on the year suggests he should be owned in most formats. Taj Gibson played through his knee soreness on Friday, managing just four points on 2-of-4 shooting with one rebound, two assists and no steals or blocks in 22 minutes.

Enes Kanter played just 19 minutes on Friday, scoring five points on 2-of-7 shooting with 10 rebounds and as usual, no steals or blocks.

Advice: Quin Snyder didn't seem happy with Kanter's comments downplaying how good Andrew Bogut was, and with Trevor Booker playing well the big man lost some minutes. He's going to be worth owning as a low-end asset in standard fantasy leagues in all reasonable scenarios. Rotoworld.com

Rajon Rondo played just 23 minutes on Friday against the Heat, scoring four points on 2-of-4 shooting with four rebounds, four assists and two steals.

Advice: Rondo has not been a hit in Dallas and he's been returning bench-worthy numbers in fantasy leagues. In 9-cat leagues he's in the tank unless you're punting turnovers. Owners should simply keep him benched until Dallas figures out how they want to deploy him. Jonas Valanciunas limped out of the arena on Friday due to an ankle injury and is up in the air for Saturday against the Wizards.

Advice: He played very well tonight and returned from the injury. Valanciunas made all seven shots from the field for 14 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks in 33 minutes tonight. His ankle is likely going to swell up on him, so Patrick Patterson will likely benefit the most. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Towards the end of the third quarter, Harris was walking off the court slowly before a timeout. He stayed in the game for a bit and didn't seem to be bothered by it much before he went to the locker room. Aaron Gordon scored four points in 20 minutes against the Bucks on Thursday with five rebounds.

Advice: He was 2-of-4 from the line and that's expected to be a problem for Gordon. The rookie is shooting the ball well from the field at 59.4 percent on the season and he could be a nice contributor in blocks, steals and treys, so owners in deeper leagues should keep their eyes on him. Thomas logs minutes at both forward spots and he amazingly played in all but two of the five-man lineups from Saturday's game without Carmelo Antony and Amare Stoudemire, which indicates how much coach Derek Fisher trusts him right now. C.J. Miles (groin) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Knicks.

Advice: Miles was seen going through extra shooting drills after shootaround so that could be a good sign for his availability Thursday night. If Miles sits for the third consecutive game, Rodney Stuckey would be the biggest fantasy beneficiary with C.J. Watson and Damjan Rudez also picking up some extra minutes. Rotoworld.com

    • Lance Thomas expected to stick with Knicks
The Knicks are expected to extend Lance Thomas' contract for the remainder of the season.

Advice: Thomas' second 10-day contract is due to end Friday, so this move will keep him from hitting the free agent market. The 26-year-old is averaging 11.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.4 assists over his last five games and is worth a look in deeper fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Enes Kanter leads Jazz with 21-11-1
Enes Kanter came through with 21 points, 11 rebounds and a block in Wednesday's loss to the Clippers.

Advice: The Jazz controlled much of this game, but fell apart late as the Clippers cruised by them for their 13th straight win over Utah. As much as Rudy Gobert continues to threaten Kanter's playing time, but big man just won't give way. Kanter is hot again, scoring 20-plus points in four of his last five games and averaging 19.6 points, 10.8 rebounds, 0.8 steals and 0.4 blocks over that stretch. Sure, you can be mad at him for a lack of blocked shots, but the rest of his numbers are pretty impressive. Rudy Gobert was in foul trouble early and played just 10 minutes, but Kanter's strong play lately is going to make it tough for Gobert to get heavy minutes. Rotoworld.com

    • Joe Ingles playing well for Jazz
Joe Ingles made another start and had 10 points, five rebounds, seven assists, a steal and two 3-pointers on 3-of-7 shooting Wednesday.

Advice: He had a sweet, behind-the-back pass to Enes Kanter and has been playing pretty well for the Jazz. He's not going to score much, but he is averaging 7.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.8 3-pointers in 31 minutes over his last five games. Rotoworld.com

    • Lance Thomas scores 17 in revenge game
Lance Thomas, who was cut by the Thunder earlier this season, had 17 points and five rebounds on 8-of-13 shooting in 25 minutes against his former team on Wednesday.

Advice: Really, any one of the Knicks could go off on any night, as most of them are no names, or are just old and outdated, and Thomas is no exception. He's scored either 16 or 17 points in three straight games and it sounds like the Knicks plan on keeping both Thomas and Lou Amundson around going forward, although they're both playing on 10-day contracts right now. • Amir Johnson quiet in win over Kings
Amir Johnson hit just 2-of-4 shots with six points, four rebounds, five assists, five turnovers and a 3-pointer in 21 minutes.

Advice: Johnson has really cooled off, scoring six or fewer points in three of his last four games, and in the game where he scored 17 points, he managed just two rebounds. Patrick Patterson had 11 points, two steals and three 3-pointers in 24 minutes tonight, but neither player is doing enough right now to be in fantasy lineups. Rotoworld.com

    • J.R. Smith quiet in win over Blazers
J.R. Smith hit just 5-of-12 shots and 1-of-6 3-pointers for 11 points, four assists and a steal in Wednesday's win.

Advice: The key is that he played 38 minutes and if that trend continues, it's just a matter of time before he puts up a monster line. And it's especially likely to happen if LeBron James keeps missing games with a wrist injury. Rotoworld.com

    • Timofey Mozgov double-doubles in loss
Timofey Mozgov had 12 points, 10 rebounds and a block in Wednesday's win over the Blazers.

Advice: The Cavs have now won eight straight games after losing six straight, and 10-of-12 prior to their latest winning streak. Mozgov has been instrumental in the run and is averaging 10.0 points, 8.8 rebounds and 1.4 blocks over his last five games. He struggled in his two previous outings, totaling just eight points and 13 rebounds, but got back on track tonight. He's recorded a double-double in four of his last six games, as well. • C.J. Miles (groin) questionable Wednesday
C.J. Miles (groin) is questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Knicks.

Advice: He got a chance to rest on Tuesday against the Raptors but his status likely won't be determined until closer to tip-off. Mo Williams (personal) will not play on Wednesday against the Celtics, but will join up with the team on Thursday.

Advice: He has also been battling a hip injury, so Williams probably wouldn't have been able to play anyways. With Ricky Rubio (ankle) still sidelined, rookie Zach LaVine will likely step into the starting lineup while newly acquired Lorenzo Brown could see some action as well. However, neither LaVine or Brown are reliable enough to use outside of deeper leagues, so feel free to leave them on the wire. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Durant (toe) out against the Knicks
Kevin Durant (toe) will not play against the Knicks on Wednesday.

Advice: It will be his second straight game on the sidelines, and though the injury isn't serious, this has to be frustrating for his owners. Durant is still listed as day-to-day, so we will update his status as soon as more details become available. Perry Jones will likely draw another start, but he is too unreliable to use in most leagues. Instead, expect Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka to carry the load for the Thunder tonight, and be sure to give them a long look in daily leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • David Lee racks up 24 pts, seven reb, six ast
David Lee exploded for a season-high 24 points on 10-of-17 shooting vs. the Bulls on Tuesday, adding nine rebounds and six assists in 30 minutes during the Warriors' disappointing home loss.

Advice: Lee had a phenomenal second half but his offensive efforts weren't enough to prevent the Warriors' defeat, just their second loss in 23 games at the Oracle Arena. Andrew Bogut was a late scratch with the flu on Tuesday, so a repeat performance isn't expected, but Lee is still worth owning if you need rebounds and FG% with a trickle of across-the-board production. J.R. Smith scored just five points on 2-of-11 shooting on Tuesday vs. Detroit, adding one board, one assist, one steal and one 3-pointer in 32 minutes.

Advice: He is coming off four straight games of scoring 14 or more points, so his owners should give him a pass. The good news is that Smith looks like he will remain in the starting lineup, so as he long as sees more than 30 minutes a night he will be worth owning in most leagues. Just be sure to expect a couple of bumps along the way. Rotoworld.com

    • Rajon Rondo quiet in home loss to Grizzlies
Rajon Rondo couldn't duplicate Sunday's near triple-double on Tuesday, but he still posted seven points, one 3-pointer, seven rebounds, five assists and two steals.

Advice: He turned the ball over three times but didn't take any FT attempts, to his fantasy owners' relief. Fantasy owners' should keep an eye on Rondo's health and playing time over the next few weeks -- he's averaging just 27.5 minutes over the Mavs' past six games, possibly a consequence of a lingering Achilles injury. • Kevin Durant (toe) is questionable for Wed
Kevin Durant (toe) remains day-to-day, but his status for Wednesday's game against the Knicks is still up in the air.

Advice: The injury was never thought to be serious, but the Thunder have every right to be cautious with their franchise player after he missed the beginning of the season with a fracture in his foot. We should know more about his status after shootaround Wednesday morning, so owners will have to check back then for updates. If Durant can't go Perry Jones will likely draw another start, but he isn't a reliable option in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Jonas Valanciunas attempts two shots Tuesday
Jonas Valanciunas attempted only two shots on Tuesday, making one of them to finish with six points, eight rebounds and one block in 27 minutes.

Advice: The good news is that he made 4-of-4 free throws and his minutes were limited by foul trouble, rather than coach Dwane Casey's caprice. Valanciunas doesn't always take a lot of shots but when he does he makes them count -- he's taking 5.8 shots per game within 12 feet of the hoop, and his FG percentage (55.3 percent) ranks eighth in the NBA. Joel Freeland (shoulder) will not suit up for Wednesday's game vs. the Cavs, as expected.

J.R. Smith told David Aldridge of NBA.com that the lack of nightlife in Cleveland has helped him focus.

Advice: Smith told Aldridge that the he's been able to focus on basketball in Cleveland since there aren't as many distractions as New York City. "I think this is the best situation for me, 'cause there's nothing but basketball," Smith said. "There's nothing you expect but basketball. There's nothing, there's no going out, there's no late nights." C.J. Miles (left groin strain) will miss Tuesday's game against the Raptors.

Advice: Miles had put together a couple nice games, but will now miss his second consecutive game due to this groin strain. Joe Ingles scored two points on 1-of-6 shooting with four rebounds, five assists and four steals over 31 minutes in Monday's loss to the Celtics.

Mo Williams (hip) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Celtics.

Advice: Flip Saunders said that he is "pretty questionable" after the way he played on Monday following an apparent hip injury on Sunday. • Tobias Harris plays just 20 minutes off bench
Tobias Harris played just 20 minutes off the bench against the Grizzlies on Monday during a 103-94 loss with eight points, two rebounds and one steal.

Advice: With Channing Frye moving into the doghouse, there should be a very good chance of Harris starting in the near future. Dewayne Dedmon moved into the starting unit in the second half, but chances are coach Jacque Vaughn just slotted him into Frye's spot in the rotation so he didn't have to make an in-game tweak. Harris is one of the best buy-low players right now. Rotoworld.com

    • Gordon posts empty 21 minutes in start
Aaron Gordon started at small forward in Monday's loss to the Grizzlies, posting just seven points on 3-of-7 shooting with two rebounds and one assist in 21 minutes.

    • Payton inefficient on offense vs. Grizzlies
Elfrid Payton hit just 5-of-14 shots (2-of-4 FTs) for 12 points with two rebounds, six assists and two steals over 36 minutes on Monday against the Grizzlies.

Advice: Payton's efficiency is the key to staying above water in standard leagues and he's been improving in that area. The Grizzlies can do this to the best of players so we're not going to be overly harsh here, but it's something to watch on a going-forward basis. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Durant (toe) out for Monday night
Kevin Durant (toe) will not play against the Wolves on Monday.

Advice: He suffered the injury in Cleveland on Sunday and it's being called a left great toe sprain. Durant went through warmups, but there was too much soreness and he decided he'll sit. It's anyone's guess if he'll play on Wednesday and the Thunder do only have three games this week. It'll be Russell Westbrook running the show with a host of others stepping up. Expect Dion Waiters and Anthony Morrow to benefit the most. Perry Jones may start, though. It's worth mentioning KD needed surgery on his right foot. Rotoworld.com

    • Tobias Harris coming off the bench again
Tobias Harris is coming off the bench again for Monday against the Grizzlies.

    • Jonas Valanciunas has 20 & 11 w/ three blocks
The Raptors knocked off the Pistons on Sunday behind Jonas Valanciunas' 20 points on 9-of-15 shooting, 11 rebounds and three blocks.

Advice: JV suggested this week that he might be a coach's selection for the All-Star game, which is wishful thinking, but he's still putting together a solid season. The third-year center is averaging a career-high 12.5 points with 8.4 boards and 1.0 blocks, while aiding fantasy owners in FG percentage (55.1) and FT percentage (80.0) percent. It all adds up to steady mid-round value. Rotoworld.com

Amir Johnson (sore left shoulder) scored 17 efficient points vs. the Pistons on Sunday, going 7-of-9 from the field and 3-of-4 from the line with two rebounds and one block.

Advice: Johnson played 28 minutes and continues to grit through various injuries, as he's missed only three games despite being banged up all season. He's a nice low-end source of rebounds, blocks and FG percentages, but that's about it. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green quiet in 20 minutes Sunday
Gerald Green played 20 minutes vs. the Clippers on Sunday, shooting 2-of-9 from the field (2-of-6 from deep) to finish with six points, two assists and one block.

Advice: He was rolling along in his last four games, averaging 14.8 points and 2.5 triples, but the bottom can fall out unexpected for Green thanks to Phoenix's stacked backcourt rotation. He's been a liability in 12-team leagues over the past month, so think twice before deploying him in the Suns' upcoming three-game week. Rotoworld.com

Rajon Rondo made 7-of-10 shots with two 3-pointers on Sunday, scoring 17 points with eight rebounds and nine assists in his first double-digit scoring game since Jan. 13.

Advice: This was just the fourth time since joining the Mavs that Rondo has made more than half of his shot attempts, so owners should enjoy it while it lasts. He padded his near triple-double with a pair of steals and only two turnovers in 34 minutes, taking full advantage of the absence of Pelicans' PG Jrue Holiday (leg). Rotoworld.com

Rodney Stuckey started Sunday's game and scored 15 points with six assists and one steal, helping Indy hang on for a 106-99 win in Orlando.

Advice: He made 6-of-10 FGs and 2-of-2 FTs with one 3-pointer to his credit, assuming a bigger role in the absence of C.J. Miles (groin). Miles is day-to-day and George Hill (groin) should play more minutes in the near future, so unfortunately Stuckey is hard to rely on in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

Elfrid Payton's sore knee didn't appear to limit him on Sunday as he scored 10 points and dished out eight assists in 31 minutes of action.

Advice: He made 4-of-8 shots with one steal and only one turnover, and has done well to limit his rookie mistakes despite having a heavy workload as Orlando's starting PG. He's established himself as a late-round value over the past month despite a near-total lack of 3-pointers and a poor 67.6 percent mark at the FT line. Rotoworld.com

    • Tobias Harris still benched, scores 11 points
Tobias Harris came off the bench again on Sunday, notching 11 points on 2-of-5 FGs and 6-of-9 FTs, with seven rebounds, two assists and one steal in 30 minutes of action.

Advice: This time it was rookie Aaron Gordon vaulting ahead of Harris into the starting lineup. The Magic rank 25th in bench scoring (15.9 ppg), so it's understandable that coach Jacque Vaughn wants Harris' firepower with the reserves, but it's a lousy development for fantasy owners. There are no guarantees that Harris will resume starting, but this has all the hallmarks of an ideal buy-low moment. Rotoworld.com

    • Aaron Gordon makes first NBA start on Sunday
Magic rookie Aaron Gordon made his first NBA start on Sunday, scoring nine points with four rebounds and one block in 21 minutes of action.

Advice: Gordon is a decent speculative add, but his minutes are intentionally being limited and his starting job isn't guaranteed. The good news is that the rebuilding Magic have every reason to ramp up his minutes as the season progresses and he's unlikely to hit the rookie wall since he missed 32 games while recovering from foot surgery. Don't cut anyone valuable to get him, but there are worse guys to stash at the end of your bench. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Williams looked spry after skipping Saturday's practice to rest due to general soreness. The veteran PG remains a solid play while starting for Minnesota, but his rest-of-season outlook isn't great. In addition to the impending return of Ricky Rubio, the 7-36 Wolves are likely to turn rookie Zach LaVine loose at some point after the All-Star break. Rotoworld.com

Kevin Durant led the Thunder on Sunday with 32 points on 12-of-23 shooting, as well as six rebounds, nine assists and two blocks, but it wasn't enough to hold off the Cavaliers.

Advice: Durant chipped in one 3-pointer and had only one turnover in 40 minutes, in the latest showcase for his elite fantasy talents. Oklahoma City's defeat dropped their record to .500 again, and they remain 3 1/2 games behind Phoenix for the final playoff spot out West. Rotoworld.com

    • Timofey Mozgov quiet w/ 9.1 percent usage rt
Timofey Mozgov missed all three of his field goal attempts on Sunday, hitting a pair of free throws to finish with two points, six rebounds and two blocks in 28 minutes vs. the Thunder.

Advice: He was coming off three straight double-doubles so he earns a pass for this dud, but quiet games won't be uncommon given his garbage-man role offensively -- he had a usage rate of 9.1 percent on Sunday. Mozgov has still returned top-100 value over the past seven games, so owners should strive to remain patient. Rotoworld.com

Taj Gibson really struggled during Sunday's loss to the Heat, shooting 3-of-10 from the field for 11 points, eight rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and one turnover.

Advice: Gibson fell victim to the Hassan Whiteside show, and had his shot blocked six times tonight. His numbers are always going to take a dip when Joakim Noah is back in the lineup, and tonight was no different. Look for him to bounce-back on Tuesday with a more favorable matchup against the Warriors. Rotoworld.com

Advice: It was really only a matter of time until Marble was sent to the bench, as he's simply not a starting-caliber guy in the league. Gordon will draw his first career-start tonight, but with a tough matchup against the Pacers, he's not a great option in daily leagues. Rotoworld.com

Elfrid Payton (knee) is expected to start on Sunday vs. Indiana.

Joe Ingles scored a career-high 16 points against the Nets on Saturday with one rebound, five assists, one steal and four 3-pointers.

Advice: The 3-pointers were also a career high. Ingles has done most of his damage in dimes, steals and treys, so he's climbing into the top-140 player conversation. With Rodney Hood (foot) out for at least a few weeks and Alec Burks (shoulder) out for the year, Ingles is worth a look in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

Lance Thomas played a whopping 41 minutes against the Hornets on Saturday with 16 points, eight rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block and five turnovers.

Advice: He was extremely active with his elbow touches on offense and coach Derek Fisher actually ran isolation plays for him like his name was Carmelo Anthony (rest). Thomas made just 22.2 percent from the field in 2012-13, but he's become a great offensive guy for the Knicks on their Island of Misfit Players. He played 25 minutes for 16 points, so there's a chance he gets to close to 30 minutes tonight -- he won't be as efficient, though. Rotoworld.com

    • C.J. Miles (groin) doubtful for Sunday
C.J. Miles (groin) is doubtful to play against the Magic on Sunday.

Advice: He did not return from his injury on Friday and it would appear he'll miss a couple games. Miles just can't stay healthy this season and his fantasy owners can probably just find someone else at this point. Expect to see more of C.J. Watson and Rodney Stuckey. Damjan Rudez will also play more. Rotoworld.com

    • Elfrid Payton not listed on the injury report
Elfrid Payton is not listed on the injury report despite tweaking his knee during Friday's game against the Knicks, and he will play on Sunday vs. the Pacers.

Advice: We have seen a lot of promising rookies suffer injuries this season, so it's great to see Payton dodge a bullet here. Over his last 10 games he has averaged 10.3 points, 6.9 assists, 4.3 boards and 2 steals per game, so owners can comfortably deploy him as usual. Rotoworld.com

    • Andrea Bargnani (calf) out for Saturday
Andrea Bargnani (calf) will not play against Charlotte on Saturday.

Advice: It's possible that we may not see him on the floor again this season, as the Italian simply can't get over his calf issue. If you combine his injury with his already dwindling ability to play basketball, it's safe to ignore him in all leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Tobias Harris not a fan of coming off bench
Tobias Harris is not thrilled about coming off the bench for the past two games, but wants to remain professional about it.

Advice: "Do I like it? No," Harris said. "But I'm a professional." It's interesting how he has remained on the bench despite rookie Devyn Marble's uninspiring play in the starting lineup, and one would almost have to start wondering if the reports that Harris wants to join the Knicks as a free agent has anything to do with it. While we still believe Harris will return to the starting lineup sooner rather than later, this is definitely something to keep an eye on going forward. Rotoworld.com

    • Rajon Rondo not upset with coach Carlisle
Rajon Rondo stressed that he wasn't upset with coach Carlisle's decision to bench him during the fourth quarter of Friday's loss to the Bulls.

Advice: "Coach made a decision. It's as simple as that," said Rondo. "I've been in this game a long time. It's not like it's the end of the world. I like what Coach Carlisle has done for me this year. I don't have any regrets." Rondo has averaged 10.1 points, 7.1 assists and 5.1 rebounds in 16 games since being traded to the Mavs, and it's clear that his value is trending down. However, he is playing for a new contract and he still has time to turn things around. Rotoworld.com

    • Rondo benched down the stretch vs. Bulls
Rajon Rondo was benched during the fourth quarter of the Mavs' 102-98 loss to the Bulls on Friday, finishing with six points on 3-of-9 shooting, two rebounds, four assists and a steal in 27 minutes.

Advice: Rondo was benched earlier in the year under the premise of Achilles' pain and it's starting to look to some like it's a basic offensive issue. Teams are packing it in against Rondo and Rick Carlisle decided to go with Devin Harris instead. Rondo is also struggling in fantasy leagues, so consider moving him to your bench in 8-cat leagues. Rondo is radioactive in 9-cat leagues unless you're punting turnovers, but some added production might sneak him into late-round value in those formats. Rotoworld.com

    • Gibson productive with 15 and seven vs. DAL
Taj Gibson scored 15 points on 6-of-10 shooting with seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in 33 minutes off the bench on Friday.

Advice: Gibson was productive despite the return of Joakim Noah (23 minutes) and despite that he should be owned in all standard leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 11:15 pm
    • Lance Thomas takes over, scores 16 points
Lance Thomas scored 16 points on 8-of-10 from the field with four rebounds, four assist and two steals against the Magic on Friday.

Advice: He carried the Knicks with a few clutch baskets down the stretch. Thomas is only on a 10-day deal, but he seems like he'll have a chance to stay with the team next month. Amare Stoudemire will be back on Saturday, so we'll need to see it again before suggesting Thomas as an add in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Tobias Harris comes off the bench again
Tobias Harris came off the bench against the Knicks on Friday with nine points, two rebounds, one assist and two turnovers.

Advice: He came off the bench on Wednesday, as well. Coach Jacque Vaughn liked to bring Harris off the bench last season, but he's unlikely to do it again, especially since they lost both games. Tobias will be a must-start player soon and it could come as soon as Sunday against the Pacers. Rotoworld.com

    • Elfrid Payton has knee soreness, says he's OK
Elfrid Payton suffered some knee soreness late in the fourth quarter of Friday's game against the Knicks and did not return.

Advice: "I’m good — a little sore," Payton said. "The doctor came in and checked me out. No severe pain. No real pain. He said I’m really good." He also tweeted he's "good" following the game, so it sounds like he's good. Payton had a nice game at Madison Square Garden with nine points, three rebounds, 11 assists, two steals and one block. He's not going to have a high ceiling in standard leagues, but he's looking like a nice property in points formats. Rotoworld.com

    • Rudy Gay ejected for two technical fouls
Rudy Gay was ejected in the first half for two technical fouls during Friday's game against the Warriors.

Advice: He picked up the two techs in a matter of seconds for his first ejection of the season. He won't be suspended for this infraction and this was just his sixth and seventh tech, so he's not on pace to be suspended either. Quincy Miller will play more tonight. Rotoworld.com

    • J.R. Smith scores 21 points with seven treys
J.R. Smith made seven 3-pointers for his 21 points against the Hornets on Friday with four rebounds and four assists.

Advice: The treys were nice, but this was Smith's fifth game of 2015 with at least four dimes. He's really playing extremely well with his new team and he's taking eight treys per game. He'll cool off at some point, but owners in standard leagues can ride him while he's going strong. Rotoworld.com

    • Amir Johnson plays just 17 minutes
Amir Johnson did not start the second half on Friday against the 76ers, finishing with two points, four rebounds, one assist and three turnovers in 17 minutes.

Advice: He made just 1-of-5 from the field and was benched for poor play. Johnson wasn't hurt and didn't have foul trouble either. Johnson was stringing together some nice games, so this dud is a surprise. In fact, he averaged 10.3 points, 7.2 boards, 1.0 blocks and 0.6 steals in his previous 2015 games. His fantasy owners shouldn't make a hasty cut. Rotoworld.com

    • Jonas Valanciunas blocks three in 26 minutes
Jonas Valanciunas blocked three shots against the 76ers on Friday with 11 points, three rebounds and two steals in 26 minutes.

Advice: He is playing with a minor calf injury and it didn't seem to affect him much. Valanciunas hasn't been blocking shots too much, but he's starting to do it again over his last four with seven in that span. The chance to buy low is shrinking. Rotoworld.com

    • C.J. Miles (groin) out for game vs. Heat
C.J. Miles (left groin) will not return against the Heat on Friday.

Advice: He has dealt with groin issues before and he's probably going to miss time. Chris Copeland and Damjan Rudez could get more minutes, but C.J. Watson and Rodney Stuckey may get some additional run. If you're sick of dealing with Miles, we don't blame you for dropping him. Rotoworld.com

    • Jonas Valanciunas starting vs. Philadelphia
Jonas Valanciunas (calf) will start against the 76ers on Friday.

Advice: He said he's still dealing with soreness, but there's no indication of him being limited. Valanciunas actually has been quiet in his two games against the 76ers this season with just 12 points in each. He's still worth starting in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Jonas Valanciunas (calf) expects to play Fri
Jonas Valanciunas (sore calf) said that he's "fine" and he expects to play on Friday.

Advice: The Raptors are in Philly to take on the 76ers, who are giving up 19.4 points and 15.3 rebounds to opposing centers this season, so JV has an appealing matchup as long as it's not a blowout. He's safe to keep in active lineups and we'll let you know if his status changes prior to tip-off. Rotoworld.com

    • Timofey Mozgov a 'walking double-double'
LeBron James said that new teammate Timofey Mozgov is a "walking double-double."

Advice: Mozgov has had a few peaks and valleys since joining the Cavaliers, but over the past two games he's averaging 15.5 points, 13.0 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 2.0 blocks, while shooting a combined 15-of-26 from the field. Cleveland is riding a four-game win streak and fantasy owners who stuck with Mozgov have to be pleased with the expansion of his role since leaving Denver. Rotoworld.com

    • Enes Kanter scores 23 points with 16 boards
Enes Kanter scored 23 points against the Bucks on Thursday with 16 boards, two steals and one block in 36 minutes.

Advice: He stepped up with Derrick Favors (personal) not in the lineup today and had a double-double in the first half. Kanter had a 24-17 line on Wednesday against the Cavs, but he was floundering before that over his previous two with averages of 5.5 points and 3.5 boards. Kanter was not a top-125 player in the previous two weeks before this game and Rudy Gobert is not going away, so Kanter's owners will want to try and sell high off this two-game outburst. • Joe Ingles scores six with seven dimes
Joe Ingles handed out a team-high seven assists against the Bucks on Thursday with six points, two steals and two 3-pointers in 32 minutes.

Advice: Rodney Hood (foot) is out until the All-Star break and Ingles seems to have his minutes locked down. He's a very good passer and the upside is there for him with some output in steals and treys. He's worth a look in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 9:44 pm
    • Taj Gibson comes through vs. Spurs
Taj Gibson turned in a productive game in the starting lineup against the Spurs on Thursday with 15 points, nine rebounds, one assist, one steal and four blocks.

Advice: After some very quiet games in the starting lineup, Gibson is clicking on the stat sheet. In his last five games as a starter, he averaged 11.8 points, 7.8 boards, 0.8 steals and 2.6 blocks in 37.6 minutes per game. Joakim Noah (ankle) shouldn't be out much longer, but Gibson is a must-start player until further notice. Rotoworld.com

    • Jonas Valanciunas (calf) questionable Friday
Jonas Valanciunas is dealing with a sore left calf and is questionable for Friday's game vs. the 76ers.

Advice: He has notched double-doubles in his last two games, but considering the Raptors are playing the lowly 76ers there is a good chance that they opt to give him some rest. We will update his status when we know more, but expect Amir Johnson and Patrick Patterson to benefit the most should Valanciunas miss any time. Rotoworld.com

    • Joel Freeland likely out a few more weeks
Joel Freeland will likely be out for a few more weeks as he recovers from his strained right shoulder.

Advice: This is a shame because Portland could really use him right now with Robin Lopez (hand) and LaMarcus Aldridge (thumb) sidelined. By the time Freeland returns to action, the Blazers will more than likely be healthy and Freeland probably won't be a big part of the rotation. Leave him on the wire. Rotoworld.com

    • Kenneth Faried (illness) held out of practice
Kenneth Faried (illness) was held out of practice on Thursday, and he is still considered questionable for Friday's game vs. Boston.

Advice: Faried had a massive game on Friday, so his owners can only hope he feels better prior to tip-off. Should the Manimal sit this one out, J.J. Hickson and Darrell Arthur would be in line for big minutes. Rotoworld.com

    • Kenneth Faried questionable for Friday vs BOS
Kenneth Faried (flu) is questionable for Friday's game against the Celtics.

Advice: Faried is coming off a huge double-double, so his fantasy owners will be rooting for a quick turnaround so that he can continue his momentum from Tuesday. If the Manimal sits against the Celtics, J.J. Hickson and Darrell Arthur would both be in line for a boost to their fantasy value. Rotoworld.com

    • LeBron credits Cavs' recent success to Mozgov
LeBron James said the Cavs are "clicking" and credited their recent success to Timofey Mozgov.

Advice: The Cavs have won four consecutive games and James said it's no coincidence that their success has come with Mozgov more integrated with the team. "It's funny, I was talking to my friend the other day and I said he's probably the best, as far as big, true big," James said. "He's probably the best one I've played with since Z [Zydrunas Ilgauskas]." Mozgov has averaged 11.75 points, 9.75 rebounds, and 1.25 blocks during the Cavs' four-game win streak and deserves to be owned in all fantasy leagues as long as he's rolling like this. Rotoworld.com

    • David Lee nearly dub-dubs in garbage time
David Lee hit 4-of-9 shots for nine points, 10 rebounds, three steals and a block in Wednesday's easy win over the Rockets.

Advice: He got most of his numbers in garbage time, when Draymond Green was on the bench with a huge Warriors lead. The Rockets made a comeback, but never threatened to win the game, and the simple truth is that Lee isn't really worth owning in most leagues. Having said that, congratulations are in order for his 10,000th point tonight. Rotoworld.com

    • Rudy Gay scores 25 points in loss to BK
Rudy Gay scored 25 points with eight rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer against the Nets on Wednesday.

Advice: He's been consistent since returning from a knee injury on Saturday with at least 22 points and five boards in each of his last three games. Gay also played more than 40 minutes for the first time in 2015 tonight, so any concern of a knee issue should basically be put to bed. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook go off in DC
Kevin Durant scored a game-high 34 points in his homecoming during a 105-103 overtime win against the Wizards, adding seven rebounds, three assists, one block and four 3-pointers in 45 minutes.

Advice: He is on cruise control and just missed a triple-double against the Heat on Tuesday. Durant has picked it up lately over his last nine, averaging 22.4 points, 5.0 boards, 3.6 assists, 0.8 steals, 0.9 blocks and 1.7 treys. This still isn't quite as great as he was last season, but it won't be long until he's hanging 30-point games on a regular basis. Rotoworld.com

    • J.R. Smith fires 16 more shots in another win
J.R. Smith started again and hit 5-of-16 shots and 2-of-11 3-pointers for 15 points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals in Wednesday's win.

Advice: Love him or hate him, Smith is starting and averaging 17.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.4 steals and 3.8 3-pointers over his last five games, while shooting 46 percent. We've seen him go on streaks like this before and he should be in your lineup until he comes back to earth. Rotoworld.com

    • Timofey Mozgov double-doubles in win
Timofey Mozgov had 16 points, 11 rebounds, a steal and two blocks as the Cavs beat the Jazz to win their fourth straight game.

Advice: After some pretty shaky and inconsistent play early with the Cavs, Mozzy appears to be getting comfortable with his new team. He had 15 points, 15 boards, two steals and a block in his previous game, and could be ready to make a run. Make sure he's not available in your league. Rotoworld.com

    • Enes Kanter goes off for 24 & 17 in start
Enes Kanter started on Wednesday and hit 9-of-20 shots for 24 points and 17 rebounds.

Advice: No, he doesn't block shots and yes, Rudy Gobert has been stalking him all season long, but his coach (Quin Snyder) is sticking with Kanter in the starting lineup and he's had enough big games this season to be cut some slack. Kanter was benched in the second half against the Spurs on Sunday, but it was for matchup purposes. While Rudy Gobert remains a "nice to own" player, Kanter looks like the starter for the rest of this season. Rotoworld.com

    • Enes Kanter will remain in starting lineup
Coach Quin Snyder emphatically stated that Enes Kanter will remain in the starting lineup despite the impressive play of Rudy Gobert.

Advice: It's puzzling as to why coach Synder is so adamant on sticking with Kanter, as it is become painfully obvious that the Jazz are simply a better team when Gobert is on the floor. Kanter was benched during the second half of Sunday's game, and even though he will remain the starter, Gobert will threaten his playing time every night. We will continue to monitor this situation very closely. Rotoworld.com

Head coach Jacque Vaughn said that Aaron Gordon's minutes will not increase markedly for the time being.
