  • Donatas Motiejunas getting hot, scores 21
Donatas Motiejunas scored a career-high 21 points against the Kings on Wednesday with six rebounds, three assists, three steals and one 3-pointer on 10-of-15 from the field.

Advice: This is his third effective game in a row with an average of 13.5 points per game in his previous two. He's also seen a major bump in minutes with 35.7 per game over his last three. The Rockets won't get Terrence Jones (leg) back any time soon and Dwight Howard (knee) is out, so Motiejunas is worth a look in all standard leagues now that he seems to have figured it out. • Long range Canaan: Isaiah hits six treys
Isaiah Canaan scored a career-high 24 points against the Kings on Wednesday with six rebounds, four assists, four steals and six 3-pointers in 32 minutes.

Advice: He was open all night in easily his best game as a pro. Canaan was coming in with no momentum with only 15 points combined in his previous four games and Jason Terry was actually gaining ground on him. Considering how Patrick Beverley (hamstring) is out for a bit, Canaan is worth a look. Although, he has a bad matchup against Chris Paul on Friday. Rotoworld.com

  • Ben McLemore takes 17 shots vs. Rockets
Ben McLemore made 6-of-17 from the field for 14 points during a 102-89 loss to the Rockets on Wednesday with three rebounds, one assist, one block and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He was coming in as hot as ever with three games of at least 52.0 percent from the field with 3.0 treys per game in that span. Perhaps coach Mike Malone gave him the green light tonight, but that might not happen in the future with a line like this one. He's still not worth grabbing in standards despite the increase in output lately. Rotoworld.com

  • Omri Casspi scores 14 points vs. Rockets
Omri Casspi scored 14 points against his former team in a loss to the Rockets on Wednesday with seven boards, two assists and two turnovers.

Advice: He scored 22 points on Tuesday and he could have another start coming his way with Rudy Gay (Achilles) up in the air for Friday against the Spurs. Casspi has a good rapport with the first unit, so he'll be worth using in fantasy leagues as long as Gay is out. Rotoworld.com

  • Ramon Sessions has a bad game in start
Ramon Sessions had just eight points with three rebounds, three assists and five turnovers in 35 minutes against the Rockets on Wednesday.

Advice: The Kings apparently need Darren Collison (quad) back. Sessions is making just 34 percent from the field on the season and hasn't really been able to perform like he did after the break last season. Collision should be back soon, so Sessions has little value right now. Rotoworld.com

  • Greivis Vasquez scores 21 points in 17 mins.
Greivis Vasquez was on fire against the Hawks on Wednesday with 21 points, two rebounds, three assists and three 3-pointers on 8-of-12 from the field in just 17 minutes.

Advice: This is one of the most efficient lines of the year. For the advanced stats guys out there, Vasquez put up a 36.9 usage and had an 81.5 true shooting percentage. He was horrible before tonight and made just 33.3 percent from the field, so we'll obviously need to see it again. Rotoworld.com

  • Lou Williams scores 22 points vs. Hawks
Lou Williams may have had a revenge game against the Hawks on Wednesday during a win, making 6-of-11 from the field for 22 points with two assists, three steals and four 3-pointers in 26 minutes.

Advice: He's so hot right now. Perhaps no bench player is performing at his level, averaging 24.3 points, 1.8 boards, 2.3 steals, 3.5 treys and 0.5 turnovers on 50.0 percent from the field and 96.4 percent from the line in his last four. We'd be lying if we said we saw this coming, but he's just too hot to leave on the wire right now. Rotoworld.com

  • James Johnson blocks three in 20 minutes
James Johnson (illness) played 20 minutes against the Hawks on Wednesday with four points, one rebound, one assist, one steal and three blocks.

Advice: He was reportedly very ill, but Johnson takes great pride in calling himself Wolverine. He is doing a great job on the defensive side and he had a nice Euro step on the offensive end tonight, too. Johnson is a sneaky player to own in 14-team leagues. Rotoworld.com

  • Sebastian Telfair waived by Oklahoma City
Sebastian Telfair scored five points and handed out one assist in 13 minutes on Wednesday, but he was waived by the Thunder shortly after the game.

Advice: The move trimmed OKC's roster to 15 players and was mandatory because of the team's expiring hardship exception, but it's also a clear indication that Russell Westbrook (hand) is nearing a return. Westbrook could be back as soon as Friday's game vs. New York. Rotoworld.com
    Today, 9:07 pm
  • Jeremy Lamb scores 21 points in 24 minutes
Jeremy Lamb caught fire in 24 minutes of action vs. the Jazz, scoring 21 points on 7-of-8 shots including three 3-pointers, while adding four boards, two assists, three steals and one block.

Advice: Lamb also turned the ball over three times before fouling out of the game in a frenetic performance that earned him a loud ovation from the home crowd in OKC. He was averaging 6.0 points in just 16.7 minutes in his past three games and it's futile to guess when he might explode off the bench. Most fantasy owners would be best served ignoring him, especially with Kevin Durant (foot) and Russell Westbrook (hand) on the verge of returning. Rotoworld.com

  • Kentavious Caldwell-Pope bounces back Wed.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope played a season-low 21 minutes on Tuesday, but he bounced back in Wednesday's home loss with 17 points, three 3-pointers and one steal in a team-high 41 minutes.

Advice: KCP chipped in just one rebound and one assist, which highlights the fragility of his fantasy value -- if he's not making his shots (36.0 percent this season) he's not helping his owners. Jodie Meeks (back) is still a long way from returning, but there should be more reliable options than KCP on most waiver wires. Rotoworld.com
    Today, 7:43 pm
  • Marvin Williams starts, goes scoreless again
Marvin Williams was scoreless in 11 minutes of action on Wednesday, starting at PF but finishing with just one rebound and two assists to his credit.

Advice: Cody Zeller had nine points and seven boards off the bench, while playing superior defense vs. LaMarcus Aldridge, and it's fair to question how much longer Williams will keep his starting gig. The Hornets shot 42.6 percent in their previous six games, all losses, and finished tonight's defeat just 41-of-94 from the field (43.6 percent). Something has to give. Rotoworld.com

James Johnson (illness) is playing on Wednesday.

Advice: The team didn't update him and he just checked in. Johnson should have limited playing time tonight. Rotoworld.com

  • Matt Bonner (illness) is back for Spurs
Matt Bonner (illness) is ready to play against the Pacers on Wednesday.

Advice: It's going to be interesting to see how coach Ettore Messina uses Bonner tonight. Boris Diaw has been great, so his fantasy owners shouldn't be too concerned about Bonner returning. Rotoworld.com

  • Thaddeus Young is active on Wednesday
Thaddeus Young is active against the Bucks on Wednesday.

Advice: The team is honoring his mother with pink shoelaces, which is pretty cool. Young will get a decent matchup tonight and we'd love to see him have a huge game. He's a strong play tonight and should be in most lineups. Rotoworld.com

  • James Johnson (flu) questionable for Wed
James Johnson (flu) is questionable to face the Hawks on Wednesday.

Advice: He is under the weather and the Raptors might not need him. Johnson played four minutes in his return from an ankle injury on Monday, but the fouls were likely the issue. Fantasy owners shouldn't be counting on him tonight. Rotoworld.com

  • Carrick Felix breaks kneecap
Carrick Felix suffered a fractured patella and will be out indefinitely.

Advice: He's caught some really bad breaks in his two-year career. Felix is a bit like Corey Brewer for likely to do work in transition, but he's going to have a tough time getting playing time with all of these injuries. Rotoworld.com

  • Thaddeus Young expected to play vs. Bucks
Thaddeus Young is expected to return to action on Wednesday, although his role still hasn't been confirmed.

Advice: The team will wear pink shoe laces to honor Young's mother, who passed away from breast cancer recently. We should have an update on whether he's starting or not, but you can get him back in your lineup after missing the previous six games. Rotoworld.com

  • Marvin Williams to play SF Wednesday
Marvin Williams should get plenty of minutes at small forward on Wednesday in order to match up with the Blazers.

Advice: It doesn't really matter where Marvin plays, as he's just not that good these days. However, this should also mean more Cody Zeller at PF and Zeller has been playing pretty well over his last few games. Rotoworld.com
    Today, 8:28 am
  • Omri Casspi scores 22 points in start at SF
Omri Casspi took over the Kings' starting SF job on Tuesday with Rudy Gay (Achilles) unavailable, scoring a season-high 22 points in a road win in New Orleans.

Advice: Casspi made one 3-pointer but made his living by sprinting the court and attacking the basket -- he was 9-of-14 from the field with only three shot attempts outside the paint. He added four rebounds, one assist and one steal without any turnovers, but Gay's day-to-day status makes Casspi a tricky guy to rely on for Wednesday's game vs. Houston. Rotoworld.com

  • Ramon Sessions scores 15 pts w/ six assists
Ramon Sessions had 15 points, one 3-pointer, three rebounds, six dimes and two steals as a fill-in starter on Tuesday, taking the place of Darren Collison (quad).

Advice: Collison is dealing with a bruised quad and is day-to-day, which leaves Sessions as a shaky fantasy option for Wednesday's road game in Houston. This was his third double-digit scoring performance of the season, and the third game in which he's made a 3-point shot. Rotoworld.com
    Yesterday, 8:45 pm
  • Caldwell-Pope plays season-low 21 minutes
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored six points with zero rebounds, two assists and two steals on Tuesday, while playing a season-low 21 minutes.

Advice: KCP is shooting a putrid 35.7 percent on 11.8 shot attempts per game this season, part of the reason he's been a liability in typical fantasy formats. His minutes are trending down as a result, and a reduction in playing time is just one more reason to be leery of him. Rotoworld.com

  • Matt Bonner (stomach virus) probable for Wed.
Matt Bonner (stomach virus) is being listed as probable for Wednesday's game vs. the Pacers.

Advice: Bonner can give you some 3-pointers, but that's about it. He's averaging 6.6 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.4 three-pointers this season, so he's not worth owning in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

  • Matt Bonner (illness) probable vs. Pacers
Matt Bonner (stomach virus) is probable for Wednesday’s game vs. Indiana.

Advice: Bonner sat out Saturday's game as the Spurs quarantined him to avoid spreading his illness, but he's recovered and might even return to the starting lineup with Tiago Splitter sidelined. He's a poor source of fantasy value beyond the handful of 3-pointers he offers per game. Rotoworld.com

  • Ramon Sessions (knee) probable for Tuesday
Ramon Sessions (knee) has been upgraded to probable for Tuesday's game vs. New Orleans.

Advice: With Darren Collison (quad contusion) being listed as questionable, Sessions could be in line for a start on Tuesday. However, if both Sessions and Collison are ruled out, Ray McCallum would get all the minutes he can handle at point guard, and would be a fine plug-and-play option in daily leagues. Stay tuned. • No setbacks for James Johnson
James Johnson didn't suffer a setback in Monday's game when he played just four minutes in his return from an ankle injury.

Advice: The Raps are just working him back into the mix slowly, so it might take him a week to get back up to speed. Rotoworld.com

  • Motiejunas nears solid double-double vs. NY
Donatas Motiejunas scored 13 points on 6-of-12 shooting with eight rebounds, one steal, one block and one three in 32 minutes against the Knicks.

Advice: Motie beating up on the Knicks and getting his usually non-existent peripheral stats isn't swinging the pendulum here, but he has been much more productive than he usually is lately. With Terrence Jones (leg) out long-term and Dwight Howard (knee) a question mark at this moment, we're all on the hunt for the beneficiary and right now Kostas Papanikolaou has a much better stat-set to get the job done with. • Canaan quiet in start for Beverley
Isaiah Canaan was quiet in another start for Patrick Beverley (hamstring) on Monday, scoring seven points with three assists and a steal in 26 minutes.

Advice: Canaan hit 2-of-8 shots with a three and on the whole he doesn't have any real fantasy value. If you want to give him a desperation look or use him in DFS games, he's probably a coin flip to pay off at best. Beverley has about a week on his initial timetable. Rotoworld.com

  • Lou Williams stays hot with 17 points
Lou Williams stayed somewhat hot against the Suns on Monday during a 104-100 win with 17 points, two rebounds, one assist, two steals, one block and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He's coming off the bench and is taking away a few minutes from Greivis Vasquez and Terrence Ross. Williams is a little bit like Nick Young except he does a little more than score -- he's obviously much worse in the sound-byte department, though. He's not a lock, but feel free to give him a look in standard leagues and ride him while he's hot. Rotoworld.com
    Monday, 9:09 pm
  • James Johnson plays four minutes on Monday
James Johnson played four minutes against the Suns with one steal and two fouls.

Advice: He didn't take a single shot tonight and may not be 100 percent. Johnson said he was "like Wolverine" for recovering so soon from his ankle sprain, but he wasn't a superhero with fouling tonight. He should be better his next time out. Rotoworld.com
    Monday, 9:06 pm
  • Ramon Sessions is questionable for Tues.
Ramon Sessions (knee) is questionable to face the Pelicans on Tuesday.

Advice: He has a right knee strain, so it's a muscle issue for the backup point guard. Sessions does have a decent chance to play and he would see big minutes if Darren Collison (quad) needs to sit out. If both are out, it'll be Ray McCallum at the point. Rotoworld.com
    Monday, 4:23 pm
  • Isaiah Canaan will start on Monday night
Isaiah Canaan will start on Monday night against the Knicks.

Advice: It will be his seventh start of the season, but he hasn't done much in his previous starts with averages of 11.5 points, 2.3 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.3 triples. The triples make him someone worth owning in deeper leagues right now, especially with Pat Beverley (hamstring) possible out for a while. Rotoworld.com
    Monday, 3:24 pm
  • James Johnson will play on Monday night
James Johnson (ankle) will play against the Suns on Monday night.

Advice: He has been out since Nov. 16 with what looked like a severe ankle sprain, but Johnson is likely going to see his normal minutes. He was actually turning in mid-round value because of all the defensive stats, so he's worth a look in standard leagues. To be clear, he's not a must-own player and obviously won't be a mid-round guy on the season. Rotoworld.com

  • Thaddeus Young returns to practice Monday
Thaddeus Young (personal) returned to practice on Monday.

Advice: Young is on track to play on Wednesday against Milwaukee and has returned to the team following the tragic loss of his mother. Our thoughts are with Young and his family. With his return, Anthony Bennett should be heading back to the bench. Rotoworld.com

  • Jeremy Lamb shoots 0-of-6 vs. Warriors
Jeremy Lamb never got going in 12 minutes off the bench on Sunday, missing all six of his field goal attempts to finish with five points on 5-of-5 free throws.

Advice: He added one board and one assist without any defensive stats, and this disappearing act is precisely why he's so frustrating to own in fantasy leagues. His big games are scattered among many more duds, and he's only worth attention in deep leagues while guys like Andre Roberson, Anthony Morrow and Lance Thomas are healthy. Rotoworld.com
    Sunday, 7:08 pm
  • Marvin Williams FT-less streak at 354 minutes
Marvin Williams didn't attempt a free throw vs. the Heat on Sunday, extending his FT-less streak to an astounding 354 minutes.

Advice: He's one of four players in NBA history to begin a season with 300+ minutes without any free throw attempts, and there's no telling when the streak will end. He finished Sunday's game with seven points, one 3-pointer, two rebounds and one assist, and he's only worth considering if you're desperate for 3-pointers. Rotoworld.com

  • Lou Williams earns praise for his defense
Lou Williams poured in a career-high 36 points vs. the Cavaliers on Saturday, but coach Dwane Casey singled out his defense for praise.

Advice: "Most of all, I'm impressed with Lou's defense," Casey said. "He had a reputation of being a scorer but now he's doing a much better job defensively for us, which allows him to stay in and guard guys like [Dion] Waiters and [Kyrie] Irving and people like that." Anything that keeps Williams on the court is terrific news for fantasy owners -- he's currently averaging 13.4 points, 1.5 threes and 1.3 steals in just 19 minutes per game. Rotoworld.com

  • Donatas Motiejunas racks up 14 & 12 in win
Donatas Motiejunas played a whopping 38 minutes (season high) and hit 5-of-7 shots on his way to 14 points, 12 rebounds and a 3-pointer on Saturday.

Advice: He also had five turnovers, but who cares? He's been getting some decent run with Dwight Howard out, but this was easily his best game of the season. He had played just 18 minutes in each of his last two games, but got big run tonight, and it paid off. He's still a shaky play in daily or standard leagues, but as long as Howard and Terrence Jones are out, he's at least worth a look from night to night. Rotoworld.com

  • Ben McLemore scores season-high 22 points
Ben McLemore set a new season-high on Saturday with 22 points, making 9-of-17 shots including four 3-pointers in 41 minutes of action vs. the Wolves.

Advice: The Kings blew a few big leads this week, but they took control of tonight's game in the second half and didn't let go. McLemore is shooting a solid 44.3 percent from the field with copious 3-pointers, but his inconsistency and lack of supporting stats takes a big bite out of his 8-cat/9-cat value. Rotoworld.com
    Saturday, 8:27 pm
  • Lou Williams drops career-high 36 vs. Cavs
Lou Williams was unstoppable vs. the Cavs on Saturday, setting a new career-high with 36 points (9-of-19 FGs, 15-of-15 FTs) on Saturday, adding three 3-pointers, four rebounds and three steals in just 29 minutes.

Advice: He made 9-of-9 free throws in his first nine minutes alone, and this is an extreme example of the instant offense that Toronto was hoping he'd provide when they traded for him this summer. His 18-20 minute bench role isn't well-suited to sustainable fantasy value, unfortunately, and he's likely to remain an unsteady option in 12-team leagues. Rotoworld.com

  • Matt Bonner (illness) will not play on Sat.
Matt Bonner (illness) will not play against the Nets on Saturday.

Wolves coach Flip Saunders expects Thaddeus Young to return from his personal absence in time for Monday's practice.

Matt Bonner (illness) is doubtful to face the Nets on Saturday.

  • Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has bad game again
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope made 1-of-7 from the field for four points and three steals in 32 minutes against the Hawks on Friday.

Advice: He doesn't have much competition for minutes, but the Pistons have to think of something right now. Caldwell-Pope made just 29.4 percent from the field over his last five to go with averages of 7.8 points, 2.6 boards, 1.2 assists and 1.2 triples. We do applaud the Zen-like patience of KCP owners in 16-team leagues, but it's time to move on. Additionally, Jodie Meeks (back) is a more intriguing stash. Rotoworld.com

  • James Johnson still out on Friday night

  • Jeremy Lamb moving to the bench
Jeremy Lamb will move to the bench against the the Nets on Friday.

Advice: Andre Roberson is back in the starting lineup and isn't expected to play more than 20 minutes, so Lamb should still get some run. He's been far too inconsistent on the season to use in most fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com

  • Matt Bonner (stomach) out Friday vs. Boston
Matt Bonner (stomach illness) will not suit up for Friday's game vs. the Celtics.

Omri Casspi made all five shots from the field and all four from the line for 14 points with one rebound and one steal against the Bulls on Thursday.

  • Matt Bonner (stomach) questionable for Friday
Matt Bonner (stomach illness) is being listed as questionable for Friday's game vs. the Timberwolves.

Advice: Bonner is averaging just 6.6 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.4 three-pointers on the season, and that pretty much tells you all you need to know about Bonner's non-existent fantasy value. Feel free to leave The Red Mamba on the wire in all but the deepest of leagues. Rotoworld.com

  • Stan Van Gundy defends Caldwell-Pope
Stan Van Gundy did not take kindly to Markieff Morris' comments following the Piston's loss to the Suns on Wednesday, and had some choice words for Morris.

Advice: Morris said that the Suns knew Caldwell-Pope would miss his last second shot attempt to win the game because KCP "doesn't have any heart." To which Van Gundy responded: "I'm not quite sure – maybe he knows – but I'm not quite sure what Markieff Morris has accomplished in the league that gets him to the point of mouthing off... It seems to me you should at least participate in a playoff game before you do." Caldwell-Pope has struggled with consistency this year, so he's more of a 3-point specialist for owners in deeper leagues. Just know that KCP's value will take an eventual hit when Jodie Meeks returns to the floor. Rotoworld.com

  • James Johnson (ankle) sheds walking boot
James Johnson (ankle) was moving well without a walking boot after the Raptors' practice on Thursday.

Advice: The Raptors' defensive specialist and energizer is questionable for Friday's home game vs. the Bucks. It wouldn't be surprising to see him held out another game as a precaution, but we'll have a much clearer idea of his status after shootaround. Rotoworld.com

  • Marvin Williams scores eight points vs. Indy
Marvin Williams (knee) played 23 minutes against the Pacers on Wednesday with eight points, three rebounds and one steal.

  • Sebastian Telfair gets hot in loss to Nuggets
Sebastian Telfair hit 7-of-7 shots and 4-of-4 3-pointers for 18 points, two rebounds and two assists in Wednesday's loss to the Nuggets.

Advice: This was the first real Telfair sighting we've had since he scored 14 points back on Nov. 9 and he's not going to shoot it again like this all season. Andre Roberson is back and could re-take the starting shooting guard job, while Jeremy Lamb and Anthony Morrow aren't going anywhere. Ignore this performance by Telfair, but just keep an eye on him in case he gets it going. Rotoworld.com

  • Jeremy Lamb's inconsistency is consistent
Jeremy Lamb hit just 2-of-5 shots (both 3-pointers) for eight points, two rebounds and two assists in 21 minutes on Wednesday.

Advice: If there's anything consistent about Lamb it's his inconsistency. He's scored 8, 19, 5, 24 and 5 points in each of his last five games and things could get a little dicey now. Sebastian Telfair broke out of a slump tonight, and shooting guard Andre Roberson finally returned from his injury tonight. And once Perry Jones is back from his knee injury, Lamb's productivity could fluctuate even more than it has lately. Rotoworld.com

Donatas Motiejunas played 18 minutes against the Lakers on Wednesday with seven points, three rebounds, one assist, one steal, one 3-pointer and four fouls.

Advice: He may have squandered his last real chance here. Motiejunas had his best opportunity of the season with Dwight Howard (knee) and Terrence Jones (leg) out, but his fouls and turnovers were the headline for him tonight. Fantasy owners just can't trust him right now. Rotoworld.com

  • Caldwell-Pope scores 15, misses game-winner
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope hit 6-of-13 shots and three 3-pointers for 15 points and three steals in 28 minutes on Wednesday.

Advice: He missed a 3-pointer that would have won the game, prompting Markieff Morris to say he knew KCP would miss the shot, because he has "no heart." Ouch. KCP scored just two points on Nov. 15, but now has 10 and 15 with five 3-pointers over his last two games. The minutes are there, but inconsistency has been a problem for Caldwell-Pope thus far. • James Johnson won't play vs. Memphis
James Johnson (ankle) will not play against the Grizzlies on Wednesday.

Advice: He is in a walking boot and does not have a timetable to return. Johnson is a tough customer, but the Raptors will likely be careful based on how things went with Amir Johnson's ankle last season. Expect more Terrence Ross and Patrick Patterson tonight. Rotoworld.com

  • Matt Bonner out Wednesday w/ stomach illness
Matt Bonner will not suit up for the Spurs on Wednesday due to a stomach illness.

Advice: Tiago Splitter (calf) is still on the shelf, so there will be extra opportunities for Tim Duncan, Boris Diaw and Aron Baynes against the Cavaliers' lenient frontcourt. Bonner is coming off a fluky 18-point game vs. the 76ers, but he's too inconsistent for use as more than a 3-point specialist in very deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

  • Ben McLemore held to single-digit pts again
Ben McLemore was held to single-digit points for the second straight game on Tuesday, going 1-of-6 from the field for two points with three rebounds, one assist and one steal in 29 minutes.

Advice: Playing time hasn't been a big issue for McLemore this season, and thus far he's held off rookie Nik Stauskas for the SG job, but his scoring has plummeted after five straight double-digit games from Nov. 5-13. He contributes very few rebounds (3.0), assists (1.0), steals (0.5) or blocks (0.0), so standard-league owners should look elsewhere for points and triples. Rotoworld.com

  • Jeremy Lamb has well-rounded line vs. Utah
Jeremy Lamb posted a nice all-around line in 36 minutes on Tuesday, scoring 19 points with three 3-pointers, four rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block vs. the Jazz.

Advice: Lamb has been up-and-down since returning from his back injury on Nov. 7, but he has explosive potential with the Thunder desperately short-handed. He made only five of his 15 shot attempts tonight, but made up for it with a 6-of-6 mark at the FT line. Rotoworld.com

  • Marvin Williams (knee) questionable vs. Indy
Marvin Williams (knee) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Pacers.

Advice: He played on both Friday and Saturday despite being listed as doubtful and questionable, respectively, so there's a good chance that he'll be in uniform. That doesn't mean he'll have fantasy value, however, as he's coming off a scoreless game and hasn't been consistent enough for use outside of very deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

  • Thaddeus Young (personal) should return Sun.
Thaddeus Young (personal) is expected to return to the Timberwolves Sunday.

Advice: That means Young will be targeting a return for Nov. 26 vs. the Bucks, and Anthony Bennett will draw at least two more starts this week. Bennett put up 10 points, seven rebounds, and four assists during his last start, and he makes for a nice, low-budget buy in FanDuel as long as Young is sidelined. Rotoworld.com

  • Red Mamba scores 18 points in win
Matt Bonner scored 18 points with one rebound, three assists and four 3-pointers in 20 minutes against the 76ers on Monday.

Advice: The 76ers will give up big lines and this is one of the funnier ones. Bonner is not worth owning in most leagues, but he's a deep-league spot-start guy while Tiago Splitter (calf) is out. Rotoworld.com

  • Motiejnuas can't take advantage of chance
Donatas Motiejunas logged just 18 minutes in Monday's blowout loss, scoring six points on 3-of-8 shooting with two rebounds and one block.

Advice: It's starting to feel like Terrence Jones (leg) will miss another month, and we've included the link to one of many scattered reports that had Rockets play-by-play man Bill Worrell saying that "may" be the case. But Motiejunas has been terrible in most formats this year, and it's more likely that there is no real beneficiary due to Jones' time off. Rotoworld.com

  • Thaddeus Young is still not with the team
Thaddeus Young (personal) is still not with the Wolves as of Monday.

Advice: Coach Flip Saunders didn't mention when Young will be back or if he would play on Wednesday, but he said he should know more on Tuesday. Young's fantasy owners might want to sit him in a three-game week while Anthony Bennett will likely get another start. Shabazz Muhammad may also get more run. Rotoworld.com

  • Marvin Williams (knee) invisible in start
Marvin Williams (knee) started Saturday's game vs. the Warriors but went scoreless with three rebounds and one turnover in 15 minutes.

Advice: Williams missed all three of his field goals and he's been dreadful over the past five games, averaging 4.2 points on 38.1 percent shooting. He doesn't contribute enough in other categories to make up the difference, and doesn't warrant fantasy owners' attention outside of the deepest leagues. Rotoworld.com

  • Jeremy Lamb struggles in defensive battle
Jeremy Lamb started Sunday's game but finished with only five points on 2-of-5 shooting, one 3-pointer, four rebounds, one assist, two steals and one block in 25 minutes.

Advice: Lamb was coming off a massive game with 24 points and 10 rebounds, but never got going in a defense-dominated loss vs. Houston on Sunday. Solid defensive stats somewhat compensate for Lamb's overall lack of production, but he's been held to single-digit scoring in three of the past four games and is a hit-or-miss fantasy player despite the injury problems in OKC. • Isaiah Canaan picks up DNP-CD vs. Thunder
Isaiah Canaan vanished from the Rockets' rotation with Patrick Beverley (hamstring) healthy on Sunday.

Advice: Canaan was a tolerable fill-in fantasy option during Beverley's absence, but owners can obviously cut him in standard formats. He is apparently buried in the backcourt depth chart behind both Jason Terry (scoreless in 19 minutes) and Troy Daniels (scoreless in four minutes). Rotoworld.com

  • Isaiah Canaan likely to return to bench role
Isaiah Canaan likely will return to the bench on Sunday as Patrick Beverley (hamstring) is listed as active.

Advice: Canaan did a decent job running the point for Houston, but owners in deep leagues should probably move on with this news. Canaan would need another injury to Beverley before he can be considered in most leagues again. Rotoworld.com

  • Ben McLemore cools off on Saturday
Ben McLemore scored eight points with four rebounds and one assist against the Spurs on Saturday.

Advice: He had been playing well, but we'd need to see several more games out of McLemore before declaring him as a pickup. He'll likely have more lines like this one that what he's been doing in the past week or so. Rotoworld.com

  • Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scores two points
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope had more names than points in a 95-88 loss to the Grizzlies on Saturday, making 1-of-11 from the field for two points, three rebounds, one assist and one foul.

Advice: Ouch. The opportunity is there, but he's just awful. Caldwell-Pope has been catching and shooting most of the time this season with 66.0 percent of his shots while only touching the ball for two seconds or less, but he's still only at 38.8 percent from the field. It's too hard to defend him right now, so feel free to grab someone else. Rotoworld.com
