    • Trevor Booker scores 12 with six boards
Trevor Booker had his best game in a while on Saturday vs. the Bucks, scoring 12 points with six boards, two steals and one block in 27 minutes.

Advice: It was the most minutes he had played since Dec. 1, and it was also the most points he has scored in the month of February. Booker hasn't yet capitalized on the departure of Enes Kanter, but now that he has become the first big off the bench for Utah, owners in deeper leagues will want to keep an eye on him moving forward. • Dante Exum plays just 12 minutes Saturday
Dante Exum was held scoreless in 12 minutes against the Jazz and was benched in favor of Trey Burke for the start of the second half.

Advice: Exum has now played 19 or fewer minutes in each of his last three games, and it is starting to look like his days as a starter are numbered. The Jazz obviously threw the rookie into the fire too quickly, and while he does have a ton of potential, he is nowhere near ready to be a starting PG in the NBA. Exum should have already been dropped in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • T.J. Warren looks good in garbage time
T.J. Warren looked good in garbage time against the Spurs with nine points, one rebound and two assists in 18 minutes.

Advice: He had a lot of buzz over the summer and in the preseason and he might actually get some playing time with Brandon Knight getting hurt tonight. However, Warren's fantasy ceiling is low right now because he doesn't really take treys and he's not too great with defensive stats. You have to be in a very deep league to look at him. Rotoworld.com

    • Al-Farouq Aminu scores 12 points
Al-Farouq Aminu filled it up against the Nets on Saturday with 12 points, five rebounds, two assists, four steals, two blocks and two 3-pointers on 4-of-4 from the field.

Advice: He finally turned it around tonight. Aminu had a big chance to put up numbers while the Mavs were without the Chandlers, but his chance to step up is likely dwindling with both guys close to a return. If he's still on the wire, he should probably stay there. Rotoworld.com

    • Andrea Bargnani scores 19 points vs. Raptors
Andrea Bargnani scored 19 points in a big win over the Raptors on Saturday with three rebounds, one assist and one 3-pointer.

Advice: Take that, Masai Ujiri! Kidding aside, Bargnani seems to have his role as the primary scorer in the first unit. Although, there really isn't going to be much besides the scoring. He's worth a look in points leagues, but owners in standard leagues can probably shoot for a higher upside. Il Mago also disappears a lot because of injuries. Rotoworld.com

    • Greivis Vasquez scores 14 in a start
Greivis Vasquez scored 14 points in a start against the Knicks on Saturday with three rebounds, six assists and four 3-pointers in 34 minutes.

Advice: There's a chance that Kyle Lowry needs to rest more, which makes sense because he's looked awful for over one month. Vasquez has a lot of potential as the starting point guard and even led the NBA in total dimes back in 2012-13. He's worth a look if you want some short-term help at point guard and is capable of putting up this type of line most nights. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Garnett ejected from Saturday's game
Kevin Garnett was ejected from Saturday's game vs. the Grizzlies after picking up his second technical foul, finishing with six points, three boards, two assists and three steals in 15 minutes.

Advice: He drew a second technical for slamming the ball down hard, but the Minnesota crowd loved his intensity. Garnett isn't going to have a big role in Minnesota at this point in his career, and with the constant risk of him picking up precautionary DNPs, he isn't worth owning in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Patrick Patterson moves back to bench Sat.
Patrick Patterson will move back to the bench for Saturday's game vs. the Knicks, allowing Amir Johnson to reclaim his spot in the starting lineup.

Advice: Patterson scored just four points in a start against the Warriors on Friday, but head coach Dwane Casey probably needs his scoring punch off the bench. It's safe to leave Patterson on the wire in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Garnett starting against the Grizzlies
Kevin Garnett will move back into the starting lineup for Saturday's game vs. the Grizzlies, sending Adreian Payne back to the bench.

Advice: Garnett is going to constantly be at risk of picking up DNPs this this season, especially in away games, making him tough to own outside of the deepest of leagues. It's safe to leave Garnett on the wire, but it certainly is great to see back in Minnesota. Rotoworld.com

    • Greivis Vasquez starting for Kyle Lowry
Greivis Vasquez will start against the Knicks on Saturday.

Advice: The last time Kyle Lowry missed a game (Apr. 5, 2014), Greivis Vasquez had 26 points, four boards, four dimes, one steal and six treys in 37 minutes. He should get a huge increase in playing time in a favorable matchup. If you're looking to stream a point guard tonight, look no further. Rotoworld.com

    • Cleanthony Early is starting again on Sat
The Knicks are starting Langston Galloway, Cleanthony Early, Tim Hardaway Jr., Lou Amundson and Andrea Bargnani on Saturday against the Raptors.

Advice: Early played poorly on Friday and it'll likely be Shane Larkin picking up most of the playing time. Early is not worth owning in almost any league right now. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 3:00 pm
    • Jose Calderon (Achilles) out for Saturday
Jose Calderon (Achilles) will not play on Saturday against the Raptors.

Advice: An MRI revealed he has a strain in his Achilles and it's fair to assume he's going to miss multiple games. Calderon said he doesn't want to shut it down, but he's usually taken a long time to recover from injuries. With Calderon out, Shane Larkin is going to benefit most, but he's still not worth grabbing in standard leagues. Langston Galloway will also have more opportunity. Rotoworld.com

    • Shaw: Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) out 'for a while'
Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) is "out a while" due to his ankle sprain, according to coach Brian Shaw.

Advice: There is no timetable, but the sense is that he's going to need at least a week or maybe even a month to get over this injury. Nurkic was posting some elite value and could have been a top-50 player the rest of the way, so his owners will have to weigh their options on keeping him. While he's out, Joffrey Lauvergne seems to be benefitting most, but he's only worth a look in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Wes Johnson hopes to remain a Laker
With free agency looming, Wes Johnson is hopeful that he will remain with the Lakers.

Advice: "I want to definitely stay here," said Johnson. "I like coach [Byron] Scott and the whole coaching staff. I love it here. I definitely want to be a part of when they get back." Johnson has struggled to show any kind of consistency since entering the NBA, and that story hasn't changed in Los Angeles. Johnson has averages of 9.5 points, 3.8 boards, 1.7 assists and 1.2 3-pointers in 29.0 minutes per game this season, but his role varies on a nightly basis. Until Johnson can string together a few good performances, he belongs on the waiver wire in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Ilyasova drops 17 and 12 onto the Lakers
Ersan Ilyasova scored 17 points on 5-of-10 shooting (1-of-4 3PTs, 6-of-8 FTs) with 12 rebounds and one steal in Friday's loss to the Lakers.

Advice: Ilyasova has been a top 70-100 value (9/8 cat) in his last four games, a sample that has more or less been his ceiling this season. Perhaps he's ready to turn over a new leaf, but realistically he can't be considered more than a flier pickup until he shows us a bit more. Rotoworld.com

    • Ingles posts low-end line against Nuggets
Joe Ingles scored seven points on 3-of-5 shooting (including a three) with four rebounds, five assists and one steal over 21 minutes on Friday against the Nuggets.

Advice: Ingles and Elijah Millsap (seven points, three rebounds, three assists, two steals, one block, 25 minutes) have flashed humble potential in fantasy leagues, but there's probably not enough food to go around. Rotoworld.com

    • Patrick Patterson stinks in a start
Patrick Patterson started against the Warriors on Friday with four points, two rebounds and one turnover in 22 minutes.

Advice: This starting lineup usually crushes when it's on the court, but that wasn't the case tonight. Patterson's numbers probably won't change with the starters, but he'll obviously be better than this. He's more of a 14- and 16-team guy right now. Rotoworld.com

    • Cleanthony Early scores two in start
Cleanthony Early scored two points in a start against the Pistons on Friday with two rebounds, one steal and one block.

Advice: He only played 20 minutes and this was not an encouraging game for him. Early had high hopes at the first sign of Carmelo Anthony missing time back in 2014, but it's just not happening. Leave him on the wire. Rotoworld.com

    • Reappearing Act: Andrea Bargnani scores 25
Andrea Bargnani turned back the clock against the Pistons on Friday with 25 points, 12 rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in 36 minutes.

Advice: He is clearly the first option for the Knicks on offense right now. Bargnani had a 26.9 usage rate tonight, which is a shade above his season 25.3 usage rate. Il Mago started tonight and is almost certainly going to stick. He is a tremendous injury risk and this big line tonight is unlikely to happen again, but he's worth a look in standard leagues. It's hard to believe for a guy who was possibly going to be cut. Take that, Masai Ujiri. Rotoworld.com

    • Patrick Patterson starting over Amir Johnson
Patrick Patterson will start over Amir Johnson on Friday.

Advice: It makes a lot of sense on offense to help space the floor for basically every other starter. Patterson's role shouldn't change too much and we're basically just going to see his minutes come next to different guys. Still, he has a nice upside and is worth a look in standard leagues in case he gets an extra 5-8 minutes tonight. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Garnett out, Adreian Payne will start
Kevin Garnett will not play against the Bulls on Friday.

Advice: KG is going to sit out of a lot of road games this season. With him out, Adreian Payne will make his second start and should see around 20-24 minutes. Garnett is not worth owning in most leagues and Payne is a risky plug-and-play guy. Rotoworld.com

    • Jose Calderon (Achilles) to get an MRI
Jose Calderon (Achilles) is getting an MRI on Saturday.

Advice: It sounds like he'll miss some time here and he can be dropped in most leagues. Calderon probably isn't out for the year, but he hasn't played well enough to stash. Langston Galloway will run the point while Cleanthony Early moves into the starting lineup. Rotoworld.com

    • Cleanthony Early starting for Friday
Cleanthony Early will start on Friday against the Pistons.

Advice: He's basically taking Jose Calderon (Achilles) spot with Langston Galloway sliding over to the point. Early has been a disaster this season, so fantasy owners can keep him on the wire in most leagues. We'll let you know how he fares tonight considering he has some upside. Rotoworld.com

    • Bargnani, Cleanthony Early starting on Friday
Andrea Bargnani and Cleanthony Early will start on Friday night against the Pistons.

Advice: Jason Smith will move that the bench. Bargnani had a 30.7 usage rate on Wednesday, so this isn't a big surprise. He has been the main weapon in the offense when he's on the floor, but he's still injured a lot and is not shooting the ball well this season. Since his return, Bargnani averaged 10.8 points, 4.8 boards and 1.0 blocks on 39.5 percent from the field. Add him at your own risk, but letting him be someone else's problem isn't a bad idea. • Kevin Garnett (rest) questionable for Friday
Kevin Garnett is uncertain whether he will be able to give it a go for Friday's matchup with the Bulls.

Advice: The Timberwolves play at Chicago on Friday, and then return to Minnesota for a home game vs. Memphis on Saturday. When Garnett was asked directly about his status for tonight's game he responded: "We'll see, we'll see. If not tonight, definitely tomorrow." We'll consider him on the doubtful side of questionable for tonight's game. If he does sit, Gorgui Dieng will have an opportunity to start. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Calderon rules out shutting down for season
Jose Calderon is not considering shutting it down for the season after his latest Achilles injury.

Advice: Calderon is currently in a walking boot and is listed as doubtful for Friday's game vs. the Pistons, but it's great to see him eager to return to action despite the Knicks fighting the 76ers for last place in the Eastern Conference. Langston Galloway will be the primary beneficiary if Calderon misses time, while Shane Larkin (illness) could get some increased run as well. Rotoworld.com

    • Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) will not play Friday
Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) will not suit up for Friday's game vs. Utah, as expected.

Advice: With Nurkic unavailable, and Darrell Arthur (calf) being listed as doubtful, J.J. Hickson and Kenneth Faried are going to be logging heavy minutes on Friday, while newcomer Joffrey Lauvergne could put up some nice numbers. He had 11 points, nine boards, a steal and a block on Wednesday, when Nurkic got hurt. It's also possible that Wilson Chandler (groin) plays some minutes at power forward, but Denver is simply running out of options. Faried is going to have a lot of opportunity on Friday, so hopefully he can finally bust out of his slump. Rotoworld.com

Jose Calderon (Achilles) was seen wearing a walking boot during Thursday's practice, and he is being listed as doubtful for Friday's game vs. the Pistons.

Advice: With the Knicks playing for draft picks, it's very unlikely that Calderon would play at less than 100 percent, and we fully expect him to sit out of Friday's game. Langston Galloway and Alexey Shved will likely split minutes at the point guard position with Calderon unavailable, and Galloway would make for the best plug-and-play option in daily leagues. Joe Ingles, who has seemingly been playing over his head for weeks, missed his only shot and didn't score in 15 minutes on Wednesday.

Advice: He did have a steal and a block, but the return of Rodney Hood is eventually going to hurt him, and it looks like we saw the start of that tonight. Elijah Millsap also got hot and scored a career-high 17 points tonight, which is the real reason Ingles never really got back into the game. Rotoworld.com

    • T.J. Warren plays 20 minutes vs. Denver
T.J. Warren played 20 minutes off the bench against the Nuggets on Wednesday with 10 points and seven rebounds.

Advice: He played the majority of his minutes at small forward tonight after logging just nine minutes on Monday. Warren was one of the stars in Las Vegas Summer League and had a couple bright spots in the D-League, but his upside isn't great. He's only an option in extremely deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Throwback: KG quiet in start for Wolves
Just like the old days, Kevin Garnett started at power forward for Minnesota on Wednesday, but had just five points and eight rebounds in 19 minutes.

Advice: He did add two assists, a steal and two blocks on 2-of-7 shooting, but the only thing the likes of KG, Adreian Payne and Nikola Pekovic seem to be doing is ruining the fantasy value of Gorgui Dieng. Then again, the Wolves blew out the Wizards, so maybe Flip Saunders knows something we don't. Rotoworld.com

    • Ersan Ilyasova plays 23 minutes on Wed
Ersan Ilyasova played 23 minutes against the 76ers on Wednesday with 11 points, six rebounds, one assists and one 3-pointer.

Advice: After playing 35 minutes on Monday, his value actually didn't fall off a cliff today. Coach Jason Kidd seems to be gaining confidence in Ilyasova, but he's missed a lot of games and has basically been in a slump for two seasons. Fantasy owners in FAAB leagues will need to have bulletproof wallets to pay up for Ghostface Ilya. Rotoworld.com

    • Jusuf Nurkic has lateral right ankle sprain
Jusuf Nurkic suffered a right lateral ankle sprain on Wednesday and X-rays were negative.

Advice: This is actually not bad news for Nurkic, but he is still very likely to miss time and does not have a timetable to return. He was in a lot of pain and could not put weight on his foot. Nurkic owners should hold him for now because players have limped off the court without putting weight on their leg and play in their next game -- Rodney Stuckey did that over the weekend. With Nurkic out, it looks like fellow rookie Joffrey Lauvergne will step up after posting a nice line on Wednesday with 11 points and nine boards. J.J. Hickson will also play more, but his upside isn't great. Rotoworld.com

Andrea Bargnani played 25 minutes and hit 5-of-13 shots for 17 points, six rebound and two blocks in another Knicks loss.

Advice: That's four straight games in double figures for Bargs, who also has five blocks over his last five games. He's no longer a threat from downtown, and is likely to get hurt any day now, but if you need a big man and want to take a flier on him, he might be able to stay relevant for a couple more weeks or so. Al-Farouq Aminu played 27 minutes off the bench Wednesday, but hit just 1-of-7 shots for two points and five rebounds.

Advice: He's had a couple nice games recently, but owners who have rolled the dice on him have also had to suffer through three duds. It all equals out to 7.2 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.4 blocks on 35 percent shooting over his last five games, which just isn't very helpful. And if he can't get it done with Dirk Nowitzki struggling, and Rajon Rondo, Tyson Chandler and Amare Stoudemire in street clothes, the future doesn't look to promising for his consistency. • Jose Calderon out with Achilles soreness
Jose Calderon is dealing with Achilles soreness and will not return on Wednesday.

Advice: He said the Achilles issue has been bothering him for weeks. The Knicks went with the Alexey Shved and Langston Galloway backcourt to close out this game, which tells you all you need to know about the state of that team right now. Calderon tends to miss a lot of time with injuries, so he might miss games. We still wouldn't suggest adding Shved or Galloway in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

Cleanthony Early is dealing with a new ankle sprain, leaving his status uncertain for Wednesday's game vs. Boston.

Advice: Lance Thomas (groin) will not play on Wednesday night, meaning players such as Travis Wear, Quincy Acy and Tim Hardaway Jr. could be in the mix for big minutes vs. the Celtics. Early isn't a reliable option in deeper leagues even when he is healthy, so owners cans safely leave him on the wire. Check back closer to tip-off for the latest updates. Rotoworld.com

    • Greivis Vasquez scores 14 pts on 5-of-6 FGs
Greivis Vasquez made 5-of-6 shots including 3-of-3 triples to finish Tuesday's game with 14 points off the bench, his highest-scoring performance since Feb. 6.

Advice: James Johnson (six points in 26 minutes) is locking down the starting SF job and Vasquez isn't an appealing fantasy option as long as Johnson, DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry are all healthy. Toronto's offense has flagged lately but their real liability has been defense -- Raptors' opponents are shooting 45.6 percent from the field this season, the worst mark of any playoff-bound team other than the Heat. • Patrick Patterson (knee) has 12 pts in return
Patrick Patterson returned from a sore left knee to finish Tuesday's road loss in Dallas with 12 points, two 3-pointers, seven rebounds, one assist and one block.

Advice: He shot 5-of-11 from the field in 28 minutes of action and the knee injury doesn't seem likely to limit him going forward. Pat-Pat's steady contributions in 3-pointers (1.5), rebounds (5.3), steals (1.5) and blocks (0.7) have been enough for mid-round value over the past few months, especially since he shoots well from both the field and the FT line. Al-Farouq Aminu tied his season-high with 12 rebounds in 28 minutes vs. Toronto on Tuesday, adding one steal, two blocks, and nine points on 4-of-9 shooting.

Advice: Aminu has always had intriguing per-minute stats and that's never been more obvious than this season with Dallas. On a per-36-minute basis he's posting 11.6 points, 1.0 threes, 8.7 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.9 blocks. Those are solid stats by any measure and he's worth deploying now that he's settled into a 25-minute role off Rick Carlisle's bench. Rotoworld.com

    • Patrick Patterson (knee) will play on Tuesday
Patrick Patterson (left knee sprain) will play on Tuesday vs. the Mavericks.

Advice: Patterson wasn't able to play on Monday against the Pelicans, but the fact that he is returning after just a one-game absence suggests that his injury is likely minor. With season averages of just 8.5 points, 5.5 boards and 1.4 3-pointers in 26.5 minutes per game, his value is limited to deeper leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 4:16 pm
    • Kevin Garnett will start Wednesday vs. WAS
Kevin Garnett will replace Adreian Payne in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game vs. the Wizards.

Advice: Garnett isn't really capable of playing much more than 20 minutes a game, and with season averages of 6.8 points and 6.8 rebounds per game, he's not going to be worth owning in most leagues despite the starter tag. He's going to cut into the minutes of Payne and Gorgui Dieng, but Dieng should be able to sustain his value regardless of how he enters the game. Rotoworld.com

    • Ingles back to posting versatile lines
Joe Ingles scored 10 points on 4-of-7 shooting (including two threes) with three rebounds, three assists and three steals in 27 minutes on Monday against the Spurs.

Advice: Ingles started to make some noise before a back injury derailed him, and factoring in the games in which he struggled with it he has been a top-125 guy over the last eight contests. We know he's not exactly a household name but he's worth a look in competitive formats. Rotoworld.com

    • Patrick Patterson out with knee sprain
Patrick Patterson (left knee sprain) will not play against the Pelicans on Monday.

Advice: He played his normal 24 minutes on Saturday, but didn't quite look like himself. Ersan Ilyasova will start at power forward against the Bulls on Monday and Jared Dudley will come off the bench.

Advice: Chances are this is a matchup-based move for the Bucks. Ilyasova has not played more more than 18 minutes in any game this month and averaged only 5.2 points, 1.8 boards and 0.2 blocks in that span. He can be left on the wire in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

Please note that these guys are not actually brothers, and that is just a nickname. Tyler Hansbrough could also see a small boost in minutes if Patterson is sidelined, but he's not worth fantasy consideration. Rotoworld.com

    • Wesley Johnson scores 22 points off LAK bench
Wesley Johnson scored 22 points in Sunday's overtime win vs. the visiting Celtics, making 9-of-11 field goals with two 3-pointers, five rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Advice: Johnson's 33 minutes were the most of any Lakers player during tonight's overtime victory. Lakers coach Byron Scott has been maddeningly inconsistent with his rotations this season, and Johnson is only worth a stash in deeper leagues in case he lands a steady 30-minute role over the final eight weeks of the regular season. • Andrea Bargnani logs season-high 28 minutes
Andrea Bargnani logged a season-high 28 minutes during Sunday's loss to the Cavs, putting up 11 points on 5-of-11 shooting with five rebounds, three assists, one block and one turnover.

Advice: Bargnani has missed his standard one-half of the regular season, so perhaps he can stay healthy for the Knicks' remaining 27 games. There's not a lot of upside here as he basically just scores inefficiently, but if you're in an extremely deep league and you're desperate for a center... well, we still wouldn't recommend adding him. • Jose Calderon horrible in 28 mins of action
Jose Calderon had another atrocious outing during Sunday's blowout loss to the Cavs, scoring just four points on 2-of-9 shooting to go with two rebounds, two assists, and three turnovers over 28 minutes of action.

Advice: Calderon, a pass-first point guard, is having trouble being effective on a team with no one to pass to. The Knicks are simply awful, and as a team they are shooting an unflattering 43.5 percent from the field. Calderon's situation isn't going to get any better, and with season averages of just 9.3 points, 4.7 assists, and 1.5 three-pointers on 42.6 percent shooting from the field, he's certainly a drop-candidate in standard leagues. • Ersan Ilyasova (illness) available for Sunday
Ersan Ilyasova (illness) will be available off the bench for Sunday's game against the Hawks.

Advice: The opportunity is certainly there for Ilyasova to produce with his only competition for playing time going by the names of John Henson and Johnny O'Bryant, however his propensity to find himself on the sidelines due to various injuries really hurts his upside. He's averaging just 8.8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game this season, so it would probably be best to use a wait-and-see approach here. Rotoworld.com

    • Ersan Ilyasova (illness) is available Sunday
Ersan Ilyasova (illness) is available to play against the Hawks on Sunday according to head coach Jason Kidd.

Advice: Ersan was able to practice on Saturday, but he has simply been too inconsistent to use outside of deeper leagues. With season averages of 8.8 points and 3.5 boards in just 17.5 minutes per game, so it's probably best to leave him on the wire. Rotoworld.com

    • Cleanthony Early benched on Sunday vs. Cavs
Cleanthony Early will shift to the bench for Sunday's game vs. the Cavaliers with Lance Thomas set to replace him.

Advice: In his first career start at small forward on Friday, Early scored just two points on 1-of-7 shooting so clearly the rookie still has a long way to go in his development. Early is more of a stash in deeper leagues in case he ever turns things around, while Thomas' game doesn't translate to fantasy very well. Owners in standard leagues shouldn't even concern themselves with this situation. Rotoworld.com

    • Greivis Vasquez struggles with Lou out
Greivis Vasquez played 22 minutes off the bench with six points, three rebounds, two assists, two steals and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He was roasted on defense and this bad game is going to sting. Vasquez played almost all of his minutes at point guard and that might continue with Lou Williams (ankle) out. He's only worth a look in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Ersan Ilyasova practices, available Sunday
Ersan Ilyasova (illness) practiced on Saturday and will be available to play on Sunday.

Advice: Saying Ersan is "available to play" right now could change and we should still consider him questionable to play based on his track record to miss games this season. He hasn't played more than 24 minutes in a game since the start of December and the 6'10 forward has just eight blocks on the season. Rotoworld.com

    • Johnson a DNP-CD on Friday
Wesley Johnson did not play on Friday due to coach's decision.

Advice: Johnson's value gets crushed by the fact he can get benched out of nowhere like this. If he can somehow mitigate that risk, we'll let you know. Rotoworld.com

    • Ingles scores eight points with two threes
Joe Ingles (back) returned to action in Friday's surprisingly easy win over the Blazers, scoring eight points on 3-of-6 shooting (including two threes) with three rebounds, two assists and two steals in 31 minutes.

Advice: This harkens back to some of his other versatile showings before he started to slide and ultimately get injured. There wasn't a ton of upside to begin with, but if he can do this again owners might want to give him a look. Rotoworld.com

    • Aminu sets season-highs with 17 and 12
Al-Farouq Aminu set season-highs in scoring (17) and rebounding (12) on Friday, and also added a block and 3-pointer in 30 minutes off the bench.

Advice: Aminu has been a top 50-60 asset over the last 15 games and that was good enough to be owned across the board before Chandler Parsons' ankle injury. Parsons will have an MRI on Saturday and it's not necessarily serious, but any time off would only boost Aminu's already rising stock. The concerns over Aminu's checkered past in fantasy leagues are fizzling with every solid night. Rotoworld.com

    • Jusuf Nurkic has big line in 33 minutes
Jusuf Nurkic was unleashed in 33 minutes of action on Friday against the Bucks with 11 points, 15 rebounds, two assists, two steals and three blocks.

Advice: It's just the second time of his career in which he played more than 30 minutes. For months we've been waiting for Nurkic to get extended run and hopefully tonight is the start of him playing consistent minutes. If you held him the whole time, you should be feeling great right now. Rotoworld.com

    • Jose Calderon scores 11 with nine dimes
Jose Calderon scored 11 points with nine assists, two steals and three turnovers against the Heat on Friday.

Advice: His line was tied for his highest dime output of 2015 and just the third double-digit scoring game since Jan. 22. Calderon has been a ghost on the stat sheet, but he should see his points, dimes, steals and treys start to creep up. He won't win you a league, but he has a decent chance to be a top-100 guy. • Andrea Bargnani scores 11 points
Andrea Bargnani scored 11 points against the Heat on Friday with six rebounds and one assist in 24 minutes.

Advice: Believe it or not, he hasn't been hurt for three games in a row. He is basically just putting up points on awful efficiency, so Il Mago doesn't really have any fantasy magic left. If you're in a 50-team league, give him a look. Rotoworld.com

    • Cleanthony Early plays like a second-rounder
Cleanthony Early made his first start at small forward in his career on Friday against the Heat, playing 23 minutes for two points, one rebound, one assist and one steal on 1-of-7 from the field.

Advice: Starting isn't his thing, apparently. In his only start at shooting guard, Early only scored six points on 2-of-9 from the field. He's made just 20 percent from the field in the last month and there are no other stats to suggest anything is coming. However, coach Derek Fisher sounds like he's going to play him. Just keep an eye on him in very deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Patterson has nice peripherals on Friday
Patrick Patterson scored seven points on 3-of-8 shooting (including a three) with three rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in 22 minutes off the bench on Friday.

Advice: Patterson isn't flashy but he's doing just fine in fantasy leagues this season, returning top 50-75 value overall (9/8 cat) despite playing just 26.5 mpg. Rotoworld.com

    • Ersan Ilyasova out on Friday night
Ersan Ilyasova (illness) will not play against the Nuggets on Friday.

Advice: Hopefully, he's OK, but Ilyasova just can't stay on the court for whatever reason. He can be left on the wire. Expect to see more Jared Dudley and maybe even Johnny O'Bryant or Miles PLumlee. Rotoworld.com

    • Joe Ingles (back) will start at SG on Friday
Joe Ingles (back) will return to the starting lineup for Friday's game against Portland, sending Elijah Millsap back to the bench.

Advice: With Rodney Hood also returning to action tonight, Millsap's days of relevancy in deep leagues are likely numbered. Ingles is averaging 6.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.0 three-pointer per game as a starter, so he can be viewed as a low-budget plug-and-play option in daily leagues. • Late on Early: Cleanthony Early starting
Cleanthony Early will start at small forward on Friday against the Heat.

Advice: He'll join Jose Calderon, Langston Galloway, Jason Smith and Lou Amundson. Coach Derek Fisher said the hopes of starting Early will help him relax, so it sounds like it'll stick. Considering the struggles of Galloway and Tim Hardaway Jr., we might get a decent look at Early for a while. He's capable of putting up steals and treys, so owners in deeper leagues will want to watch him tonight. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Garnett will not play Friday vs. PHO
Kevin Garnett will be unavailable for Friday's game against the Suns, as expected.

Advice: He is said to be targeting Wednesday against the Wizards, so it's safe to assume he'll be unavailable for Monday's game against the Rockets as well. He's not capable of playing much more than 20 minutes a game, and he should remain on the waiver wire in most leagues. Gorgui Dieng and Nikola Pekovic will man the Timberwolves frontcourt, and it's unlikely Garnett will overtake either guy as a starter. Rotoworld.com

    • Al-Farouq Aminu set for a dip
Al-Farouq Aminu played 17 minutes against the Thunder on Thursday, scoring six points with five rebounds, one assist, two steals and two 3-pointers.

Advice: His minutes are going to head south even more once Amare Stoudemire is ready to go. The Mavericks were using him at power forward quite a bit because they really had such lack of depth at the four and five. If you have him in a deep league, you probably can add someone else who gained value today. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Garnett expected to play on Wednesday
Kevin Garnett is expected to play on Wednesday against the Wizards.

Advice: That means he won't play Friday against the Suns and won't play in the Monday road game in Houston. Garnett won't be playing more than 20 minutes and will likely have not play in both sets of back-to-back sets on the season. Interestingly, he may sign an extension to play next season. For now, he can be left on the wire. Rotoworld.com

    • Report: Kevin Garnett traded to the Wolves
Kevin Garnett has agreed to waive his no-trade clause and will be traded to the Wolves for Thaddeus Young, according to NBA.com's David Aldridge.

Advice: Nobody saw this coming until yesterday. KG will end his career where he started it and the Wolves are reportedly interested in extending his deal for two more seasons. He is only playing minutes in the teens right now, so he won't be nearly as great as he was in his Minnesota days -- he was the consensus No. 1 pick in fantasy leagues for several years there. Fantasy owners can leave him on the wire in almost all leagues. Mason Plumlee and Cory Jefferson should get more run. Shabazz Muhammad will play a lot more with Thad gone. Rotoworld.com

    • Anything Is Possible: KG may waive no-trade
There is "cautious optimism" from the Wolves that Kevin Garnett is leaning toward waiving his no-trade clause, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.com.

Advice: He reportedly doesn't want a buyout, so this is likely his only chance to change teams. Garnett is expected to make a bid on the Wolves after his playing days are over and a move to Minnesota would help. Rotoworld.com

    • NYK offers Calderon, Hardaway Jr. for Dragic?
The Knicks offered Jose Calderon and Tim Hardaway Jr. for Goran Dragic, according to Chris Broussard of ESPN.com.

Advice: You know that guy in your fantasy league who offers two guys he just picked up off the wire for Kevin Durant? That's basically what this offer is. The Knicks are going to have a tough time making an offer for Dragic with their lack of assets. Calderon may be traded, but he's unlikely to go to Phoenix. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He should be ready to go for the weekend. Rodney Hood is getting closer to a return, so Ingles probably won't see minutes over 20 for long. In his last three games, he averaged 5.0 points, 3.3 boards, 2.3 assists and 0.3 steals. Rotoworld.com

    • Andrea Bargnani will have to score more?
Phil Jackson said the Knicks may need Andrea Bargnani to score more.

Advice: Oh boy. Bargnani has been a disaster this season. He has a very high usage rate of 27.8 on the season, but he's only made 36.4 percent from the field and we all know about his "defense" recently. The Knicks are going to need all the help they can get, but fantasy owners can leave Bargnani on the wire due to his ineffective play and injury risk. Rotoworld.com
