    • Shines in series-clinching win
Doncic accumulated 28 points (9-26 FG, 1-10 3Pt, 9-11 FT), seven rebounds, 13 assists, one block and one steal in 43 minutes during Friday's 114-101 win over the Clippers in Game 6 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: Kyrie Irving led the way for the Mavericks on offense, and Doncic didn't have his most efficient display, but he filled the stat sheet admirably and finished just three rebounds away from a triple-double. The fact that he surpassed the 25-point mark in all but one of the six games in the series against the Clippers shows how dominant Doncic can be on offense, and the numbers don't lie, as he averaged 29.8 points, 9.5 assists and 8.8 rebounds per game in the first round, posting four double-doubles and one triple-double in the process. • Daniel Gafford scores 13 points in Game 6 victory
Daniel Gafford shot 5-of-8 from the field and 3-of-3 from the foul line in Friday’s win over the Clippers, amassing 13 points and six rebounds in 22 minutes.

Advice: Gafford may not record gaudy stat lines, but his addition to the roster has been huge for the Mavericks. Between him and first-round pick Dereck Lively II, Dallas receives what would pass as quality production from the center position. Lively also scored in double figures in the series clincher, tallying 10 points with nine rebounds, three assists, and one steal in 24 minutes off the bench. Gafford and Lively will be critical moving forward, as Thunder rookie Chet Holmgren represents a far different challenge than Ivica Zubac. Oklahoma City will host Game 1 on Tuesday night. • Luka Doncic tallies 28 points, 13 assists Friday
Luka Doncic shot 9-of-26 from the field and 9-of-11 from the foul line in Friday’s Game 6 win over the Clippers, tallying 28 points, seven rebounds, 13 assists, one steal, one block, and one 3-pointer in 43 minutes.

Advice: Doncic was 1-of-10 from three in Game 6, but that issue did not preclude the Mavericks from wrapping up the series in six games. Efficiency was an issue for the Mavericks’ star point guard, but that did not sap his overall effectiveness. He’ll need to clean that up, as the competition will only get stronger. Doncic and the Mavericks will face Oklahoma City in the second round, with Game 1 scheduled for Tuesday night. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:29 pm
    • Perfect from line in victory
Wagner amassed 26 points (7-16 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 11-11 FT), five rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 42 minutes during Friday's 103-96 win over the Cavaliers in Game 6 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Wagner went a perfect 11-of-11 from the line, helping the Magic to an impressive Game 6 victory. It was another strong performance by Wagner, who continues to develop into a key piece for Orlando. Game 7 will take place Sunday, with both teams vying for a second-round berth against the high-flying Celtics. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:21 pm
    • Franz Wagner tallies 26 points, full stat line
Franz Wagner finished Friday’s 103-96 win over Cleveland with 26 points (7-of-16 FGs, 11-of-11 FTs), five rebounds, two assists, one steal, two blocks, and one 3-pointer in 41 minutes.

Advice: The home team has not lost a game in this series, which remained the case in Game 6 on Friday. Wagner was one of three Magic starters to score at least 20 points, and the stat line shows that he was impactful on both ends of the floor. Game 6 was the second in which the third-year forward surpassed the 20-point mark, with the first being Orlando’s Game 4 triumph (34). If the Magic are to win Game 7 in Cleveland on Sunday, they will need another complete performance from Wagner. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:06 pm
    • Scores 20 points in Game 6 loss
Hield amassed 20 points (6-10 FG, 6-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and one assist over 21 minutes during Thursday's 118-115 loss to the Knicks in Game 6 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Hield went scoreless in two of the first three games of the series and was a DNP-CD in Games 4 and 5, but he provided a lift with his scoring off the bench in Game 6, particularly when the Sixers were in a complicated spot during the second and third quarters. Hield struggled in the series, but this 20-point effort will be a reminder of what he can do when he's given a consistent role on offense, regardless of his role. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:02 am
    • Strong double-double in win
Hart closed with 16 points (5-11 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 14 rebounds and seven assists over 46 minutes during Thursday's 118-115 win over the 76ers in Game 6 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Hart finished just three assists away from recording a triple-double as the Knicks clinched a 4-2 series win over the 76ers, and the small forward played a prominent role on both ends of the court throughout the first round. Hart recorded three double-doubles in the series but grabbed double-digit rebounds four times and scored 15-plus points in all but one of the six contests. Hart should have a tougher matchup in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, and it wouldn't be surprising if he ends up being matched up against Pascal Siakam for stretches. • Lazarus-like Buddy Hield scores 20 points Thursday
Buddy Hield played 21 minutes off the bench in Philadelphia’s Game 6 loss to the Knicks, accumulating 20 points (6-of-10 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, one assist, and six 3-pointers.

Advice: Needing a spark after falling behind by a 33-11 margin, 76ers coach Nick Nurse called on Hield for the first time since Game 3. Give the veteran sharpshooter credit for staying ready, as he came out hot and finished with 20 points off the bench after scoring two in Games 1 through 3. Nicolas Batum also had a good night off the bench, accounting for 16 points, seven rebounds, two assists, one block, and three 3-pointers in 28 minutes. Hield and Batum are in a similar spot heading into the offseason, as they will be unrestricted free agents. The former offers a higher fantasy ceiling, but that would likely require him to land a starting role with a non-contender. As for Batum, he’ll spark interest among playoff-caliber teams needing a 3-and-D wing. Rotoworld Thursday, 9:50 pm
    • Josh Hart records 16/14/7 stat line in Game 6 win
Josh Hart accounted for 16 points (5-of-11 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), 14 rebounds, seven assists, and three 3-pointers in 46 minutes in Thursday’s 118-115 win over Philadelphia.

Advice: The Knicks are headed to the second round, the first time since 2000 that they’ve won a series in two consecutive postseasons. Hart was one of the reasons, as he hit a crucial 3-pointer with 25.1 seconds remaining to give the Knicks the lead for good. From that point onward, the Knicks hit four straight free throws, an issue in their Game 5 collapse, to lock up the series. Hart was one of four Knicks starters to log at least 44 minutes, so the second-round series against the Pacers not starting until Monday is a big deal. Rotoworld Thursday, 9:10 pm
