  • Kerr not planning on starting Iguodala for G7
Steve Kerr said that he's not planning on starting Andre Iguoadala for Monday's Game 7 against the Thunder, although he added that his coaching staff won't finalize a plan until later.

Advice: Iguodala held Kevin Durant to just 4-of-12 shooting when he was inserted into the starting five in favor of Harrison Barnes to begin the second half of Game 6, and he gives the Dubs a defensive counter that Barnes simply does not offer. Kerr probably doesn't want to give Billy Donovan any sort of clue as to what he'll be rolling out there for Game 7, so this quote could be more of a smoke screen than anything else. We're unlikely to have official confirmation on the Dubs' starters until just prior to Monday's tip, but Iguodala remains the preferred DFS target amongst the Warriors small forwards. • Steve Kerr praises Andre Iguodala's defense
Steve Kerr praised Andre Iguodala for his defensive effort during the Warriors' Game 6 win over the Thunder.

Advice: "He just sees everything kind of before it happens," Kerr said of Iguodala, "and he's blessed with great speed and length and strength. So there's a reason he's been one of the best defenders in the league for a long time." Iguoadala played some phenomenal defense against Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant during the Dubs Game 6 win, and after he replaced Harrison Barnes in the starting lineup to begin the second half on Saturday, it wouldn't be surprising to see Kerr just go ahead and give Iguodala a start for Game 7. • Heat not expected to re-sign Dorell Wright
The Heat are not expected to re-sign Dorell Wright.

Advice: They signed him to provide emergency depth during the playoffs, but he only made five brief appearances. The 30-year-old veteran could get some NBA camp invites or head overseas again. Rotoworld.com Today, 7:50 am
  • Andre Iguodala shines on D, scores eight
Andre Iguodala started the third quarter during Saturday's win over the Thunder, scoring eight points with seven rebounds, one assist, three steals and one turnover in 38 minutes.

Advice: It was a long overdue move to put Iguodala out there with the starters. He had some huge defensive stops and forced turnovers late in the game, playing defense on Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. The Warriors went back to their vaunted lineup of Iguodala, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Harrison Barnes for 11 minutes, posting an awesome plus-54.7 net rating in that time. Iguodala is a good bet to start Game 7 after really locking down KD. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:38 pm
  • Andre Iguodala starts 3Q for Harrison Barnes
Andre Iguodala started the third quarter for Harrison Barnes in Game 6 on Saturday.

Advice: Finally. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:28 pm
  • DeMarre Carroll says he was 70-75 percent
DeMarre Carroll said that he was only 70-75 percent healthy during the playoffs.

Advice: After returning from in-season knee surgery, Carroll battled through a hyperextended elbow, sprained wrist, hip pointer and a twisted ankle. He couldn't get into a rhythm on offense and couldn't contain LeBron James during the Eastern Conference Finals, but give him credit for playing through his ailments. If Carroll can get his body right during the summer, he could be available at a nice discount in fantasy drafts next season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:24 am
  • DeMarre Carroll's disappointing season ends
DeMarre Carroll scored seven points with six rebounds, one assist and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes against the Cavs on Friday.

Advice: He looked to tweak his knee in the first half, but he was able to play through it. Carroll did not have the season the Raptors wanted due to numerous injuries, keeping him to only 26 games during the regular season. He also struggled with his shot during the postseason. It took a while for Carroll to earn a significant role in his career, so he'll enter next season as an age-28 wing. He'll be sliding in fantasy drafts, so he could be a bargain. • Andre Roberson scores six points vs. GSW
Andre Roberson fouled out in 33 minutes against the Warriors on Thursday with six points, six rebounds, three assists, two steals and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He's coming off the best career of his game because the Warriors left him alone in most offensive sets on Tuesday. However, it was a little different this time with his teammates missing him on some open looks. Roberson's minutes should be safe, but the Thunder may not go small as much now that the Warriors made an adjustment to go bigger. Still, Roberson's DFS owners have to be satisfied with this and can dial him up again in Game 6. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 8:37 pm
  • Sergey Karasev unlikely to be a Net next year
Sergey Karasev is unlikely to suit up for the Nets next season.

Advice: The Nets declined to pickup their team option on Karasev for the 2016-17 season, so he'll be an unrestricted free agent this offseason. Karasev has reportedly already begun training for next season, and his father stated during a recent interview that he will look at all his options this offseason, including a return to Europe. Karasev has been in the league for three years and has never established himself as a rotation player, so his fantasy value is right around nil. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 9:40 am
  • Billy Donovan praises Andre Roberson's play
Billy Donovan praised Andre Roberson's play following Tuesday's Game 4 win over the Warriors.

Advice: "It's funny," Donovan said. "After Game 2 people are saying to me: ‘Is this guy going to even play anymore?' Andre's a good basketball player and I think sometimes the things that go missing with him is he makes winning plays." Roberson, typically viewed as a defensive specialist, has suddenly emerged as an offensive option for the Thunder posting averages of 15.0 points, 9.0 boards, 2.0 assists, 2.0 triples, 3.0 steals and 1.0 block on 57.1 percent shooting over his past two outings. The Dubs have been completely ignoring him on defense, and Roberson has made them pay. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:15 am
  • Roberson scores 17 w/ 12 boards, 5 steals
Andre Roberson scored 17 points with 12 rebounds, three assists, five steals, two blocks and one 3-pointer in 40 minutes in Tuesday's Game 4 win over the Warriors.

Advice: The Warriors hacked him several times and he hit just 2-of-8 free throws, but this was arguably the best game of his career. The points were a career high and he shot 7-of-12 from the field, and you have to love the minutes. This big game obviously puts him firmly on the DFS radar due to his low price, though he was averaging just 4.4 points in the postseason prior to Tuesday. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 9:05 pm
  • Warriors will not make a lineup change
The Warriors will not make a lineup change for Game 4 vs. the Thunder on Tuesday.

Advice: Warriors coach Steve Kerr may have considered a lineup change with either Harrison Barnes or Andrew Bogut moving to the bench in favor of Andre Iguodala or Festus Ezeli, but Golden State will stand pat for now. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 6:00 pm
  • Report: Kerr could tweak starting five for G4
Steve Kerr may adjust his starting lineup for Tuesday's Game 4 against the Thunder, according to Scott Ostler of the San Francisco Chronicle.

Advice: Media members asked Kerr about a potential lineup switch on Monday and Tuesday, but Kerr would not give any indication whether he's leaning one way or the other. Harrison Barnes and Andrew Bogut have not been very effective through the Western Conference Finals, and with the Dubs in must-win territory, there's a chance Kerr tweaks his starting five. Andre Iguodala or Festus Ezeli would be the most likely to enter the starting five should Kerr make a change, although if a change were to occur, it’s unlikely we’d get word until just prior to tip-off. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 12:41 pm
  • Thanasis Antetokounmpo could head to Greece
Panathinaikos is interested in Thanasis Antetokounmpo, according to Sportando.

Advice: Talks haven't progressed to an advanced stage, but Giannis' brother could head overseas after an insignificant stint with the Knicks. We'll keep an eye on the situation, but Lower Case can be ignored in all fantasy leagues at this point. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 7:01 am
  • Richard Jefferson plays all 12 4Q minutes
Richard Jefferson played all 12 fourth-quarter minutes and 15 total minutes on Monday against the Raptors, finishing with eight points, one assist and no turnovers.

Advice: He played down the stretch as coach Ty Lue got a bit desperate. Lue continues to say it's not "fair" to Kevin Love to play in the fourth, so maybe Jefferson plays key minutes again. He's not a fantasy option, of course. Rotoworld.com Monday, 8:22 pm
  • Anthony Bennett working out with Nets
Anthony Bennett is expected to work out at the Nets' minicamp this week.

Advice: This would be arguably the best spot for him, so he's going there to impress. The Nets have some major depth issues at power forward behind Thaddeus Young and they don't have a first-round pick either. Obviously he'll have to show strong conditioning at the workout and likely would have to have a monster summer league. For what it's worth, the UNLV product has been great at Vegas in the past. • Sam Dekker has no restrictions
Sam Dekker (back) said he is 100 percent and has zero restrictions.

Advice: Dekker added on his Twitter account he has been playing basketball over the past month. Dekker played a grand total of six minutes in his rookie season and failed to score on a 0.0 usage rate. Even with a new coach, Dekker won't be a fantasy factor in his sophomore season. • Courtney Lee would like to re-sign w/ Hornets
Courtney Lee said that he'd like to re-sign with the Hornets.

Advice: "Of course I would like to be [back]," he said. "[I] got a chance to build chemistry and friendships with the guys since I’ve been here and it’s been fun playing with them. Everybody is just playing together. There’s no egos out there at all. It’s always about making the right play and the best play to help win and that’s the kind of guys I want to be on a team with." Charlotte holds Lee's Bird rights, but that doesn't mean he's a lock to return. Rotoworld.com May 23, 6:58 am
  • T. Antetokounmpo desires to play for Greece
Thanasis Antetokounmpo is hoping to play for the Greek national team this summer.

Advice: The "other" Antetokounmpo appeared on Nigeria's pre-selection roster, but he recently voiced his desire to play for Greece. "I called them and told them that I want to play for Greece. I grew up in Greece, I am feeling Greek and that’s my dream," he said. Rotoworld.com May 23, 5:55 am
  • Andre Roberson stays hot from deep, scores 13
Andre Roberson started again on Sunday and had 13 points on 5-of-9 shooting with three 3-pointers, six rebounds, one assist and one steal in 30 minutes.

Advice: Roberson is 8-of-13 from downtown in his past four games and the Warriors have dared him to beat them from the arc -- tonight Andrew Bogut began as his primary defender, and when Draymond Green has him he frequently roams to the opposite side of the court. Roberson did a good job cutting hard and moving without the ball, rewarding Billy Donovan's decision to keep him in the starting lineup. He'll be on Golden State's radar in Game 4. Rotoworld.com May 22, 8:00 pm
  • Andre Iguodala solid in futile bench effort
Andre Iguodala came off the Warriors' bench on Sunday for nine points, four boards, three assists, two steals, two 3-pointers and just one turnover in 24 minutes.

Advice: Last year's Finals MVP continues to have a big impact despite having very few plays called for him -- in Games 1 and 2 he had a 13.6 percent usage rate, higher than only Shaun Livingston, Harrison Barnes and Andrew Bogut. His efforts weren't nearly enough tonight, and his minutes were limited by garbage time, but he should resume playing 28-32 minutes on Tuesday. Rotoworld.com May 22, 7:51 pm
  • Dahntay Jones suspended 1 game for groin hit
Dahntay Jones has been suspended one game for hitting Bismack Biyombo in the groin region during the closing minutes of Game 3.

Advice: Jones is a negligible part of the Cavs rotation, so his mandatory absence from Game 4 will have zero consequence in fantasy hoops. Rotoworld.com May 22, 3:56 pm
  • Kelly Oubre will play in the summer league
Kelly Oubre will play in the summer league according to Wizards reporter J. Michael.

Advice: Still only 20 years old, Oubre didn't get a lot of playing time in his rookie season with averages of 3.7 points and 2.1 boards in 10.7 minutes per game. Oubre should have a larger role with the Wizards next season and new coach Scott Brooks should be good for his development, so the young swingman is definitely worth keeping an eye on this summer. Rotoworld.com May 21, 9:23 am
  • DeMarre Carroll doesn't look right
DeMarre Carroll scored seven points with five rebounds, one assist, one block and one 3-pointer in 22 minutes against the Cavs on Thursday.

Advice: He was one of the better defenders on LeBron James over the past couple seasons, but not this time around. Carroll's knee injury may be limiting him with two really bad games in this series. Rotoworld.com May 19, 8:18 pm
  • James Anderson to leave NBA for Europe
James Anderson plans to leave the NBA and sign in Europe, according to David Pick.

Advice: Pick reports that Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Fenerbahce are all in the mix to sign Anderson, so it sounds like Anderson could sign soon. After averaging 3.5 points per game with the Kings last season, the 27-year-old will now be even further off the fantasy radar than he already was. Rotoworld.com May 19, 7:30 am
  • Andre Iguodala hits video-game layup in Gm 2
Andre Iguodala led the Warriors' second unit on Wednesday with 14 points (4-of-10 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), three rebounds, three steals and one assist in 26 minutes of action.

Advice: Iguodala hit one 3-pointer and he was surprisingly efficient at the FT line, but his offensive highlight was a double-pump, and-one layup which you can marvel at via the link below. OKC was a dominant rebounding team during the regular season but tonight Golden State won the battle, 45-36, including 15 offensive boards. The stage is set for an epic Western Conference finals.
