- The Sixers have Krstic, a restricted free agent, on their radar, the Philadelphia Daily News reports.(Rotowire.com)
Recommendation: Philadelphia has other deals to sort through first, so Krstic is likely a fall back option after the club deals with its own free agents -- Andre Iguodala and Louis Williams -- as well as Josh Smith, Josh Childress and Elton Brand. "I think Nenad would fit the Sixers really well," said Marc Cornstein, Krsitc's agent, adding that he believed Krstic would be a nice complement to Sixers' center Samuel Dalembert, another of his clients. "But once you get by the first 24 to 48 hours of free agency, which happens in a frenzy, things begin to move at a more normal pace. That's what's happening now, especially with restricted free agents."
Thu, Jul 3

"We've talked about all the possible options out there," agent Marc Cornstein said. "Because of his situation -- coming off the injury, his age (he turns 25 in three weeks) -- the important thing is to go into a situation where he is wanted, and where he is able to flourish. So he'd be open to anything, if it's going to be best for his career."

That's what Orlando is trying to do. That's different than a team looking to rebuild. He was flattered that a team of this caliber wants him."
