• Won't return to game
Lively (neck) has been ruled out for the remainder of Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals against Minnesota on Sunday.

Advice: Lively sustained a neck sprain in the second quarter of Sunday's matchup after taking a knee to the back of the head, and he'll be unavailable down the stretch. Prior to his departure, he recorded six points (3-3 FG), three rebounds, two assists and a block in nine minutes. Whether he'll be available for Tuesday's Game 4 remains to be seen. • Deemed questionable to return
Lively is questionable to return to Sunday's Game 3 matchup against the Timberwolves due to a neck sprain, Mike Curtis of The Detroit News reports.

Advice: Lively was noticeably shaken up after taking a knee to the head and has been diagnosed with a neck sprain following initial testing. Dwight Powell will likely pick up minutes at the five if Lively is unable to return. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:33 pm
  • Dereck Lively II (neck) questionable to return
Dereck Lively II (neck sprain) is questionable to return to Sunday’s game against the Timberwolves.

Advice: Lively was injured during the second quarter when he took an inadvertent Karl-Anthony Towns knee to the back of his head. The rookie, who remained down on the court for several minutes, required assistance during his walk to the locker room. The “positive” news is that Lively’s issue is a sprained neck instead of the NBA’s concussion protocols. Daniel Gafford will play more minutes in the second half but is not as good of a playmaker out of the short roll as Lively. Rotoworld Sunday, 6:30 pm
  • Suffers head injury
Lively suffered an apparent head injury with 8:35 remaining in the second quarter of Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals against the Timberwolves on Sunday, Mike Curtis of The Detroit News reports.

Advice: Lively took a knee to the back of the head and remained down for several minutes. He was helped to the locker room once he got up, but he was walking very gingerly. He'll presumably be evaluated for a concussion, and his status for the remainder of the game appears to be in jeopardy. Lively tallied six points (3-3 FG), three rebounds, two assists and a block in nine minutes prior to sustaining his injury. Rotowire.com Sunday, 5:54 pm
  • Luke Kornet (wrist) questionable for Game 4 Monday
Luke Kornet (left wrist sprain) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Pacers.

Advice: After injuring his wrist during Game 2, Kornet did not play in Game 3 on Saturday. Xavier Tillman and Oshae Brissett played 13 and nine minutes, respectively, not enough playing time to impact DFS tournaments. If Kornet is cleared, look for one (if not both) of them to fall out of the rotation. Rotoworld Sunday, 3:05 pm
  • Kristaps Porzingis (calf) out for Game 4 Monday
Kristaps Porzingis (right soleus strain) is out for Monday’s game against the Pacers.

Advice: While it was reported before the series that Porzingis could return as soon as Game 4, he will not be available on Monday. The combination of Boston leading the series 3-0 and Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton dealing with a hamstring injury likely bought Porzingis added time to recover. The NBA Finals will not start until June 6, so the Celtics taking care of business on Monday would buy KP additional time to get healthy. Al Horford will remain in the starting lineup. • Questionable for Monday
Kornet (wrist) is questionable for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Pacers on Monday, Tim Bontemps of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Kornet suffered a sprained left wrist early in Game 2 against Indiana and carried a doubtful tag prior to Game 3 before being officially held out. The questionable tag is a slight upgrade, but with the Celtics up 3-0, there is no indication they will risk further injury to the 28-year-old before a potential Finals series. If Kornet is unable to go, Oshae Brissett will likely serve as the backup center. Rotowire.com Sunday, 2:18 pm
  • Ruled out for Game 4
Porzingis (calf) has been ruled out for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Pacers on Monday, Tim Bontemps of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Porzingis was initially targeting a return to action for Game 4, but he'll remain sidelined with the Celtics holding a 3-0 lead in the series. If the Pacers win Game 4, it's unclear whether Porzingis will be able to return later in the Eastern Conference Finals or if he'll be available for a potential trip to the NBA Finals. • Strong double-double in loss
Turner racked up 22 points (9-16 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 10 rebounds and one assist over 39 minutes during Saturday's 114-111 loss to the Celtics in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Advice: Turner was one of the players who needed to step up offensively in Game 3, and he delivered another solid stat line, but the Pacers crumbled down the stretch and had to settle for another loss. Turner posted his second double-double of the series, and he's scored at least 15 points in all but one of his last six playoff contests. Rotowire.com Sunday, 9:46 am
