    • Scores 19 in win over Miami
Maxey accumulated 19 points (6-16 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three rebounds and six assists across 44 minutes during Wednesday's 105-104 Play-In Game victory over the Heat.

Advice: Maxey had a rough night from three-point range, but he still salvaged his stat line by sniffing the 20-point mark and dishing out six assists. Maxey is expected to play a prominent role on offense in the first-round matchup against the Knicks, and it's worth noting he averaged 26.3 points per game in three games against New York during the regular season. • Ends season with 30-point effort
Murray closed Wednesday's 131-116 Play-In Game loss to Chicago with 30 points (11-21 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 5-6 FT), seven rebounds, six assists and two steals across 46 minutes.

Advice: Despite dealing with an extended absence from Trae Young, Murray kept the team afloat and squeaked into the Play-In Tournament. Despite the disappointing end, Murray put together the best campaign of his seven-year career, averaging 22.5 points, 6.4 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 1.4 steals during his second year with the Hawks. While Young will almost certainly be headed elsewhere, Murray is locked into a contract with the Hawks and should continue to be a focal point of the offense next season. • Dejounte Murray leads Hawks with 30/7/6/2 in loss
Dejounte Murray led Atlanta with 30 points (11-of-21 FGs), seven rebounds, six assists, two steals and three triples in a 131-116 loss to Chicago on Wednesday.

Advice: While his counterpart in the backcourt struggled in this game, Murray was able to turn in an excellent performance. He had a big first half and entered the break with 23 points. He hit a quick three to open the second half, but he wasn’t able to do much scoring after that. With Murray having an excellent game while Trae Young struggled, rumors will heat up quickly. There had already been plenty suggesting that Atlanta will move on from one of them, and a failed attempt to make the playoffs will not convince anyone that this team deserves another run. One way or another, Murray should be the sole point guard option on his team next year, which will be excellent for his fantasy production. Rotoworld Wednesday, 9:28 pm
    • Tyrese Maxey scores 19 points in Play-In win
Tyrese Maxey struggled with his shot on Wednesday but still finished with 19 points (6-of-16 FGs), three rebounds, six assists and one triple against the Heat.

Advice: After a breakout season that will likely result in him winning the Most Improved Player award, Maxey’s first game of the postseason didn’t go very well. Still, they were able to walk away with a win, which means they’ll go on to face the Knicks in the first round of the playoffs. He averaged 26.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 6.0 assists in three games against New York this season, and they’ll need him to play better than he did in this game if they hope to pull off the upset and advance to the second round. • Domantas Sabonis posts 16/12/7/2/1 line vs. GSW
Domantas Sabonis finished Tuesday’s 118-94 win over the Warriors with 16 points (7-of-14 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 12 rebounds, seven assists, two steals, and one blocked shot in 37 minutes.

Advice: Sabonis and the Kings are one step closer to a second straight playoff berth, as they took advantage of offensive rebounds and Warriors turnovers to keep their season alive. The NBA leader in double-doubles recorded another on Tuesday, finishing three assists shy of a triple-double. Also, Sabonis only committed one turnover in his 37 minutes on the floor. The Kings will visit New Orleans on Friday, with the winner receiving the West’s No. 8-seed. New Orleans won all five regular-season meetings by an average of 19.0 points. Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:55 pm
    • Clutch performance in win
Davis contributed 20 points (6-16 FG, 8-10 FT), 15 rebounds, three blocks and one steal in 40 minutes during Tuesday's 110-106 Play-In Game victory over the Pelicans.

Advice: Davis was able to battle through back spasms in Tuesday's win and thinks the extra rest before Saturday's Game 1 against the Nuggets will allow him to fully recover, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports. While the star big man struggled from the field, he hauled in a clutch offensive rebound off a LeBron James miss with 15 seconds and was able to convert on four free throws down the stretch to ice the game. • Anthony Davis tallies 20 points, 15 rebounds Tues.
Anthony Davis played 40 minutes in Tuesday’s 110-106 win over the Pelicans, accumulating 20 points (6-of-16 FGs, 8-of-10 FTs), 15 rebounds, one steal, and three blocked shots.

Advice: After back spasms forced an early exit from Sunday’s win over New Orleans, Davis playing 40 minutes in Tuesday’s play-in game is a positive sign. He didn’t have his best night shooting the basketball, but the Unibrow was elite as a rebounder and shot-blocker. Davis will have his hands full in the first round of the playoffs, as the Lakers will face No. 2-seed Denver in a series that begins on Saturday. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:23 pm
    • Good to go for primetime
Davis (back) has been cleared for Wednesday's Play-In Tournament game against New Orleans, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports.

Advice: Davis' aggravating his back/hip spasms in Sunday's win over New Orleans is troubling given that he has battled the affliction all season, but he appears to be no worse for the wear. A rematch against New Orleans pits Davis versus Zion Williamson and Jonas Valanciunas, while Davis has averaged 21.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.0 blocks across four contests versus the Pelicans this season. • On track for training camp
Rockets general manager Rafael Stone said Tuesday that Eason (lower leg) is on track to be available for training camp, Adam Spolane of Sports Radio 610 Houston.

Advice: Eason underwent surgery in March to treat a benign growth in his lower leg but is expected to make a full recovery by the time training camp rolls around in the fall. In 22 appearances last season, Eason averaged 9.8 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.4 steals in 21.8 minutes. The 22-year-old is a versatile prospect on both ends of the floor, but with other young options in the frontcourt such as Jabari Smith, Amen Thompson and Cam Whitmore, Eason may struggle to win playing time.
