      Anthony Edwards played 41 minutes in Wednesday’s 108-105 loss to the Mavericks, accounting for 19 points (6-of-16 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 11 rebounds, eight assists, two steals, and five 3-pointers.

      Advice: On Wednesday, Edwards made his first appearance in the Western Conference Finals, and he was not his usual self offensively. He settled too often in Game 1, with 12 of his 16 shot attempts coming from beyond the arc. By comparison, only 36% of Edwards’ shot attempts in Minnesota’s second-round series against Denver were 3-pointers. The good news for DFS players is that he offered solid production in the rebound and assist categories while making five 3-pointers.       Caldwell-Pope racked up five points (2-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt), six rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals in 40 minutes during Sunday's 98-90 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 7 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

      Advice: Caldwell-Pope scored single digits for the sixth time in the past eight games, highlighting the Nuggets' struggles when it comes to depth on the offensive end. While he continues to play a key role for Denver, his lack of production cannot be ignored when it comes to fantasy value.       Gobert totaled 13 points (3-7 FG, 7-9 FT), nine rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal in 36 minutes before fouling out of Sunday's 98-90 win over the Nuggets in Game 7 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

      Advice: Despite scoring only 13 points, Gobert connected on several key baskets down the stretch. This included a turnaround jumper as the shot clock expired, impressing even his own teammates. With the win, the Timberwolves advance to their first Western Conference Finals appearance in 20 years.       Kentavious Caldwell-Pope played 40 minutes in Sunday’s loss to the Timberwolves, tallying five points (2-of-7 FGs), six rebounds, three assists, two steals, one block, and one 3-pointer.

      Advice: After hitting four 3-pointers and scoring 16 points in Game 5, Caldwell-Pope ended his season with a whimper. In Denver’s losses to the Timberwolves in games 6 and 7, KCP scored 14 points on 4-of-13 shooting from the field (3-10 3-pointers). The veteran guard has been a mainstay in the Nuggets starting lineup, providing solid fantasy value. Caldwell-Pope finished this season ranked just outside the top 100 in 9-cat formats, but few fantasy managers are willing to roll the dice on him that early in drafts.       Anthony Edwards shot 6-of-24 from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line in Sunday’s 98-90 win over Denver, finishing with 16 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, two steals, and two 3-pointers in 44 minutes.

      Advice: On Sunday, Edwards got off to a brutal start, shooting 1-of-7 from the field in the first half. He was better in the third quarter, but give Ant-Man credit for not letting his offensive struggles impact his defense. He defended Jamal Murray well in the second half, and multiple members of Minnesota’s “supporting cast” stepped up offensively. Backcourt partner Mike Conley added 10 points, eight rebounds, four assists, two steals, and three 3-pointers in 39 minutes.       Gilgeous-Alexander ended Saturday's 117-116 loss to Dallas in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals with 36 points (14-25 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 4-7 FT), three rebounds, eight assists and two blocks across 43 minutes.

      Advice: Gilgeous-Alexander did everything he could to get the Thunder over the line Saturday, pouring in a game-high 36 points. While he ultimately fell short of his goal, enough can't be said about how good he was this season. The Thunder are just starting their journey, and with so many draft picks to work with, there is an opportunity for them to improve their roster sooner rather than later. Despite the disappointing playoff exit, Gilgeous-Alexander is poised to continue his ascension and will likely be in the MVP discussion again next season. Rotowire.com May 18, 9:01 pm
