    • Devin Booker leads Phoenix with 18 points Tuesday
Devin Booker logged 42 minutes in Tuesday’s 105-93 loss to the Timberwolves, accumulating 20 points (6-of-13 FGs, 7-of-8 FTs), three rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer.

Advice: Booker fouled out of Game 2, but the outcome was no longer in doubt at that point. He did lead the Suns in scoring, but, as was the case in the series opener on Saturday, efficiency was a problem. Booker committing six turnovers was more concerning than the field-goal percentage, with the Suns recording 19 as a team. Bradley Beal wasn’t much better, as he was responsible for four to go along with 14 points (6-of-17 FGs), four rebounds, six assists, and two 3-pointers in 42 minutes. Phoenix will need more from both guards to win Game 3 on Friday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:00 pm
    • De’Anthony Melton (back) ruled out for Game 2
De’Anthony Melton (back injury recovery) has been ruled out for the 76ers Game 2 matchup against the Knicks on Monday.

Advice: Melton is set to kick off a new week by missing his fourth consecutive contest. The 76ers guard has played sparingly in 2024 and his absence won’t affect Philadelphia’s current rotation. Rotoworld Sunday, 2:28 pm
    • Ruled out for Game 2
Melton (back) has been ruled out for Monday's Game 2 against the Knicks.

Advice: Melton hasn't been ruled out for the entire opening-round series yet, so his next chance to suit up will come Thursday when the series shifts to Philadelphia for Game 3. He's appeared in only five games since Jan. 12, so even if he's cleared soon, Melton figures to have a limited role in his return. Rotowire.com Sunday, 1:34 pm
    • Devin Booker struggles, finishes with 18 points
Devin Booker played 38 minutes in Saturday’s 120-95 loss to the Timberwolves, accumulating 18 points (5-of-16 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), two rebounds, five assists, one steal, and two 3-pointers.

Advice: Minnesota’s significant adjustment from Sunday’s regular-season finale was to pick up the Suns’ guards full court to exploit the team’s lack of a “traditional” point guard. While Booker only committed one turnover, the approach threw him off his rhythm offensively. The Suns don’t have a reliable point guard to potentially step in for Grayson Allen (ankle) if he can’t play in Tuesday’s Game 2, so it will be on Booker (and Bradley Beal) to shift the momentum after a disappointing Game 1. • Perfect from line to boost offense
Booker finished Saturday's 120-95 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals with 18 points (5-16 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 6-6 FT), two rebounds, five assists and one steal over 38 minutes.

Advice: Booker shot a perfect mark from the free-throw line and ended second on the team in scoring to go along with a handful of assists. Booker entered the postseason with three straight games of 20 or more points, adding five or more assists in two of those outings. He has gotten to the line often for Phoenix as of late, ending the regular season with five or more made free throws in 11 straight contests. However, the Suns need more overall offensive production from Booker moving forward. Rotowire.com Saturday, 3:55 pm
    • Ruled out for Game 1
Melton (back) has been ruled out for Saturday's Game 1 against the Knicks, Ky Carlin of USA Today reports.

Advice: Melton was unable to participate in Friday's practice session and will miss the start of the 76ers' first-round series. However, coach Nick Nurse said Friday that the team isn't ready to rule Melton out for the entirety of the series, so he should be considered day-to-day for now. The 25-year-old has appeared in just five games since Jan. 12, so even if he's cleared to return at some point during the playoffs, it wouldn't be surprising to see him face a minutes restriction. • De’Anthony Melton (back) ruled out for Game 1
De’Anthony Melton (back injury recovery) will remain sidelined for Game 1 against the Knicks on Saturday.

Advice: Melton has played in a total of seven games in 2024, with two coming this month. However, he is back on the sidelines for this one after missing their Play-In matchup with the Heat. Cam Payne and Buddy Hield will continue to fill out the backup guard minutes. Rotoworld Friday, 9:23 am
    • Stephen Curry scores team-high 22 points vs. Kings
Stephen Curry shot 8-of-16 from the field and 3-of-3 from the foul line in Tuesday’s 118-94 loss to the Kings, scoring 22 points with four rebounds, two assists, two steals, one block, and three 3-pointers in 36 minutes.

Advice: Curry’s 15th NBA season came to a disappointing end, even though he led the Warriors in scoring. Six turnovers countered the shooting percentages, and the Warriors committed 16. Looking ahead to next season, Curry is one of the few “sure things” on the roster. Beginning the 2023-24 campaign with a Yahoo ADP of 6.7, he ranked within the top 20 in 8-cat formats and the top 25 in 9-cat. Whether or not Curry is worthy of being selected with a top-10 pick in drafts will depend partially on what the Warriors’ overall roster looks like. Rotoworld Tuesday, 10:02 pm
    • De’Anthony Melton (back) out Wednesday vs. Miami
De’Anthony Melton (back injury recovery) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Heat.

Advice: While optimism was high when Melton returned to action during the final week of the regular season, he remained restricted regarding playing time. He did not practice on Tuesday and will not be available for the Play-In game against the Heat. Also, it’s unknown if (or when) Melton will be available if the 76ers play their way into the playoffs.
