    • Trevor Booker scores 12 with six boards
Trevor Booker had his best game in a while on Saturday vs. the Bucks, scoring 12 points with six boards, two steals and one block in 27 minutes.

Advice: It was the most minutes he had played since Dec. 1, and it was also the most points he has scored in the month of February. Booker hasn't yet capitalized on the departure of Enes Kanter, but now that he has become the first big off the bench for Utah, owners in deeper leagues will want to keep an eye on him moving forward. • Derrick Favors has massive line in win Sat.
Derrick Favors was simply fantastic against the Bucks on Saturday, scoring 16 points with 12 boards, three blocks and three steals in 37 minutes.

Advice: He shot 7-of-11 from the field and hit his only two free throw attempts on the night, but he did come dangerously close to fouling out in this one. He has now double-doubled in three out of his last four games, and it's obvious that Enes Kanter bolting town has done wonders for the value of both Favors and Rudy Gobert. Rotoworld.com

    • Rudy Gobert double-doubles with three blocks
Rudy Gobert scored 12 points with 10 boards, two steals and thee blocks in 32 minutes against the Bucks on Saturday.

Advice: He is one of the most exciting players to watch in the NBA and his upside is through the roof. Gobert has seen his playing time steadily increase now that Enes Kanter is gone and he has averaged 9.8 points with 10.6 boards, 4.0 blocks and 1.0 steal in 31.0 minutes per game over his last five. Gobert's owners should be calling Kanter's agent and thanking him for demanding a trade out of Utah. Rotoworld.com

    • Nikola Pekovic dealing with pain in his ankle
Nikola Pekovic's troublesome ankle flared up on him during Saturday's game vs. the Grizzlies, and he is expected to be reevaluated on Monday.

Advice: Not good. Pekovic hasn't exactly been the most durable player in recent years, and it looks like the Wolves were playing with fire when they decided to play him in the second game of a back-to-back set. Pekovic lasted just two minutes in the second half on Saturday, and we would be surprised if he ended up playing against the Clippers on Monday. Gorgui Dieng stands to benefit the most if Pekovic misses time, while rookie Adreian Payne will see a bump in his minutes as well. Rotoworld.com

    • Dante Exum plays just 12 minutes Saturday
Dante Exum was held scoreless in 12 minutes against the Jazz and was benched in favor of Trey Burke for the start of the second half.

Advice: Exum has now played 19 or fewer minutes in each of his last three games, and it is starting to look like his days as a starter are numbered. The Jazz obviously threw the rookie into the fire too quickly, and while he does have a ton of potential, he is nowhere near ready to be a starting PG in the NBA. Exum should have already been dropped in most leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 9:18 pm
    • Trey Burke scores 23 points, starts 2nd half
Trey Burke replaced Dante Exum in the starting lineup at halftime and did not disappoint, scoring 23 points in a 82-75 win over the Bucks on Saturday.

Advice: Exum looks lost out there, and it's surprising that Burke hasn't yet reclaimed his starting spot. Burke has been on fire recently with averages of 18.2 points, 3.8 assists, 2.2 boards, 1.2 steals and 2.2 3-pointers in 28.8 minutes over his last five games, and it's obvious that the Jazz desperately need his scoring punch . Even if coach Quin Snyder opts to keep bringing Burke off the bench, he is still worth owning in most leagues and should continue to see his minutes trend up. Rotoworld.com

    • Khris Middleton scores 18 points in loss Sat.
Khris Middleton scored 18 points on 8-of-16 shooting against the Jazz on Saturday, adding six boards, three assists, two steals and two 3-pointers in 35 minutes.

Advice: He is arguably Milwaukee's best weapon on offense now that Brandon Knight is no longer in town, and he has now scored in double digits in twelve straight games. In case it's not already obvious, Middleton is a must-start player and should continue to be a stud for the rest of the way. Rotoworld.com

    • Kawhi Leonard explodes against the Suns
Kawhi Leonard dominated on offense during a 101-74 win over the Suns on Saturday with 22 points, 10 rebounds, three steals and two blocks.

Advice: After a very rough start to the second half, Leonard is back. He was taking too many jumpers and he's gone back to being more aggressive. Kawhi had a nice line of 17 points, seven rebounds, five assists, two blocks and one steal on Friday, so his fantasy owners can finally start to feel great about him. We're expecting a big finish thanks to a friendly schedule. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green starts the second half
Gerald Green started the second half for the injured Brandon Knight, finishing with four points and one rebound in 14 minutes against the Spurs on Saturday.

Advice: He seems to be firmly in the doghouse and has played just 15.5 minutes per game since the break (including the DNP-CD). The Suns appear like they're not going to bring Green back next season and will get a look at their young guys, so he's not worth owning in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Deron Williams scores 25 points in win
Deron Williams turned Rajon Rondo into a turnstile during a 104-94 win on Saturday with 25 points, six rebounds, two assists, one steal and four 3-pointers in 35 minutes.

Advice: Jarrett Jack was no slouch either with 14 points and four dimes tonight. Williams has come out strong in the second half, averaging 15.6 points, 4.2 boards, 7.6 assists, 1.4 steals and 0.8 treys. If you were patient with Deron last month, it's starting to pay off. Rotoworld.com

    • STAT hurts his nose, scores nine points
Amare Stoudemire scored nine points with six rebounds in 20 minutes against the Nets on Saturday.

Advice: He had a cut on his nose, but he was patched up and it shouldn't cost him playing time. Stoudemire is likely going to sit out throughout the rest of the season and can remain on the wire in almost all leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Nikola Pekovic plays just 12 minutes
Nikola Pekovic played just 12 minutes against the Grizzlies on Saturday with one point, four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block.

Advice: He played less than two minutes in the second half. The first thing to come to mind here is that his ankle isn't feeling great on the second half of a back-to-back set. His fantasy owners knew there was a lot of risk and hopefully the Wolves say it was just scheduled rest or because Marc Gasol destroyed him. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 8:03 pm
    • Marc Gasol scores 27 points in win vs. Wolves
Marc Gasol scored 27 points against the Wolves during a 101-97 win on Saturday with 11 rebounds, four assists and two blocks.

Advice: He made 11-of-14 from the field tonight and bounced back nicely from an 11-point game on Friday. Unlikely his teammate Zach Randolph, Gasol is cruising in the second half with averages of 17.4 points, 7.6 boards, 3.8 assists, 2.6 blocks and 0.4 steals. He's one of the best big men to own in fantasy. Rotoworld.com

    • DeMar DeRozan has a letdown game vs. NY
DeMar DeRozan made 3-of-15 from the field for 13 points with three rebounds, two assists, three steals and no turnovers against the Knicks on Saturday.

Advice: He tried a 360 dunk on a breakaway and he missed it, which sums up how he's playing. Like his teammate Kyle Lowry, he might need some rest, too. In his last five games, DeRozan averaged 13.8 points, 3.2 boards, 2.0 assists, 1.4 steals, 0.0 treys and 2.4 turnovers on 29.6 percent from the field. He has taken a major step back this season. • Trey Burke starting the second half vs. Bucks
Trey Burke is starting the second half in place of Dante Exum in Saturday's game vs. the Bucks.

Advice: Exum hasn't been playing well for the Jazz and was held scoreless in eight minutes at halftime. Burke, on the other hand, has been fantastic recently and is coming off a 19-point performance vs. the Nuggets on Friday. Burke is the PG to own in Utah for the foreseeable future. Rotoworld.com

    • Michael Beasley plays 25 minutes
Michael Beasley played 25 minutes against the Hawks on Saturday during a 93-91 loss, scoring nine points with three rebounds and one 3-pointer.

Advice: Super Cool Beas is getting minutes, but he did foul out tonight. Things aren't going too great for him and tonight was a little bit of a fluke because the Heat moved around some guys because Chris Andersen (illness) didn't play. Beasley is only worth a look in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Amare Stoudemire good to go for Saturday
Amare Stoudemire will play against the Nets on Saturday.

Advice: He was rested against the Hawks on Wednesday, but he was able to make it through a full practice on Friday. However, Stoudemire is still only expected to play limited minutes off the bench, so his value is limited to deeper leagues until further notice. Rotoworld.com

    • Bojan Bogdanovic will play on Saturday
Bojan Bogdanovic (ankle) will play against the Mavs on Saturday.

Advice: Markel Brown has looked great and it's not going to be easy for Bogdanovic to get his minutes back. Brown will start and is worth a look in 16-team leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Andrew Bogut could be rested Sunday
Andrew Bogut could be rested on Sunday against the Celtics.

Advice: Coach Steve Kerr said it comes down to whether or not Festus Ezeli is suspended. If Ezeli doesn't get a suspension for his altercation with Tyler Hansbrough on Friday, Bogut will likely sit. If Bogut does miss that game, Marreese Speights and David Lee will benefit most. Rotoworld.com

    • Bojan Bogdanovic now probable for Saturday
Bojan Bogdanovic (ankle) has been upgraded to probable for Saturday's game against the Mavericks.

Advice: Rookie Markel Brown has stepped up and played really well in Bogdanovic's absence, so we would be surprised if he reclaimed his starting spot. That being said, Bogdanovic was only averaging 7.8 points per game this season, so his value will be limited to deeper leagues even if he does end up starting again. Leave him on the wire. • Faried (thumb) goes for 12 and eight
Kenneth Faried (thumb) returned to action on Friday against the Jazz, scoring 12 points on 4-of-9 shooting with eight rebounds, two assists, three steals and one block in 28 minutes.

Advice: Faried is at the middle of the drama in Denver and Brian Shaw is apparently bullet-proof so there isn't any end in sight for the inconsistency. In a best-case scenario, Faried busts his hump to prove Shaw wrong but the situation is so toxic there we wouldn't hold our breath. The high draft pick is barely clinging to top-125 value on the season. Rotoworld.com

    • Gobert nearly double-doubles, blocks six
Rudy Gobert scored 10 points on 4-of-4 shooting (2-of-2 FTs) with eight rebounds and six blocks in Friday's win over the Nuggets.

Advice: Gobert is the No. 7 and 15 fantasy play since the All Star break in 9- and 8-cat leagues respectively, an upside that's been detailed around here in various spaces. Rotoworld.com

    • Burke scores 19 points with solid line
Trey Burke scored 19 points off the bench on Friday, hitting 8-of-12 shots (including three treys) with two rebounds, four assists, four steals and a block in 23 minutes.

Advice: Burke was a recommended pickup and Wednesday and he's a must-own player after this outburst. He'll probably hover around late-round value when it's all said and done. Rotoworld.com

    • Beasley scores seven points in debut
Michael Beasley scored seven points in his season debut on Friday, and also chipped in with two rebounds, one assist and one 3-pointer.

Advice: Beasley will do more to generate Internet snark than he will in fantasy leagues this season. Rotoworld.com

    • Motiejunas quiet on Friday vs. Brooklyn
Donatas Motiejunas had a quiet night on Friday against the Nets, scoring 11 points on 5-of-11 shooting (including a three) with three rebounds, one assist and no steals or blocks in 24 minutes.

Advice: Motiejunas has hovered as a solid late-round value over the last month and unless he truly goes south he should be held in all 12-team formats. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 12:18 am
    • Williams scores 15 points with three assists
Deron Williams started again at point guard on Friday as expected, scoring 15 points on 6-of-15 shooting (no threes) with five rebounds, three assists and three steals in 34 minutes.

Advice: Williams outplayed Jarrett Jack (four points, 2-of-9 FGs, five assists, one steal, one block, 23 minutes) and that hasn't been the case for most of the season. The Nets want things to work out with Williams so they'll give him every chance to stay on track, but he'll have his work cut out for him staying ahead. Either way, he should be owned in all formats now that he avoided falling off the cliff, at least for now. Rotoworld.com

    • Jack cools off, Williams plays a bit better
Jarrett Jack hit just 2-of-9 shots for four points, one rebound, five assists, one steal and one block in 23 minutes off the bench on Friday.

Advice: Deron Williams started and wasn't great, hitting just 6-of-15 shots for 15 points and three assists, though he did have five boards and three steals in his 34 minutes. The Nets are going to give Williams every chance to get himself right, but Jack has been the better player for most of the season. Hang onto Jack while this gets sorted out. Rotoworld.com

    • Wes Matthews hurts hand, doesn't need X-ray
Wesley Matthews hurt his hand on Friday and said he doesn't need an X-ray.

Advice: The injury occurred late in the game, so he didn't have to play through it. Matthews didn't play well tonight, making 2-of-13 from the field for eight points with six rebounds, three assists, three steals, one block and two 3-pointers. He should be ready to roll for the Kings on Sunday. Rotoworld.com

    • Chris Paul scores 19 with 13 dimes
Chris Paul scored 19 points against the Grizzlies on Friday with four rebounds, 13 assists, two steals, one turnover and one 3-pointer.

Advice: The Grizzlies gave out flip-flops tonight and it wasn't a coincidence because their team/fans haven't been bashful about saying the Clippers flop a lot. As for Paul, his numbers in his last nine are amazing, averaging 20.0 points, 4.8 boards, 12.1 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.2 treys on 49.3 percent from the field. The Clippers are playing very well without Blake Griffin (elbow). Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 11:13 pm
    • Marc Gasol gets shut down
Marc Gasol only had 11 points with eight rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal in 31 minutes against the Clippers on Friday.

Advice: While DeAndre Jordan is a beast, the Clippers are actually quite vulnerable to allowing big lines to centers. Gasol hasn't been scoring as much, but he has 2.1 blocks per game in February and is still flirting with first-round value on the season for standard leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 11:02 pm
    • Smart scores 10 points with two threes
Marcus Smart scored 10 points on 4-of-9 shooting (including two threes) with two rebounds, three assists and one steal over 31 minutes in Friday's win.

Advice: Smart has produced more like a shooting guard than a point guard all season so the arrival of Isaiah Thomas hasn't really changed much. He's still a late-round value and if anything the added playmaker might be able to get a few extra looks. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 10:38 pm
    • Turner posts a dud in win over Hornets
Evan Turner managed just two points on 1-of-5 shooting with six rebounds and seven assists in 30 minutes on Friday.

Advice: Turner didn't have a three, steal or block per usual, and he's the guy whose minutes are likely to take a hit with others excelling. Outside of strict points leagues he hasn't been worth much, and owners can find something better on the wire in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

Channing Frye hit 3-of-10 shots (3-of-8 from deep) for 10 points, three rebounds, three assists, one steal and two blocks over 24 minutes in Friday's loss to the Hawks.

Advice: Frye has provided some late-round value over the last week but as you expand the sample he has been a mess for fantasy owners. Feel free to give him a look but he comes with no guarantees at this point. Rotoworld.com

    • Harris back on track for fantasy owners
Tobias Harris scored 15 points on 5-of-9 shooting (including two threes) with four rebounds, two steals and one block in 37 minutes on Friday.

    • Kenneth Faried (thumb) is a go for Friday
Kenneth Faried (thumb) will play against the Jazz on Friday and come off the bench.

Advice: He missed Wednesday and there's no word on how many minutes he'll play. Faried was only playing minutes in the low 20s leading up to the injury, but he should have a chance for more with Darrell Arthur (knee) out. He's still not a must-start player tonight, especially with Rudy Gobert protecting the rim. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 3:48 pm
    • Bojan Bogdanovic (ankle) out Friday vs. HOU
Bojan Bogdanovic (ankle) has been ruled out for Friday's game vs. the Rockets, and he is being considered doubtful for Saturday's game vs. the Mavs.

Advice: The Nets will go with the same starting lineup from Wednesday of Deron Williams, Markel Brown, Joe Johnson, Alan Anderson, and Miles Plumlee. Thaddeus Young will also have some more opportunity for playing time with Bogdanovic out of the lineup. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 3:43 pm
    • Amare Stoudemire (rest) practices on Friday
Amare Stoudemire (rest) was a full participant during Friday's practice.

Advice: Stoudemire will likely be able to give it a go for Saturday's game vs. the Nets, but his minutes will be limited, making him a risky option in most leagues. Through two games with the Mavs this season, STAT has compiled averages of 10.0 points and 3.0 rebounds, and as a bench player for the Mavs he won't be worth owning in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 10:52 am
    • Michael Beasley to come off the bench Friday
Michael Beasley will come off the bench for Friday's game vs. the Pelicans.

Advice: Beasley is in an ideal situation to produce, playing for a Miami team that has been devastated by injuries. He knows head coach Erik Spoelstra's system, and he has limited competition for minutes with Udonis Haslem as the only healthy power forward on the roster. However, Beasley has failed to produce in ideal situations before, so owners in standard leagues can use a wait-and-see approach here. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green plays 16 minutes
Gerald Green played 16 minutes against the Thunder on Thursday with two points, one assist and one steal.

Advice: He was the No. 2 guy off the bench and he only made 1-of-4 from the field. Green was more focused on defense tonight, but he still has a long way to go to getting back in the good graces of his coach. If you want to add someone like Kelly Olynyk for Green, go for it. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 12:28 am
    • Andrew Bogut's struggles continue Thursday
Andrew Bogut couldn't break out of his slump against the Cavaliers on Thursday, scoring just six points with five boards, two assists and two blocks in 21 minutes.

Advice: He has averaged just four points per game over his last four, shooting just 37 percent from the floor over that span. Bogut is still worth holding onto for his upside in blocks and rebounding, but the Warriors will likely be very cautious with him down the stretch given his injury history. In fact, head coach Steve Kerr hinted that Bogut may be rested on Sunday vs. Boston or Monday vs. Brooklyn, so his owners should keep their head on a swivel for an update. If and when Bogut does sit out, expect Marreese Speights and David Lee to benefit the most. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 10:32 pm
    • Kenneth Faried (thumb) probable for Friday
Kenneth Faried (thumb) is likely to play Friday vs. the Jazz.

Advice: Faried's play has fallen off greatly during the month of February with averages of just 8.1 points and 6.8 rebounds on 40.3 percent shooting from the field through 23.4 minutes of action. However, with Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) out and Darrell Arthur (calf) being listed as doubtful, Faried will likely be forced into heavy minutes on Friday, and hopefully he can bust out of his month long slump. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 12:36 pm
    • Michael Beasley will be active Friday vs. NO
Michael Beasley will be active and available to play for Friday's game vs. the Pelicans.

Advice: Beasley hasn't been able to produce enough statistically to be considered a viable option in standard leagues for the past three seasons, and while he will have some opportunity playing for a Miami team that has been devastated by injuries, he has a long history of failing to reach his potential. Owners in standard leagues can use a wait-and-see approach here. Rotoworld.com

    • DeMar DeRozan shares Lowry's trash sentiments
Using Kyle Lowry's recent comments as a jumping off point, DeMar DeRozan said his game is right in the trash next to Lowry's.

Advice: DeRozan's recent play hasn't taken as big of a dip as Lowry's, but his averages of 17.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists over his last five games are all down from his season averages. While DeRozan doesn't provide much in terms of peripheral stats, he's still a solid top-75 fantasy player due to his ability to score in bunches. Rotoworld.com

    • Michael Beasley to Miami Heat 3.0
The Miami Heat have signed F Michael Beasley to a 10-day contract.

Advice: While it's unlikely that Beasley will provide much fantasy value, this is a situation worth monitoring. He should be in shape as he's been playing in China and there are plenty of minutes available in the injury-depleted Heat frontcourt. There's a good chance that Beasley flames out in his third stint with the Heat, but owners in deep leagues may want to take a flier on the former No. 2 overall pick if they have an open roster spot. • Rest on the horizon for Andrew Bogut
Steve Kerr said he will rest Andrew Bogut during the Warriors' upcoming stretch.

Advice: Kerr did add that Bogut will play against Cleveland on Thursday, so it's likely we'll see him sit on Sunday (vs. Boston) or Monday (vs. Brooklyn). Marreese Speights stands to benefit from Bogut's upcoming rest, so daily gamers will want to keep an eye on this situation in order to maximize Speight's value. Rotoworld.com

    • Shaw wants a more consistent Kenneth Faried
Nuggets head coach Brian Shaw said he'd like to see more consistency out of Kenneth Faried (thumb).

Advice: Faried is dealing with a thumb injury, but he was also benched in favor of Darrell Arthur on Monday. "The expectation level with Kenneth was never as a go-to guy. He was never a guy we expected to be able to throw the ball into and say: 'Go get us 20 points every night.' It's probably unfair for people to expect that," Shaw said. "But the other things — the rebounding, the running the floor and the energy — that's what people expect. And that's been a little bit inconsistent." The Manimal's fantasy owners likely agree with Shaw and may want to think about cutting Faried in deeper leagues if another solid option is available. Rotoworld.com

    • Wesley Matthews bounces back with 31
Wesley Matthews, who missed all seven of his shots and scored four points on Sunday, got it back on Wednesday, hitting 11-of-18 shots and four 3-pointers for 31 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals in a win over the Spurs.

Advice: Yes! Arron Afflalo scored 10 points off the bench, and owners who were scared that Afflalo's presence would ruin Matthews should be feeling much better about things after this performance. And yes, he just went from a season low in scoring to a season high in back-to-back games, which is pretty hard for fantasy studs to do at this point in the season. Rotoworld.com

    • Donuts finally doesn't look glazed over
Donatas Motiejunas played one of his better games in the past month against the Clippers on Wednesday, scoring 18 points with nine rebounds, one assist, one block and three 3-pointers.

Advice: Before this one, he hasn't been great this month, averaging 11.8 points, 5.9 boards, 1.4 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.6 blocks in his previous eight games. Donuts was also more of a cream puff on defense, allowing his man to shoot 5.1 percent higher than his average in that span, too. Motiejunas hasn't been in the top 200 for February this month and is clearly being outplayed by Terrence Jones, a much better player to own. Rotoworld.com

    • Chris Paul drops a big line in a loss
Chris Paul handed out 14 assists against the Rockets during a 110-105 loss on Wednesday, adding 22 points, three rebounds and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He's up to 9.9 assists per game and is getting very close to catching John Wall's league-leading 10.1. Paul has put up some fantasy MVP-type numbers in his last eight, averaging 20.1 points, 4.9 boards, 12.0 boards, 1.5 assists and 1.3 treys on 49.2 percent from the field and 93.5 percent from the field. He and DeAndre Jordan are carrying the Clippers right now with a little Jamal Crawford, as well. Rotoworld.com

    • K. Leonard plays well, at least in fantasy
Kawhi Leonard hit 5-of-13 shots for 14 points, eight rebounds, three assists, four steals, a block and a 3-pointer on Wednesday, but the Spurs lost their fourth straight game, this time to the Blazers.

Advice: He was a team-high -13 +/- tonight, and had also been struggling for his fantasy owners, mainly due to poor shooting and some confidence issues. There wasn't much wrong with tonight's line, and you have to think he's on the verge of righting the ship soon. This was at least a step in the right direction. Tim Duncan added 20 points and eight boards in another Spurs loss, and they're just four games ahead of streaking New Orleans in the playoff chase. Rotoworld.com

    • Trey Burke cools off, but starts second half
Trey Burke played 29 minutes off the bench on Wednesday, but hit just 2-of-8 shots for seven points, five rebounds, four assists and two 3-pointers.

Advice: Burke came in hot, scoring 23, 19 and 16 points in his previous three games, but the good news doesn't stop there. He finally started over Dante Exum in the second half, which could mean Burke might be ready to finally retake his job from the rookie. If he's available in your league, pick him up. Rotoworld.com

    • Rudy Gobert posts nice dub-dub in loss
Rudy Gobert had 16 points, 14 rebounds, a steal and three blocks in Wednesday's loss to the Lakers.

Advice: He hit 6-of-11 shots and if you were faced with a decision on whether to pick up Gobert or Gorgui Dieng before the trade deadline, we hope you went with Rudy G. Dude can't fail. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green finally gets run, scores 15
Gerald Green played 21 minutes against the Nuggets on Wednesday with 15 points, four rebounds, three assists, one block and three 3-pointers.

Advice: He was a DNP-CD on Monday because coach Jeff Hornacek called his number and Green had stepped away to go to the bathroom. He really only needs around 25 minutes per game to put up value in standard leagues, so he should be on your radar. However, it's going to be tough to add him until Hornacek rolls with a consistent rotation on the wing behind Brandon Knight and P.J. Tucker. Rotoworld.com

    • Jarrett Jack back in action for Nets
Jarrett Jack returned from a hamstring injury on Wednesday and had 15 points, three rebounds, three assists and a 3-pointer on 5-of-12 shooting in 28 minutes.

Advice: Jack may or may not replace Deron Williams as the starting point guard, or could end up replacing Markel Brown at shooting guard. Either way, he's proven his worth to the Nets and they're going to need him to play minutes if they're going to stay in the No. 8 hole in the East. Rotoworld.com

    • Deron Williams quiet in Jarrett Jack's return
Deron Williams started again on Wednesday and had 10 points and six assists in 34 minutes on 4-of-14 shooting.

Advice: Jarrett Jack was back from his hamstring injury, but came off the bench and had 15 points in 28 minutes. It remains to be seen if Jack starts over Williams in the next one, but it would make more sense (at least to us) to leave Williams alone and start Jack at shooting guard. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Evan Turner triple-doubles in win
Evan Turner hit 5-of-9 shots for 10 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists in 34 minutes in another start on Wednesday.

Advice: Turner is never going to blow you away with his ability to shoot or score, and is hitting just 34 percent of his shots over his last five games, to go along with 10.2 points. But when you consider he's also averaging 7.6 rebounds, 8.6 assists and 1.4 steals over that stretch, owners have learned to live with the parts of his game that stink. Rotoworld.com

Marcus Smart made another start on Wednesday and played well, hitting 6-of-9 shots and three 3-pointers for 16 points, two rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block in 30 minutes.

Advice: He's still the starter, despite the arrival of Isaiah Thomas, and had one of his best games of the season tonight. Maybe he can get it going and the Celtics will stick with him, but it's going to be tough for him to play like this on a nightly basis with Thomas around, while Avery Bradley finally cooled off, which also helped Smart's game. • Kenneth Faried (thumb) won't play vs. Phoenix
Kenneth Faried (thumb) will not play vs. the Suns on Wednesday.

Advice: Faried was benched in Denver's last game and he's been struggling to provide any fantasy value lately, so his absence shouldn't be a huge blow for fantasy owners. Darrell Arthur, J.J. Hickson and Joffrey Lauvergne will pick up the slack in his absence. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 5:17 pm
    • Amare Stoudemire (rest) out on Wednesday
Amare Stoudemire (rest) will not play against the Hawks on Wednesday.

Advice: The Mavs won't have two of their past-their-prime veterans tonight. With Amare out, there should be more minutes for Al-Farouq Aminu to play next to Dirk Nowitzki. Charlie Villanueva will also likely get more run. Stoudemire is not worth owning in almost any league. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 2:42 pm
    • Kenneth Faried (thumb) questionable Wednesday
Kenneth Faried (thumb) is questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Suns.

Advice: In addition to being benched in favor of Darrell Arthur during Monday's game vs. the Nets, Faried also suffered a thumb injury to make matters worse. While Faried was able to play through the injury that game, the Nuggets may opt to err on the side of caution Wednesday in what has become a lost season for the franchise. Expect Darrell Arthur to play big minutes if Faried sits vs. the Suns, with J.J. Hickson and Joffrey Lauvergne in the mix for more playing time as well. Rotoworld.com

    • Amare Stoudemire plays 17 minutes vs. Raptors
Amare Stoudemire logged 17 minutes in his second game with the Mavs, finishing a win vs. the Raptors with six points, three rebounds and one steal off the bench.

Advice: Dallas may rest Amare during back-to-backs as a precaution, and his lack of an official minute-limit doesn't mean much while Tyson Chandler and Dirk Nowitzki are both healthy. He's a perpetual injury risk and isn't worth gambling on outside of the deepest formats. Rotoworld.com

    • DeMar DeRozan, Lowry shoot combined 11-of-36
DeMar DeRozan scored 18 points on 7-of-21 shooting in Tuesday's road loss, while backcourt partner Kyle Lowry scored 11 points on 4-of-15 shooting.

Advice: DeRozan's fantasy value has tumbled thanks to career-low 39.6 percent shooting this season, and he's been slow to regain his All-Star form since returning from a groin injury in mid-January. He's still a steady top-75 producer in most formats, however, and an uptick in his offensive numbers would vault him into the early rounds. Rotoworld.com

    • Andrew Bogut whisper-quiet in 20 minutes Tues
Andrew Bogut played a small role vs. Washington, scoring two points with two rebounds and one assist in just 20 minutes of action.

Advice: Bogut racked up three fouls during his limited time on the court and quickly gave way to Marreese Speights, who scored 16 points off the bench. Wizards' opponents average 40.8 rebounds per game this season, fourth-lowest in the NBA, but the Warriors scratched out a road win on Tuesday despite being out-rebounded by a margin of 29-45. • Jarrett Jack will play limited minutes Wed.
Nets' head coach Lionel Hollins said that Jarrett Jack (hamstring) will play limited minutes off the bench for Wednesday's game vs. New Orleans.

Advice: It's unclear at this point whether Hollins is easing Jack back into the rotation, or if Deron Williams has secured his spot in the starting lineup, and this is a situation we will continue to monitor closely. While Jack is set to return to action on Wednesday, owners should consider benching him as it's unlikely he'll be able to offer much statistically playing limited minutes in a bench role. • Bojan Bogdanovic (ankle) out Wednesday vs. NO
Bojan Bogdanovic (ankle) did not practice on Tuesday, and he has been ruled out for Wednesday's game vs. the Pelicans.

Advice: Markel Brown will have another opportunity to start with Bogdanovic sidelined, and he'll be worth a look as a spot-start in daily leagues after putting up 10 points, 11 rebounds, and four blocks during his last outing. Thaddeus Young and Alan Anderson will also have more opportunity for playing time with Bogdonavic out. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 1:18 pm
    • Jarrett Jack (hamstring) probable Wednesday
Jarrett Jack (hamstring) took part in Tuesday's practice, and he is being listed as probable for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans.

Advice: There's no word on whether or not he'll retake his place in the starting lineup upon his return, but Deron Williams has certainly given Jack a run for his money after putting up two consecutive double digit assist outings in his last two games. We'll be monitoring this situation closely, but if Jack does return to the starting lineup, Williams' value will take a sizable hit. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Tobias Harris will be ready for Weds vs Heat
Magic head coach James Borrego said Tobias Harris (knee) felt good after Sunday's game against the 76ers and will be ready for Wednesday's game against the Heat.

Advice: Harris struggled during his 25 minutes of playing time on Sunday, but Borrego's statement is great news for Tobias' fantasy owners. While Borrego may use a minutes limit for Harris in the short-term, he has enough upside to be a nightly start in standard fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green a healthy scratch on Monday
Gerald Green was a healthy scratch against the Celtics on Monday.

Advice: Green was set to come off the bench against his former team on Monday, but ended up not seeing the court during the Suns' loss. While Green had played in all but one game this season, it looks like he's in danger to losing his spot in the Suns' rotation to Archie Goodwin and can be dropped in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • CP3 goes for 30 & 10; key TO late seals loss
Chris Paul was spectacular pretty much all night on Monday, scoring 30 points, four rebounds, 10 assists, two steals, two blocks and two threes, but a late turnover sealed the Clippers' 90-87 loss to the Grizzlies.

Advice: Paul is gaining a reputation for mistakes in big moments and that's a bit unfair, but he's still in his prime and he can totally redeem himself by going huge in the playoffs. He has dropped off a bit in the overall rankings with just top 5-7 value on a per-game basis in 9- and 8-cat leagues, respectively, but counting games played he's a top 3-4 asset. Rotoworld.com

    • Gobert just scratching the surface in win
Rudy Gobert scored seven points on 3-of-6 shooting with 14 rebounds, two steals and three blocks over 31 minutes in the Jazz's 90-81 win over the Spurs on Monday.

Advice: Gobert is just scratching the surface and he's a game-changer in both fantasy and reality basketball. If you had the foresight to draft him and stay the course, you're about to get paid off in a massive way. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 10:29 pm
    • Smart plays just 24 minutes in Monday's win
Marcus Smart played just 24 minutes in Monday's win over the Suns, scoring eight points on 2-of-7 shooting (including a three) with two rebounds, three assists and one steal.

Advice: James Young saw 19 minutes and Smart was not sharp so clearly he doesn't have unlimited rope. Smart has produced more like a shooting guard than a point guard this season and that should continue barring a major slump. He should still be owned in most standard formats. Rotoworld.com

    • Turner holding onto his role with IT in town
Evan Turner logged 32 minutes on Monday against the Suns, scoring 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting (including a three) with eight rebounds, four assists and one steal.

Advice: By now you know the story with Turner, whose value is depressed in standard leagues due to poor efficiency and bad peripherals. So far the arrival of Isaiah Thomas hasn't hit him yet, but Turner didn't look all that great tonight and there's really no need for him to facilitate the offense with Thomas around. He's really only worth owning in points leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Deron Williams looks good in another start
Deron Williams was effective against the Nuggets on Monday with 16 points, five rebounds, 12 assists, one steal and one turnover.

Advice: Jarrett Jack missed his second consecutive game and it's led to consecutive double-doubles for Williams. It's been a while since he had one of those with his last double-double coming back on Dec. 16. Jack was ruled out this morning, so he's likely going to miss more time. Williams should be viewed as a must-start player until further notice. Rotoworld.com

    • Kenneth Faried hurts hand, plays 13 minutes
Kenneth Faried returned from his Monday hand injury during a loss to the Nets, scoring four points with five rebounds, one assist and one block in 13 minutes.

Advice: He came off the bench tonight because the Nuggets are very thin at the forward spots with Wilson Chandler (groin) out tonight. Coach Brian Shaw isn't the biggest Faried fan in the world and his value is basically at rock bottom following a two-point game on Sunday. If for some reason Alex Len, Jusuf Nurkic or another red-hot free agent are on the wire, it's not a bad idea to cut Manimal for them. Rotoworld.com

    • Kenneth Faried (hand) goes to locker room
Kenneth Faried (left hand) went to the locker room on Monday and has returned.

Advice: X-rays were negative and he should be OK, but he's not getting much playing time right now. He had ice on his hand and it's unclear if he'll need to miss time. If he does, Darrell Arthur, Joffrey Lauvergne and J.J. Hickson will get more run. Rotoworld.com

    • Kenneth Faried off the bench Monday
Kenneth Faried will come off the bench on Monday.

Advice: He wasn't late for practice either. Faried has been awful and the thinking here might be that the Nuggets need someone in their second unit. Regardless, his owners should stick with him because is value is way too low right now. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 5:29 pm
    • Gerald Green coming off the bench on Monday
Gerald Green will come off the bench against the Celtics on Monday.

Advice: He played just 11 minutes on Saturday and there is no word of an injury. Green has played poorly in February, averaging 7.0 points, 1.7 boards, 1.9 assists, 0.4 steals and 0.9 treys on 39.6 percent from the field. He has a greater opportunity now, but he's too risky to start in fantasy leagues right now with the Suns getting a look at Archie Goodwin these days. Rotoworld.com

    • Jarrett Jack will not play vs. Denver on MON
Jarrett Jack (hamstring) will not play against the Nuggets on Monday.

Advice: Jack was doubtful on Sunday, so it would have taken a miracle to see him out there on Monday. Former franchise face Deron Williams will draw another start, and he gets to do it against the dumpster fire that is the Denver Nuggets. D-Will started the last game against the Lakers and went for 12 points, four rebounds, 15 assists, two steals and a block (five turnovers) in just under 40 minutes. He'll get all of the minutes he can handle tonight, making him an obvious option to consider in daily formats. Rotoworld.com

Bojan Bogdanovic (ankle) will not play on Monday against the Nuggets.

    • Kawhi Leonard fighting through shooting slump
Kawhi Leonard admitted that he's currently fighting through a shooting slump.

Advice: "You definitely got to fight through it," he said. "I still have confidence in my shot. I never think I'm going to miss the next one." Before the Feb. 20 game against the Warriors, Leonard was in a 12-of-52 slide, including 1-of-11 against the Clippers. Gregg Popovich admitted Leonard has had a "rough year," in which he's dealt with both eye infections and a torn ligament in his hand. His efficiency is down as he's shooting just 43.8 percent from the field, and while some of that can be attributed to a larger role, it would be foolish to ignore the injury factors. Rotoworld.com

    • Heat could add another big man to the roster
The Heat could sign another player to fill its 15th roster spot, and the candidates include Thomas Robinson, Andray Blatche and Michael Beasley.

Advice: Miami is 'discussing' what to do with the roster spot, and although the team could wind up doing nothing, it sounds like they might want to bring in some more help with how thin their frontcourt is. Despite recently getting permission to work out at AmericanAirlines Arena, we don't see a Beasley reunion in the cards for the Heat. Of the three names mentioned, Blatche, who has played this season in China, would seemingly be the best fit. Rotoworld.com

    • Evan Turner hands out season-high 12 assists
Evan Turner finished Sunday's OT defeat with 12 points on 5-of-19 shooting, six rebounds and a season-high 12 assists.

Advice: He added two steals while turning the ball over four times in 36 minutes of action. Fantasy owners should view this line skeptically for numerous reasons -- he did this against the Lakers' lackluster defense, Isaiah Thomas was ejected during his Celts' debut off the bench, and Turner is now a combined 23-of-90 from the field over his past nine games (25.6 percent). Wesley Matthews struggled vs. the Grizzlies on Sunday, shooting 0-of-7 from the field and 4-of-4 from the FT line to finish with four points in Portland's home loss.

Advice: Matthews is shooting 45.4 percent overall this season, which is impressive considering far more than half of his attempts come from downtown. He's averaging 16.3 points with career-highs in triples (3.0) and rebounds (3.6), and remains a steady top-60 option despite occasional duds like Sunday. Rotoworld.com

    • Marc Gasol drops 21 pts w/ full line vs. POR
Marc Gasol filled up the stat sheet vs. Portland on Sunday with 21 points, six rebounds, four assists and three blocks.

Advice: He shot 9-of-17 from the field and 3-of-3 from the free throw line, and aided 9-cat owners by turning the ball over just once in 36 minutes. This is a typical performance from Gasol, who has bounced back from a disappointing 2013-14 campaign to rack up top-20 fantasy value during his current All-Star season. Rotoworld.com

    • Amare Stoudemire scores 14 points in debut
Amare Stoudemire scored 14 points with three boards in just 11 minutes in his debut with the Mavericks on Sunday.

Advice: The minutes are the big story here, as it's clear that the Mavericks will likely do everything they can to keep Stoudemire fresh for the postseason. At this point in his career, Stoudemire belongs on the wire in all but the deepest of leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Channing Frye scores 15 pts w/ three triples
Channing Frye got hot vs. the Sixers on Sunday, hitting 6-of-10 shots with three 3-pointers to finish with 15 points, three boards and one block in just 21 minutes.

Advice: Frye said he's still "getting used to this new offense" under interim coach James Borrego, who seems content starting Frye at PF ahead of Aaron Gordon (10 minutes), Kyle O'Quinn (DNP-CD) or Andrew Nicholson (four minutes). Frye's 3-point shooting gives him instant specialist appeal, and he contributes just enough in other categories to warrant attention in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He missed the past three games dating back to Feb. 9 and wasn't able to take advantage of the favorable matchup tonight. • Khris Middleton & Giannis score 19 pts each
The Bucks fell at home on Sunday, 86-97, despite getting 19 points from both Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton.

Advice: Middleton made 6-of-12 FGs and 6-of-6 FTs with one 3-pointer, four boards and five assists, and he's emerged as an elite fantasy option over the past month. In his last dozen games he's averaging a stellar 16.2 points (54.2 percent FGs, 91.3 percent FTs), 1.6 threes, 5.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.1 steals. He does a little bit of everything, so the arrival of Michael Carter-Williams shouldn't throw him off, and his lucky owners can sit back and enjoy the production. Rotoworld.com

    • Amare Stoudemire will not have minutes limit
Amare Stoudemire will not have a minutes restriction on Sunday against the Hornets.

Advice: This still doesn't mean that Amare will play many minutes, as the Mavericks are going to want to keep him fresh for the postseason. Head coach Rick Carlisle said that Amare will play more minutes at center rather than power forward, but he also didn't rule out playing him alongside Tyson Chandler at times as well. Regardless, Amare is still only worth holding onto in deeper leagues until further notice. Rotoworld.com

Tobias Harris (knee) will draw the start for Sunday's game against the 76ers.

Advice: Harris will return to action with a fantastic matchup against the Sixers, and he's certainly someone to consider for those playing daily leagues. His return to the starting lineup will send either Channing Frye or Evan Fournier back to the bench, and with averages of 17.4 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.0 steal, and 1.1 three-pointers per game, Harris is a must-start guy every time he's in uniform. • Bojan Bogdanovic (ankle) doubtful for Monday
Bojan Bogdanovic sprained his left ankle during Sunday's practice, and he is being listed as doubtful for Monday's game against the Nuggets.

Advice: If Bogdanovic is unable to go on Monday there will be more minutes for Alan Anderson, Sergey Karasev, and Thaddeus Young. Young only got 12 minutes of action during his first game with Brooklyn, but perhaps with a full practice under his belt, head coach Lionel Hollins gives him some more minutes. Young and Anderson will likely be the primary beneficiaries of a Bogdanovic absence. Rotoworld.com

    • Jarrett Jack (hamstring) doubtful for Monday
Jarrett Jack (hamstring) did not practice on Sunday, and he is being listed as doubtful for Monday's game against the Nuggets.

Advice: It's looking like Deron Williams is going to get another game to prove to head coach Lionel Hollins that he belongs in the starting lineup, and he'll draw a favorable matchup vs. Denver. Jack said that he is hopeful to give it a go for Wednesday's game against New Orleans, so it seems safe to assume he won't be available on Monday. For what it's worth, Jack said that he would try and play if it were the seventh game of a series. Rotoworld.com

Marc Gasol (illness) was not listed on Memphis' injury report, and it looks like he is good to go for Sunday's game against the Blazers.

Amare Stoudemire will make his debut for the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday against the Hornets.

Advice: He's going to serve as the primary backup to Dirk Nowitzki, and the Mavs will probably limit his minutes in an effort to keep him fresh for the postseason. Outside of deeper leagues, there's no reason to grab Stoudemire off the waiver wire. Rotoworld.com

Advice: The Rockets are quite alright without Dwight Howard right now. Terrence Jones' defense on centers has been a huge plus and D-Mo has been able to operate in the high post. His numbers in his last five include averages of 10.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.6 blocks. He's a hold in standard leagues despite a low upside. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green plays 11 minutes on Saturday
Gerald Green played 11 minutes against the Bulls on Saturday with 10 points, one rebound, three assists and two 3-pointers during a 112-107 loss.

Advice: He hasn't looked great whatsoever. Green made just 5-of-14 from the field on Friday and he may have found himself in the doghouse. Still, the Suns probably aren't going to play Archie Goodwin this much, but the bad news is that Marcus Morris and P.J. Tucker had most of the run at small forward. In fact, all of Green's minutes only came with the starters tonight, which is a bad sign. Unless it's to add a hot free agent, Green is worth holding. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green starting again on Saturday
Gerald Green will remain in the starting lineup for Saturday's game vs. the Bulls.

Advice: Coach Jeff Hornacek has decided to bring Brandon Knight off the bench for his debut, but we doubt that this will be a permanent move. Green played 30 minutes in a start on Friday, scoring 12 points with six assists, but he's been too inconsistent to rely upon in standard leagues. The Suns also added Marcus Thornton at the trade deadline, so owners will want to see how the Suns' rotation shapes up in the coming days. Rotoworld.com

    • D-Will gets on the board with 12 and 15 night
Deron Williams started for Jarrett Jack (hamstring) on Friday against the Lakers, scoring 12 points on 6-of-14 shooting (no threes) with four rebounds, 15 assists, two steals, one block and five turnovers in 40 minutes.

Advice: Nice. And it's about time. Surely the All Star break helped him get his legs back and some time off probably didn't hurt the noggin, either. We're nowhere near declaring that he's back in the vicinity of his early season production, especially after beating up on L.A., but this outing makes him an interesting gambler's target via trade. • Bojan scores 18 points with two threes
Bojan Bogdanovic scored 18 points on 7-of-13 shooting (including two threes) with four rebounds and three assists in 37 minutes on Friday against the Lakers.

Advice: Bogdanovic is coming off a scoreless outing and given the opponent and absence of Jarrett Jack there are a number of reasons to be skeptical here. Rotoworld.com

    • Smart a threes and steals monster on Friday
Marcus Smart hit 5-of-15 shots (2-of-9 3PTs, 4-of-9 FTs) for 16 points, five rebounds, two assists and five steals in 36 minutes on Friday against the Kings.

Advice: The Kings don't defend the 3-point line and that's the name of Smart's game these days, as he's more shooting guard than point guard for the most part. In that respect, he's not going to be terribly impacted by the arrival of Isaiah Thomas, and he is still a must-own player at this time. Rotoworld.com

    • Turner posts inefficient popcorn line
Evan Turner hit just 3-of-14 shots in Friday's loss, finishing with seven points, five rebounds, eight assists, three steals, one 3-pointer and five turnovers in 37 minutes.

Advice: Turner's already suspect value in standard leagues is going to take a sizable hit when Isaiah Thomas joins the team. Rotoworld.com

    • Favors goes for 16 and nine vs. Blazers
Derrick Favors scored 16 points on 7-of-15 shooting with nine rebounds, two steals and one block in the Jazz's 92-76 win over the Blazers on Friday.

Advice: With Enes Kanter shipped out to the Thunder, look for Favors to get a slight bump in value and in particular in the rebounding department. Rotoworld.com

    • Kawhi Leonard plays just 19 minutes vs. GSW
Kawhi Leonard played just 19 minutes against the Warriors on Friday with 12 points, six rebounds, one block and one 3-pointer on 5-of-7 from the field.

Advice: There's something up with shot selection these days. Leonard didn't take any shots from within eight feet tonight and missing jumper after jumper has been a problem lately, which resulted in a comment from his coach during the game tonight. "Last night he was doing an impression of Kyle Korver. That's not who he is," coach Gregg Popovich said. Leonard is too good and Pop is too smart for this to continue. His owners can just sit tight and wait for the monster lines to come. If you don't own him, try to see if his owner is worried. Rotoworld.com

    • Gobert blocks 5 shots in 1st start w/out Enes
Rudy Gobert blocked five shots in his first start following the Enes Kanter trade, and also chipped in with four points, seven rebounds and two assists in 24 minutes on Friday.

Advice: Gobert got into some foul trouble and that's going to be a small issue for him, but this is just an appetizer for the buffet of stats that's about to come. And yes, there are still folks out there who don't know this is coming so plunder away. Rotoworld.com

    • Motiejunas plays 21 minutes in loss to Mavs
Donatas Motiejunas scored seven points on 3-of-8 shooting (including a three) with eight rebounds and one assists over 21 minutes in Friday's loss to the Mavs.

Advice: Motie hasn't been great in his last few games and could easily be found on waiver wires in 12-team formats. But he has been pretty good this season and has a late-round valuation over the last month, so consider picking him up if he was dropped. He has at least a 2-3 week window with Dwight Howard out to cash in on. Rotoworld.com

    • Pekovic double-doubles with two blocks
Nikola Pekovic scored 16 points on 5-of-16 shooting with 11 rebounds and two blocks in Friday's win over the Suns.

Advice: Pekovic had a good night in the box but he met his match in Alex Len, who had his number all night. After some early struggles since returning to action, he's back to producing serviceable numbers. Rotoworld.com

    • Green hits 5-of-14 shots in start vs. Minny
Gerald Green scored 12 points on 5-of-14 shooting (including two threes) with one rebound, six assists and one steal over 30 minutes in a start on Friday.

Advice: It's unclear if the Suns will start their two point guards in Eric Bledsoe (12 points, seven boards, six assists) and Brandon Knight (DNP), but they'll surely stagger their minutes and Green will fit in around that. His main competition for minutes will come from newly acquired Marcus Thornton, and his situation has improved since Deadline Day making him worth a very hard look in standard formats. Rotoworld.com

    • DeRozan goes for 21 and eight with a trey
DeMar DeRozan scored 21 points on 9-of-16 shooting (including a three) with eight rebounds, one assist and three steals in Friday's win.

Advice: DeRozan has had a disappointing season and a small buy low window might still be open. He has mid-round potential. Rotoworld.com

    • Frye plays 18 minutes with two points
Channing Frye played 18 minutes in the Magic's 95-84 win over the Pelicans on Friday, finishing with just two points on 1-of-6 shooting, two rebounds and one steal.

Advice: Frye's contract is going to look worse and worse as time goes on in Orlando, and one has to wonder why he's even playing these days. That said, if he can turn it around he doesn't need many minutes to be productive in fantasy leagues so be ready to move if that happens. Rotoworld.com

    • Tobias Harris (knee) ruled out vs. Pelicans
Tobias Harris (right knee) will not play against the Pelicans on Friday.

Advice: This is an about-face from yesterday and is troubling news. Harris missed the last two games before the break and history suggests he's been a slow healer, so he could be out beyond tonight. His owners have to bench him. Evan Fournier will start, but expect to see more production out of Nikola Vucevic and Victor Oladipo. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green set to start at SG on Friday
Gerald Green will start at shooting guard for Friday's game against the Wolves.

Advice: With Brandon Knight unavailable for this one, Eric Bledsoe will slide over to the point guard spot, freeing up Green to log heavy minutes at the two-spot. He'll draw a favorable matchup tonight against Minnesota, but his value in general is due for an increase with the departure of Goran Dragic and Isaiah Thomas. If he's still available in your league, grab him, and consider using him as a plug-and-play option in daily leagues. It's worth a mention Green has a 31.0 usage rate while he played next to Bledsoe with Dragic and Thomas off the floor this season. Rotoworld.com

    • Deron Williams likely to start Friday vs. LAL
Deron Williams will likely slide back into the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Lakers with Jarret Jack (hamstring) unavailable.

Advice: He's going to get a very favorable matchup tonight, and there's a chance his return to the starting lineup becomes a permanent change. Williams is averaging 15.6 points, 6.8 assists, and 1.6 three-pointers per game as a starter, so owners will need to hope he can keep his job once Jack is healthy. As a side note, the Nets are paying Williams $19.8 million this season compared to Jack's $6.3 million. Rotoworld.com

    • Jarrett Jack (hamstring) will not play on Fri
Jarrett Jack (hamstring) will not play against the Lakers on Friday.

Advice: With Jack unavailable, Deron Williams should be ready to take his job back in the starting lineup, and perhaps keep it. He's going to get a very favorable matchup against a horrid Lakers' squad, and he's someone to consider as a plug-and-play option in daily leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Marc Gasol (illness) returns to practice Fri.
Marc Gasol (illness) returned to practice on Friday.

Advice: Gasol was forced to sit out Thursday's practice, but his return to practice on Friday bodes well for his chances of suiting up for Sunday's game against Portland. Owners should check back for an official update closer to Sunday's tip, but it's looking safe to assume he'll be available. Rotoworld.com

    • Tobias Harris (knee) questionable for Friday
Tobias Harris (right knee) is now being listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Pelicans.

Advice: There was a report yesterday that Harris had been cleared to play, but it appears head coach James Borrego is going to be cautious with his asset. We’d consider Harris to be on the probable side of the questionable tag, but if he is forced to sit, Evan Fournier will likely get another game with the starting unit and he'd make for a decent plug-and-play option in daily leagues. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Chris Paul drops 16 dimes, scores 22 points
Chris Paul handed out 16 assists against the Spurs on Thursday during a 119-115 win, adding 22 points, five rebounds, one steal and two 3-pointers.

Advice: This was a huge win for the Clippers to move them up to No. 5 in the Western Conference standings. CP3's numbers have taken off without Blake Griffin (elbow) in his last three, averaging 19.7 points, 5.7 boards, 13.7 assists and 1.3 treys -- all wins against Western Conference playoff teams (Spurs, Rockets and Mavericks). Paul raised his assists to 9.8 per game with tonight's performance and there's a chance he can catch John Wall and Ty Lawson (10.1) for the league lead. Rotoworld.com

    • Kawhi Leonard stuck in a shooting slump
Kawhi Leonard made just 1-of-11 from the field for four points with six rebounds, six assists and one steal in 27 minutes against the Clippers on Thursday.

Advice: He is struggling on the offensive end right now and this was one of his worst games in a long time. In his last four games, Leonard made just 12-of-52 (23.1 percent from the field. The vast majority of his misses were jump shots tonight, which was the story in his previous three because he missed 20 of his 23 jumpers in that span. Leonard will likely get back to being more of a close-range guy and he's still filling the stat sheet in other areas, so try to buy low if you can. Rotoworld.com

    • Jarrett Jack (hamstring) doesn't practice
Jarrett Jack (left hamstring) did not practice on Thursday and is questionable to play against the Lakers on Friday.

Advice: He had a sore hamstring back on Feb. 11, so it's somewhat troubling to hear he's still dealing with it right now. However, Jack is a massive winner from the deadline with the Nets not making moves. He should be owned in all leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Marc Gasol (illness) questionable for Sunday
Marc Gasol (illness) did not practice on Thursday and is questionable to play against the Blazers on Sunday.

Advice: Luckily for the Grizzlies, they're starting the second half with a few games before game action. Gasol should be ready to go on Sunday with so much time to get better. His fantasy owners can pencil him in for that road game. Rotoworld.com

    • Amare Stoudemire will not play Thurs or Fri
Amare Stoudemire (ankle) will not play Thursday or Friday.

Advice: The newly-acquired Stoudemire will not suit up for Thursday's game against the Thunder or Friday's game against the Rockets, so the earliest we'll see him in a Mavs uniform is Sunday against the Hornets. STAT will basically serve as a backup to Dirk Nowitzki and will likely be on a minutes limit, so fantasy owners can feel free to leave him on waivers. Rotoworld.com

Tobias Harris (knee) has been cleared to play on Friday against the Pelicans.

Harris has been logging a whopping 41.0 minutes per game in February, averaging 22.5 points, 7.3 boards, 3.3 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.8 treys. He should have a big second half under his new coach. • Report: Jarrett Jack mentioned in OKC talks
The Nets may include Jarrett Jack in a potential trade sending Brook Lopez to Oklahoma City for a package including Reggie Jackson, according to Ken Berger of CBS Sports.

Advice: Berger notes that there are "lots of moving parts" in these talks and the whole deal could fall apart, but a trade to OKC would be very bad news for Jack's fantasy value. He's currently starting ahead of Deron Williams but would be stuck behind Russell Westbrook in Oklahoma City, so Jack's owners should be rooting for him to either stay in Brooklyn or be dealt to a third team.
