  • Utah agrees to two-year deal with Joe Johnson
The Jazz agreed to terms with unrestricted free agent Joe Johnson on a two-year, $22 million deal.

Advice: The Jazz were interested on a number of wings and they'll go with Iso Joe on a short-term deal. Johnson just turned 35 this week and did show he still had a little left in the tank with the Heat, averaging 13.4 points, 2.8 boards, 3.6 assists, 0.9 steals and 1.5 treys on 51.8 percent from the field in those 24 games. He is likely only looking at minutes in the low 20s to help out the second unit. The Jazz look like a playoff contender. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:51 pm

  • Nets strongly considering Allen Crabbe
The Nets have "weighed all day" whether they should sign restricted free agent Allen Crabbe, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.com.

Advice: To start the day, there was almost no chance Crabbe was going anywhere, but the Blazers giving Evan Turner a four-year, $70 million deal could have opened the door. Crabbe might be one of the most underrated players in the NBA due to being overshadowed, but he is a plus-defender and posted an effective 57.2 true shooting percentage last season. The Nets have a ton of space, so they might offer the max to put pressure on the Blazers. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:11 pm
  • Rondo getting interest from teams
Unrestricted free agent Rajon Rondo is getting interest from the Kings, Bulls, 76ers and possibly Pelicans, according to Marc Spears of ESPN.com.

Advice: An earlier report from multiple Pelicans beat writers said the team wasn't interested, but Spears adds that Anthony Davis is a Rondo fan. It's hard to see any of these teams being aggressive on Rondo with most of them set to build around young players. The Bulls could be the frontrunner of this group after Rondo met with them on Friday. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:05 pm
  • ESPN: Al Horford met with a mystery team
Unrestricted free agent Al Horford met with a mystery team on Friday.

Advice: He also met with the Celtics, Wizards and Rockets. The mystery team angle is always a fun one and sometimes that team does come through. The best bet would be the Thunder, who are expected to make a run at Horford and move some contracts around. Horford should have his decision this weekend. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:01 pm

  • Al Horford meets with four teams
Al Horford met with the Rockets, Wizards and Celtics on Friday, and is expected to make a decision over the weekend.

Advice: With Kent Bazemore re-signing, the Hawks won't have the cap space to bring back Horford. There is some talk of the Celtics trying to get Horford to agree to terms before they meet with Kevin Durant on Saturday, so that's something to watch. There are also reports of the Hawks trying to make some moves to clear out space for Horford, but it's not going to be easy. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 8:01 pm

  • Joakim Noah, NYK agree on 4-year, $72M deal
The Knicks and Joakim Noah have officially agreed on a four-year, $72 million deal.

Advice: The framework has been decided for about 22 hours, but the parties met in Orlando to come to a more formal agreement -- Noah won't sign the deal until at least July 7. This is a lot of money to give to an oft-injured, 31-year-old center. On top of only playing in 29 games, Noah turned in awful shooting numbers of 38.3 percent from the field and 48.9 percent from the line. The change of scenery helps, but he's still not a great fantasy option. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:41 pm

  • Dwyane Wade fielding offers for $20M per year
Unrestricted free agent Dwyane Wade is fielding offers in the $20 million-per-season range, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.

Advice: According to the report, the Bulls, Mavericks, Nuggets and Bucks have "started a courtship process" that has included offers in length of two and three years -- the Bulls and Nuggets have been the most aggressive. The report adds Wade was "deeply angered" with Miami's initial offer, which has caused him to explore the market. He's overseas right now, so it should take a few days before a Wade agreement is reached. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 6:46 pm

  • Pelicans not interested in Rondo
The Pelicans are not interested in unrestricted free agent Rajon Rondo.

Advice: Some previous reports say the Pelicans are interested, but it would be a surprise. He wouldn't fit with the current roster and the Pelicans should be better off with a shooting PG. Rondo met with the Bulls today. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 6:26 pm
  • Kevin Durant meets with Clippers for 4 hours
Kevin Durant met with the Clippers for four hours and he was "blown away" by the presentation, according to ESPN's Chris Broussard.

Advice: He met with the Warriors earlier today, but there hasn't been much information following that meeting. The Clippers have been trying to pitch a Big Four and would need to unload basically every other player to get KD to fit into the cap. Durant will meet with the Spurs and Celtics on Saturday. • Bulls meet with UFA Rajon Rondo
The Bulls met with unrestricted free agent Rajon Rondo on Friday.

Advice: With Mike Conley and Jeremy Lin off the board, Rondo should have more desperate suitors. Plus, the Nets were expected to go after Rondo, but they have agreed to terms with Lin. The former NBA champ and 2011-12 league leader in triple-doubles obviously won't be going back to the PG-needy Mavs, so he could be filling in for Derrick Rose. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:42 pm
  • ESPN: Wade may schedule talks with MIL & NYK
Unrestricted free agent Dwyane Wade is in contract talks with the Knicks and Bucks, and could schedule meetings next week, according to Brian Windhorst of ESPN.

Advice: The days of Wade taking a pay cut could be over here. The Knicks really need a shooting guard while the Marquette product has some Milwaukee ties. Wade going to the Knicks would make it extremely hard for the Knicks to share the ball. The Bucks need a 3-point shooter, so Wade wouldn't be the best fit. It sounds like it might take a few days before we get word on the former Finals MVP. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:22 pm

  • Celtics about to meet with Al Horford
The Celtics will meet with unrestricted free agent Al Horford on Friday night.

Advice: With Dwight Howard headed to the Hawks, Horford is likely on the move. He does want to be a priority in the offense and the Celtics can certainly offer that. The Celtics will almost certainly offer the max, so they have a terrific chance to add a huge improvement to their frontcourt. He would have early-round value in standard leagues again. • Dwight Howard agrees to deal with Hawks
Dwight Howard has reached an agreement on a three-year, $70.5 million deal with the Hawks.

Advice: Dwight wanted $24 million per season, and he just about got it with his hometown team. This news also means Al Horford is likely heading out of town to the Thunder or Celtics. As for Dwight, he'll look to revitalize his career after things fell apart dating back to when he left the Magic after 2011-12. The good news for the Hawks is that this is only a three-year deal. • Jeff Green agrees on one-year deal with Magic
Jeff Green has reached a one-year, $15 million deal with the Magic.

Advice: The Magic put a priority on cap space to sign new guys, but so far they have Green, Jodie Meeks and D.J. Augustin. The good news on this deal is that it's only for one year and Meeks is also just for one year, so they'll have money next year. Green is going to compete with Aaron Gordon for playing time. • Hawks make 'strong connection' with Howard
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical, the Hawks made a strong connection with Dwight Howard in their meeting.

Advice: Wojnarowski adds that there is definitely some "traction" there, so it sounds like the Hawks are one of the favorites to sign D-12. It's also worth noting that the Blazers are making a strong push to sign both Howard and Chandler Parsons, while the Celtics are expected to get a meeting with Howard as well. • Stein: Detroit's deal with Drummond is done
According to ESPN's Marc Stein, Andre Drummond's five-year, $130 million deal with the Pistons is done.

Advice: The two sides wasted no time in reaching an agreement. Drummond will have a player option after the fourth year, but he will be the face of the franchise for many years to come. Drummond shot just 35.5 percent from the free throw line last season which limited his value in standard leagues, but he also averaged 16.2 points, 14.8 boards, 1.4 blocks and 1.5 steals on 52.1 percent shooting from the field. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:40 am
  • Report: Blazers to pursue Dwight Howard
According to Jason Quick of CSNNW, the Blazers intend to go after both Chandler Parsons and Dwight Howard.

Advice: The Blazers reportedly offered Parsons a four-year max deal right when free agency began, but Howard won't be cheap either considering Timofey Mozgov got $65 million from the Lakers. Howard has also been linked to the Celtics, Hawks and Mavericks, but it's too early to tell which team is the favorite to sign him. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:13 am
  • Suns guarantee P.J. Tucker's contract
The Suns have officially guaranteed P.J. Tucker's contract for the 2016-17 season.

Advice: This means that he will be on the books for $5.3 million, which is a great value under the new salary cap. Tucker averaged 8.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 0.8 3-pointers last season, but he shot just 41.1 percent from the floor. He could lose minutes to T.J. Warren next season, so his fantasy outlook isn't promising. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:06 am
  • Arraignment date set for Mike Scott
An arraignment date for Mike Scott has been set for July 12.

Advice: This means that Scott will be formally advised of the charges against him and will be asked to enter a plea. Scott is facing up to 25 years in prison on two felony drug charges after police found 35.2 grams of marijuana and 10.9 grams of MDMA in his vehicle in July of 2015. He could also face some disciplinary action from the league including a one-year suspension. He's owed $3.3 million next season, but his contract isn't guaranteed until July 10. • Woj: Wade has multi-year offers on the table
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical, Dwyane Wade has received multi-year offers from "rival" teams.

Advice: The report adds that rival executives will have the chance to speak with Wade on the phone Friday, so Heat fans have reason to be nervous. The Heat were able to reach an agreement on a max deal with Hassan Whiteside, but they're running out of cap room and it sounds like Wade will use this leverage to increase his value on the open market. • Warriors intend to match any offer for Barnes
According to NBA reporter Keith Pompey, the Warriors intend to match any offer for Harrison Barnes.

Advice: Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical reported the same thing early Friday morning, which means the only way Barnes leaves is if the Warriors are able to lure Kevin Durant to Golden State. Regardless, don't be surprised if a team such as the 76ers puts in a massive offer for Barnes to see if the Warriors are truly committed to him. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 6:48 am
  • DET, Drummond nearing agreement on max deal
Andre Drummond and the Pistons are nearing an agreement on a five-year max deal in the $130 million range.

Advice: The NBA’s leading rebounder quickly cashes in despite his woeful 35.5 percent from the line last season. Drummond has been remarkably durable, missing just one game due to injury in his last three seasons. The NBA is expected to alter their intentional fouling rule, which should help Drummond stay on the floor throughout the game. He’s a good bet to match his league-leading 66 double-doubles from last season as a DFS monster in his upcoming age-23 season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 1:20 am
  • Report: Pelicans, Nets, Hornets eye Tyler Joh
Free agent Tyler Johnson has reportedly drawn interest from the Pelicans, Bulls, Nets and Hornets.

Advice: Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Thursday that Johnson could command $10 million annually with the salary cap spiking. That high price-tag is supported by the fact that multiple teams have registered interest within an hour of the start of free agency, but no matter where Johnson lands it's hard to envision him as a reliable 12-team fantasy option. • Report: Nets making a push for Allen Crabbe
The Nets are "making a push" for restricted free agent Allen Crabbe, according to NBA.com's David Aldridge.

Advice: The Blazers are almost certainly going to match, assuming they don't land a big-name free agent. Crabbe is widely viewed as an underrated wing for his defense and improved shooting. Plus, his ball-handling improved dating back to 2015 Summer League. He played 31.0 minutes per game in the Warriors postseason series and grew throughout the year, too. • Clippers meet w/ FA Jeff Green in Miami
The Clippers reportedly met with free agent Jeff Green shortly after free agency began on Friday.

Advice: It's unclear who attended the meeting, which took place in Miami, and the likelihood of Green re-signing is complicated by the Clippers' pursuit of Kevin Durant. Unrestricted free agent Joakim Noah and the Knicks are in discussions on the framework of a deal in range of four years, $70 million-plus, according to Shams Charania of The Vertical.

Advice: Interesting. It's very odd to see a team offer four years on Noah, who really has struggled to stay healthy and is now 31 years old. There are also a decent amount of centers out there on the market, so investing this amount of money this early is surprising. The Knicks and Noah are expected to meet in Orlando on Friday. • Andre Drummond expected to re-sign w/ DET
According to Ken Berger of CBS Sports, Andre Drummond is expected to quickly agree to terms on a new deal with the Pistons.

Advice: Berger also indicated that the Drummond deal could be one of the first agreements once free agency officially begins. This was the expectation all along since Drummond is a restricted free agent, and the big man is fully expected to receive a max deal unless the Pistons convinced him to take a slight discount. Marc Stein of ESPN said that the Wizards could "try to make a deal" with Al Horford.

Advice: The Wizards are expected to re-sign Bradley Beal to a five-year, max deal, but Stein suggests that they will also try to pursue Horford, Ryan Anderson or Nicolas Batum as well. Horford would likely play the four in Washington next to Marcin Gortat, but that would be bad news for the fantasy value of Markieff Morris. It could "take some time to play out" to see where unrestricted free agent Rajon Rondo lands, according to Sam Amick of USA Today.

  • P.J. Tucker's contract becomes guaranteed
P.J. Tucker's $5.3 million contract became guaranteed on Thursday.

Advice: This isn't a surprise for one of the Suns' most durable and productive players last year. The Suns now have eight guaranteed contracts and it should be 11 once they sign their three draft picks. Tucker saw 33.6 minutes per game in April for the Suns with the numerous injuries to their perimeter. T.J. Warren (foot) should be a bigger threat for playing time, so Tucker isn't the strongest fantasy target. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 3:43 pm
  • Report: BKN will get meeting with Rajon Rondo
The Nets will reportedly get a meeting with unrestricted free agent Rajon Rondo.

Advice: The Nets are currently believed to be the front runners to land the former champion and All-Star, and if they are successful in their pursuit, it would put a bit of a damper on the fantasy value of Caris LeVert and Isaiah Whitehead. A Rondo signing would also hurt Yogi Ferrell's chances of making the Nets' regular season roster, but Brooklyn may provide Rondo with the best opportunity to produce. Currently, it doesn't seem as though Rondo is interested in returning to the Kings. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 2:18 pm
  • Report: Noah 99 percent sure he'll be a Knick
Joakim Noah is reportedly "99 percent sure" that he'll join the Knicks as an unrestricted free agent.

Advice: Noah will meet with the Knicks on Friday, but it seems all but certain the New York native will be returning home this summer. Noah is reportedly set to earn an annual salary in the $18 million range, although Phil Jackson is trying to convince him to sign something closer to $15-$16 million in order to keep their options open of bringing in another impactful player during free agency. Advice: "His decision is 90 percent made. It would take an amazing sales pitch to change it," said one of Durant’s longtime friends. It needs to be noted that a friend of Durant isn't exactly the most reliable source, but it would make sense for KD to re-up with OKC on a one-year deal so that both he and Russell Westbrook could hit free agency at the same time. While they'll have quite a bit of competition as Durant is set to meet with five other teams, the Clippers have a compelling case to present to the 27-year-old. The Warriors will also pursue free agent Kevin Durant on July 1, so the timing of Durant's decision looms large over Barnes' contract situation. The 76ers reportedly want to be "serious suitors" for Barnes this offseason, and plenty more teams will be vying for his services. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 5:15 pm
  • Dwyane Wade's camp talks to Spurs & Mavs?
Dwyane Wade's representatives have reached out to the Spurs and Mavericks, according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst.

Advice: A recent report suggested that talks between Wade and the Heat have "stalled," possibly because the Heat won't commit to a big contract before Kevin Durant is officially ruled out of contention. It's important to note that, according to Windhorst, "Some of those teams [reached by Wade's reps] are skeptical, thinking that this is a leverage play, thinking they've been down this path before." Wade has played for one franchise throughout his career and it would be surprising to see him anywhere but Miami next season, though anything is possible. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 4:12 pm

  • Report: Austin Rivers looking for a pay raise
Austin Rivers is reportedly hoping to command an annual salary of $8 million as an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

Advice: Rivers is going to really benefit from the salary cap increase, and he already has meetings lined up with the Clippers and several other teams, according to sources of Brad Turner. Rivers is a capable backup, but he's a non-factor in standard fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:49 am

  • Report: Durant's first meeting will be w/ OKC
Kevin Durant's first meeting as an unrestricted free agent will be with the Thunder in Oklahoma City on Thursday.

Advice: OKC will get the first crack at making a pitch to this year's top free agent, after which, Durant will fly to New York to meet with the Warriors on Friday. Durant also has meetings scheduled with the Spurs, Heat, Celtics and Clippers, and the Knicks are reportedly still in the mix to land a face-to-face sit-down. However, the Lakers reportedly will not earn a meeting with KD, nor will the Wizards. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 8:50 am

  • Report: Lakers not giving up on Kevin Durant
The Lakers have not given up in their pursuit of unrestricted free agent Kevin Durant.

Advice: The Lakers have yet to secure a meeting with Durant, but the Los Angeles franchise is confident they will be able to get a face-to-face sit-down with the former-MVP. The Lakers will have roughly $60 million in cap space, so they will try and convince Durant that they can sign another top-tier free agent to join him in Los Angeles. Still, after whiffing on the big-name free agents for the past three years, it would be surprising to see the Lakers nab Durant. KD reportedly has a meeting set up with the Warriors on Friday afternoon, and they remain one of the most likely clubs to be able to lure him away from OKC. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:07 am

  • Report: ATL & BOS to meet with Dwight Howard
The Hawks and Celtics will reportedly be the first two teams to have a face-to-face meeting with unrestricted free agent Dwight Howard.

Advice: Howard will reportedly meet with as many as five teams during free agency, but it's extremely unlikely he returns to Houston with Mike D'Antoni now running the show there. The Heat could also be in the mix to sign D-12 if they're unable to retain Hassan Whiteside. Aside from horrific free throw shooting, Howard should be able to put up quality statistics wherever he lands. For what it's worth, the Celtics reportedly will not aggressively pursue Howard, but they're open to signing him at "the right price." Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 6:44 am
  • Report: BKN front runners to land Rajon Rondo
The Nets have reportedly emerged as the front runners to land Rajon Rondo during free agency.

Advice: The Nets are reportedly willing to offer Rondo a max-deal, although sources close to Rondo say that he's not overly interested in being Brooklyn's only major signing this offseason, so the Nets may need to bring in another star to get Rondo to sign his name on the dotted line. Brooklyn is said to also have interest in Jamal Crawford, Jeremy Lin, Brandon Jennings and Kent Bazemore, so perhaps if they can sign one of those guys, Rondo will be more inclined to sign. Rondo would have nice value as the Nets starting PG. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 6:21 am
  • Report: PHI, BKN, SAC interested in Crabbe
The 76ers, Nets and Kings will all reportedly go after Allen Crabbe during free agency.

Advice: Crabbe is going to be a restricted free agent this offseason, so Portland will be able to match any offer he signs, and Crabbe has let it be known that his preference would be to remain with the Trail Blazers. That being said, the 76ers, Nets or Kings could try and steal him away with a big time offer, so it'll be interesting to see how this all plays out. From a fantasy perspective, the 76ers would likely give Crabbe the most opportunity to produce. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 6:07 am
  • Dwyane Wade is 'open' to outside offers?
According to ESPN, contract talks have stalled between Dwyane Wade and the Heat.

Advice: The report adds that Wade will consider outside offers, so it doesn't like it's a lock that the three-time champion will return to Miami. The Heat have nine free agents and $40 million to spend, but it's not clear if Wade is willing to take a discount so that Miami can pursue targets such as Kevin Durant and Hassan Whiteside. Things are going to be very interesting on July 1. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 6:23 pm

  • Report: 76ers will go after Harrison Barnes
The 76ers reportedly plan to be "serious suitors" for Harrison Barnes during free agency.

Advice: Barnes will be a restricted free agent this offseason, so the Warriors will be able to match any offer he signs on the open market, but Philly could potentially pull him away from the Oakland franchise with a poison pill kind of contract. Barnes' preference would be to remain in Golden State, but he'd have much more opportunity to produce in Philly. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 1:01 pm
  • Harrison Barnes says he wants to return to GS
Harrison Barnes said that he would like to re-sign with the Warriors as a restricted free agent this summer.

Advice: Barnes also addressed the rumors that Kevin Durant could wind up in Golden State via free agency, which would essentially conclude Barnes' days with the Dubs: "Oh man, that’s part of the business. [Durant's] a great player. If that’s the move they want to make, you know, hopefully, it works out... It’s always something, right?" The Warriors will have 72 hours to match any offer Barnes signs on the open market, but he'll be a low priority for the squad with the team going full bore after Durant. • Al Horford expected to have multiple suitors
Al Horford is expected to be pursued by the Hawks, Lakers, Rockets, Magic, Celtics, Wizards, Nets, and Pistons as an unrestricted free agent this summer.

Advice: While the Hawks are hoping to re-sign Horford, they are expected to have plenty of competition for his services as the 30-year-old is one of the better free agents on the market this summer. It will likely take a max offer to land Horford, and he should continue to provide his fantasy owners with early-round value regardless of what uniform he wears next season. • Report: Hawks mulling run at Dwight Howard
The Hawks are considering making a run at free agent Dwight Howard, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.

Advice: Stein reports the Hawks are also interested in Kevin Durant (who isn't?), but the team has not been granted a sit down with KD so a run at Howard seems much more likely. Howard could serve as a contingent plan for his hometown team if Al Horford bolts in free agency and would continue to provide solid fantasy value for owners who are willing to stomach his abysmal free throw percentage. • Report: Noah, Knicks share mutual interest
The Knicks and Joakim Noah have a mutual interest in one another, sources told Marc Berman of the New York Post.

Advice: Noah and New York flirting with one another is the worst kept non-secret of the NBA offseason so far, so expect the reports to continue flowing until a resolution comes to light. Per Berman, the Knicks have a "very high interest" in Noah, while Joakim is "eager for at least a sitdown with the Knicks." At this point, it appears Phil Jackson's new-look starting five could very well include Noah as Robin Lopez's replacement. Rotoworld.com Monday, 7:27 am

  • Rajon Rondo: Kings had too much 'tension'
Rajon Rondo said the 2015-16 Kings had "too many distractions on and off the court."

Advice: Talk about stating the obvious, are we right? Rondo didn't stop there, either. "The organization as a whole, I don't think was together completely. I think as a team you have to want the best for the next man beside you, and that wasn't the case with the Sacramento Kings," he said. Specifically of the relationship between DeMarcus Cousins and George Karl, Rondo said that there was "too much tension. I've never witnessed or experienced a thing like that in my 10-year career." Despite all of this, Rondo remains open to re-signing with the Kings in free agency. Reading between the lines, it seems like the interest between the two sides of a reunion is tepid at best. • Report: Joakim Noah doubtful to stay w/ Bulls
Joakim Noah isn't interested in re-signing with the Bulls, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Advice: According to the report, Noah has "no trust in the direction of the [Bulls'] front office," and his priorities are being on a winning team, having the opportunity to start and finish games, and finding a franchise that will support his charity work with the Noah's Arc Foundation. The 31-year-old center will have plenty of suitors this summer but fantasy owners should be wary of him following two disappointing, injury-riddled seasons. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 8:21 pm

  • Vlade Divac open to re-signing Rondo
Kings GM Vlade Divac said that he's open to the idea of re-signing Rajon Rondo this summer.

Advice: The Kings may not have a choice with Darren Collison in legal trouble. They didn't add a guard in the first round of the draft and there aren't many good options at point guard in free agency apart from Mike Conley. Marc Stein of ESPN reported that Rondo has interest in re-signing with the Kings or playing for the Brooklyn Nets, so this could turn into a bidding war. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 9:39 am
  • WAS, BOS and MIA linked to Al Horford
The Wizards, Celtics and Heat are expected to pursue Al Horford this summer.

Advice: In case you missed it, ESPN's Marc Stein reported earlier in the week that the Magic, Lakers and Pistons will also be in the mix to sign Horford. The Hawks have made it clear that their top priority is to re-sign the big man, but with so many teams interested, it will likely take a max offer to keep him. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 9:04 am

  • Report: Joakim Noah is the Knicks' top target
According to the New York Post, Joakim Noah is the Knicks' top target in free agency.

Advice: We already know that Derrick Rose is going to recruit him, and New York obviously needs a starting center after trading away Robin Lopez to the Bulls. Noah has also been linked to the Wolves, but the Knicks have plenty of cap space and it sounds like they are going to aggressively pursue him on July 1. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 7:57 am

  • Harrison Barnes will play for Team USA
Harrison Barnes has made the Team USA roster for the Rio Olympics.

Advice: He had a disappointing 2015-16 season, but this should be a great learning experience for the 24-year-old forward. The Warriors have been heavily linked with Kevin Durant and Nicolas Batum this summer, so Barnes' future with the franchise is still up in the air. Don't be surprised if a team offers him a max contract this summer with the salary cap rising to $94 million. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 6:56 am
  • Wizards will not offer Noah a max deal
The Wizards will not offer Joakim Noah a max contract, according to J. Michael of CSN.

Advice: There was an earlier report today saying the Wizards were considering it, but it didn't make sense given their roster and the market value of Noah. The Wizards will likely look for a cheaper backup behind Marcin Gortat. Rotoworld.com Friday, 3:42 pm

  • Report: Rondo interested in Kings and Nets
Rajon Rondo has interest in re-signing with the Kings or playing for the Brooklyn Nets, a source told ESPN's Marc Stein.

Advice: Per Spears, Rondo also had some interest in joining the New York Knicks, but the Derrick Rose acquisition kills that potential suitor. Regardless of where Rondo signs his next contract, he's likely going to have to take another "prove it" kind of deal like the one-year contract he signed prior to the 2015-16 season with Sacramento. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 8:09 pm
  • Andre Drummond will not play for Team USA
Andre Drummond will not play for Team USA at the 2016 Olympic Games.

Advice: Drummond had a very limited role with Team USA during the FIBA tournament, so perhaps that factored into his decision to not participate. Drummond will now have the entire offseason to work on his game, and he'll reportedly put on emphasis on improving at the charity stripe. Additionally, Drummond will be a restricted free agent this summer, and all signs point to him signing a max deal with the Pistons. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 11:26 am
  • Dwight Howard could end up with Knicks
Dwight Howard is rumored to be interested in signing with the New York Knicks.

Advice: It's unclear how much interest the Knicks have in Howard as signing him to a big deal would eat up most of their cap space, but they could use his defense after dealing Robin Lopez to the Bulls. Howard should receive plenty of interest as an unrestricted free agent and can still be a valuable fantasy asset for owners willing to put up with his poor free throw percentage. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 7:17 am
  • Report: HOU wants to retain Dwight Howard?
The Rockets have reportedly tried to convince Dwight Howard to remain in Houston.

Advice: GM Daryl Morey spoke with Howard's agent, and Rockets' CEO Tad Brown spoke directly with Howard expressing his support, however, Howard still decided to opt out of his deal. The Rockets value Howard's defense and they're trying to sell him on Mike D'Antoni's offensive scheme, but with how things went with D-12 and D'Antoni in Los Angeles, it would be nothing short of shocking if he decided to remain in Houston.
