    • Johnny O'Bryant plays six minutes
Johnny O'Bryant played six minutes on Saturday with four points.

Advice: He picked up two quick fouls and that was that. O'Bryant was able to push guys around at summer league, but that doesn't work against Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan. He can be cut in extremely deep leagues. Rotoworld.com
      31 minutes ago
    • Khris Middleton has well-rounded game
Khris Middleton played 24 minutes off the bench for 12 points, four rebounds, two assists, one steal and one 3-pointer.

Advice: It was a big step up from his one-point stinker on Thursday and Middleton has fared well in three of his last four. He really doesn't do much outside of score while making only 43.0 percent from the field with 1.3 steals, so his ceiling isn't high enough to grab in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • O.J. Mayo scores three points
O.J. Mayo scored three points in 23 minutes against the Clippers on Saturday with one rebound, three assists and two turnovers.

Advice: Well, he had three solid outings before this one, but a sub-par game from Mayo is nothing new. He only has season averages of 0.7 steals, 1.2 triples and 0.2 blocks to go with 1.9 turnovers, so there really are not enough positives to add him in most leagues. Rotoworld.com
      38 minutes ago
    • Jared Dudley scores 16 points vs. Clippers
Jared Dudley excelled against his former team on Saturday with 16 points, eight rebounds, three assists, two steals and two 3-pointers in 30 minutes.

Advice: That's back-to-back good games from Dudley and he's passed Khris Middleton as the waiver-wire add du jour. Dudley's done a fair amount of ball handling to go with his perimeter shooting, so there is enough upside to at least give him a look. That said, trusting coach Jason Kidd's rotation is like trusting a dingo to look after your baby. Rotoworld.com

    • Danilo Gallinari plays 28 minutes, scores 19
Danilo Gallinari scored a season-high 19 points against the Pacers during a 76-93 win on Saturday with three rebounds, one assist and one 3-pointer.

Advice: It's the most minutes he's played all month and it crushed his previous monthly average of 17.1 minutes. Gallinari has been shut down due to knee soreness before and that concern will always be hanging over his fantasy value. Unless you're going to cut something you're not going to terribly miss, it's tough to add the Rooster. Rotoworld.com

    • Timofey Mozgov blocks five with 15 boards
Timofey Mozgov played well in 36 minutes against the Pacers with six points, 15 boards and five blocks.

Advice: This one was overdue. Mozgov had a season high in blocks and was one board shy of his season high. He was really struggling earlier this month, but nights like tonight serve as a reminder that he's still worth owning in standard leagues no matter how many times you've seen the video of Blake Griffin dunking on him. • Wilson Chandler scores four points
Wilson Chandler could not get it going against the Pacers on Saturday with four points, three rebounds, one block and one 3-pointer.

Advice: He made 1-of-10 from the field and is in a mini-slump from beyond the arc, making just three of his last 15 attempts. Chandler is still getting solid minutes even with Danilo Gallinari suddenly coming on. He's still worth owning in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 9:53 pm
    • Kenneth Faried scores four in awful game
Kenneth Faried had one of his worst games of the season on Saturday against the Pacers, making 2-of-10 from the field with four points, six rebounds, one assist and one steal.

Advice: He had a couple solid games before tonight and maybe the second half of a back-to-back got to him. Darrell Arthur (leg) could miss time, so Faried may get a bigger chance to redeem himself from a slow start. His owners can't be happy with him, but they just have to hang in there. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 9:46 pm
    • Donald Sloan scores nine in a loss
Donald Sloan drew another start on Saturday during a 76-73 loss to the Nuggets with nine points, seven boards, four assists and one steal in 36 minutes.

Advice: He is not going to start much longer and tonight was just a complete lost cause. The Pacers made 30.7 percent from the field and had 18 points in the paint. Sloan can be dropped in most leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 9:41 pm
    • Rodney Stuckey stinks in 35 minutes
Rodney Stuckey was a disaster during one of the ugliest games of the year, making 1-of-10 from the field for four points, two rebounds, three assists and two turnovers.

Advice: This was bad and Stuckey is known for his inefficient games. In fact, tonight was the 37th game of his career with a field goal percentage failing to crack 10.0 percent (with at least one attempt). This is what his owners will have to deal with, so adjust accordingly. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 9:31 pm
    • David West scores 19 points on 22 FGAs
David West scored 19 points with 10 rebounds, five assists, one block and one 3-pointer in 32 minutes against the Nuggets on Saturday.

Advice: He made just 8-of-22 from the field for a usage rate of 35.1. It's a horribly inefficient game, but who can blame him when his teammates can't make shots? West still hasn't quite got it going, but he should start heating up soon. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 9:24 pm
    • Roy Hibbert doesn't score in 24 minutes
Roy Hibbert did not score in 24 minutes against the Nuggets on Saturday with five rebounds and four turnovers.

Advice: "I couldn’t get into a rhythm, I just haven’t been playing the way I have been," Hibbert said. Uh oh, here we go again. Hibbert had a tremendous start in 2013-14 and fizzled out worse than leaving a bottle of soda open for a day, and he might be doing it again. In his last five, he's averaged 6.6 points, 5.4 boards, 0.6 blocks and 2.0 turnovers on 33.3 percent from the field. It's not time to repeatedly press the panic button yet, but his fantasy owners should be on alert. Rotoworld.com

    • Chandler Parsons double-doubles on Sat.
Chandler Parsons double-doubled in a 99-93 win over the Spurs on Saturday with 16 points, 11 rebounds, one assist, one steal and one 3-pointer.

Advice: It's his first double-double of the season, but he was sub-par everywhere else. Parsons shouldn't see his fantasy value change much with Rajon Rondo around, so his fantasy owners should stay the course. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 9:12 pm
    • Greg Smith backing up Ty Chandler now
Greg Smith played 10 minutes off the bench on Saturday with one point and one board.

Advice: Yes, this is meaningless for just about everyone who plays fantasy basketball, but he is Tyson Chandler's backup now. Chandler does have a lot of injuries in his past so many Smith makes his way onto the fantasy radar at some point. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 9:09 pm
    • Devin Harris still has a good game
Devin Harris played well of the bench against the Spurs on Saturday with 13 points, three assists, two steals and three 3-pointers in 23 minutes.

Advice: He soaked up most of the bench guard minutes, which is encouraging. J.J. Barea took the biggest hit, so Harris' value might be about where it was before the Rajon Rondo deal. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 9:07 pm
    • Rajon Rondo has a mediocre debut, scores six
Rajon Rondo had an underwhelming Dallas debut on Saturday, making 3-of-11 from the field for six points with seven rebounds, nine assists, two steals and four turnovers.

Advice: He was a bystander as Monta had it all. Rondo's shot selection wasn't great tonight and the Mavericks might want him to dial down his mid-range jumpers if they want to remain No. 1 in offensive efficiency. The Celtics led the NBA in pace while he was there -- Dallas was 11th at the time of the trade -- while Rondo is posting career lows in several categories, so it's hard to get too excited about his fantasy value in standard leagues. He's obviously still worth owning, though. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 9:02 pm
    • Derrick Favors plays just 18 minutes in loss
Derrick Favors played just 18 minutes in Saturday's loss to the Hornets, finishing with 13 points, five boards, two assists and one block.

Advice: There is no injury to worry about, and it was coach Quin Snyder's decision to keep him on the bench. The Jazz were blown out in this one, so this line should be taken with a grain of salt. Favors exploded for 23 points and 10 boards on Wednesday, so he should be able to bounce back in his next game. Keep him active in all lineups. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 7:37 pm
    • Kemba Walker drops 20 points in win Sat
Kemba Walker dropped 20 points in Saturday's win over the Jazz, adding six assists, two boards, four steals and two 3-pointers in 33 minutes.

Advice: He shot 8-of-17 from the field, and has been really heating up lately. Over his last four games, Walker has been averaging 25.25 points, 5.75 assists, and 1.75 steals. After a slow start to the season, Walker is on fire and the buy-low window is officially shut. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 7:27 pm
    • Donald Sloan starting for C.J. Watson
Donald Sloan will start against the Nuggets on Saturday.

Advice: The Pacers just can't stay healthy. Sloan was booted from the rotation earlier this month, but now he's back with C.J. Watson out. Sloan actually is decent on a per-minute basis, so he's worth a look as a plug-and-play. Of course, he doesn't have much value following today. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 4:40 pm
    • Eric Bledsoe scores 25 points in win at MSG
Eric Bledsoe was terrific against the Knicks during a 99-90 win on Saturday with 25 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, three steals and one 3-pointer in 36 minutes.

Advice: He carved up the Knicks and they didn't have anyone to cover him. Bledsoe has not been affected by the return of Isaiah Thomas, averaging 15.8 points, 4.8 boards, 3.0 assists, 1.6 steals, 0.6 blocks and 0.8 triples. He can be viewed as a top-10 fantasy shooting guard. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 1:08 pm
    • Cole Aldrich scores four in 17 minutes
Cole Aldrich scored four points in 17 minutes against the Suns on Saturday with one board, two assists and one block.

Advice: He didn't really get the ball much, but Aldrich didn't have a bad game in actuality. He's a bigger body and can do more than just block and board, so he should be in the rotation for now. Of course, there is no reason to add him in anything but a ridiculously deep league. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 12:28 pm
    • Larry Sanders will return for Saturday's game
Larry Sanders will return from his one-game suspension on Saturday vs. the Clippers.

Advice: He was suspended for Thursday's game against the kings for pushing Nicolas Batum in the back, but the Bucks will be glad to have him back in time to play against DeAndre Jordan. However, Sanders has been very inconsistent this season with averages of 7.2 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game, so owners may want to bench him until he turns it around. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 8:14 am
    • Rajon Rondo ready to perform for Dallas
Rajon Rondo is eager to embrace his role in Dallas, and is looking forward to helping his teammates succeed.

Advice: "I’m able to help guys make it easier for themselves offensively," Rondo said. "Just get the ball out of my hands quicker and let guys make plays." It will be very intriguing to see how Dallas decides to use Rondo, as they already let Monta Ellis handle the ball a lot. Regardless, Rondo is surrounded by a host of talented players, and he should be able to be a more efficient player than he was in Boston. Deploy him as usual against the Spurs on Saturday. • Ed Davis scores season-high 18 points
Ed Davis scored a season-high 18 points on 8-of-10 shooting with nine rebounds, two assists and two blocks over 32 minutes in Friday's 104-103 loss to the Thunder.

Advice: Davis has been on the side of a milk carton lately and this is a much-needed game to bring him back onto watch lists. It's going to take more than one good game to get our support as an add in standard formats, but if you have dead weight and want to take a stab on a turnaround there is some upside to latch onto. • Faried goes for 14 and seven in 28 minutes
Kenneth Faried scored 14 points on 6-of-9 shooting with seven rebounds, two assists and one steal in the Nuggets' 109-106 win over the Clippers on Friday.

Advice: Faried is coming off an 11 & 11 game on Wednesday and though he hasn't been anywhere near as advertised this is a small step forward. He's not a must-start player, but he should remain owned and is a buy low target though at some point we have to put an expiration date on that. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 11:24 pm
    • Nate Robinson scores 20 points with four 3s
Nate Robinson hit four 3-pointers off the bench on Friday, finishing with 20 points on 6-of-11 shooting, five rebounds, three assists and one steal in 16 minutes.

Advice: That's quite an explosion in limited minutes and he has had an extremely slow start to this year, so owners can sit back and see if he does it again. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 11:22 pm
    • Jack next man up after Williams calf injury
Jarrett Jack scored 13 points with four rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block and one three in Friday's loss, and he could be in line for more playing time if Deron Williams' calf injury is serious.

Advice: Williams is probably heading for an MRI and he's not the most durable guy around, so Jack makes sense as a speculative add. Just keep in mind that he has been pretty terrible lately, but that could be a function of being a secondary player next to two guys in Williams and Joe Johnson that dominate the ball. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 9:18 pm
    • Evan Turner has a boring start in win
Evan Turner scored 10 points with three rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block in 27 minutes against the Wolves on Friday.

Advice: While he did add his eighth block of the season tonight, Turner was fairly ordinary in the win. He's probably not going to start much longer with Marcus Smart ready to roll. Turner doesn't have enough upside to grab in standard leagues, but give him a look in points formats. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 9:09 pm
    • Favors goes for 23 and 10 against the Magic
Derrick Favors went for 23 and 10 in Friday's road win over the Magic, hitting 9-of-14 shots with three assists and two blocks.

Advice: Favors put up a pedestrian line in his return from an ankle injury on Wednesday and he looked great tonight. He has been a top 40-50 value when on the floor this season. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 8:14 pm
    • Kemba Walker scores 30 points vs. 76ers
Kemba Walker was outstanding against the 76ers during an easy 109-91 win on Friday, scoring 30 points with four rebounds, five assists, one steal and three 3-pointers.

Advice: He made 13-of-23 from the field and is really starting to heat up. Over his last five, Walker averaged 24.0 points, 3.2 boards, 5.6 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.6 triples on 49.5 percent from the field. The buy-low window is just about closed. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 7:40 pm
    • Evan Turner starting for Boston on Friday
Evan Turner will start at point guard against the Wolves on Friday.

Advice: Marcus Smart (Achilles) might not be at 100 percent, so there should be a lot of playing time headed Turner's way. Coach Brad Stevens has the Celtics running at the fastest pace in the league, so there is a nice opportunity for Turner in a daily league. His value in season-long formats is also intriguing, but his upside is not as high as Smart's. Rotoworld.com

    • Rajon Rondo expected to make Mavs debut Sat.
Rajon Rondo is expected to make his Mavs debut Saturday vs. the Spurs.

Advice: It's worth noting that the Mavs still intend to use Monta Ellis as their primary pick-and-roll ball handler, so while the spacing on the floor will change, Ellis' role will not. Rondo should be able to get some easier looks on offense with the offensive weapons that surround him, so perhaps he can improve on his current 40.5 percent shooting from the field. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 11:13 am
    • Mavs 'confident' they can re-sign Rajon Rondo
The Mavs are reportedly very "confident" that they'll be able to re-sign Rajon Rondo this offseason.

Advice: Rondo had indicated before the trade that he'd be open to re-signing with the Mavs, so it seems to be just a formality at this point. There will be some growing pains with Rondo as he adjusts to a new system in Dallas, and it'll be interesting to see how he and Monta Ellis co-exist in the backcourt. Still, Rondo should be able to provide high assist totals while running Dallas’ high-octane offense. We recently wrote that he had a No. 129 value in standard leagues, but neglected to differentiate between 8- and 9-cat value at the time. He is the No. 77 value in 8-cat leagues and our apologies for the omission. Rotoworld.com
      Yesterday, 7:39 am
    • Khris Middleton scores one point
Khris Middleton was a no-show against the Kings on Thursday with one point, two rebounds, one assist, one steal and one foul in 18 minutes.

Advice: That's good for a 10.3 usage rate, which shattered his previous season low of 14.2. Middleton usually gets to shoot while he's on the court, but it just wasn't in the cards tonight. Coach Jason Kidd is going to yo-yo his minutes, so his owners should not be expecting him to be the next Robert Covington or anything. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 10:31 pm
    • Jared Dudley scores season-high 19 points
Jared Dudley scored a season-high 19 points against the Kings on Thursday with five rebounds, one assist, one steal and two 3-pointers in 33 minutes.

Advice: He had season highs in field goal attempts and free throw attempts in what was obviously his best game. Dudley has barely been shooting the rock while he's been out there and only had 0.8 triples per game in his previous eight games this month. This rotation is going to be a mess, so he's not a standard league target based on this game alone. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 10:26 pm
    • O.J. Mayo scores 19 points in a win
O.J. Mayo scored 19 points in just 23 minutes against the Kings on Thursday with two rebounds, one assist, one steal and three 3-pointers.

Advice: He started out red hot with 17 of those 19 coming in the first quarter, but cooled off with some fouling issues. Surprisingly, Mayo's worst quarter this season has been the first and he's been able to exhibit some added effort on both ends. What's more, his fouling has been his biggest issue with at least five fouls in three of his last five. He's more of a player to track in standards, but a big game could change that. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 10:22 pm
    • Johnny O'Bryant plays 17 minutes
Johnny O'Bryant played 17 minutes in his first NBA start on Thursday with six points, one rebound and one assist against the Kings.

Advice: He had four fouls and had several "Welcome to the NBA" moments tonight. O'Bryant is a banger and doesn't have much polish to his game, but the Bucks need someone like that right now. His minutes might climb into the 20s while Ersan Ilyasova (face) is out. He's not worth owning in almost any league, though. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 10:12 pm
    • Cole Aldrich double-doubles on Thursday
Cole Aldrich double-doubled on Thursday with 13 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block in 26 minutes against the Bulls.

Advice: If not for some injuries, he would have been the most impressive big man at Summer League. Aldrich did not play at all in his previous three games, but perhaps this game gets him going. Obviously, you would have to be in a ridiculously deep league to even think about adding him. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 7:48 pm
    • Johnny O'Bryant getting the start vs. Kings
Johnny O'Bryant will start at power forward against the Kings.

Advice: He made his NBA debut on Wednesday and he already making his first start. The Bucks are completely gutted up front and have nobody behind O'Bryant and Zaza Pachulia, so he could get big minutes. Of course, he's only worth a look in very deep leagues. O'Bryant joins Brandon Knight, O.J. Mayo, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Pachulia in the starting unit. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 6:01 pm
    • Cole Aldrich, Travis Wear starting vs. Bulls
The Knicks will start Jose Calderon, Tim Hardaway Jr., Travis Wear, Cole Aldrich and Amare Stoudemire against the Bulls on Thursday.

Advice: Not exactly the greatest starting lineup for national TV. Aldrich was outstanding over the summer and he's a much better offensive force than Samuel Dalembert, so it makes sense to give him more run with Carmelo Anthony out. He's a decent rebounder and may also help out on blocking shots. If you're in a pinch, Aldrich could have a decent game for deep-league owners. Rotoworld.com

    • Report: Rajon Rondo traded to Mavericks
The Celtics have agreed in principle to deal Rajon Rondo to the Mavericks in exchange for Brandan Wright, Jameer Nelson, Jae Crowder and two draft picks, according to ESPN.com.

Advice: It's certainly not a deal like the one the Jazz received for Deron Williams, the Nuggets got for Carmelo Anthony or the Magic pulled off for Dwight Howard, but there are assets here. Of course, the Celtics lost a lot of their leverage because of Rondo's poor play and ACL tear, so it's not a bad deal. As for Rondo's fantasy value, he's likely to lose some value. He is likely going to have to give up some ball-handling responsibilities, so he is likely to lose his current lead for assists per game. Rondo has only held No. 129 value on the season in standard leagues, so it's going to be awfully tough to deal him. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 3:03 pm
    • Dallas emerging as frontrunners for Rondo
Boston and Dallas are reportedly discussing a deal that would send Brandan Wright, Jae Crowder, and a first-round draft pick to Boston in exchange for Rajon Rondo.

Advice: That would be a nice haul for the Mavericks, and Boston's frontcourt would become even more confusing with Wright, Kelly Olynyk, Tyler Zeller, and Brandon Bass all vying for minutes. Rondo would join one of the most crowded backcourts in the NBA, and he would essentially kill the value of Jameer Nelson. If this trade goes through, it’ll be interesting to see if Rondo and Monta Ellis can co-exist. Marcus Smart will become the Celtics' starting point guard when Rondo is dealt (if another point guard doesn't come back), and he is worth stashing in all leagues. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 2:26 pm
    • Report: BOS's asking price too high for SAC
Boston's asking price for Rajon Rondo is reportedly too high for Sacramento to re-engage in talks, according to sources of Yahoo! Sports.

Advice: There are plenty of rumors flying around right now, but if true, this news bodes well for Darren Collison whose value would take a substantial hit if Rondo ended up in Sac-town. As it stands right now, the Mavericks appear to be the frontrunners in the Rondo sweepstakes. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 1:44 pm
    • Larry Sanders (suspension) out Thursday
Larry Sanders has been suspended for Thursday's game against Sacramento for pushing Nicolas Batum in the back as he elevated towards the basket.

Advice: That means that Zaza Pachulia is going to get all the run he can handle with Sanders, John Henson (foot), and Ersan Ilyasova (nose) unavailable, and he makes for a quality plug-and-play option in daily leagues. Johnny O'Bryant may see some extended minutes off the bench, but he's still working himself into basketball shape, so Zaza is the guy to target here. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 1:14 pm
    • Report: Lakers trying to bring in Rajon Rondo
The Lakers have reportedly offered multiple draft picks and Steve Nash for Rajon Rondo.

Advice: The Mavs are currently the favorite to land Rondo, but the Rockets and Lakers have also thrown their names into the mix. There will be a lot of rumors flying around with regards to Rondo, but it's looking like there's a strong possibility that he is moved at some point this season, meaning Marcus Smart makes sense as a stash-candidate. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 11:06 am
    • Lakers offer picks and Nash for Rajon Rondo
The Lakers have offered multiple picks and Steve Nash's expiring contract to the Celtics for Rajon Rondo, according to sources.

Advice: By our count, the Rondo sweepstakes now includes the Mavericks, Rockets, Kings, Knicks, and Lakers bidding for the point guard's services. It's unclear what Celtics president Danny Ainge will do with his myriad of offers, but it's becoming clear that Rondo won't be wearing Celtic green for much longer. Fantasy owners would be wise to stash Marcus Smart before a trade becomes official. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 10:59 am
    • Rajon Rondo open to re-signing with DAL/HOU
Rajon Rondo has indicated that he is open to re-signing with Dallas or Houston if he is traded to either team.

Advice: With Rondo set to be a free agent after the season, any team trading for him would seek assurances that he would re-sign and reports say that he would be open to doing so with the Mavericks and Rockets. While a trade to the Rockets would benefit Rondo's fantasy owners more than a deal to the Mavericks, owners with an open roster spot would be wise to take a flier on Marcus Smart. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 7:11 am
    • Wilson Chandler scores 23 with five treys
Wilson Chandler was outstanding against the Rockets during a 115-111 overtime loss on Wednesday with 23 points, six rebounds, one steal, one block and five 3-pointers.

Advice: He keeps putting up big lines and coach Brian Shaw will continue to play him huge minutes. Over his last five, Chandler has averaged 16.2 points, 6.4 boards, 1.0 steals and 2.6 triples. His fantasy owners can consider him a must-start guy, but a trade would really hurt his fantasy value. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 12:19 am
    • Timofey Mozgov gets Dwight'd again
Timofey Mozgov was shut down against the Rockets on Wednesday with one point, six rebounds and four fouls in 19 minutes.

Advice: Foul trouble was a factor and Dwight Howard made him look pretty bad. He has hit a really bad rough patch lately, but both of those games came against the Rockets. Mozgov gets a date with the Clippers on Friday and hopefully he doesn't end up on a Blake Griffin highlight again. All these negatives aside, he's still worth owning in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 12:12 am
    • Danilo Gallinari has a great game vs. HOU
Danilo Gallinari returned from a three-game absence on Wednesday during a loss to the Rockets, playing 26 minutes with 16 points, two rebounds, two assists, one steal and four 3-pointers.

Advice: It was one of his best showings of the season and he shot the ball with a lot of confidence. Gallinari's knee has flared up on him multiple times and he was only playing 13.8 minutes per game in his four games before the rest, so fantasy owners in standard leagues shouldn't consider him "back" yet. Plus, he's not looking to shoot nearly as much as he has in his career. Rotoworld.com

    • Kenneth Faried double-doubles
Kenneth Faried started on Wednesday against the Rockets with 11 points, 11 boards, two assists and three turnovers in 32 minutes.

Advice: He fouled out and had an egregious turnover at the end of regulation, so it wasn't all good. Even before his ankle injury, Faried was in coach Brian Shaw's doghouse, which is nothing new in his second season with the coach. He worked his way out of the doghouse last season and erupted as one of the best power forwards in the NBA. Fantasy owners should try to buy low before he turns in a huge game. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 11:55 pm
    • Rodney Stuckey cools off against Clippers
Rodney Stuckey, who torched the Lakers for 20 points, 10 rebounds and seven dimes on Monday, had just 12 points, two rebounds, two assists and a steal on 6-of-12 shooting in Wednesday's loss to the Clippers.

Advice: The Lakers are awful against opposing guards, so tonight's line is probably a more realistic expectation from Stuckey going forward. But as long as he's starting for the Pacers, he's worth owning in fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 11:34 pm
    • Roy Hibbert awful in loss to Clippers
Roy Hibbert was overmatched by DeAndre Jordan on Wednesday and lasted just 16 minutes before leaving with seven points, three rebounds, one assist, zero steals and zero blocks on 3-of-10 shooting.

Advice: He had four fouls and could do nothing to slow Jordan down, as he racked up 15 points, 23 rebounds and two blocks in the win. Hibbert played well early in the season, but looks lost again. He'll eventually get it turned around, but you might have to bench him until he figures things out. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 11:32 pm
    • David West double-doubles in loss to LAC
David West hit 8-of-15 shots for 17 points, 10 rebounds and two steals in 31 minutes of Wednesday's loss to the Clippers.

Advice: West has been fairly disappointing after missing much of the season with an ankle injury but came through tonight. He might finally be getting into game shape and could be ready to start producing for his owners, who have had a rough time waiting for him to get it together. Tonight was a step in the right direction. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 11:27 pm
    • Larry Sanders plays 21 minutes
Larry Sanders played 21 minutes against the Blazers on Wednesday with nine points, four rebounds and one steal.

Advice: He is not getting minutes at power forward, so he's not going to benefit from the injury to Jabari Parker (knee). Before tonight, Sanders has actually played just 67 minutes this season without Jabari next to him, so tonight foreign territory to a small degree. He's an inconsistent player and that's not going to change. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 11:12 pm
    • O.J. Mayo plays 36 minutes on Wednesday
O.J. Mayo made 4-of-12 from the field for 12 points with one rebound, two assists, two steals, five fouls and three turnovers in 36 minutes against the Blazers on Wednesday.

Advice: It's the first time he's played 36 minutes in a non-overtime game in the past year and the Bucks losing Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) just before halftime probably had something to do with it. Mayo played 16 minutes in the first half, so the plan was probably to give him around 32 minutes. Conditioning hasn't been an issue for him and he's seen some minutes at small forward this season, so owners in standard leagues can keep him in mind. He's still not playing well enough to grab, though. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 11:07 pm
    • Khris Middleton drops 17 points in 33 minutes
Khris Middleton scored 17 points in 33 minutes against the Blazers on Wednesday with three rebounds, three steals and four 3-pointers.

Advice: He started the second half with Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) going down in the second quarter. Middleton is certainly going to benefit with the injury to Jabari Parker (knee) and does have a usage rate of 20, so he's worth a look in standard leagues. His prospective owners just need to remember that coach Jason Kidd runs some wild rotation and Antetokounmpo's injury is not serious. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 10:59 pm
    • Johnny O'Bryant makes his debut
Johnny O'Bryant played five minutes in his NBA debut with two points on Wednesday.

Advice: The good news is he's made 100 percent from the field, but the bad news is he has 9.6 fouls per 48 minutes. O'Bryant has no fantasy value. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 10:54 pm
    • Jared Dudley scores three points in start
Jared Dudley scored three points in 27 minutes during a start against the Blazers on Wednesday, adding two rebounds, five assists and one steal.

Advice: He committed four fouls and wasn't as involved in the offense nearly as much. Dudley's usage rate is extremely low, so he's not going to be asked to score much. His assists are fairly high for a guy with his role, but it's still not enough to move the needle enough to grab him in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 10:51 pm
    • Derrick Favors quiet in return from injury
Derrick Favors had 11 points, six rebounds, one assist, a steal and a block on 3-of-8 shooting in 33 minutes in his return from an ankle injury on Wednesday.

Advice: Favors is back and while he didn't do much tonight, he did hurt Rudy Gobert's minutes (19) badly. Favors should be good to go from here on out, so get him back in your lineup. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 9:30 pm
    • Kemba Walker drops 27 points on Wednesday
Kemba Walker scored 27 points against the Suns on Wednesday with two rebounds, seven assists, one steal, four 3-pointers and no turnovers in 38 minutes.

Advice: It's his third game over his last five with seven assists, averaging 21.6 points, 3.4 boards, 6.0 assists, 1.4 steals and 2.2 triples in that span. Walker made just 37.0 percent from the field over his previous 10 games, so he really has to work on that in order to get going. There is still a buy-low window because chances are he won't be below 40 percent by season's end. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 9:23 pm
    • Chandler Parsons scores 32 in Mavs win
Chandler Parsons hit 10-of-17 shots and four 3-pointers for a season-high 32 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals in Wednesday's win over the Pistons.

Advice: Parsons' back injury is hopefully behind him and he was playing very well before sitting out on Saturday. Dirk Nowitzki added 18 points and 10 boards in the win, and both players should be in starting lineups whenever they're in uniform for the Mavericks. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 8:25 pm
    • Jared Dudley starting in place of Parker
Jared Dudley will start in place of Jabari Parker on Wednesday.

Advice: He replaced Jabari when the injury happened, so this move is not a surprise. Dudley also played 20 minutes in the second half on Monday, so he should see a nice increase in playing time. He's worth a look in standard leagues, but there's no need to be too aggressive. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 5:38 pm
    • Derrick Favors will play on Wednesday night
Derrick Favors (ankle) will play against the Heat on Wednesday, but is still dealing with soreness.

Advice: He went through shootaround on Tuesday and perhaps playing him in one of two games in the back-to-back set was the plan. Favors has been playing well in the starting lineup and his owners should have him locked and loaded for tonight. Rudy Gobert will move back to the bench, but it should be interesting to see if he gets more playing time due to how he's turning heads. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 3:04 pm
    • Danilo Gallinari (knee) will play Wednesday
Danilo Gallinari (knee) will play on Wednesday vs. Houston.

Advice: The Italian has been a ghost of the player he used to be this season, and has really struggled with his knee. Wilson Chandler is locked in as the starting small forward for the Nuggets, and unless he is traded there is not a lot of playing time available. Until Gallinari strings together a few good games and stays active, he won't be worth owning in most leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 6:54 am
    • Kenneth Faried (ankle) will start Wednesday
Kenneth Faried (ankle) will start for the Nuggets on Wednesday after practicing in full on Tuesday.

Advice: He has had some tough luck with injuries over the past two weeks, but he will look to put that behind him in a key matchup against Houston. Faried has been in a slump since the beginning of the season, but he is loaded with talent and should turn it around soon. The buy-low window is wide open, so now may be your chance to snag him in a trade. J.J. Hickson will return to the bench with this news, and owners in standard leagues can think about moving on. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 6:49 am
    • Chandler Parsons back in action Tuesday
Chandler Parsons returned from his back injury and had 13 points, three rebounds, six assists, a steal, a block and three 3-pointers on 5-of-12 shooting.

Advice: Like Dirk Nowitzki, CP played just 23 minutes in tonight's blowout win. He should be good to go from here, so make sure he's back in your lineup after he missed Saturday's game. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 7:32 pm
    • Chandler Parsons (back) will play Tuesday
Chandler Parsons (back) will start on Tuesday as the Mavericks take on the Knicks, sending Richard Jefferson back to the bench.

Advice: Parsons was really getting it going before having to sit out of Saturday's game, so get him active as he has a favorable matchup tonight vs. the Knicks. Jefferson can be sent back to the waiver wire in most leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 3:45 pm
    • Derrick Favors (ankle) out Tuesday vs. NO
Derrick Favors (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game vs. the Pelicans, and Rudy Gobert will draw the start.

Advice: Gobert put up seven points, nine rebounds, two steals, and three blocks during his last start, and he'll make for a quality plug-and-play option in daily leagues. Favors was able to go through shootaround, so we'll consider him questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Heat. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 3:39 pm
    • Wilson Chandler (illness) feeling much better
Wilson Chandler is feeling much better, and given the fact his illness has not forced him to miss any time, we're considering him probable for Wednesday's game vs. the Rockets.

Advice: Chandler is having a solid season in Denver with averages of 14.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.3 three-pointers, 0.8 steals, and 0.4 blocks per game. Injuries will always be a concern with Wilson, but as long as he's healthy, he'll be worth owning for his across-the-board production. However, there have been a few trade rumors involving Chandler, and a move to another team would likely hurt his value. This may be a sell-high moment. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 2:02 pm
    • Danilo Gallinari (knee) will play Wednesday
Updating a previous report, Danilo Gallinari (knee) will return to the lineup for Wednesday's game vs. Houston.

Advice: Gallinari is having a very disappointing season with averages of 6.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.0 three-pointer per game. He can remain on the waiver wire in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 1:26 pm
    • Kenneth Faried (ankle) will play Wednesday
Updating a previous report, Kenneth Faried (ankle) will return to the starting lineup on Wednesday as the Nuggets take on the Rockets.

Advice: J.J. Hickson will head back to the bench upon Faried's return, and he can be cut in standard leagues. Faried hasn't been living up to his potential this season, but there are still a lot of games left, and he tends to be a second-half player. The buy-low window remains open. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 1:19 pm
    • Danilo Gallinari (knee) returns to practice
Danilo Gallinari (knee) returned to practice on Tuesday.

Advice: He may be able to suit up for Wednesday's game vs. Houston, but has been far too inconsistent this season to warrant an add in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 12:35 pm
    • Kenneth Faried (ankle) returns to practice
Kenneth Faried (ankle) returned to practice on Tuesday.

Advice: This is a good sign for Faried possibly being able to return to the lineup for Wednesday's game vs. the Rockets after sitting out on Sunday. We'll be monitoring this situation closely, so stay tuned for more updates as we near Wednesday's tip. If Faried returns, J.J. Hickson will head back to the bench. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 12:34 pm
    • Derrick Favors present at shootaround Tuesday
Derrick Favors (ankle) was present at Jazz shootaround and is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Pelicans.

Advice: It's a good sign that Favors was able to partake in shootaround, but we'll have to loop back for some more concrete news as we get closer to game time. Rudy Gobert would be a great spot-start if Favors is unable to go, while Enes Kanter would see a boost in his fantasy value as well. Rotoworld.com
      Tuesday, 10:11 am
    • Recording: Larry Sanders gets in foul trouble
Larry Sanders was in foul trouble as per usual on Monday against the Suns, playing just 13 minutes with no points, one rebound and one steal.

Advice: He had a nice game on Saturday, but inconsistency is Larry Sanders' middle name. His averages weren't too bad before tonight with 7.5 points, 6.3 boards, 1.6 blocks and 1.0 steals, so there is some promise here. Sanders doesn't play power forward, so don't expect him to gain value. If the inconsistent nights are too much for you, there's no need to be too attached to him. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 10:55 pm
    • Jared Dudley plays 31 minutes as fill in
Jared Dudley replaced Jabari Parker (knee) after his knee injury on Monday, finishing with 10 points, two rebounds, five assists, two steals and three 3-pointers.

Advice: Coach Jason Kidd hasn't been playing Dudley too much with just 18.9 minutes per game on the season, but it's fair to think he'll get his playing time to around 26-28 minutes per game. He'll have a chance to make 1.5 treys per game, which puts him on the radar in standard leagues. Unless you hate the guy on the end of your bench, it's probably better to wait and see how things go on Wednesday against the Blazers. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 10:39 pm
    • Khris Middleton hits game-winner vs. Suns
Khris Middleton hit a game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer to beat the Suns on Monday, finishing with 14 points, one rebound, three assists, one steal and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He did play some power forward tonight and the Bucks look like they're going to need to replace a ton of minutes with Jabari Parker (knee) going down. Middleton will likely have a handful of bad games and coach Jason Kidd's rotation is unpredictable, so he's only an add in deeper leagues for now. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 10:35 pm
    • Stuckey posts 20-10-7 line in blowout win
Rodney Stuckey lit up the Lakers in Monday's 110-91 blowout win, scoring 20 points on 6-of-14 shooting with 10 rebounds and seven assists.

Advice: Stuckey didn't hit a three or get a steal or block, but this is a very nice line to go with a pretty solid hot streak. George Hill will return at some point and knock him down a few pegs, and until then he's probably a coin flip's chance to retain low-end value in standard 12-team formats. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 10:31 pm
    • Sloan gets one last hurrah in blowout
Donald Sloan scored 17 points on 7-of-12 shooting (including three treys) with six rebounds, two assists and a steal in 25 minutes off the bench in Monday's blowout win.

Advice: Sloan has gone in and out of the rotation a bit and George Hill's return is on the horizon. This output can be ignored at really low risk. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 10:07 pm
    • Davis continues to nosedive in fantasy
Ed Davis missed all five of his shots in Monday's blowout loss to the Pacers, finishing with zero points, four rebounds, two steals and one block in 23 minutes.

Advice: The defensive stats are nice but there has been some sort of problem with his production just about every night for a while now. Davis looked like a solid pickup at the beginning of the year but whatever the issue may be now, owners that were stashing in standard formats should move on. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 9:59 pm
    • Kemba posts 24-5-5 line in loss to Cavs
Kemba Walker scored 24 points on 11-of-20 shooting (including a three) with five rebounds, five assists and one steal in Monday's loss to the Cavs.

Advice: Walker has been a late early-round value over the last two weeks and Lance Stephenson being traded would probably help his cause. With top 70-75 value on the season there may some folks that undervalue an asset pointing in the right direction. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 9:06 pm
    • Mayo leaves game with hamstring injury
O.J. Mayo left Monday's game with a hamstring injury and returned to start the second half.

Advice: Now that Jabari Parker has gone down to a serious looking knee injury, his outlook has actually improved tonight. We'll be monitoring this game closely and for what it's worth Mayo has nine points, four rebounds, four turnovers and one three in 20 minutes mid-way through the third quarter. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 6:39 pm
    • Chandler Parsons still has back stiffness
Chandler Parsons (back) is still dealing with back stiffness on Monday.

Advice: ESPN Dallas beat writer Tim MacMahon said Parsons has a "good chance" he'll play on Tuesday night against the Knicks. Parsons missed Saturday and the Mavericks ill likely list him as questionable in the next few hours. If he's out, Richard Jefferson would get another start and be worth a look in deep leagues. The Mavericks do only have three games this week. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 12:21 pm
    • Derrick Favors (ankle) questionable for Tues
Derrick Favors (ankle) was limited in practice on Monday and is questionable for Tuesday against the Pelicans.

Advice: This is a great sign that he won't be out for too long. Perhaps Tuesday is optimistic for Favors, but the Jazz have three more games this week (Wednesday, Friday and Saturday). After seeing Rudy Gobert shine in the past two games, the Jazz probably won't rush him back. Gobert is worth a look and holds huge upside for his blocks, especially since he's improving at the charity stripe. Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 12:10 pm
    • David West wants Pacers' chemistry to improve
David West said the Pacers' chemistry has to improve in order for the team to win games.

Advice: It seems obvious, doesn't it? "Obviously, the chemistry has to get better," West said. "Get a better feel for one another. We just got to continue to prepare and critique what we're doing and figure it out. We got to shoot the ball better. I don't think we're trusting each other on defense. (We're) relying on individual matchups to hold your own and that's not who we've been the last few years." Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 7:51 am
    • Chandler Parsons working on free throw shot
Chandler Parsons reconstructed his free-throw shot during the offseason.

Advice: Parsons shot 70.5 percent from the line with the Rockets, but he's shooting just 71.8 percent this year. Parsons added that he's working on improvement with Rick Carlisle, and admitted his successes or failures can be mental. "I keep the ball higher," he said. "I don't bring it down like I used to. And my right foot is in front of my left now." Rotoworld.com
      Monday, 6:09 am
    • Nate Robinson (back) returns to action Sun
Nate Robinson (back) returned to action for the Nuggets on Sunday and scored just two points on 1-of-7 shooting while adding two boards and two assists in 15 minutes.

Advice: He didn't look comfortable out there and it is possible that his back is still bothering him. Robinson will only see a limited role off of the bench for the Nuggets this season and won't be worth owning unless Ty Lawson goes down with an injury. Robinson can be left on the wire in most leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Sunday, 8:04 pm
    • Timofey Mozgov double-doubles in defeat
Timofey Mozgov double-doubled in Sunday's loss to the Spurs, finishing with 11 points, 13 boards and two blocks in 24 minutes.

Advice: He did shoot just 4-of-12 from the field and struggled with foul trouble, but owners can't complain about this production. JaVale McGee (tibia) is expected to miss significant time, so Mozgov is locked in as the starting center and should be a double-double threat every time he plays. Rotoworld.com
      Sunday, 7:52 pm
    • Eric Bledsoe struggles in loss to Thunder
Eric Bledsoe struggled in Sunday's loss to the Thunder, scoring 12 points on 4-of-12 shooting to go with four assists, one board, one steal and one block in just 22 minutes.

Advice: Goran Dragic (back) was sidelined for this one, and Bledsoe was unable to keep the Suns in this game. This was not what his owners were expecting from him, but he should be much better against the Bucks on Monday. Bledsoe should still be considered a must-start option moving forward and his usage rate should rise if Dragic has to miss any more time. Rotoworld.com
      Sunday, 7:10 pm
    • Ed Davis unimpressive in 21 minutes Sunday
Ed Davis' streak of quiet starts continued on Sunday with six points, four rebounds, three assists and one block in just 21 minutes of action vs. the Timberwolves.

Advice: It was a close game and Davis wasn't in any foul trouble, but coach Byron Scott opted to play him just 21 minutes for the second game in a row. Carlos Boozer notched 22 points and 13 rebounds off the bench and seems inspired to regain his starting job, but Davis has enough upside to take a wait-and-see approach in typical fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Sunday, 7:05 pm
    • Gallinari (knee), Foye (knee) out Sunday
Danilo Gallinari (knee) and Randy Foye (knee) will not suit up for Sunday's game vs. the Spurs.

Advice: Neither of these guys are currently worth owning in standard leagues. Wilson Chandler and Aaron Afflalo will continue to log heavy minutes with both their backups sidelined. Rotoworld.com
      Sunday, 4:11 pm
    • Nate Robinson (back) will play Sunday vs. SA
Nate Robinson (back) will play Sunday vs. the Spurs.

Advice: Nate will help backup Ty Lawson, but he's currently averaging just 5.5 points and 1.8 assists on the season while shooting 34.5 percent from the field. He's not a viable option in standard leagues as long as Lawson is healthy. Rotoworld.com
      Sunday, 3:57 pm
    • Kenneth Faried (ankle) out Sunday vs. Spurs
Kenneth Faried (ankle) will not suit up for Sunday's game vs. the Spurs.

Advice: Faried injured his ankle during Saturday's game against the Rockets, and though he was able to return to that game, his ankle is too sore to give it a go today. J.J. Hickson, Jusuf Nurkic, and Darrell Arthur will all benefit with Faried sidelined, with Hickson and Arthur offering the most upside. Rotoworld.com
      Sunday, 3:44 pm
    • Chandler Parsons (back) hopeful for Tuesday
Chandler Parsons (back) went through most of Sunday's practice, and is hopeful he'll be able to suit up for Tuesday's game vs. the Knicks.

Advice: "Today I went through pretty much everything," said Parsons. "It's still really sore, but it’s getting better every day. But we’re still not there yet" Parsons return to practice is a positive sign, and hopefully having Monday off will give him enough time to recover for Tuesday's game. However, if he's unable to go Monta Ellis and Dirk Nowitzki will be tasked with more offensive responsibilities. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com
      Sunday, 11:15 am
    • Derrick Favors (ankle) out for Sunday's game
Derrick Favors (ankle) is officially out for Sunday's game vs. the Wizards.

Advice: This comes as nor surprise as the Jazz have no reason to play Favors at less than 100 percent. As previously mentioned, X-rays were negative on his ankle but there is still no known timetable for his return. The Jazz were hopeful that he would be able to give it a go on Sunday but his ankle swelled up more over the night. In the meantime, Rudy Gobert makes sense as a speculative add for his ability to rebound and block shots while Trevor Booker is also worth a look. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com
      Sunday, 8:15 am
    • Derrick Favors (ankle) listed as questionable
Derrick Favors (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Wizards.

Advice: X-rays were negative, but the Jazz haven't said much else about his status or the severity of the sprain. It is a good sign that Favors is traveling with the team and even better that he hasn't already been ruled out, but we would guess that the Jazz would rest him if he isn't at 100 percent. If Favors sits this one out, Rudy Gobert is the most intriguing option for his ability to block shots while Trevor Booker will also get a boost. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com
      Sunday, 7:23 am
    • Nate Robinson (back) likely won't play Sunday
Nate Robinson (back) likely won't play in Sunday's game against the Spurs, even though he was able to dress for Saturday's game.

Advice: He was on the Nuggets bench Saturday, but coach Brian Shaw opted not to risk Robinson's health as he is still struggling with his back injury. "I had a pretty bad knee to the back," Robinson said. "It's probably one of the worst pains I've ever felt in live action, besides playing football. But me, if I'm not playing, I'm really hurt." Coach Shaw also stressed that he preferred that Robinson make it through a practice first before he would think about playing him, so this news suggest that Robinson will probably sit out on Sunday, though he will still probably dress. • Kenneth Faried returns from an ankle issue
Kenneth Faried returned from an in-game ankle injury on Saturday against the Rockets, finishing with seven points, three rebounds, two assists and one block in 20 minutes.

Advice: He's easily the most frustrating player to own this season. Faried is the No. 164 player based on per-game value in standard leagues and his numbers are actually trending down. The Nuggets paid him big bucks and they kept him in the doghouse in December last year as well, so there is still hope for him to turn it around. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 8:49 pm
    • Wilson Chandler plays 31 minutes
Wilson Chandler (illness) played 31 minutes against the Rockets on Saturday with nine points, nine rebounds, two assists and one 3-pointer.

Advice: There are some trade rumors swirling on Chandler, which makes sense because he's playing well. Chandler is worth owning in standard leagues now, but a trade would likely destroy his fantasy value. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 8:43 pm
    • Timofey Mozgov has some foul trouble
Timofey Mozgov had some foul trouble on Saturday, finishing with no points, four boards, one assist and five fouls in 14 minutes.

Advice: Ouch. He had double-digit rebounds in three straight before tonight and Dwight Howard usually causes some problems for centers, so he gets a pass here. Mozgov is still worth owning in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Kemba Walker scores just 11 points in loss
Kemba Walker scored just 11 points in a loss to Brooklyn on Saturday, adding four assists, one rebound and one 3-pointer in 27 minutes.

Advice: He shot just 3-of-11 from the field as his disappointing season continued to get worse. He did have a nice game on Friday in which he scored 28 points, but his owners have to be growing impatient. It may not be a bad idea to float some buy-low offers out there, as there is no way he can continue to be this bad moving forward. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 7:56 pm
    • Larry Sanders has a nice outing on Saturday
Larry Sanders had 15 points, nine rebounds and two blocks in 28 minutes against the Clippers on Saturday.

Advice: He continues to be on a roller coaster following his six-point, 13-minute game on Tuesday. Sanders does have some upside, but he's not a must-own player just because he's bound for an awful game sooner rather than later. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 7:50 pm
    • O.J. Mayo scores six in 11 minutes
O.J. Mayo scored six points against the Clippers on Saturday with one assist and two turnovers in 11 minutes.

Advice: It's his second game in his last four with minutes under 14 and he's made just 40 percent from the field on the year, so it's going to be awfully tough to trust him. Mayo is going to need to string together about five games in a row for fantasy owners in most leagues to consider grabbing him. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 7:46 pm
    • Khris Middleton scores 14 points vs. Clips
Khris Middleton scored 14 points with six rebounds, one assist and two 3-pointers in 22 minutes.

Advice: In coach Jason Kidd's rotation, there is going to be a random guy going off almost every night. Middleton scored just nine points combined in his previous two, so you can leave him on the wire. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 7:43 pm
    • Kenneth Faried returns to game on Saturday
Kenneth Faried left Saturday's game against Houston and has since returned to the game.

Advice: He took a hard foul by Joey Dorsey and struggled to get back on his feet. Faried was clearly in pain and it should be noted that he just recently missed two games with a lower back strain. We will monitor this situation closely but it appears that Faried dodged a bullet here. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 7:02 pm
    • David West scores 12 points in a loss
David West scored 12 points in 33 minutes during a 95-85 loss to the Blazers, adding four rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block and no turnovers.

Advice: It wasn't the most exciting line, but he filled the stat sheet nicely with his dimes and defense. West started out his season with a very high usage, but it's come back in a big way while he hasn't been efficient either. He should still get better because his minutes are safe and has no competition, so try to buy low if you can. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 6:35 pm
    • Rodney Stuckey grabs 14 boards, scores 14
Rodney Stuckey grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds against the Blazers on Saturday with 14 points, two assists, one steal and two turnovers.

Advice: It was just his third double-digit rebound game in his career, which is interesting considering tonight was his 500th game in the regular season. Stuckey's minutes have held steady lately and the team will ask him to play more at shooting guard to help with the loss of C.J. Miles. He should have some low-end value in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 6:24 pm
    • Roy Hibbert double-doubles in a loss
Roy Hibbert double-doubled against the Blazers on Saturday with 10 points, 10 boards, one assist and one block in 30 minutes.

Advice: It wasn't a great game, but it was a step from what he was doing. In his previous six games since his injury, Hibbert averaged just 8.5 points, 5.7 boards and 1.0 blocks on 40.0 percent from the field. His ankle isn't quite back to 100 percent, but maybe a date with the Lakers on Monday will help him out. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 6:15 pm
    • Johnny O'Bryant is available on Saturday
Johnny O'Bryant is available to play against the Clippers on Saturday.

Advice: He is expected to be limited and is not a lock for playing time. O'Bryant has no fantasy value right now. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 3:02 pm
    • Devin Harris cools off against the Warriors
Devin Harris had a diminished role against the Warriors on Saturday, playing 22 minutes with six points, one rebound, one assist, two steals and one 3-pointer.

Advice: He played well on Wednesday with 20 points, but the return on Jameer Nelson hurt him badly. Harris isn't usually this ineffective, but he played a lot of shooting guard and couldn't get many clean looks against a good Warriors defense. He has some value in deeper leagues even with Nelson healthy. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 1:56 pm
    • Derrick Favors (ankle) travels with the team
Derrick Favors (ankle) is traveling with the team, but the Jazz have not provided an update.

Advice: The team is on a six-game road trip, so the fact that he's traveling doesn't mean much. Rudy Gobert had a huge game on Friday and is probably the favorite to start on Sunday against the Wizards. Trevor Booker will also get some more run while Enes Kanter has played his best sans Favors. Saturday, 11:36 am
    • Kenneth Faried to come off bench again Sat
Kenneth Faried will come off of the bench again on Saturday, though coach Brain Shaw stressed that the move was not permanent.

Advice: J.J. Hickson will draw another start, but it is at least somewhat encouraging that coach Shaw said it wasn't permanent. Faried is loaded with upside and it is only a matter of time before he gets it going, so the buy-low window could be gone before you know it. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 10:49 am
    • Johnny O'Bryant (knee) questionable Saturday
Johnny O'Bryant (knee) is considered questionable for Saturday's game vs. the Clippers.

Advice: He likely won't be in the rotation upon his return and would need an injury to Zaza Pachulia or Larry Sanders before owners in deep leagues should pay him any attention. Leave him on the waiver wire. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 10:41 am
    • Nate Robinson (back) will play on Saturday
Nate Robinson (back) said that he will be active for Saturday's game against the Rockets.

Advice: He is the only other capable point guard behind Ty Lawson, so coach Brian Shaw probably won't hesitate to use him. However, Robinson doesn't have a large enough role to matter in most leagues and belongs on the waiver wire for now. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 10:31 am
    • Chandler Parsons (back) inactive on Saturday
Chandler Parsons (back) is inactive for Saturday's game against the Warriors.

Advice: This is a tough blow for owners, as Parsons was really starting to heat up after a slow start to the season. He is said to be dealing with lower back soreness and we should know more about his status moving forward shortly. Consider him day-to-day for now and expect Jae Crowder and Al-Farouq Aminu to see some extended run Saturday, with neither being a reliable option. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 10:24 am
    • Wilson Chandler (illness) will play Saturday
Wilson Chanlder (illness) will play in Saturday's game vs. the Rockets.

Advice: This is excellent news as the illness wasn't serious enough to make him miss any action. Chandler has run away with the starting small forward spot in Denver and has become a must-start option in all leagues. There are some rumors floating around about a trade to Oklahoma City, but a deal at this point looks unlikely and owners shouldn't be too concerned. Deploy him with confidence Saturday. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 10:23 am
    • Chandler Parsons (back) a game-time decision
Chandler Parsons (back) and Jameer Nelson (shoulder) are game-time decisions for Saturday's game vs. the Warriors.

Advice: For what it is worth, coach Rick Carlisle said he wasn't as optimistic about Parsons playing as he was about Nelson, so this does not sound good. Owners should have a backup plan ready and if Parsons sits Jae Crowder and Al-Farouq Aminu would likely see more minutes. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 9:24 am
    • Danilo Gallinari (knee) doubtful for Saturday
Danilo Gallinari (knee) is listed as doubtful for Saturday's game against the Rockets.

Advice: We would be surprised if he played considering his knee has been a nuisance all season. Gallinari has yet to perform up to his usual standards and we don't see him becoming relevant in standard leagues this season given how well Wilson Chandler has played. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 9:18 am
    • Nate Robinson (back) questionable on Saturday
Nate Robinson (back) is questionable for Saturday's game vs. Houston.

Advice: The Nuggets could really use another ball handler behind Ty Lawson, so the Nuggets will desperately hope that he can play. Robinson still won't see enough minutes to matter in most leagues even if he is healthy, so he should be left on the waiver wire in most leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 9:17 am
    • Wilson Chandler (illness) probable Saturday
Wilson Chandler (illness) is listed as probable for Saturday's game vs. the Rockets.

Advice: Owners shouldn't be too concerned, as the illness isn't thought to be serious. Chandler has been fantastic this season, and has become a must-start option in fantasy leagues. His name has been floated around in trade rumors but it shouldn't have an impact on his play. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 9:14 am
    • Chandler Parsons (back) questionable on Sat
Chandler Parsons (back) is considered questionable for Saturday's game vs. the Warriors.

Advice: To be clear, we don't think he will miss the opportunity to play against the talented Warriors but owners will still want to be on alert for any updates. He tweaked his back in Wednesday's game, though he was still able to play through it. Parsons has recently broken out of his slump and has been on fire recently so it would be a shame if he had to miss this one. Check back before tip-off for official confirmation before plugging him into lineups. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 6:49 am
    • Roy Hibbert's ankle making steady progress
Roy Hibbert said on Friday that his ankle is getting better, but that he is still not at 100 percent.

Advice: His ankle has clearly had an impact on his play of late, and he was held to just six points, two rebounds and two blocks Friday's loss to the Raptors. Owners have no choice but to patient for now, and they may want to consider benching him until he turns it around. However, the good news is that Hibbert is playing and he will look to bounce back against Portland on Saturday. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 6:08 am
    • Davis still sputtering in fantasy leagues
Ed Davis continued to sputter on Friday against the Spurs, scoring just two points on 1-of-3 shooting with six rebounds, four assists and one steal in 21 minutes.

Advice: Carlos Boozer went for 14 and 13 with two blocks and Davis is clearly the better player for the Lakers, but Byron Scott isn't ready to bench the veteran and unleash the younger player just yet. Davis has moved into the starting lineup and hasn't been too bad this week, but he's not a must-own player even if he's a guy to watch very closely. Rotoworld.com
      Saturday, 12:54 am
    • Kemba Walker scores 28 points in a loss
Kemba Walker scored a season-high 28 points against the Grizzlies on Friday with four rebounds, seven assists, two steals and four 3-pointers in 48 minutes.

Advice: It was just his third 20-point game of the season and he also had a season high in treys tonight. Walker was in a brutal slump before tonight and didn't shoot above 40 percent in any of his previous 12 games, so he needed this one. Hopefully he can keep it going against the Nets on Saturday. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 10:18 pm
    • West gets back on track in loss to Raptors
David West got back on track in Friday's loss to the Raptors, scoring 12 points on 6-of-9 shooting with seven rebounds, five assists and one block.

Advice: West is going to facilitate a lot of offense anyway, but with no George Hill around he is going to be in the middle of everything. Make sure he wasn't somehow dropped. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 10:01 pm
    • Hibbert grabs just two rebounds on Friday
Roy Hibbert grabbed just two rebounds to go with six points and two blocks over 28 minutes in Friday's loss to the Raptors.

Advice: Hibbert is in a major funk since his ankle injury, which derailed what started as a promising season. And as guys start to get healthy, he won't be Plan A, B and C anymore. Let's give him another game or two to get right before projecting him below his current top 75-80 value on the season. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 9:57 pm
    • Turner quiet in start against the Knicks
Evan Turner started for injured Avery Bradley on Friday and scored 13 points on 6-of-11 shooting with two rebounds and one assist in 36 minutes.

Advice: Turner is not a good fantasy asset even when he's getting minutes so owners can ignore him outside of daily formats. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 9:26 pm
    • Evan Turner starting for Celtics
Evan Turner will start for the Celtics in place of Avery Bradley.

Advice: He will likely share the minutes at shooting guard with Marcus Thornton. Bradley does have 30.0 minutes per game on the season, so there should be some playing time to go around. Turner is worth a look as a plug-and-play. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 3:49 pm
    • Donald Sloan back in the rotation now?
The Pacers second unit projects to be Donald Sloan, Solomon Hill, Chris Copeland, Luis Scola and Lavoy Allen.

Advice: Sloan was out of the rotation before the switch and now he looks like he's back in. Of course, he has very little fantasy value. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 3:29 pm
    • OKC after Wilson Chandler?
The Thunder have inquired about acquiring Wilson Chandler from the Nuggets, according to Chris Mannix of SI.com.

Advice: Nothing is imminent, the Nuggets are 10-12, and Danilo Gallinari is not healthy, so Chandler will likely be with the Nuggets for a little while longer. He's been fantastic with the Nuggets recently and a trade would destroy his fantasy value. If he gets dealt, Gallinari, Kenneth Faried, Darrell Arthur and Gary Harris would all benefit. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 1:54 pm
    • Johnny O'Bryant does more work at practice
Johnny O'Bryant (knee) did some more work at practice on Friday.

Advice: He doesn't have a timetable to return and is up in the air for Saturday. The Bucks need a big man behind Larry Sanders and Zaza Pachulia, so O'Bryant has an outside shot at playing time. Of course, he's not worth owning in any league. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 11:13 am
    • Shaw explains why Gallinari's PT is down
Nuggets' head coach Brian Shaw explained during a recent interview why Danilo Gallinari's playing time has been down this season.

Advice: "[Gallinari] understands that if Wilson [Chandler] wasn't playing as well as he is playing at that position, then maybe I'd let him out there and try to play through it a little bit more," said Shaw. "But Wilson is playing well, and he's not, so that's why Wilson is out there." Gallinari's numbers are way down this season, and he's shooting a career-worst 32.8 percent from the field. He's not going to get things turned around anytime soon, and belongs on the waiver wire in most leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Friday, 9:37 am
    • Gallinari (knee) will miss next couple games
Danilo Gallinari (knee) estimated that he'll miss the next couple of games in order to rest and heal his surgically-repaired left knee.

Advice: Gallinari has been a shell of his former self this season, putting up his worst numbers since his rookie year with averages of 6.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.0 three-pointer per game. His knee is going to be an ongoing issue, and given his limited upside, he can be cut in nearly all leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 1:49 pm
    • Johnny O'Bryant (knee) returns to practice
Johnny O'Bryant (knee) returned to practice on Thursday, and is nearing a return.

Advice: O'Bryant isn't likely to be a key rotation player for the Bucks, and he can be left on the wire in all leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 1:11 pm
    • Danilo Gallinari out until knee stops hurting
Danilo Gallinari (knee) will sit out until his surgically-repaired knee stops hurting, according to head coach Brian Shaw.

Advice: Gallinari has some soreness in his right now and will be listed as day-to-day until the pain dissipates. "The guy was out 19 months," Shaw said. "He's still experiencing a little bit of pain. He's not back to the level he wants to be at." Gallo has until Saturday's game against the Rockets to rest his ailing knee, but even that seems like a questionable proposition at the moment. Fantasy owners can feel free to cut bait until he proves that he's healthy. Rotoworld.com
      Thursday, 8:12 am
    • Wilson Chandler stays hot with 17 points
Wilson Chandler hit 8-of-17 shots and a 3-pointer for 17 points and eight rebounds in 24 minutes on Wednesday.

Advice: Chandler's line would have been better, but the starters were benched in the fourth quarter in the blowout win. Chandler's a must-start player right now, and Danilo Gallinari is showing no signs of stealing his job. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 11:12 pm
    • Devin Harris scores 20 off Mavs bench
Devin Harris came off the bench behind J.J. Barea on Wednesday and had 20 points, two rebounds, three assists, a steal and three 3-pointers on 8-of-13 shooting.

Advice: He had scored just 6, 6, 10 and 2 points in each of his previous four games, but things will change with him if Jameer Nelson will miss time with his shoulder injury. If that's the case, Harris will be worth a short-term look. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 10:16 pm
    • Jarrett Jack struggling right now
Jarrett Jack hit just 1-of-8 shots for seven points, six rebounds and four assists in 30 minutes off the bench on Wednesday.

Advice: He hit just 1-of-4 shots on Monday, but the minutes are there and he's a guard worth keeping an eye on going forward. He'll break out of the funk soon. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 8:41 pm
    • Evan Turner comes back to Earth
Evan Turner did not score on Wednesday during a 96-87 loss on Wednesday with three rebounds, four assists and one steal.

Advice: He had an 18-point outburst on Monday and coach Brad Stevens played him down the stretch against the Wizards in that one, but that was obviously a fluke. Turner's per-minute production has been sub-par, so he's going to need a lot to happen in order to have fantasy value in most leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 8:07 pm
    • Rodney Stuckey scores 10 in 32 minutes
Rodney Stuckey was one of two Pacer starters to play more than 18 minutes on Wednesday (David West) and had 10 points, six assists and a steal in a season-high 32 minutes.

Advice: Frank Vogel ran with his bench tonight, but let Stuckey play while the rest of the starters sat for much of the night. Stuckey is averaging 12.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.8 3-pointers over his last five games, and it's time to move on him, at least until George Hill is finally back in action. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 7:48 pm
    • Roy Hibbert plays 12 minutes in loss to Clips
Roy Hibbert played just 12 minutes and had four points, three rebounds and zero blocks on 2-of-4 shooting in Wednesday's loss.

Advice: He's not hurt, but did have four quick fouls and was dominated by DeAndre Jordan when he was on the court. That makes four straight games in single digits for Hibbert after he got the season off to a hot start, and this could be a case of deja vu all over again. He'll bounce back, but he might have to get out of Frank Vogel's doghouse before it happens. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 7:44 pm
    • David West awful in loss to Clippers
David West hit just 1-of-7 shots for two points and three rebounds in Wednesday's loss to the Clippers.

Advice: West has totaled just 10 points in his last two games and probably belongs on your bench until he gets it going. Especially since he doesn't do anything but score and grab a few boards. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 7:34 pm
    • Devin Harris likely to start w/ Jameer out
Devin Harris is expected to start at PG for the Mavericks on Wednesday with Jameer Nelson (shoulder) sidelined.

Advice: J.J. Barea will also see an uptick in playing time without Nelson, and both he and Harris are worth a look for temporary value. Harris is the best bet, however, as he's been a late-round value even while stuck in a 25-minute bench role this season. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 4:28 pm
    • Nate Robinson (back) out again Wednesday
Nate Robinson (back) will not play in Wednesday's game vs. the Heat.

Advice: He hasn't been a factor off of the bench for the Nuggets this season, and won't be relevant unless Ty Lawson goes down with an injury. Gary Harris and Erick Green will help handle the ball behind Lawson in the meantime. Robinson should be left on the wire in almost all leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Wednesday, 10:34 am
    • Ed Davis scores 11 with six rebounds Tuesday
Ed Davis scored 11 points in Tuesday's win over the Kings, adding six boards and two assists in 26 minutes.

Advice: He shot a perfect 5-of-5 from the field but he failed to block a shot or record a steal, which was a little disappointing. However, he's now the starting PF for the Lakers and should be better than this on most nights. If you are in need of a big who can contribute steady blocks and rebounds, Davis may be your man.
