    • Luol Deng (calf) a game-time decision Tuesday
Luol Deng (sore calf) will be a game-time decision for Tuesday's game vs. the Bucks.

Advice: Deng was listed as doubtful earlier, so an upgrade to a game-time decision can be viewed as a positive thing. However, if he is forced to sit, Danny Granger and James Ennis would likely split his minutes, though neither guy offers much upside. Dwyane Wade however would be tasked with more responsibilities on offense if Deng is out, and he'd make for the best play in daily leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Dwight Howard tweaks ankle during practice
Dwight Howard tweaked his right ankle during Tuesday's practice, and remains a game-time decision for Wednesday's game vs. Dallas.

Advice: "It wasn’t as bad as when it happened, but I had to sit out of practice, so we’ll see how it feels [Wednesday]," Howard said. "Hopefully I can play, but if not, we still have a great chance to win the game." While Joey Dorsey would draw the start if Howard sits, Josh Smith and Donatas Motiejunas would see the biggest increase in value. Rotoworld.com

    • Matt Barnes fined $25k for cursing at a fan
Matt Barnes was fined $25,000 on Tuesday for "directing inappropriate language toward a fan" during Sunday's game vs. Suns.

Advice: He had some choice words for a fan after receiving a technical foul during Sunday's game, and this is nothing new for Barnes. In fantasy related news, Barnes left Monday's game against the Nuggets with an abdominal strain, and he is expected to be re-evaluated on Wednesday. If Barnes is forced to sit, Jamal Crawford would be the primary beneficiary. Rotoworld.com

    • Snyder brushes off Dante Exum's poor game
Jazz head coach Quin Snyder said he would not be reactionary after Dante Exum's scoreless performance against the Celtics on Monday.

Advice: Exum has been starting for the Jazz for the past three games, and it appears that despite Monday's inefficient outing, he's going to stick with the starting unit. The Jazz are not in the playoff hunt, sitting on a record of 16-29, so player development is going to be prioritized over winning. Exum has shown flashes, but it's going to be a bumpy ride for owners relying on production from a 19-year-old. He's more of a deep league guy right now. Rotoworld.com

JaMychal Green and the Spurs reportedly could not reach an agreement on a second 10-day deal, and both sides will part ways when his contract expires.

Advice: He will reportedly receiving interest from Memphis, New York, Chicago, Milwaukee, and Portland, but as an end-of-the-bench kind of guy, he's unlikely to be able to hold any fantasy value in standard leagues. Leave him on the wire. Rotoworld.com

    • Kevin Martin (wrist) will not play Wednesday
Updating a previous report, Kevin Martin (wrist) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game vs. the Celtics.

Advice: Martin was able to resume shooting workouts on Monday after having fluid drained from his surgically-repaired wrist last week, but he will remain sidelined for Wednesday's game. He's likely going to be eased back into the rotation upon his return, so owners will need to remain patient. However, he still offers enough upside to be worth holding onto in most leagues. • Langston Galloway w/ NY for rest of season
Updating a previous report, Langston Galloway has officially signed a contract with the Knicks that will keep him with the team for the remainder of the 2014-15 season.

Advice: Galloway has been logging heavy minutes for a depleted Knicks' team, and he is averaging 12.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.5 three-pointers, and 1.1 steals this season. That's good enough for low-end value in standard leagues, and he can only improve if and when Jose Calderon is traded away. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Jones was able to go through a full practice on Tuesday and it's looking like there's a chance the Jones will make his season debut on Wednesday against the Mavericks. Advice: Surgery was originally thought to be the only option, but Wroten still wants to explore other alternatives. "A partial tear is so different than a torn ACL," Wroten said. "It is not a guarantee, 100 percent, that I have to have surgery. It is a tough decision, an important decision that I want to make." Whether he opts for surgery or not, Wroten is likely to miss the rest of the regular season while Larry Drew II, K.J. Terrence Jones (leg) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Mavericks.

Advice: This comes as good news as this is the first change to Jones' status in months. Advice: Barron had been laying with the Bakersfield Jam of the D-League, but will now take his talents to Shanxi. He could join an NBA team after the Chinese season ends in February, but there's no reason for fantasy owners to monitor Barron's status going forward. Rotoworld.com

    • Chase Budinger due for minutes increase
Chase Budinger and Glenn Robinson III are likely to see more playing time with Robbie Hummel (hand) out, according to Wolves head coach Flip Saunders.

Advice: "We only have like 11 healthy guys," Saunders said. "Other guys will get opportunities." While both players will get a bump in playing time now that Hummel is due to miss at least the next four weeks, neither will provide much fantasy value outside of being a punt play for daily leaguers. Kevin Martin returned to shooting workouts on Monday and is hopeful that he'll be able to play against the Celtics on Wednesday.

Advice: This is the first time that Martin has been able to shoot since he had fluid drained from his surgicallyrepaired wrist nearly a week ago. "It feels better now than it did when I started practicing two weeks ago," said Martin, out since November. "Getting it drained helps a lot. I’ll give it one more hard day of practice and see how I feel." We don't currently have word if Galloway got the guaranteed contract he had been seeking for 2015-16, but he's worth owning in standard fantasy leagues as long as he continues to see big minutes for the Knicks. "I think this is the best situation for me, 'cause there's nothing but basketball," Smith said. "There's nothing you expect but basketball. Langston Galloway and the Knicks are having trouble agreeing on a contract and will continue negotiations on Tuesday.

Advice: Galloway's second 10-day contract ends on Tuesday and guaranteed money for next season is reportedly the issue in contract negotiations. Galloway will become a free agent if the two sides are unable to agree on terms and would surely hook on with another team after averaging 12.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.5 three-pointers in eight games with the Knicks. Dewayne Dedmon may start for the Orlando Magic after starting the second half of Monday's loss to the Grizzlies.

Advice: Dedmon started the second half of Monday's loss after Channing Frye was benched for defensive reasons and head coach Jacque Vaughn was vague when asked if Dedmon would start the Magic's next game. "I wanted a different look in the second half" Vaughn said. "I thought Dewayne’s energy was very spirited, and overall he was aggressive in his nature guarding the post." Blake Griffin scored 14 points on 6-of-17 shooting with nine rebounds, 10 assists, one steal and one block in Monday's win over the Nuggets.

Advice: Griffin hasn't fixed his rebounding issue but he has hit 54.7 percent from the field over the past month, lifting his value over that span into the top-20 range. It's unlikely that he shoots at that rate over the long run, and with no improvement to show rebounding the ball this would qualify as a mini sell-high moment. DeAndre Jordan went for seven points, 12 boards, three steals and four blocks in the win. Rotoworld.com

Matt Barnes hit 7-of-11 shots (including two threes) for 18 points, three rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in Monday's win over the Nuggets.

Advice: Barnes hit just 1-of-9 shots on Sunday and bouncing back nicely owners have to be fairly happy about their pickup. He has been dealing with an ab strain but didn't show any signs of it tonight, as he sits on a month of top 40-60 production. Rotoworld.com

Advice: This will be one of Afflalo's better lines due to the versatility and barring a major change he'll continue to return reliable late-round value. Ty Lawson added 19 points and 11 assists in tonight's loss to the Clippers. Rotoworld.com

Jameer Nelson played just 13 minutes on Monday, scoring two points with two steals and two assists.

Advice: Nelson had been hanging by a thread in most regular sized leagues and this is probably your sign to move on. If Ty Lawson falters at any point due to injury or a minimal suspension, be ready to move quickly on him because he'll probably be worth owning. Rotoworld.com

Dante Exum went scoreless in 25 minutes of action on Monday against the Celtics, finishing with just one rebound and two assists to his credit.

Advice: Ouch. Exum is very raw and his move into the starting lineup may be premature, though nothing has been said to the effect of a change so far. Wilson Chandler filled up the stat sheet on Sunday with 20 points, four 3-pointers, nine rebounds, one assist, one steal, one block and only one turnover in 38 minutes.

Advice: Chandler shot 8-of-19 overall and he isn't very efficient (41.3 percent FGs this season), but fantasy owners won't complain with tonight's solid line. The Nuggets are reportedly willing to trade him and they've been linked to the Nets and Brook Lopez, so be mindful that Chandler's value could decrease overnight. Rotoworld.com

Jameer Nelson was predictably quiet with Ty Lawson back in action on Sunday, coming off the bench for nine points, four assists and one steal in 14 minutes.

Advice: It was actually a nice game for Nelson, who went 3-of-4 behind the arc, but a backup role behind minute-hog Lawson isn't a recipe for long-term success. Deep-league owners may find Nelson useful, but everyone else should be able to find better free agents. Rotoworld.com

Klay Thompson scored 31 points to lead the Warriors in a win over the Celtics on Sunday, adding two boards, one assist and three 3-pointers in 32 minutes.

Advice: It's incredible to think that Thompson was able to score 37 points in a quarter during Friday's game over the Kings, so his owners might be starting to feel a little greedy and are probably yawning at this stat line. It's going to be interesting to see who ends up starting in the All-Star game in place of Kobe Bryant (shoulder), as James Harden and Klay Thompson are locked in an exciting battle to take home the honors. Matt Barnes couldn't find the range vs. Phoenix, shooting 1-of-9 from the field for four points in 26 minutes of action.

Advice: He helped fantasy owners in other ways, fortunately, adding five rebounds, two assists and two steals during the Clippers' 120-100 road win. Barnes tends to run hot and cold but overall he's a steady top-100 value with averages of 9.8 points, 1.7 threes, 3.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.6 blocks, in addition to typically solid FG and FT percentages. The Suns didn't have an answer for Blake Griffin on Sunday, as he scored 23 points with seven rebounds, seven assists, one steal and only one turnover in 36 minutes.

Advice: Phoenix is middle-of-the-pack vs. opposing PFs this season, but Markieff Morris and company didn't stand a chance once Blake got his jump shot going -- he made 11-of-19 shots overall, with only one of his makes within 18 feet of the hoop. Rotoworld.com

Rodney Stuckey started Sunday's game and scored 15 points with six assists and one steal, helping Indy hang on for a 106-99 win in Orlando.

Advice: He made 6-of-10 FGs and 2-of-2 FTs with one 3-pointer to his credit, assuming a bigger role in the absence of C.J. Miles (groin). • Terrence Jones could return 'within a week'
When head coach Kevin McHale was asked about Terrence Jones' availability for Wednesday's game vs. Dallas, he did not rule Jones out and said that he will return "sooner rather than later."

Advice: McHale added that Jones could return "within a week," and it appears he is getting very close to playing basketball again. However, he will be fighting for minutes with Donatas Motiejunas and Josh Smith, so it will be very difficult for him to produce the same way he was at the beginning of the season. Still, he's worth a look in deeper leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Brandon Jennings (Achilles) done for the year
Brandon Jennings will miss the remainder of the season with a full tear of his left Achilles.

Advice: This is a tough blow for the Pistons, and we wish Jennings a speedy recovery. Typically these types of injuries take 7-12 months for a complete recovery, and that's just talking about returning to the court. D.J. Augustin becomes a must-own guy with Jennings unavailable for the rest of the season, and Spencer Dinwiddie will also enter the rotation as the primary reserve off the bench. If Augustin is sitting on your waiver wire, go grab him now as he owns averages of 13.3 points, 6.3 assists, and 1.3 three-pointers as a starter for Detroit. Rotoworld.com

    • Dwight Howard (ankle) game-time decision Sun.
Dwight Howard (ankle) did not participate during shootaround, and he is considered a game-time decision for Sunday's game vs. the Lakers.

Advice: It's worth noting that head coach Kevin McHale said he's "not real hopeful," that Dwight will play tonight, so it's sounding like he's closer to doubtful than a game-time decision. If Howard is forced to sit that Rockets could go with Joey Dorsey at the center spot, or it's possible they slide over Donatas Motiejunas to the center position and start Josh Smith at power forward. We'll have a better idea of the starting lineup closer to tip-off, but Smith and Motiejunas would likely be the primary beneficiaries. Rotoworld.com

Kevin Martin (wrist) is questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Hawks.

Advice: He wasn't able to practice on Saturday and he is reportedly still dealing with some swelling in his wrist, so he is probably closer to doubtful. Martin is still worth a stash for his upside in points and 3-pointers, but his owners will have to be patient as he will likely be eased into action when he does return. If Martin can't play, Robbie Hummel will continue to start for Minnesota, but is only an option in deeper leagues. Rotoworld.com

Mike Dunleavy (ankle) will not play vs. the Heat on Sunday.

Advice: He has been out since Dec. 30 so the Bulls will ease him back into action when he does return. Unless you are in a deep league and are desperate for 3-pointers, there is no need to hold onto Dunleavy. Tony Snell will remain in the starting lineup on Sunday while Aaron Brooks, Kirk Hinrich and Nikola Mirotic will all be in the mix for additional minutes. Rotoworld.com

    • Woj: 'Strong belief' Jennings tore Achilles
There is a "strong belief" within the Pistons that Brandon Jennings tore his left Achilles on Saturday, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.

Advice: Sadly, all signs support this claim. Jennings was in agonizing pain at the time of the injury and couldn't put any weight on his leg. Those who have torn their Achilles before have mentioned it felt like being drilled with a baseball in their lower leg, which seemed to be the case for Jennings. The Pistons will conduct an MRI to confirm the damage, but fantasy owners in all re-draft leagues should consider Jennings out for the season. D.J. Augustin is expected to start and is worth owning in all standard leagues. Spencer Dinwiddie will also get more run. Rotoworld.com

    • Dante Exum suddenly good from 3-point range
Dante Exum made 5-of-7 from the field for 13 points during a 108-73 win over the Nets on Saturday with four rebounds, four assists and four 3-pointers in 29 minutes.

Advice: He is inexplicably a knock-down shooter in the starting lineup. In his last two games as the starter, Exum averaged 14.0 points, 2.0 boards, 4.5 assists and 4.0 triples on 52.6 percent from the field. That's good for a 73.7 effective field goal percentage, which is actually higher than Kyle Korver this season. Exum's shot is a little funky and he was not effective from deep before this hot streak. He still doesn't have a tremendous game for fantasy, but go ahead and give him a look to see if he can keep his 19-year-old Aussie magic going. Rotoworld.com

    • Joe Ingles scores career-high 16 points
Joe Ingles scored a career-high 16 points against the Nets on Saturday with one rebound, five assists, one steal and four 3-pointers.

Advice: The 3-pointers were also a career high. Ingles has done most of his damage in dimes, steals and treys, so he's climbing into the top-140 player conversation. With Rodney Hood (foot) out for at least a few weeks and Alec Burks (shoulder) out for the year, Ingles is worth a look in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • SVG: Jennings out for foreseeable future
Coach Stan Van Gundy said Brandon Jennings' foot injury "doesn't look good" and he will be out for the foreseeable future.

Advice: The Pistons will give him an MRI in the coming days to confirm the diagnosis. Looking at the circumstantial evidence, Jennings is likely out for the season with an Achilles tear. To be clear, that is still just an educated guess and it has not been confirmed. D.J. Augustin is going to pick up around 10 minutes per game and should be owned in all standard leagues. Spencer Dinwiddie will also play more. Hopefully, we're wrong on Jennings. Rotoworld.com

    • Langston Galloway plays 32 minutes in start
Langston Galloway played 32 minutes as the starting point guard against the Hornets on Saturday, scoring 11 points with five rebounds, two assists, one steal and one 3-pointer.

Advice: He ran the point a ton tonight, which is something he did in college and in the D-League. Coach Derek Fisher didn't really use Galloway at the point on Friday, so the versatility bodes very well for him. Even if Jose Calderon (knee) returns, Galloway looks like a good bet for 25-30 minutes. He's worth a long look in standard leagues for his upside in steals and treys. Rotoworld.com

    • Brandon Jennings leaves game with leg injury
Brandon Jennings suffered a left leg injury and went to the locker room on Saturday.

Advice: It did not look good at all and his teammates were very discouraged. Jennings had to be taken to the locker room in a wheelchair, so it could be a severe ankle injury or an Achilles issue. If you're looking to add a point guard, D.J. Augustin is a very strong speculative add right now. Spencer Dinwiddie will also get in the rotation. Jennings finished with 16 points, two rebounds, four assists, one steal and one 3-pointer. Advice: The last time the Rockets played the Lakers, we were hit with a surprise knee injury for Howard back on Nov. 19. Advice: Exum scored a career-high 15 points in a start on Thursday, and it looks like he has a real chance to replace Trey Burke for good. Coach Quin Snyder did say that his lineup wasn't set in stone, so this will definitely be a situation worth monitoring going forward. Burke's value will continue to trend down as long as he comes off the bench and his owners should be concerned. Rotoworld.com

Jameer Nelson started for Ty Lawson in Friday's loss to the Celtics, scoring 23 points on 9-of-20 shooting (including four threes) with zero rebounds, seven assists and one steal over 42 minutes.

Advice: Nelson can still be productive when given the minutes and Lawson's absence apparently does not count toward a potential suspension for his recent DUI. That means Nelson probably has 1-2 games or maybe more to return startable value to owners. Rotoworld.com

Arron Afflalo scored 20 points on 6-of-13 shooting (1-of-4 3PTs, 7-of-7 FTs) with four rebounds and four assists in Friday's loss.

Jimmy Butler scored 20 points on 8-of-18 shooting (no threes) with eight rebounds, six assists and three steals in Friday's win over the Mavs.

Advice: Butler put his foot back on the gas pedal after Derrick Rose's surge slowed him down a bit. Rose scored 20 points on 7-of-17 shooting with three rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block and five turnovers, and it wouldn't be surprising if Butler got back some of his touches now that Rose appears to have re-established a foundation for himself. • Klay Thompson sets NBA record w/ 37-point qtr
Klay Thompson set an NBA record with 37 points in the third quarter of Friday's win over the Kings, finishing with an NBA season-high tying 52 points on 16-of-25 shooting, two rebounds, five assists, four steals and two blocks.

Advice: Thompson hit 11 3-pointers on 15 attempts and 9-of-10 from the line, setting a slew of records in the process. He did not miss on 13 field goal attempts in the third quarter with nine of them coming from beyond the arc, with each one setting the wild Oracle crowd into a deeper euphoric frenzy. It was the most points scored in a quarter in NBA history, and you might remember where you were five years down the road the next time somebody threatens it. Langston Galloway scored 15 points with eight rebounds, three assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in 31 minutes against the Magic on Friday during a 113-106 victory.

Advice: He is capable of being the point guard and the Knicks will likely ask him to run the offense more now with Jose Calderon (knee) expected to miss time. Galloway is capable of scoring and there's upside since he can get some steals while adding treys, so he's worth a long look to see if he stays hot. Rotoworld.com

    • J.R. Smith scores 21 points with seven treys
J.R. Smith made seven 3-pointers for his 21 points against the Hornets on Friday with four rebounds and four assists.

Advice: The treys were nice, but this was Smith's fifth game of 2015 with at least four dimes. He's really playing extremely well with his new team and he's taking eight treys per game. He'll cool off at some point, but owners in standard leagues can ride him while he's going strong. Rotoworld.com

Dwight Howard suffered a right ankle sprain and will not return to Friday's game against the Suns.

Advice: He is without a timetable, but it will almost certainly end his season. Wroten was one of the most fun players to watch with his relentless attack on the rim and the Sixers are going to have a tough time replacing his sky-high usage rate of 30.3 in his 29.8 minutes per game. Advice: He's on fire over his last four, averaging 27.5 points, 7.5 boards, 4.3 assists, 1.3 steals, 0.3 treys and 1.0 turnovers on 63.4 percent from the field and 80.0 percent from the line. Joe Ingles handed out a team-high seven assists against the Bucks on Thursday with six points, two steals and two 3-pointers in 32 minutes.

Advice: Rodney Hood (foot) is out until the All-Star break and Ingles seems to have his minutes locked down. He's a very good passer and the upside is there for him with some output in steals and treys. He's worth a look in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

Dante Exum moved into the starting lineup and scored a career-high 15 points against the Bucks on Thursday with five assists and a career-high five 3-pointers in 35 minutes.

Advice: He's a career 30.1 percent shooter from deep, so this was a major shock to see him make more than three treys for the first time in his career. Exum also ran the point even when he played next to Trey Burke tonight and matched his career high in dimes (this is his seventh five-dime game this season). His minutes are clearly climbing and he's on the radar in deeper leagues. The steals aren't there and he's likely going to shoot around 40 percent from the field this season, so he's not a great add in standard leagues yet. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Wroten flew out to California to see a knee specialist on Wednesday, so Brown's statement on Thursday doesn't exactly sound like good news. It would stand to reason that Wroten is doubtful to play in Friday's game against the Raptors and his fantasy owners may want to brace themselves for a prolonged absence. Michael Carter-Williams will continue to see all the minutes he can handle while Wroten is out, while Larry Drew II will see an uptick in minutes as well. Rotoworld.com

Klay Thompson hit 10-of-21 shots and three more 3-pointers for 27 points, three rebounds, five assists and four steals in Wednesday's impressive win over the Rockets.

Advice: Look for Thompson to be a coach's pick for the Western All-Star Team, as he's been getting it done at both ends of the court all season long. The Warriors won their 17th straight game at home, setting a franchise record. Rotoworld.com

    • Dwight Howard struggles in loss to GSW
Dwight Howard hit just 3-of-8 shots for seven points, 11 rebounds and zero blocks in Wednesday's loss to the Warriors, and also committed five turnovers.

Advice: Hey, at least he didn't kill your free throw percentage (1-of-2 tonight). His last multi-block game was way back on Dec. 15 and he's had seven games since then without a single block. The Warriors were dominant tonight and Howard never got it going, but his lack of shot blocking is one of the great mysteries in the NBA right now. He's also dealing with a sore knee, but that didn't appear to be bothering him tonight. Rotoworld.com

C.J. Miles led the Pacers off the bench with 18 points, three rebounds, two assists, a steal and two 3-pointers on 7-of-15 shooting in Wednesday's loss at Atlanta.

Advice: Miles is rolling again over his last two games, and is averaging 14.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.6 3-pointers over his last five games, despite shooting just 39 percent. Only Luis Scola (10), Rodney Stuckey (12) and C.J. Watson (13) joined Miles in double figures scoring tonight, but Miles looks like the guy to pick up as long as he can stay healthy. Rotoworld.com

Langston Galloway turned in another outstanding game against the 76ers on Wednesday with 11 points, seven rebounds, four assists, two steals, one block and one 3-pointer in 34 minutes.

Advice: He continues to get some run at point guard and the Knicks suddenly have a lot of confidence in the rookie. Galloway has exceeded all expectations and the Knicks seem to view him as their best wing option after Carmelo Anthony. He is still on a 10-day deal, but it would be a shock to see the Knicks not sign him for the rest of the season next week. He's worth a look in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

J.R. Smith started again and hit 5-of-16 shots and 2-of-11 3-pointers for 15 points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals in Wednesday's win.

Advice: Love him or hate him, Smith is starting and averaging 17.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.4 steals and 3.8 3-pointers over his last five games, while shooting 46 percent. We've seen him go on streaks like this before and he should be in your lineup until he comes back to earth. Rotoworld.com

Brandon Jennings handed out a career-high 21 assists during the Pistons' win vs. Orlando on Wednesday, while scoring 24 points and turning the ball over just twice in 33 minutes.

Advice: He's the first player to have 20+ points and 20+ assists in a game since Steve Nash did it in 2009, and only four players have done it since 2000 -- Jennings, Nash, Ramon Sessions and Jalen Rose. Jennings has been in a shooting slump lately but he's looked like a different player since Josh Smith's departure, flirting with top-20 value despite averaging a mere 28.1 minutes over the past month. Advice: The Rockets could get him back soon and he is with the team. Jones is in the final stages of his rehab and there's at least a chance he could play next week. While he was on fire to start the season, things are a little different with Donatas Motiejunas playing well and Josh Smith in town. Advice: He went through a full practice on Wednesday and it would appear he has a real chance to play. If Dunleavy is back, Aaron Brooks and Kirk Hinrich will lose some playing time. Give Dunleavy a look in 14- and 16-team leagues. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He has been sidelined since Jan. 1, so he will likely be eased into action upon his return. Dunleavy is a good source of 3-pointers, but owners in standard leagues can do better. • Knicks to use same starting lineup Wednesday
Head coach Derek Fisher said that he will most likely keep the same starting lineup for Wednesday's game that earned them a win over the Pelicans on Monday, meaning Langston Galloway will have another chance at extended minutes.

Advice: Galloway has posted averages of 12.0 points, 2.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.0 steals, and 1.6 3-pointers over 25.4 minutes per game this season, so there is enough potential here to warrant a pickup in deeper leagues. The Knicks have every intention of looking towards the future this season, so Galloway's minutes should theoretically rise as the season progresses. Rotoworld.com

    • Arron Afflalo's 21 pts not enough vs. Spurs
Arron Afflalo paced the Nuggets with 21 points during Tuesday's loss to the Spurs, going 6-of-11 from the field and 6-of-8 at the FT line in 33 minutes of action.

Advice: He chipped in three 3-pointers, four rebounds, two assists and three steals in a terrific bounce-back effort following Monday's dud, which was largely the result of a blowout. Afflalo is second on the Nuggets in scoring (15.0 ppg) but his paltry defensive stats (0.6 steals, 0.1 blocks) prevent him from rising above late-round value. Rotoworld.com

    • Luol Deng (illness) will not play Wednesday
Luol Deng (illness) will not travel with the Heat for Wednesday's game in Charlotte.

Advice: Deng fought through the illness to score eight points in 29 minutes on Tuesday, but he'll now get a few days to fully recuperate before Friday's home game vs. Indiana. James Ennis and Danny Granger stand to gain the most in Deng's absence -- Ennis is slightly more attractive if he earns the start at SF, but they're only worth a glance in daily leagues. Luol Deng played through an illness vs. OKC on Tuesday, scoring eight points on 2-of-6 shooting with one 3-pointer, four rebounds and one assist in 29 minutes.

Advice: Deng has quietly posted mid-round value with the Heat thanks to balanced production and a sizeable role offensively -- his 20.3 usage rate is just below his career average, and his 57.8 percent True Shooting marks a career high. He's also posting a solid PER of 17.0, his highest since the 2007-08 season, and it's easy to see why the 7th-seed Heat aren't eager to trade him. Rotoworld.com

Terrence Jones (leg) has been more active at practice lately, and while he has yet to go through a full-contact workout, he continues to make steady progress.

"Being on the court feels real good and it's a blessing to be able to get up and down and finally move my leg a little and jump and do things with the basketball that I couldn't do two months ago at all." Advice: Miles is hit or miss but the hits have been big enough to keep owners happy lately as a late-round value over the past two weeks. Langston Galloway scored a career-high 21 points against the Pelicans on Monday with five rebounds, three assists and three 3-pointers on 8-of-14 from the field in 31 minutes.

Advice: He signed another 10-day deal on Saturday and the Knicks are almost a lock to sign him for the rest of the season when this new 10-day deal is up. Galloway has been a complete boom-or- bust guy in his five games with three games below 34.0 effective field goal percentage and the other two above 67.0 percent. Klay Thompson scored 22 points with three rebounds, three assists, one steal and four 3-pointers during a 122-79 blowout victory over the Nuggets on Monday.

Even before this gem, 2015 has been extremely kind to Klay with averages of 24.1 points, 3.8 boards, 2.0 assists, 1.6 blocks, 1.0 steals and 3.5 triples on 53.5 percent from the field and 84.4 percent from the line. Arron Afflalo made 1-of-8 from the field for two points with two rebounds, one steal and one turnover in 24 minutes against the Warriors on Monday.

Advice: Now that Randy Foye is back, Afflalo's ceiling is lowered. He's also stuck in a slump over his last three, making just 28.8 percent from the field in that stretch. He is still worth owning in standard leagues, but his owners will want to lower their expectations after a productive a couple weeks before this aforementioned slump. Rotoworld.com

He has played very well in his three games with the Nuggets, averaging 15.0 points, 5.5 dimes, 0.5 steals and 2.0 treys in his previous two outings. Blake Griffin was outstanding against the Celtics during a 102-93 win on Monday with 22 points, nine rebounds, six assists and one steal.

Advice: He didn't turn the ball over, made all four shots from the line, and was 9-of-18 from the field. Griffin continues to pass the ball extremely well and handed out 5.6 dimes per game over his previous 10. He's also at 54.5 percent from the field and 76.1 percent from the line in 2015, so his owners shouldn't dwell on his lack of boards and blocks. Rotoworld.com

Matt Barnes cooled off against the Celtics on Monday with three points, three rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in 35 minutes.

Advice: Besides the empty scoring, it's a solid line from Barnes. He came in red hot with a 26-point game on Saturday and the minutes are still there for Barnes, so there's no need to worry. He is worth owning in standard leagues with less competition for his minutes. Rotoworld.com

The Pistons' win streak ended at two games with Monday's loss in Atlanta, as Brandon Jennings managed just seven points on 1-of-10 FGs and 5-of-6 FTs.

Advice: Jennings is shooting right around 40 percent from the field this season, so owners will have to live with slumps like the one he's mired in, having made 18-of-54 shots over the past four games. He gets a pass for Monday's dud, at least, since the Hawks are holding opposing PGs to a league-low 18.7 points per game this season. Rotoworld.com

Blake Griffin made scoring 30 points look easy against the Kings on Saturday during a 117-108 win, making 11-of-16 from the field with five rebounds, five assists and one steal.

Advice: He's rolling over his last six. In that stretch, Griffin averaged 26.2 points, 6.7 boards, 4.8 assists, 1.7 steals and 0.2 triples on 58.5 percent from the field and 72.7 percent from the line. He has been feasting in the paint in that span, making a pristine 77.1 percent of his 48 shots at the rim (45.4 percent of his shot total). Advice: Robbie Hummel was inserted into the starting lineup for this contest and responded with a massive double-double, meaning Budinger's time in the sun is already over. Unless you are in a ridiculously deep league and desperately need 3-pointers, you can let go of Budinger. Rotoworld.com

He made just 32.2 percent from the field in his previous eight games in that situation and he's also worse at home, so the splits monster got him again tonight. Advice: He would have had some sleeper potential had he landed with the Knicks, but Green is likely going to be buried on the depth chart in San Antonio. Owners in deep leagues can simply monitor him from the waiver wire, and we will let you know when the deal becomes official. Rotoworld.com

    • Jazz sign Elliot Williams to another deal
The Utah Jazz have signed Elliot Williams to another 10-day contract on Saturday as expected.

Advice: He has averaged 2.7 points in 8.6 minutes per game with the Jazz so far, and there is no reason to think that his role will grow especially with Rodney Hood returning from injury. Leave him on the wire. Rotoworld.com

    • JaMychal Green drawing interest from NBA
JaMychal Green has left the Austin Spurs of the NBA D-League and will likely sign with an NBA team very soon.

Advice: He has drawn interest from the Spurs, Bulls, Grizzlies and Knicks after his impressive showings in the D-League, but New York is the only listed team where he could potentially make an impact right out of the gate. We will continue to follow this situation closely, and owners in deep leagues should keep him on their radar. Rotoworld.com

    • Elliot Williams to stay with the Jazz
Elliot Williams is expected to sign another 10-day contract with the Jazz.

Advice: He has seen very limited playing time with the Jazz and is only averaging 2.7 points per game, so owners can leave him on the waiver wire in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Griffin posts 34 & 10; CP3 flirts with 3x2
Blake Griffin scored 34 points on 14-of-23 shooting (6-of-7 FTs) with 10 rebounds, three assists and one steal in the Clippers' 126-121 loss to the Cavs on Friday.

Advice: Griffin did not attempt a three and he addressed his rebounding problem, so this is as good of a game as owners could have hoped for. Like many big men whose value is struggling, the move away from the hoop has killed him and stuck him with just top 40-50 value on the year. Hopefully tonight is a step in the right direction. Chris Paul hit just 4-of-15 shots and 1-of-7 threes, but finished with 15 points, eight boards, 14 assists and three steals in the loss. Rotoworld.com

    • Barnes goes for 17 and eight in loss to CLE
Matt Barnes scored 17 points on 6-of-13 shooting (including three treys) with eight rebounds and one assist in Friday's home loss to the Cavs.

Advice: Barnes has been rolling lately and he should be in most, if not all lineups. Over the past seven games he's averaging 13.0 points, 2.4 threes, 4.4 boards, 1.0 combined steals and blocks, and marks of 49.2 percent from the field and 80 percent from the line. Rotoworld.com

    • Smith serviceable but quiet in Friday's win
J.R. Smith scored eight points on 4-of-8 shooting (no threes) with two rebounds, four assists and three steals over 30 minutes on Friday against the Clippers.

Advice: The steals save this line and it certainly shows how he can get lost in a hurry, and this was without Kevin Love around. He has been worth owning and starting the last two weeks but his fantasy value is still up in the air a bit. Rotoworld.com

    • Ingles has another quiet but versatile line
Joe Ingles scored three points on 1-of-2 shooting (all threes) with two rebounds, four assists and a career-high three steals in 22 minutes on Friday against the Lakers.

Advice: Ingles has quietly played at a mid-round level over his last three games, but he needs to stave off the return of Rodney Hood and then after that keep it up. Chances are he can't do it, but his versatility should be noted if he's able to work his way into consistent minutes. Rotoworld.com

    • Afflalo scores 16 points with three treys
Arron Afflalo scored 16 points on 6-of-17 shooting with five rebounds, three treys and one steal in Friday's loss to the Mavs.

Advice: Afflalo is a low-end asset in 12-team leagues and this inefficient line isn't going to change that calculus. Rotoworld.com

    • Jameer Nelson productive in Denver debut
Jameer Nelson was productive in his Denver debut on Friday, scoring 14 points on 5-of-14 shooting (including two threes) with four rebounds, seven assists and one steal in 28 minutes off the bench.

Advice: Nelson will be strapped for minutes once Randy Foye and Danilo Gallinari get back, and in general the Nuggets are a team that could change directions on a dime via trade right now. Owners should keep an eye on him but right now his outlook doesn't justify anything but a desperation add. Rotoworld.com

    • Thompson scores 32 points with three treys
Klay Thompson scored 32 points on 12-of-22 shooting with four rebounds, four assists and three treys in the Warriors' road loss to the Thunder on Friday.

Advice: Thompson can get lost in the shuffle with Steph Curry (19 points, six assists, two threes, two steals) leading fantasy leagues, but he's a late first-round guy himself. Rotoworld.com

    • Jimmy Butler bounces back with big game
Jimmy Butler had a season-high six steals against the Celtics on Friday with 22 points, five rebounds, two assists and one turnover.

Advice: Finally. Butler was in a serious funk due to his shot not falling, but he was rolling tonight. He used to live on jumpers last season, and now he's able to get to the rim to help his field goal percentage. We should see the Jimmy from the first two months and not the one from the past two weeks. He's a top-20 asset. Rotoworld.com
