      Advice: Indiana heads home trailing two games to none, but they should be encouraged by Toppin’s play in the Big Apple. After scoring 12 points in Game 1, he tallied 20 more in Game 2 and has reached double figures in six straight. Toppin’s play on Wednesday helped the Pacers on a night when they got little from Myles Turner (six points, seven rebounds, one assist, and one blocked shot). The MVP candidate is shooting just 39.5 percent during the postseason but remains productive and is averaging 28.3 points, 9.4 assists, 8.4 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 42.3 minutes per game.       Advice: Garland is in line for a rough matchup in this series, as he'll have to deal with two excellent defenders in Jrue Holiday and Derrick White, so his Game 1 display is not entirely surprising. He didn't have his best performances in the first-round series against the Magic either, and he's averaging just 14.8 points and 5.4 assists per game through eight playoff appearances. In fact, Garland has failed to surpass the 15-point mark in six of his eight playoff outings, a clear downgrade after averaging 18.0 points per contest during the regular season.       Advice: Mobley continues to play as Cleveland's starting center due to Jarrett Allen (ribs) being sidelined, but his numbers have not suffered. Mobley recorded his third double-double across his last four appearances Tuesday, and he should continue to operate as a reliable two-way threat in Game 2 on Thursday, especially if Allen can't suit up again.       Advice: Lu Dort had Doncic in the Dorture Chamber in this game, which is a matchup that Mark Daigneault will continue to deploy. However, that doesn’t mean that it will continue to work like it did in this game. Luka deals with the full attention of the opposing team’s best defender every night, so this is nothing new.       Evan Mobley recorded a double-double on Tuesday with 17 points (8-of-12 FGs), 13 rebounds, three assists and one block in Game 1 against Boston.

      Advice: Mobley didn’t have a great series offensively against the Magic, but he was able to tie his highest-scoring game from the first round on Tuesday. Most of that came in the second half, as he scored 15 of his 19 after the break, including 10 points in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, his efforts weren’t enough to close the gap in the scoreboard. Mobley will continue to start at center until Jarrett Allen (ribs) returns to the lineup, and while he has shown flashes this postseason, the overall result of Mobley as the only big has been underwhelming.
