    • Darius Garland records 21/6/5/2 line in Game 6
      Darius Garland shot 10-of-16 from the field in Friday’s 103-96 loss to the Magic, tallying 21 points, six rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer in 43 minutes.

      Advice: Garland surpassed the 20-point mark for a second consecutive game, again shooting above 50% from the field. However, it’s difficult to win when players not named Garland or Donovan Mitchell combine to score 25 points. Max Strus was the only other Cavalier in double figures, and he scored 10 points while also tallying eight rebounds, one assist, one steal, and two 3-pointers in 39 minutes.     • Clutch in Game 5 win
      Mobley accumulated 14 points (7-11 FG, 0-2 FT), 13 rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals in 39 minutes during Tuesday's 104-103 victory over the Magic in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

      Advice: The Cavaliers were missing Jarrett Allen (ribs) for this game, so Mobley shifted to center and produced a masterclass on the defensive end. His emphatic block on Franz Wagner's game-tying layup attempt at the end of regulation secured the win for Cleveland, giving the Cavaliers a 3-2 series lead. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 8:12 am

      Darius Garland lit up the Magic with 23 points (9-of-16 FGs), five rebounds, five assists and three triples on Tuesday.

      Advice: Garland got off to a scorching hot start in this game and scored 17 points in the first quarter to help the Cavs jump out to a 33-23 lead. Unfortunately, he didn’t do much scoring after that. This has been a poor series for Garland, so it was encouraging to see him get off to a strong start, and he ended up having his highest-scoring game of the series.     • Evan Mobley comes away with game-saving block
      Evan Mobley posted a full line on Tuesday with 14 points (7-of-11 FGs), 13 rebounds, four assists, two steals and two blocks against Orlando in Game 5.

      Advice: With Jarrett Allen sidelined with a rib contusion, Evan Mobley was the primary center for this game. He has had a solid series, but Allen has been more dominant down low. However, this was a golden opportunity for Mobley to shine, and he ended up securing the win by blocking a layup attempt from Franz Wagner with just a few seconds left. He posted a full stat line and made numerous plays down the stretch that resulted in the win. It’s unclear if Allen will be back for Game 6 on Friday, but if he remains out, the Cavs should be confident with Mobley at center. Rotoworld Tuesday, 8:02 pm
       
    • Strong fourth quarter not enough
      Reaves closed Monday's 108-106 loss to the Nuggets in Game 5 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs with 19 points (6-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-8 FT), three rebounds, four assists, two blocks and three steals over 34 minutes.

      Advice: Reaves scored nine of his 19 points in the fourth quarter, but it wasn't enough as the Lakers were bounced from the playoffs on another game-winning shot by Jamal Murray. After a slow start to the opening-round series, Reaves averaged 20.7 points, 4.3 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 2.3 steals in 35.0 minutes over the final three matchups, but Los Angeles won only one of those contests. The third-year wing appeared in all 82 regular-season games and averaged 15.9 points, 5.5 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 0.8 steals in 32.1 minutes -- all career highs.       Advice: Jokic dominated on the boards and fell just one assist shy of a triple-double in Monday's series-clinching win. He continues to show why he's one of the most valuable big men in the league, as he averaged 28.2 points, 16.2 rebounds, 9.8 assists and 1.2 steals over five games in the opening round.     • Austin Reaves posts 19/3/4/3/2 line in Game 5 loss
      Austin Reaves provided a scoring boost on Monday with 19 points (6-of-11 FGs), three rebounds, four assists, three steals, two blocks and one triple against Denver.

      Advice: Reaves came alive in the fourth quarter and had nine points over the final six minutes of the game as the Lakers traded leads with the Nuggets. It didn’t end up being enough to keep their season alive, but Reaves was still able to turn in a solid stat line. This was year one of a four year deal that has been a bargain for the Lakers. That flexibility should allow the Lakers to reload this summer, with Reaves being one of the only players outside of LeBron James and Anthony Davis that should be a safe bet to be wearing purple and gold again next season.     • Michael Porter Jr. turns in 26/4/1/2 line Monday
      Michael Porter Jr. lit up the Lakers with 26 points (8-of-12 FGs), four rebounds, one assist, two steals and five triples on Monday.

      Advice: MPJ had a spectacular series, which included him scoring at least 20 points in the final four games after scoring 19 in Game 1. However, what shouldn’t go unnoticed is that he logged 46 minutes in this game to help close out the series. He’s just two years removed from only playing nine games, and he has now played 86 games this season with only one absence. Porter Jr. has been fantastic, and they’ll need him to stay hot in their second round matchup with the Timberwolves if they hope to repeat as champions. Rotoworld Monday, 9:41 pm

      Nikola Jokic stuffed the stat sheet on Monday with 25 points (12-of-21 FGs), 20 rebounds, nine assists, one triple and seven turnovers in Game 5 against the Lakers.

      Advice: For the second time this series, Jokic fell one assist shy of recording a triple-double. This time, he was one assist away from his second 20/20/10 triple-double of the series. He was unreal throughout their five games against the Lakers, averaging 28.2 points, 16.2 rebounds, 9.8 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.2 triples while shooting 59.1% from the floor and 92.6% from the line. They’ll move on to face the Timberwolves in the second round, which will be another tough matchup down low. However, that won’t prevent Jokic from putting up big numbers. Rotoworld Monday, 9:36 pm
