Russell Westbrook shot 2-of-7 from the field and 2-of-3 from the foul line in Friday’s loss to the Mavericks, scoring six points with one rebound, one assist, and one steal in nine minutes.

Advice: In what could be his final game as a Clipper, Westbrook offered little value in Game 6. Tyronn Lue needed more scoring, especially with P.J. Tucker starting, which led to Los Angeles effectively going with a six-man rotation. Westbrook entered the season with a Yahoo ADP of 109.3, a generous placement for a veteran point guard whose role would be limited. Give Russ credit for willingly taking a step back after the Clippers added James Harden, but his days as a consistently relevant fantasy option may have ended. Bam Adebayo played 36 minutes in Wednesday’s loss to the Celtics, accounting for 23 points (10-of-26 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, six assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer.

Advice: For the second straight game, Adebayo hit a 3-pointer. As was the case in Game 4, it did not matter, as the Heat were eliminated from the playoffs in blowout fashion. Bam led the team in points and assists but was inefficient as a scorer. Given how shorthanded Miami was, they needed a near-perfect game from the available players to have a shot. That didn’t happen, so attention now turns to the offseason. Adebayo entered the season with a Yahoo ADP of 32.7, and while the availability was there (70 games played), the production dipped slightly. The three-time All-Star averaged one point less per game compared to the 2022-23 campaign, and Bam also experienced decreases in field goal and free throw percentages. While he finished this season ranked outside the top 50, Adebayo will remain a safe 3rd-round pick in standard league drafts in the fall. Rotoworld Wednesday, 6:56 pm

Bam Adebayo led Miami with 25 points (11-of-22 FGs), 17 rebounds, five assists and one triple in a 102-88 loss to Boston in Game 4 on Monday.

Advice: Bam had an excellent game, but it didn’t end up being enough for the Heat to defend their home court and tie the series up. Adebayo has had an impressive series, averaging 22.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. However, without Jimmy Butler and Terry Rozier, they haven’t been able to put up much of a fight, aside from their Game 2 upset win in Boston. Expect another big game from Bam in Game 5, but it probably won’t make much of a difference in this series. The Heat simply haven’t been healthy enough to truly compete against a loaded Celtics team. Devin Booker amassed a game-high 49 points in Sunday’s loss to the Timberwolves, adding five rebounds, six assists, two steals, a blocked shot and three triples across 45 minutes.

Advice: Booker was an efficient 13-of-21 from the floor and converted a ridiculous 20 of his 21 free throw attempts. Booker became just the 13th player in NBA history to hit at least 20 free throws in a playoff game, and Sunday’s performance was the first of its kind since Dirk Nowitzki hit 24 from the charity stripe back in 2011. Booker added an eighth 40-point playoff game to his resume, extending his own franchise record, but the scoring binge wasn’t enough to stave off elimination as most of the team struggled. Booker and Kevin Durant combined for 82 of Phoenix’s 116 points, and no other player had more than nine. He and the Suns will have some intense soul searching to do over the summer after such a quick playoff exit. Rotoworld Apr 28, 9:48 pm
