Jaime Jaquez Jr. chips in 15/5/2/1 line vs. 76ers
Jaime Jaquez Jr. provided a boost off the bench with 15 points (6-of-11 FGs), five rebounds, two assists, one steal and two triples against the 76ers on Wednesday.
Advice: Miami drafted Jaquez with the idea that he would be able to help them in the postseason, since he is an older rookie. He showed that he was NBA-ready throughout the regular season, so it shouldn’t be shocking that he stepped up in their first game of the postseason. In 22 minutes off the bench, he was able to contribute statistically across the board and finish as a +8 in a game they lost. He should continue to play a large reserve role for them on Friday as they try to make it into the playoffs.
