      Kevin Durant finished with 33 points, nine rebounds, five assists, four blocks and two triples across 46 minutes in Sunday’s 122-116 loss to Minnesota.

      Advice: Phoenix’s season came to a miserable end on Sunday night, but it wasn’t for lack of trying on Durant’s part. He did it all in this one, scoring at will, pulling down rebounds, facilitating teammates and swatting shots on defense. Unfortunately, Minnesota’s team was much better as a whole, getting needed contributions from multiple players. The Suns got strong efforts from Durant and Devin Booker (combined 82 points, 14 rebounds, 11 assists), but the rest of the starting five and the notoriously short bench came up short.       Advice: Brunson put on a show Sunday to help New York take a commanding 3-1 lead against Philadelphia, leading all players in the contest in scoring and assists while setting a playoff career high in scoring and the most points scored by a Knicks players in a playoff game.       Jalen Brunson shot 18-of-34 from the field and 9-of-11 from the foul line in Sunday’s 97-92 win over the 76ers, accumulating 47 points, four rebounds, 10 assists, one block, and two 3-pointers in 43 minutes.

      Advice: Brunson had a game for the ages on Sunday, leading the Knicks to a win that gave them a 3-1 series lead. Not only did he establish a new playoff career-high with 47 points, but this was also a Knicks franchise record (Bernard King held the record at 46). Another piece of history for Brunson: he became the first player in Knicks playoff history to drop a line of at least 40 points and 10 assists. There was an injury scare at the end of the third quarter, as Brunson appeared to tweak his right knee, but the All-Star guard returned after spending a few minutes in the locker room.       Advice: Giddey put together his best performance of the postseason, helping guide the Thunder to a comfortable victory. He was one of three Oklahoma City players to score at least 20 points, a feat achieved by no one for the Pelicans. Now leading the series 3-0, the Thunder will look to end things in Game 4 on Monday.       Advice: Giddey played better in Game 2 than he did in Game 1, and he was even better in this one. He produced a solid stat line, and he was a threat from beyond the arc, which has been a weakness for the team. If Giddey can consistently knock down open shots, they’ll be a difficult team to slow down during this postseason. It is unlikely that he will continue to be this productive as a scorer, but he was an important piece in their big win on Saturday.       Advice: Durant bounced back from a subpar showing, at least by his lofty standards, in Game 2, and he had a strong showing in Game 3, but once again, his contributions were not enough to lift the Suns to victory as Phoenix fell into an 0-3 series deficit. Durant will need to be at his best if the Suns want to avoid the sweep in Game 4 on Sunday. He's averaging 24.7 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game in the series.
