    • Woj: 'Strong belief' Jennings tore Achilles
There is a "strong belief" within the Pistons that Brandon Jennings tore his left Achilles on Saturday, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.

Advice: Sadly, all signs support this claim. Jennings was in agonizing pain at the time of the injury and couldn't put any weight on his leg. Those who have torn their Achilles before have mentioned it felt like being drilled with a baseball in their lower leg, which seemed to be the case for Jennings. The Pistons will conduct an MRI to confirm the damage, but fantasy owners in all re-draft leagues should consider Jennings out for the season. D.J. Augustin is expected to start and is worth owning in all standard leagues. Spencer Dinwiddie will also get more run. Rotoworld.com

    • John Wall scores 25 points vs. Blazers
John Wall scored a team-high 25 points against the Blazers during a 103-96 loss on Saturday, adding four rebounds, nine assists and one steal.

Advice: It's his first 20-point game in his last five tries and it was also the first time he was above 50 percent from the field in that span, too. Wall's offensive numbers are going down a bit due to a drop in efficiency and usage rate, but he's still leading the NBA in assists per game with over two steals per game. He's a stud. Rotoworld.com

    • Dante Exum suddenly good from 3-point range
Dante Exum made 5-of-7 from the field for 13 points during a 108-73 win over the Nets on Saturday with four rebounds, four assists and four 3-pointers in 29 minutes.

Advice: He is inexplicably a knock-down shooter in the starting lineup. In his last two games as the starter, Exum averaged 14.0 points, 2.0 boards, 4.5 assists and 4.0 triples on 52.6 percent from the field. That's good for a 73.7 effective field goal percentage, which is actually higher than Kyle Korver this season. Exum's shot is a little funky and he was not effective from deep before this hot streak. He still doesn't have a tremendous game for fantasy, but go ahead and give him a look to see if he can keep his 19-year-old Aussie magic going. Rotoworld.com

    • Sixth man Trey Burke plays great again
Trey Burke was terrific off the bench against the Nets on Saturday, scoring 19 points with two rebounds, three assists, one steal, four 3-pointers and no turnovers on 7-of-13 from the field.

Advice: He's certainly embraced his sixth-man role and played 26 minutes. The most important thing is minutes for a player's stat output and the early indication is Burke's efficiency and usage have gone up. His body of work suggests he's not going to be this good, but feel free to give him a look to see if he can kept going. Rotoworld.com

    • Jarrett Jack is a lone bright spot vs. Jazz
Jarrett Jack scored 16 points with four rebounds, seven assists, two steals and one 3-pointer against the Jazz during a 108-73 loss on Saturday.

Advice: Deron Williams (ribs) could be back at some point, but Jack is just playing too well for his owners to make a proactive cut. He is worth owning in all standard leagues even though there's a chance he's traded for a draft pick. Rotoworld.com

    • O.J. Mayo continues hot streak, scores 20
O.J. Mayo kept it going against the Pistons on Saturday with 20 points, three rebounds, three assists, two steals and four 3-pointers on 8-of-14 from the field.

Advice: He's been in a bizarro world lately. O.J. Miracle Whip? Kidding aside, Mayo has a Kyle Korver like 70.8 effective field goal percentage in his last six games, averaging 15.2 points, 2.5 boards, 2.5 assists, 0.8 steals, 0.5 blocks and 2.5 treys. This is probably the hottest he'll be, but he's been too good to ignore. If you need scoring, give him a long look. Rotoworld.com

Marcus Smart (personal) will not play against the Warriors on Sunday due to a death in his family.

Advice: He will rejoin the team in Utah for Monday's game. With Smart out, Evan Turner will play most of his minutes at point guard, so that should open up more run for Jae Crowder. Phil Pressey will also get a few more minutes of action. Rotoworld.com

    • SVG: Jennings out for foreseeable future
Coach Stan Van Gundy said Brandon Jennings' foot injury "doesn't look good" and he will be out for the foreseeable future.

Advice: The Pistons will give him an MRI in the coming days to confirm the diagnosis. Looking at the circumstantial evidence, Jennings is likely out for the season with an Achilles tear. To be clear, that is still just an educated guess and it has not been confirmed. D.J. Augustin is going to pick up around 10 minutes per game and should be owned in all standard leagues. Spencer Dinwiddie will also play more. Hopefully, we're wrong on Jennings. Rotoworld.com

    • Brandon Jennings leaves game with leg injury
Brandon Jennings suffered a left leg injury and went to the locker room on Saturday.

Advice: It did not look good at all and his teammates were very discouraged. Jennings had to be taken to the locker room in a wheelchair, so it could be a severe ankle injury or an Achilles issue. If you're looking to add a point guard, D.J. Augustin is a very strong speculative add right now. Spencer Dinwiddie will also get in the rotation. Jennings finished with 16 points, two rebounds, four assists, one steal and one 3-pointer. • Kemba Walker (knee soreness) out Saturday
Kemba Walker (left knee cyst) will miss Saturday's game against the Knicks due to knee soreness.

Advice: With tonight off, he'll have four days to recover. Walker had a really bad game against the Cavs on Friday, so it makes sense to sit him down. It'll be Brian Robert logging minutes as the starter in a favorable matchup. We can also expect to see Lance Stephenson run the offense a little more tonight. Gary Neal will also play some minutes at backup point guard. Rotoworld.com

    • George Hill has soreness, expects to play
George Hill is experiencing some soreness from Friday, but is expected to play against the Magic on Sunday.

Advice: The severity of the soreness is not known, but this certainly isn't good news. Hill has dealt with his groin strain for basically three years and he's already aggravated it once. He'll likely be on a minutes limit again on Sunday and is more of a stash. Donald Sloan may still see a few more minutes. Rotoworld.com

Ty Lawson (personal) will play against the Wizards on Sunday.

Advice: After missing Friday due to an arrest earlier in the day, he'll likely be back in his former role. Lawson apologized to his teammates and has already spoken with coach Brian Shaw. • Dante Exum to draw another start vs. Nets
Dante Exum will draw his second straight start over Trey Burke for Saturday's game vs. the Nets.

Advice: Exum scored a career-high 15 points in a start on Thursday, and it looks like he has a real chance to replace Trey Burke for good. Coach Quin Snyder did say that his lineup wasn't set in stone, so this will definitely be a situation worth monitoring going forward. Burke's value will continue to trend down as long as he comes off the bench and his owners should be concerned. Rotoworld.com

    • Jose Calderon (knee) is out vs. Charlotte
Jose Calderon (knee) will not play vs. Charlotte on Saturday.

Advice: He didn't even make the trip to Charlotte which suggests he could be looking at additional time on the sidelines, so we will be sure to monitor that situation closely. Shane Larkin will likely draw the start and is worth a look in deeper leagues for short-term value, while promising rookie Langston Galloway should see a bump in production with this news and is worth a long look. • Jose Calderon (knee) is unsure for Saturday
Jose Calderon (knee) is unsure if he will be able to play vs. Charlotte on Saturday.

Advice: He suffered a contusion during the third quarter of Friday's game and was unable to return, and also wasn't able to put any weight on his left leg after it happened. X-rays were negative, but it sounds like Calderon is much closer to doubtful for this contest. If he does end up missing time, Shane Larkin would likely draw the start and would be a decent plug-and-play option in daily leagues, while Langston Galloway would have even more opportunity to build on his momentum. We will continue to provide updates as needed. Rotoworld.com

    • Deron Williams out as expected on Saturday
Deron Williams (ribs) is out as expected on Saturday against the Jazz.

Advice: After getting in some work on the practice floor this week, there is reportedly a chance that D-Will could return for Monday's home game against Portland, but owners shouldn't hold their breath. We should know more about his status by the end of the weekend, so owners should check back for updates. Jarrett Jack will continue to run the show for Brooklyn in Williams' absence. Rotoworld.com

    • Jeremy Lin has uncertain role moving forward
Coach Byron Scott downplayed the DNP-CD that Jeremy Lin picked up on Friday.

Advice: "He just has to keep doing the things he was doing when he was playing," Scott said of Lin. "It’s not like I’m not going to play him again. It’s more of a case of changing the lineup." Coach Scott opted to give rookie Jordan Clarkson the start on Friday, and then decided to go with Ronnie Price as his backup. The point guard situation is dicey at best in Los Angeles, and while it's probably better for fantasy owners to avoid this conundrum, owners of Lin should have already started entertaining the idea of moving on. • Nate Robinson prefers to go to Clippers
Nate Robinson is currently working out in Seattle in an effort to stay prepared to play, and it is said that the Clippers is his preferred choice.

Advice: The Clippers did just bring in Austin Rivers, so it wouldn't be a bad idea for the Clippers to at least consider Robinson. However, he has struggled with injuries in his past two seasons and it's highly doubtful that he will be able to play more than a limited role wherever he lands. Feel free to leave him on the wire. Will Bynum has been drawing interest from the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Advice: Bynum's play with the Guandong Southern Tigers has drawn the attention of several NBA teams, but the Cavaliers are adamant on adding a backup point guard and it appears that he is near the top of their list. Regardless, if Bynum did end up in Cleveland he would likely have a very limited role behind Kyrie Irving so there is no need to consider an add in almost any league. Rotoworld.com

    • Rajon Rondo not upset with coach Carlisle
Rajon Rondo stressed that he wasn't upset with coach Carlisle's decision to bench him during the fourth quarter of Friday's loss to the Bulls.

Advice: "Coach made a decision. It's as simple as that," said Rondo. "I've been in this game a long time. It's not like it's the end of the world. I like what Coach Carlisle has done for me this year. I don't have any regrets." Rondo has averaged 10.1 points, 7.1 assists and 5.1 rebounds in 16 games since being traded to the Mavs, and it's clear that his value is trending down. However, he is playing for a new contract and he still has time to turn things around. Rotoworld.com

    • Bradley scores 18 points with four threes
Avery Bradley scored 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting (including four threes) with six rebounds and one assist in Friday's win.

Marcus Smart played just 14 minutes off the bench on Friday, scoring four points on 1-of-2 (including a three) with three assists and five fouls.

Advice: Smart's fouls were an issue and Brad Stevens is a bit of a card with rotations, but it would be surprising if Smart isn't running the show after the All Star break, or at least logging starter's minutes. He's a solid stash until further notice. Rotoworld.com

Tony Parker scored 17 points in 23 minutes on Friday against the Lakers, hitting 7-of-14 shots (including a three) with one rebound and four assists.

Jeremy Lin was a healthy DNP-CD on Friday against the Spurs.

Advice: Lin and Bryon Scott haven't been on the same page at all this season and this is a hard pill for owners to swallow. • Rondo benched down the stretch vs. Bulls
Rajon Rondo was benched during the fourth quarter of the Mavs' 102-98 loss to the Bulls on Friday, finishing with six points on 3-of-9 shooting, two rebounds, four assists and a steal in 27 minutes.

Advice: Rondo was benched earlier in the year under the premise of Achilles' pain and it's starting to look to some like it's a basic offensive issue. Teams are packing it in against Rondo and Rick Carlisle decided to go with Devin Harris instead. Rondo is also struggling in fantasy leagues, so consider moving him to your bench in 8-cat leagues. Rondo is radioactive in 9-cat leagues unless you're punting turnovers, but some added production might sneak him into late-round value in those formats. Rotoworld.com

Monta Ellis got back on track with 17 points on 7-of-18 shooting, two rebounds, four assists and five steals in Friday's loss to the Bulls.

Tyson Chandler joined him on the right side of the stat sheet with 10 and 12 with a steal and five blocks, and Dirk Nowitzki continued to heat up with 24 and seven with two threes and a block. Mario Chalmers scored nine points on 3-of-7 shooting with three rebounds, two assists and two steals over 30 minutes on Friday against the Pacers.

George Hill (groin) returned to action in Friday's loss to the Heat, scoring 13 points on 5-of-10 shooting (no threes) with zero rebounds, two assists and one steal in 20 minutes.

Advice: This is pretty much on par with what we expected and he should not be floating around any waiver wires. As long as he is healthy he'll be a major part of the Pacers' attack and has mid-round upside. Rotoworld.com

C.J. Watson scored 13 points on 3-of-6 shooting (2-of-3 3PTs, 5-of-6 FTs) with four rebounds, two assists and one steal over 27 minutes on Friday.

Advice: George Hill (groin) returned and played 20 minutes and him getting up to full speed was likely going to take all of the appeal away from Watson. But now C.J. Miles is hurt again and owners in 12-14 team leagues that are desperate may want to give Watson a look. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He's coming off a 33-point game from Wednesday and is on a non-Klay tear right now. Kemba Walker struggled for the second straight game during a pathetic 129-90 loss to the Cavs on Friday, making 3-of-14 from the field for eight points with four assists, two steals and one 3-pointer.

Advice: He made just 3-of-14 from the field tonight after making just 2-of-9 on Wednesday. Walker was thriving while the Hornets had their big guns on the sidelines, but his efficiency went way up along with the usage rate. He had most of his success off the dribble, which is a bit more of an isolated stat based on who he's playing next too. He'll bounce back soon. Rotoworld.com

He looked to have banged knees with Elfrid Payton and couldn't put any weight on his left leg on his way to the locker room. Ty Lawson was reportedly arrested for a DUI at 1:20 in the morning on Friday, according to Denver radio host Darren McKee.

Deron Williams (ribs) has been ruled out until at least Monday's home game, but he was able to participate in an on-court workout Thursday.

Advice: Williams has fractured rib cartilage but he moved with ease on Thursday, "even doing a little bit of quick post-ups with minimal contact." Smart does have 2.0 steals and 0.8 turnovers per game in his last four while he's been able to play at least 27 minutes for each of his last seven games since the Jeff Green deal. Jarrett Jack didn't have it on Thursday during a 123-84 loss to the Clippers, making 3-of-11 from the field for seven points with one rebound, three assists, three steals and one 3-pointer in 27 minutes.

Advice: He didn't play in the fourth quarter with the Nets already down 40 points. Jack is logging major minutes and was at 40.0 per game in his previous two, so he's a must-start player right now due to his output in points, assists, steals and treys. Rotoworld.com

    • Trey Burke bumped to the bench
Trey Burke was bumped to the bench against the Bucks on Thursday, playing 24 minutes for 10 points with two rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers.

Advice: Meanwhile, Dante Exum played the game of his life on offense. Burke may have been moved to the bench to help out the second unit with Derrick Favors out, but there's a chance that he stays there. Burke was hot to start 2015, but he's cooled off and has only been a late-round guy in the past two weeks. He's not someone fantasy owners should have confidence in right now and is not a must-own player in standard formats. Rotoworld.com

Dante Exum moved into the starting lineup and scored a career-high 15 points against the Bucks on Thursday with five assists and a career-high five 3-pointers in 35 minutes.

Advice: He's a career 30.1 percent shooter from deep, so this was a major shock to see him make more than three treys for the first time in his career. Exum also ran the point even when he played next to Trey Burke tonight and matched his career high in dimes (this is his seventh five-dime game this season). His minutes are clearly climbing and he's on the radar in deeper leagues. The steals aren't there and he's likely going to shoot around 40 percent from the field this season, so he's not a great add in standard leagues yet. Rotoworld.com

Over his last five, Mayo averaged 14.2 points, 2.4 boards, 2.4 assists, 0.6 steals and 2.2 treys on 58.7 percent from the field. Tony Parker played just 21 minutes against the Bulls on Thursday with nine points, one rebound, one steal and one 3-pointer.

Advice: Coach Gregg Popovich continues to check on Parker to make sure his hamstring is fine, but garbage time is the only reason why Parker's minutes were low tonight. He'll get one of the friendliest matchups against the Lakers on Friday, but his owners will still want to make sure he doesn't rest on the second half of a back-to-back set. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Burke's owners shouldn't panic just yet, as there is no indication that this will be a permanent move. We will continue to follow this story closely, and we will let you know how he fares after the game. Rotoworld.com

    • Dante Exum starting over Trey Burke Thursday
Dante Exum will start over Trey Burke on Thursday against the Bucks.

Advice: Wow. Coach Quin Snyder said that he is making the switch in order to bolster the second unit, but this definitely comes out of nowhere. Exum has simply been too bad to rely on in most leagues, so we wouldn't recommend an add outside of deeper leagues for now. Burke's owners should be patient and see how things play out in Utah. • George Hill (groin) now questionable Friday
George Hill (groin) has been upgraded to questionable for Friday's game vs. the Heat.

Advice: He has been sidelined since Dec. 31, so this is welcome news for his owners. Hill's return would likely send C.J. Watson back to the bench, ruining his already limited value. Donald Sloan would also likely fall out of the rotation completely, so owners in deep leagues should have another plan ready. If Hill is somehow available in your league, he is more than worth a look. Rotoworld.com

    • Marcus Smart being groomed for leading role
Celtics management is hoping that Marcus Smart can grow into a leadership role for the team.

Advice: After trading Rajon Rondo, the Celtics have been slowly developing Smart to be more of a leader. "He’s doing a good job of playing well, of handling success and adversity. Those are all precursors to being a leader," said Stevens. "When you’re a young person you have to earn that kind of respect with your approach. It’s not even your play, it’s your approach." Smart is averaging 8.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.8 three-points over his last give games and is worth a flier in standard leagues as his playing times continues to increase. • Will Bynum drawing interest from NBA teams
Will Bynum has been drawing interest from NBA teams, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.

Advice: The Guandong Southern Tigers of China have won 22 consecutive games since Bynum debuted with the team and the NBA has taken notice. The 32-year-old will likely hook on with an NBA team after his season ends in China, but that may not be until late-February after the Chinese playoffs end. Bynum would help solidify someone's bench depth, but he won't have any fantasy value if he does indeed return to the NBA. Rotoworld.com

    • Jarrett Jack has another nice effort in win
Jarrett Jack had a productive game in a 103-100 win at Sacramento on Wednesday with 16 points, four rebounds, eight assists, two steals and one 3-pointer in 39 minutes.

Advice: Deron Williams (ribs) is going to miss at least the next three games and there's a decent chance we don't see him this month. Even once he does return. Jack's minutes should be safe in the 20s and he'll likely start, as well. He should be owned everywhere. Rotoworld.com

Isaiah Thomas scored a season-high 27 points on 11-of-16 shooting and added three 3-pointers, three rebounds and four assists in 28 minutes off the bench on Wednesday.

Advice: He's scored 20 or more in three of his last five games and it's time to pick him up if he was dropped in your league. And while it wasn't a factor tonight, you can expect either Eric Bledsoe or Goran Dragic to take a hit if IT2 stays this hot going forward. Rotoworld.com

Eric Bledsoe hit 11-of-22 shots, a 3-pointer and 10-of-15 free throws for a career-high 33 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and three steals in 34 minutes in Wednesday's win over the Blazers.

Advice: That's a season high in points for Bledsoe, who has increased his scoring in each of his last five games. Isaiah Thomas came off the bench for 27 points and three 3-pointers in 28 minutes, while starter Goran Dragic added 16 points, four assists and two 3-pointers in 33 minutes. Thomas is coming on again, so it wouldn't be surprising to suddenly see Dragic or Bledsoe start to struggle a bit, but that was not the case tonight. Rotoworld.com

John Wall handed out 13 assists against the Thunder during an 105-103 overtime loss on Wednesday, adding 18 points with six rebounds, four steals and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He moved into sole possession of assists per game and he's done a great job of passing. However, the scoring has fallen off since Bradley Beal has played big minutes. Since Beal played more than 35 minutes in his first game this season on Dec. 3, Wall has scored just 16.2 points with a usage rate of 23.8 and an effective field goal percentage of 51.2. Before that, Wall had a 26.8 usage, a 45.8 eFG% and 18.1 points per game. Regardless, he's a fantasy stud. Rotoworld.com

Jeremy Lin came off the bench on Wednesday and hit 2-of-4 shots and a 3-pointer for seven points, three assists, four steals and a block in 21 minutes.

Advice: Ronnie Price did nothing in the start and his return from a broken nose doesn't mean anything but less minutes and stats for Lin. Lin had 10 points and 10 dimes on Monday, but it will be tough for him to succeed as long as he's coming off the bench behind Price. Rotoworld.com

    • Jose Calderon scores 15 points vs. Philly
Jose Calderon played well against the 76ers on Wednesday with 15 points, five rebounds, seven assists and three 3-pointers in 31 minutes.

Advice: This was a long overdue for Calderon. In his previous 10 games, he managed to make just 33.0 percent from the field for averages of 7.7 points, 2.8 boards and 3.8 assists. Calderon is usually a nine-category stud, so there's certainly a chance he can keep the ball rolling against the Magic on Friday. He's worth owning in all standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

Trey Burke was invisible on Wednesday, hitting just 1-of-10 shots and finishing with two points, two rebounds, two assists and two steals in 19 minutes.

    • Kemba Walker struggles with shot in return
Kemba Walker returned from a knee injury on Wednesday but hit just 4-of-17 shots and 2-of-9 3-pointers in a tough win over the Heat.

Advice: Walker finished with 15 points, two rebounds and just one assist after missing two games, but the good news is he played 34 minutes and made some clutch free throws down the stretched that helped secure a close win. As long as he didn't suffer a setback, he should be good to go, while the Hornets have now quietly won eight of their last nine games. Rotoworld.com

Brandon Jennings handed out a career-high 21 assists during the Pistons' win vs. Orlando on Wednesday, while scoring 24 points and turning the ball over just twice in 33 minutes.

Advice: He's the first player to have 20+ points and 20+ assists in a game since Steve Nash did it in 2009, and only four players have done it since 2000 -- Jennings, Nash, Ramon Sessions and Jalen Rose. Jennings has been in a shooting slump lately but he's looked like a different player since Josh Smith's departure, flirting with top-20 value despite averaging a mere 28.1 minutes over the past month. • Kemba Walker (knee) will play vs. Heat
Kemba Walker (knee) will play against the Heat on Wednesday.

Advice: There is no word of any restrictions on Walker today, so he should be good to go. Brian Roberts will move back to the bench and likely get minutes in the teens. Kemba Walker (knee) is a game-time decision to face the Heat on Wednesday.

Advice: He is going to go through warmups to make sure he feels ready to go. Walker missed the last two games with a cyst on his knee and he's more than likely to play, which would push Brian Roberts to a bench role. Advice: He is averaging 19.2 points, 5.4 assists, 3.9 boards, 1.6 3-pointers and 1.4 steals on the season, so his owners will be thrilled to have him back after a two-game absence. George Hill (groin) will miss Wednesday's game against the Hawks.

Advice: This will be his 11th straight game on the sidelines, and he has only been able to play in five games so far this season. Hill did return to practice on Tuesday suggesting that his return is getting closer, but there is no telling when we will see him in uniform again. C.J. Watson and Donald Sloan will continue to fill the void for the Pacers, but neither player is reliable enough to use in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Ty Lawson has four pts in 4th straight loss
Ty Lawson dished out eight assists vs. the Spurs but he scored only four points on 2-of-6 shooting, just his sixth game with single-digit points all season.

Advice: Lawson's career-high 10.0 dimes have been diminished in fantasy leagues by poor percentages (43.6 percent FGs, 72.5 percent FTs), but that hasn't prevented him from posting top-50 value in 8-cat leagues. He's played at least 30 minutes in every game since Dec. 1, and his 37.2 minutes per game rank fourth in the NBA behind LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Jimmy Butler. Rotoworld.com

The Spurs used balanced scoring to escape with a road win in Denver on Tuesday, led by Tony Parker's 18 points on 8-of-16 shooting, four rebounds, seven assists and one turnover in 32 minutes.

Advice: Eleven different Spurs scored tonight, with six players cracking double-digits. San Antonio is fourth in bench scoring (40.8 points per game) and Gregg Popovich isn't afraid to lean on his reserves when appropriate, which leads to some unpredictable performances up and down the roster. Parker was coming off a four-point game after Sunday's blowout so hopefully he can carry this momentum into Thursday's showdown vs. the Bulls. Rotoworld.com

    • Mario Chalmers quiet in 28 minutes vs Thunder
Mario Chalmers struggled in 28 minutes on Tuesday, finishing a loss to the Thunder with six points, one rebound, three assists and four turnovers.

Advice: Chalmers had a golden opportunity with Dwyane Wade out over the past two games, but he sputtered out with averages of 7.0 points on 27.8 percent shooting, 3.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.0 steals. His fantasy value has been dragged down by the heavy anchor of sub-40 percent shooting, and he belongs on fantasy benches until he heats up. Rotoworld.com

George Hill (groin) was a full participant during Tuesday's practice, but his status for Wednesday's game vs. the Hawks has not yet been determined.

Advice: We'll get another update on Hill following Wednesday's shootaround, but his return to practice can be viewed as a positive sign. If he is able to go, C.J. Watson would likely head back to the bench and his already limited value would take a hit. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

Deron Williams (fractured rib cartilage) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Kings.

Advice: Updated a previous item, Williams will still travel with the Nets on their three-game road trip despite this news. The Nets visit the Clippers and Jazz on Thursday and Saturday, so it's possible we still see D-Will return during the road trip. Advice: Lin had the backcourt to himself with Kobe Bryant and Ronnie Price out, and this would be the reason why patient owners have held Lin this season. O.J. Mayo scored 13 points on 4-of-8 shooting (including a three) with four rebounds and three assists in 24 minutes on Monday.

Advice: Mayo has been producing lately with averages over his last six games of 13.0 points, 2.2 threes, 2.5 boards, 2.8 assists and unsustainable levels of shooting the ball. When the shooting cools off the bottom could (and should) fall through, and he's still only a deep league asset until he can produce without the fluky 54.7 percent shooting from the field. Donald Sloan scored 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting with one rebound, six assists, one steal and one three in 24 minutes off the bench in Monday's lopsided loss.

Monta Ellis ran the offense against the Grizzlies during an impressive 103-95 win at Memphis on Monday, scoring 25 points with two rebounds, seven assists, one steal and three 3-pointers.

Advice: Ellis is playing through some elbow soreness, but it didn't affect his playing time or his usage rate with a 9-of-18 from the field and five-turnover line -- good for a 29.4 usage rate. Ellis' numbers haven't fallen off since the acquisition of Rajon Rondo due to his tremendous rapport on pick-and-roll plays. He is as durable as they come and is a top-10 fantasy shooting guard. In his last five, Bradley averaged just 10.8 points, 2.2 boards, 1.8 assists, 0.6 steals and 1.6 triples on 36.5 percent from the field. Advice: Wall's scoring has really fallen off in his last three, scoring just 11.7 points per game. He's also turning the ball over a little too often with at least three turnovers in each of his last nine games. There's a good chance this is his low point of the season. Rotoworld.com

Tony Parker scored only four points during Sunday's easy win vs. the Jazz, hitting 2-of-5 shots with one rebound, three assists, one steal and one turnover in 23 minutes.

Advice: Parker's offense wasn't needed tonight, as the Spurs built an early double-digit lead and never looked back, so Gregg Popovich took the opportunity to give him some extra rest. We will update Walker's status when we know more, but owners should have a backup plan ready. Advice: As good as Lawson has been this season, the Nuggets are fading in the Western Conference and it wouldn't be surprising to see them reduce Lawson's workload down the stretch. • Brandon Jennings slows down in a win
Brandon Jennings made just 3-of-9 from the field for 10 points during a 107-89 win over the 76ers on Saturday, adding one rebound, six assists, one steal and two 3-pointers.

Advice: The second half of back-to-back sets are not his thing. He made just 32.2 percent from the field in his previous eight games in that situation and he's also worse at home, so the splits monster got him again tonight. Jennings is still playing lights out and is a must-start guy. He's a sell-high player, though. Rotoworld.com

    • George Hill is expected to play on road trip
Coach Frank Vogel said that he expects George Hill (groin) to return to action during the upcoming road trip.

Advice: There is reportedly a small chance that we could see Hill play on Monday vs. Houston, but Wednesday vs. Atlanta is more likely. He has had some tough luck with injuries this season, but if he is floating around the waiver wire he is definitely worth a look in most leagues. C.J. Watson and Donald Sloan will continue to run the point for the Pacers until Hill eventually returns. Rotoworld.com

    • Kemba Walker (knee) is out vs. the Pacers
Kemba Walker (knee) will not play against the Pacers on Saturday.

Advice: He is reportedly dealing with soreness due to a cyst in his knee, but it is not thought to be serious. We should have more information on the injury soon, so owners will want to check back for further updates. Brian Roberts will start at point guard on Saturday, while Lance Stephenson and Gary Neal (hamstring) will also handle the ball off the bench for the Hornets. Rotoworld.com

    • George Hill (groin) out again on Saturday
George Hill (groin) will not play on Saturday against Charlotte as expected.

Advice: This will be his ninth straight game on the sidelines and even though he returned to practice on Thursday, there is no telling when he will be back in uniform. We should have another update on Hill soon, so owners should continue to remain patent for the time being. C.J. Watson will continue to run the point for Indiana while Donald Sloan will remain in the rotation as well. Rotoworld.com

    • Chalmers productive with Wade out
Mario Chalmers scored seven points on 3-of-9 shooting with four rebounds, four assists, one steal and one three in Friday's win over the Kings.

Advice: Chalmers couldn't get in on the fun like his frontcourt teammates but this is a serviceable line with Dwyane Wade out. He profiles as a strong second half player with the Heat having the potential to fall out of playoff contention, which would put their vets in a shutdown position. Rotoworld.com

    • Burke scores 20 points with four treys
Trey Burke hit four treys in Friday's win over the Lakers, hitting 7-of-19 shots for 20 points, three rebounds, four assists and one steal.

Advice: Burke is going to have a late-round floor and a hint of upside beyond that now that Alec Burks is out of the picture. Rotoworld.com

    • Lin can't get it done against the Jazz
Jeremy Lin couldn't get it done against the Jazz on Friday, scoring just six points on 3-of-10 shooting with two rebounds, three assists and two steals in 30 minutes.

Advice: Lin had all the point guard minutes to himself, Kobe was out, and he had a questionable defender in Trey Burke. He just doesn't look like the player he was in Houston and Byron Scott isn't exactly working miracles to help bust him out of his slump. Lin has low-end value in 12-team formats on the season, but he remains one of the more frustrating players to wait on this season. Rotoworld.com

    • Goran Dragic breathes fire on the Wolves
Goran Dragic scored a team-high 21 points against the Wolves during a 110-99 win on Friday with five rebounds, eight assists and one 3-pointer in 34 minutes.

Advice: The Dragon is breathing fire again. Over his last five, Dragic averaged 18.0 points, 2.8 boards, 4.8 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.6 steals on 56.3 percent from the field. His minutes are back up to around 35 and his fantasy owners should feel a little more comfortable about starting him. He won't be as great as last season, though. Rotoworld.com

    • Rondo limited by Achilles' injury on Friday
Rajon Rondo was limited by his Achilles' injury on Friday, scoring just two points on 1-of-6 shooting with nine rebounds, eight assists, one steal and five turnovers in 29 minutes.

Advice: It wasn't very clean but this isn't too far off from what owners should expect normally, and they can keep him in lineups unless news worsens. Monta Ellis moved things in the right direction after a terrible Wednesday with 14 points, four assists, a steal and a three in the Mavs' win. Rotoworld.com

    • Watson burns owners in 24 empty minutes
C.J. Watson burned owners in Friday's loss, missing all three field goal attempts to finish with zero points, one rebound, one assist and one steal in 24 minutes.

Advice: With George Hill nearing a return and inconsistent production throughout the year, this is basically enough reason to cut him in standard formats. If you're looking at him in a daily league until Hill returns, Watson has been a low-end value for 12-team formats in 27 mpg. Rotoworld.com

    • Jennings still on fire with 37 pts, 8 treys
Brandon Jennings was unstoppable in Friday's road win over the Pacers, scoring a season-high 37 points on 10-of-23 shooting (including eight threes) with two rebounds, three assists, two steals and 9-of-9 makes from the foul line.

Advice: Jennings is going to cool off but owners should probably treat him as an early round asset for trading purposes. He's a top-60 play on the season and a top 15-20 play over the last month. Rotoworld.com

    • John Wall scores 13 points
The Wizards had an awful showing at home against the Nets on Friday during a 102-80 loss with John Wall scoring a team-high 13 points, adding three rebounds, six assists, two steals and one 3-pointer.

Advice: The Wizards made just 42.5 percent from the field and turned the ball over 19 times. Wall was also not playing well on defense, which has been an improvement to his game. He scored 23.0 points per game in his previous two and should be in that neighborhood against the Nets on Saturday. Rotoworld.com

    • Jarrett Jack scores 26 points vs. Wizards
Jarrett Jack was on a roll against the Wizards on Friday with 26 points, six rebounds, seven assists, two steals, one block and one 3-pointer in 35 minutes.

Advice: So much for the Nets limiting him. Jack did a great job on both ends of the floor in Brooklyn's most impressive win in a long time. He has been terrific over his last five, averaging 13.6 points, 3.2 boards, 7.4 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.4 triples. There's a chance he will be traded, but he has to be in all lineups right now. • Jeremy Lin likely to get the start on Friday
Jeremy Lin is likely to start against the Jazz on Friday.

Advice: Ronnie Price and Kobe Bryant are out, so Lin is going to get a ton of minutes. Jordan Clarkson should also be used exclusively at point guard, so that will open up more minutes for Wayne Ellington too. If Lin was ever going to have a good game, it should be tonight. Rotoworld.com

    • Jarrett Jack unlikely to be dealt today
Jarrett Jack is unlikely to be traded on Friday.

Advice: That means if you were dialing up Darius Morris as a deep-league or daily play, you might want to reconsider. Jack's minutes will be held in check against the Wizards, especially because they wouldn't want to risk an injury. However, the lack of depth might require him to play at least in the mid 20s. • Kemba Walker dealing with a cyst in his knee
Updating a previous report, Kemba Walker missed Friday's practice with knee soreness due to a cyst and he is questionable for Saturday's game against the Pacers.

Advice: Walker has been dealing with this cyst since since high school, and it occasionally flares up and causes enough pain that he is forced to sit out. However, Walker said it is not a condition that will require surgery. To this point, Walker has not been forced to miss any games due to the cyst throughout his four-year career, so the injury seems relatively minor. However, if he's forced to sit on Saturday, there will be more opportunity for Brian Roberts, Lance Stephenson, and Gary Neal. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Rajon Rondo (Achilles) will start on Friday
Rajon Rondo (Achilles) will return to the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Nuggets, sending Raymond Felton back to the bench.

Advice: Rondo's return will kill the limited value of Raymond Felton, so those that made a speculative add can feel free to send Felton back to the wire. Owners looking to close the gap in the assist category in head-to-head leagues can go ahead and get Rondo active. Rotoworld.com

    • Rajon Rondo (Achilles) says he will play Fri.
Rajon Rondo (Achilles) said that will Friday vs. Denver.

Advice: Things aren't official just yet, but it's looking like Rondo has a good chance of suiting up for Friday's game. If he is able to go, Raymond Felton would head back to the bench and regain his status as a negligible fantasy option in all leagues. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Deron Williams (ribs) out Friday and Saturday
Deron Williams (ribs) has been ruled out for both Friday and Saturday's game against the Wizards.

Advice: Williams is making progress, but he is still experiencing pain, and he will be re-evaluated on Wednesday. He has not yet been able to do any physical activity, and he's uncertain when he'll be able to begin working out or playing, so there's a good chance he misses a large portion of the Nets' upcoming three-game road trip. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Jeremy Lin plays just 15 minutes
Jeremy Lin played 15 minutes against the Cavs on Thursday with nine points, two rebounds, three assists and one 3-pointer.

Advice: The Lakers did go with point-Mamba down the stretch, so that explains why his minutes were so low. Lin's overall output on the stat sheet is less while Kobe Bryant is playing, so he's going to be tough to count on in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Jarrett Jack rumored in deal to Charlotte
Jarrett Jack's name has popped up in a three-way trade rumor which would send him to Charlotte.

Advice: His fantasy value would be crippled behind Kemba Walker. If he is dealt, Darius Morris would be Deron Williams backup, so the Nets would certainly be making it clear they're entering the Atlantic Division tank race. Jack is still worth owning in all leagues until a deal is finalized. No deal is imminent. Rotoworld.com

    • O.J. Mayo scores 22 points vs. Knicks
O.J. Mayo scored a team-high 22 points against the Knicks on Thursday with one rebound and four 3-pointers.

Advice: He was 8-of-14 from the field for his highest scoring game since October. Mayo is turning the corner over his last four games, averaging 15.3 points, 2.5 boards, 2.8 assists, 0.8 steals and 30.0 triples on 59.0 percent from the field. Those are must-start numbers right there, so feel free to give him a look in all leagues that count 3-pointers. Reminder: Mayo is wildly inconsistent. Rotoworld.com

    • Report: LAC, MIA, WAS, CLE eying N. Robinson
Nate Robinson has reportedly received interest from the Clippers, Heat, Wizards, and Cavs.

    • Jose Calderon hands out nine assists in loss
Jose Calderon handed out nine assists during the Knicks' loss to the Bucks in London on Thursday, adding 11 points (three 3-pointers), two rebounds, one steal, and three turnovers.

Advice: Calderon played 37 minutes tonight, and with Shane Larkin (ankle) going down he could be in for a healthy heaping of minutes on the short-term as the Knicks attempt to get his trade value up before February's deadline. Calderon (along with the rest of the Knicks) have struggled this season, so a move out of New York could be seen as a positive. Rotoworld.com

    • Report: Nate Robinson waived by Celtics
Nate Robinson has reportedly been waived by the Celtics.

    • Still no physical activity for Deron Williams
Deron Williams (ribs) is progressing, but still has pain and has yet to return to physical activity.

Advice: Williams will be evaluated on Wednesday, according to the Nets, so we should know more about his return timetable next week. Fantasy owners should remain patient until we know more, while Jarrett Jack will continue to start in Williams' place and should be owned in all fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Mario Chalmers disappoints sans Wade
Mario Chalmers was a letdown against the Warriors on Wednesday, making 2-of-9 from the field for seven points, two rebounds, five assists, three steals and two turnovers.

Advice: Rio had some huge games the in the last stint Dwyane Wade (hamstring) missed time, so a lot of fantasy owners had him ready to rock tonight. Chalmers had Klay Thompson on his for a lot of this game and he just couldn't get clean looks. Assuming Wade is out again on Friday, Chalmers should be better at Sacramento. Rotoworld.com
