    • Channing Frye set to start Friday vs. SAC
Channing Frye will return to the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Kings with Nikola Vucevic (sore left ankle) out.

Advice: Frye has been pretty darn horrible this season, so we're not expecting much despite his return to the starting unit. He'll drain some 3-pointers, but with averages of just 8.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.1 three-pointers per game as a starter, he's not an option in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Hamilton inks second 10-day deal with LAC
The Clippers have signed Jordan Hamilton to a second 10-day deal.

Advice: With Jamal Crawford (calf) and Matt Barnes (hamstring) hurting, the Clippers could actually use Hamilton's services. However, with averages of just 6.5 points and 3.0 rebounds over the past two games, he's not a viable option in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Chris Andersen is a GTD
Chris Andersen (illness, body soreness) is a game-time decision to play against the Wizards.

Advice: If he's out, we might see Michael Beasley in the starting lineup at power forward because Udonis Haslem would be the backup center. Henry Walker would also benefit without Andersen in the lineup. Rotoworld.com

    • Tyler Johnson, Chris Andersen are game-time
Tyler Johnson (ankle) and Chris Andersen (body soreness) are game-time decisions to play against the Wizards on Friday.

Advice: So the Heat are a little thin tonight. If Johnson, Chalmers and Andersen are all unable to play, their second unit would likely be Michael Beasley, James Ennis, Shabazz Napier and Henry Walker, who might start for Luol Deng (thigh). Beasley might also start because the Heat would need Udonis Haslem as a backup center. Walker is probably the most attractive player because coach Erik Spoelstra likes him out there to space the floor. Rotoworld.com

    • Willie Green (Achilles) out Friday vs. SAC
Willie Green (sore right Achilles' tendon) will not suit up for Friday's game vs. the Kings.

Advice: With Green, Evan Fournier (hip), and Luke Ridnour (hamstring) out for this one Ben Gordon will have the opportunity to jump into the rotation, although he can't be relied upon in most leagues. Victor Oladipo and Elfrid Payton are going to log some major minutes tonight. Rotoworld.com

Luke Ridnour (hamstring) will not play against the Kings on Friday.

Advice: This will be Fournier's fourth game out of the lineup. With Willie Green also out tonight, the Magic will likely have to give more minutes to Aaron Gordon and maybe even Moe Harkless. Tobias Harris and Victor Oladipo will also be around 40 minutes tonight. Fournier can be left on the wire in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Bucks sign Chris Johnson to 10-day deal
The Bucks have officially signed Chris Johnson to a 10-day contract.

    • Gary Neal is probable for Saturday
Gary Neal is probable to play on Saturday against the Blazers after an X-ray on his hand was negative

Advice: He's been playing more these days with 35.0 minutes per game in his last two, but that probably has more to do with Kevin Martin getting over an illness. The Wolves really do not have another wing until Robbie Hummel gets back and because Chase Budinger is out of the rotation, so Neal could play minutes in the mid 20s for the next couple weeks. He's worth a look in 16-team leagues. Rotoworld.com
      Today, 1:46 pm
    • O.J. Mayo (hamstring) out for Saturday night
O.J. Mayo (hamstring) will not play against the Wizards on Saturday.

Advice: This makes it a DNP for five of the last six games because of his hamstring issue. The Bucks tend not to be forthcoming for Mayo, so almost all of his fantasy owners should be looking to cut him and not deal with the headache. While he's out, Tyler Ennis will continue to stay in the rotation while Jerryd Bayless gets most of his minutes at shooting guard. Bayless is worth a look in 16-team leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Gary Neal hurts his hand during practice
Gary Neal hurt his hand during Friday's practice, and he is scheduled to undergo an X-ray.

Advice: We'll know more about the extent of the injury when the results of the X-ray are released, but for now, we'll consider Neal questionable for Saturday's game against Portland. Neal is averaging 11.7 points, 2.2 assists, and 1.5 three-pointers for the Timberwolves this season, and if he's forced to take an extended absence, there will be more playing time for Zach LaVine, Kevin Martin, and Chase Budinger. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Nick Young (knee) out Friday vs. Memphis
Nick Young (knee) will not suit up for Friday's game vs. the Grizzlies, as expected.

Advice: This will be Young's fifth consecutive game on the sidelines, but he is said to be targeting a return for Sunday's game vs. the Mavericks, so we'll be monitoring his status closely. With Young out, there will be more opportunities on offense for Jeremy Lin, Wayne Ellington, and Wes Johnson. Lin has been playing very well lately, but given the tough matchup tonight, those playing daily leagues may want to look elsewhere for production. Rotoworld.com

    • Chris Andersen (illness) questionable Friday
Chris Andersen (illness) was withheld from Friday's shootaround, and he's being listed as questionable for tonight's game against the Wizards.

    • Tarik Black accepts benching from coach Scott
Tarik Black has no issues with the fact that he has been a DNP-CD for the past five games.

Advice: "He’s coaching and he makes the decisions," Black said of head coach Byron Scott. "I like Coach Scott a lot. Whatever decisions he makes, I respect, especially now with it being my rookie year." Black has gone from starter to bench warmer in Los Angeles, and with averages of just 5.0 points and 5.3 rebounds per game with the Lakers, it's safe to leave him on the waiver wire in all leagues. • James Jones earning time in Cavs' rotation
James Jones has emerged as a role player in Cleveland's rotation, and over the past four games he has put in averages 9.8 points and 2.8 three-pointers through 22 minutes of action.

Advice: Jones has seen his role increased with Shawn Marion (hip) sitting on the sidelines, but he really doesn't do much aside from drain 3-pointers. It also should be noted that his value could take a hit once Marion does return to the lineup, so while Jones is worth a look as a 3-point specialist in deep leagues, know that his time as a rotation player in Cleveland could be short-lived. • Chris Johnson to sign 10-day deal w/ MIL
The Bucks will reportedly sign Chris Johnson to a 10-day contract.

Magic head coach James Borrego said he was unsure if Evan Fournier (hip) and Luke Ridnour (hamstring) will be available for Friday's game vs. the Kings.

Dorell Wright scored eight points in 13 minutes during Thursday's 94-75 win over the Mavs, adding one rebound, one assist and two 3-pointers.

Advice: With Wes Matthews (Achilles) out for the season, Wright might step up. However, we've seen this movie before with role players for Stotts. Basically, Arron Afflalo is going to step into Matthews' minutes while Wright, Alonzo Gee, C.J. McCollum and Steve Blake will get Afflalo's 27 minutes. Wright isn't worth owning in standard leagues. • Clippers likely to retain Jordan Hamilton
Clippers head coach and President of Basketball Operations Doc Rivers said the team is likely to sign Jordan Hamilton to a second 10-day contract on Thursday.

Advice: Hamilton has seen more playing time as of late with and is averaging 6.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, 0.5 assists, and 1.5 three-pointers over his last two games. • O.J. Mayo out again on Wednesday night
O.J. Mayo will not play against the Warriors on Wednesday due to a hamstring injury.

Advice: He has been dealing with his on and off for a week, and the Bucks have been pretty quiet on the subject. This sounds eerily similar to last year and Mayo could miss more time. Jerryd Bayless and Tyler Ennis will get more run. Rotoworld.com

    • Channing Frye benched, Dedmon starting Wed
Channing Frye will come off the bench on Wednesday with Dewayne Dedmon taking his place in Orlando's starting lineup.

Advice: Frye has posted the second-worst defensive efficiency rating of any Magic player under interim coach James Borrego, which is the root cause of the switch. "He's trying defensively," Borrego said. "Offensively ... he gives our guards space. He gives Nik [Vucevic] room and space to operate." Frye will still be a part of the frontcourt rotation but his already limited upside takes a hit with this move to the bench. Rotoworld.com

    • Evan Fournier, Luke Ridnour out Wednesday
Evan Fournier (hip) and Luke Ridnour (hamstring) will not play against the Suns on Wednesday.

Advice: Fournier will miss his third game in a row and he is dealing with a day-to-day issue. Aaron Gordon is back and he should get some minutes for the Magic. Fournier is not worth owning in most leagues while Gordon is not worth owning either. Rotoworld.com

Luke Ridnour (hamstring) will not play vs. the Suns on Wednesday.

Advice: His absence shifts a few more minutes to Elfrid Payton, Willie Green and Ben Gordon, though there are no big winners here since Ridnour is playing just 10.6 minutes over his past five games. He's also shooting 28.6 percent from the field during that span and his absence shouldn't hurt any fantasy owners. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He wasn't able to practice on Tuesday, but the Heat were probably just erring on the side of caution. • Luke Ridnour (hamstring) questionable Wed.
Luke Ridnour (hamstring) is questionable to play against the Suns on Wednesday.

Advice: Ridnour is averaging just 13.7 minutes per game in a backup role behind rookie Elfrid Payton, so his absence wouldn't have many fantasy implications. It's safe to leave Ridnour on the wire in all but the deepest of leagues. Rotoworld.com

Evan Fournier (hip) was limited at practice on Tuesday, and he remains questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Suns.

Advice: Fournier has missed the last two games and recently said that his hip is still giving him problems, so he is probably closer to doubtful for Wednesday. Fournier has averages of 11.9 points and 1.4 3-pointers this season, so his value is currently limited to deeper leagues at the moment. James Jones scored double-digit points for the third time this season on Tuesday, making 3-of-6 shots with a pair of 3-pointers to finish with 10 points.

Advice: Jones added six boards, two assists and one steal in 21 minutes, taking advantage of extra opportunities with the game firmly in Cleveland's control by halftime. He has overtaken Mike Miller (12 minutes) in coach David Blatt's rotation, but Jones remains nothing more than a deep-league 3-point specialist. Rotoworld.com

    • Evan Fournier still dealing with a hip issue
Evan Fournier is hoping that his sore right hip will continue to get better, but he remains questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Suns.

Advice: "You don't want to mess too much with a muscle," Fournier said. "It's very important to take care of your body and make sure you feel good, because it can get worse." Fournier has been sidelined for the past two games, and the Magic have no reason to rush him back before he is 100 percent. If Fournier remains on the shelf for Wednesday's game, veteran Willie Green will continue to be the primary beneficiary off the bench. That being said, owners in standard leagues can ignore both Fournier and Green for now. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Johnson is experiencing some soreness in his left ankle after a hard fall during Monday's physical game against the Suns, but the injury is not expected to cause Johnson to miss any action. "It's been better," Johnson said of his ankle. "I walked out [Monday] and it was really painful. I came out and got some treatment. It's only getting better." Johnson is coming off a career-high 26 point outing, but we'd like to see a similar performance before recommending him as an add in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

Nick Young (knee) will be a game-time decision for Tuesday's game against the Hornets.

Advice: Young didn't participate in Tuesday's shootaround and Lakers' head coach Byron Scott said he'll see how Swaggy P feels later in the day before making a final decision. While Young doesn't belong on any standard league fantasy rosters, his eventual return will cut into the fantasy value of Wayne Ellington, Jeremy Lin, and Wes Johnson. Rotoworld.com

Advice: If Martin misses another game it wouldn't be surprising to see Neal step right back into Martin's uber-productive role. He won't be this good every night, but he's worth watching closely given Martin's injury risk. Rotoworld.com

    • Hamilton posts pedestrian line in start
Jordan Hamilton started for injured Matt Barnes (hamstring) on Monday, scoring 10 points on 4-of-10 shooting with three rebounds, one assist and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes.

Advice: If Barnes and Jamal Crawford (calf) miss time with their respective injuries, then this appears to be Hamilton's ceiling. If that remains the case he'll be worth a look in DFS leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Tyler Johnson scores career-high 26 points
Tyler Johnson scored a career-high 26 points against the Suns on Monday with one rebound, one assist, four steals and three 3-pointers on 10-of-13 from the field in 26 minutes.

Advice: It was also more points than he scored in any of his college games at Fresno State. Needless to say, nobody saw this coming with three consecutive DNP-CDs coming into this game. There were 102 players who logged minutes tonight and only one of them, DeMar DeRozan, had more points than Johnson tonight. Plus Johnson had a 90.8 true shooting percentage. Stats aside, Goran Dragic only played 15 minutes, which really helped Johnson. • Evan Fournier (hip) out Friday vs. the Hawks
Evan Fournier (sore right hip) will not suit up for Friday's game vs. the Hawks.

Advice: With Fournier and Aaron Gordon (ankle) unavailable, Victor Oladipo and Tobias Harris are going to be forced into heavy minutes, and both figure to be decent plug-and-play options in daily leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • O.J. Mayo (hamstring) out again for Friday
O.J. Mayo (hamstring) will not play against the Lakers on Friday.

Advice: The Bucks called Mayo sitting on Wednesday as "rest" but it certainly raised a red flag because they weren't on the front or back end of a back-to-back set. Mayo tweaked his hamstring on Feb. 20, but he did play 31.0 minutes per game in his two following outings. With Mayo out, Jerryd Bayless will log more minutes at shooting guard which may allow Tyler Ennis to get minutes close to 20. Khris Middleton should also have a higher usage rate, which helped him get to 19 points on Wednesday. Mayo is a tough player to own now that he's not healthy. Rotoworld.com

    • Scott still doesn't expect Nick Young to play
Coach Byron Scott said he does not expect Nick Young (knee) to play against the Bucks on Friday.

Advice: He is technically questionable, but there has been nothing to suggest he is going to play. With Young out, we'll see more of Jeremy Lin in the second unit with Wes Johnson, Wayne Ellington and Jordan Clarkson all expected to score more, too. Rotoworld.com

    • Nick Young (knee) says he will not play Fri.
Nick Young (knee) did not participate during Thursday's practice, and said that he will not play Friday vs. the Bucks.

Advice: "I don’t think it’s serious," said Lakers coach Byron Scott of Young's knee injury. "But it’s serious enough that he might miss another game or two. I know it’s getting better and the swelling is going down." If Young does indeed sit out on Friday, Wayne Ellington, Wes Johnson, and Jeremy Lin will all see some increased opportunity on offense. • Gary Neal plays 28 minutes Wednesday
Gary Neal came off the bench for 28 minutes on Wednesday and had seven points, four rebounds, two assists and a 3-pointer on 2-of-5 shooting.

Advice: He was iffy coming in due to an ankle injury, but obviously, Flip Saunders felt like it was no big deal, even though Neal was actually doubtful at one point because of it. He didn't do much with the minutes, but he should at least be watched closely in case this wasn't a fluke. Rotoworld.com

    • Gary Neal will play on Wednesday night
Gary Neal (ankle) will be available to play against the Wizards on Wednesday.

Advice: He was listed as doubtful and it's still unclear if he'll play. He is one of just a few wings on the bench for the Wolves, so the team might need him. Neal is still nowhere near being worth owning in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • O.J. Mayo (rest) out against the 76ers
O.J. Mayo (rest) will not play against the 76ers on Wednesday.

Advice: Interesting. The Bucks played their last game on Monday and their next game isn't until Friday, so this is a surprise. Mayo was playing well and even logged 34 minutes on Monday. With him out, Jerryd Bayless should log the majority of his minutes at shooting guard while Khris Middleton may also play a tad more. Rotoworld.com

    • Nick Young (knee) will not play vs. the Jazz
Nick Young (knee) will not play vs. the Jazz on Wednesday.

Advice: He is coming off a 19-point performance vs. the Celtics on Sunday, so it's a shame that he is going to have to sit this one out. The good news is that an MRI taken on his knee came back negative, but head coach Byron Scott said that Young was still dealing with some swelling. Consider Young day-to-day for now, and expect Wayne Ellington, Wes Johnson and Jeremy Lin to all see increased opportunities with Young on the shelf. Rotoworld.com

    • Gary Neal (ankle) doubtful for Wednesday
Gary Neal (ankle) is being listed as doubtful for Wednesday's game vs. Washington.

Advice: Neal only managed to get in the game for 11 minutes during his Timberwolves debut, so his absence from the lineup doesn't have any real fantasy implications. He's stuck in a backup role in Minnesota, and he's not going to be worth owning in most leagues as long as Kevin Martin is healthy. Rotoworld.com

    • Clippers sign G/F Jordan Hamilton
      Clippers sign G/F Jordan Hamilton.

Advice: As expected, the Clippers have signed Hamilton to a 10-day contract. While he'll help provide the Clippers with some added bench depth, the 24-year-old can be left on the wire in all but the deepest fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Jazz sign G Bryce Cotton
      Jazz sign G Bryce Cotton.

Advice: Cotton's contract with the Jazz will be a 10-day deal. He's been averaging 22.4 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 1.3 steals, and 2.6 three-pointers with the Austin Toros of the D-League, but Cotton won't see enough minutes with the Jazz to warrant fantasy consideration. • Clippers set to sign Jordan Hamilton
The Clippers are preparing to sign Jordan Hamilton to a 10-day deal, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.

Advice: Hamilton has been playing with Reno of the D-League and will help provide the frontcourt-needy Clippers with some depth. While he may see some playing time with the Clips, Hamilton can be left on the wire in most fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com
