      Advice: Irving turned things up a notch offensively during the second half for the second time in this series. He scored 14 of his 22 points in the final 15 minutes of Game 3, sealing the victory with a left-handed floater with about 30 seconds remaining. With Luka Doncic playing through multiple injuries, Irving’s ability to make things happen offensively is of even greater importance to the Mavericks.       Turner notched 21 points (7-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and three blocks over 35 minutes during Friday's 111-106 victory over the Knicks in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

      Advice: Turner made his presence felt on both ends of the court Friday, tying his playoff-high mark in blocks while recording his first double-double of the current playoff run. The Pacers need Turner to continue making a two-way impact if they're going to turn things around in the series, especially considering how depleted the Knicks are in the frontcourt with Julius Randle (shoulder), Mitchell Robinson (ankle) and OG Anunoby (hamstring) all out for Game 4.     • Myles Turner tallies 21 points, 10 rebounds Friday
      Myles Turner played 35 minutes in Friday’s Game 3 win over the Knicks, accounting for 21 points (7-of-13 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), 10 rebounds, one assist, three blocks, and two 3-pointers.

      Advice: Turner had his best all-around game of the series on Friday, as he surpassed the 20-point mark and recorded a double-double. The ten rebounds he corralled in Game 3 were one more than his total in Games 1 and 2, and he was also more of a deterrent at the rim (three blocks). While most of the focus ahead of Game 3 was on Tyrese Haliburton, and rightfully so, the Pacers also need a more consistent Turner on both ends of the floor.       Advice: After scoring 20 points on 50% shooting in Tuesday’s Game 1 defeat, Irving did not shoot the ball well in Game 2. He made up for that by making plays for others, dishing out a game-high 11 assists while only committing one turnover. Irving also chipped in with two steals and two blocked shots as he did the “little things” while Luka Doncic, PJ Washington, and Tim Hardaway Jr. handled the scoring.       Advice: McBride managed just four points in the win, struggling to find any real rhythm on the offensive end. Although his role has been somewhat limited to this point, OG Anunoby (hamstring) going down could open up an interesting opportunity.       Kyrie Irving led Dallas with 20 points (7-of-14 FGs), one rebound, three assists, two steals, one block and three triples in a 117-95 loss to the Thunder in Game 1 on Tuesday.

      Advice: After scoring just six points in the first half, Irving once again turned it on for the second half and scored nine points in the third, which included a contested 3-pointer just before the buzzer. He was consistently better in the second half during their first round series against the Clippers, but his production in the second half of this game wasn’t enough to secure a win on the road. If Irving can put together two solid halves in Game 2, they may be able to steal a game on the road and head to Dallas with the series tied. Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:27 pm

      Turner tallied 23 points (8-16 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 5-6 FT), three assists, two rebounds, one block and one steal over 35 minutes in Monday's 121-117 loss to New York in Game 1 of the second round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

      Advice: Turner did all he could to help Indiana to a road victory in Game 1 against New York, leading the club in scoring to go along with a team-high-tying pair of threes while ending as the lone Pacer with 20 or more points in the losing effort. Turner bounced back well after a pair of low-scoring outings in the final two games of the first-round series, posting his fourth game of the postseason with at least 20 points. Indiana will hope for a similar performance from Turner offensively in Game 2, and he may need to improve his presence on the glass to help the Pacers own the battle on the boards.       Advice: One of the critical subplots of the Pacers/Knicks series is how New York will defend Turner when he’s the screener in Indiana’s two-man game. Conventional “drop” coverage is unlikely to succeed consistently because of the Pacers’ big man’s perimeter shooting ability. Turner got his points in Game 1 in multiple ways, going 6-of-10 from two and 2-of-6 from three.
