  • Nemanja Nedovic (calf) not available Saturday
Nemanja Nedovic (calf) will not be available for the Warriors on Saturday.

Advice: He hurt himself while playing for the Los Angeles D-Fenders in the D-League playoffs, but even healthy he'd be unlikely to step on the court for Golden State. Rotoworld.com

  • Beno Udrih steps up in Grizzlies' PG rotation
Grizzlies PG Beno Udrih will take on a bigger role in the playoffs with Nick Calathes suspended 20 games for violating the NBA's anti-drug policy.

Advice: Calathes was averaging 15 minutes per game and he proved to be invaluable when Mike Conley missed games in February, but his playing time will now fall to Udrih. Although he's only played a handful of minutes with Memphis, Udrih is a career 46.1 percent shooter (35.6 percent from downtown) and he boasts a solid assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.5. Rotoworld.com

  • NBA suspends Nick Calathes for 20 games
Nick Calathes will be suspended 20 games for violation of the NBA's Anti-Drug Policy.

Advice: The suspension starts now which means he won't be see postseason action. Calathes tested positive for Tamoxifen, an over-the-counter athletic supplement. He was solid this year and filled in admirably while Mike Conley was out earlier this season, averaging 14.7 points, 4.7 boards, 4.9 assists, 2.6 steals and 1.3 triples in his seven starts. Beno Udrih will back up Mike Conley, who figures to get more than 40 minutes per night vs. OKC in round one. Rotoworld.com

  • Rockets recall Canaan and Covington
The Rockets recalled Isaiah Canaan and Robert Covington on Friday.

Advice: The two were sent down to the D-League to get extra playing time. Canaan played well in the loss, scoring a game-high 25 points and he will continue to be the Rockets third-string point guard behind Patrick Beverley and Jeremy Lin. Rotoworld.com

  • Lakers plan to keep Marshall on team option
The Lakers plan to pick up Kendall Marshall's $915,000 team option.

Advice: The Lakers need bodies given their nine unrestricted free agents. Marshall was asked to do more than he's capable of this year, but got valuable experience while running the show for most of the year. In 45 starts, he averaged 8.1 points, 9.5 assists, 1.3 3-pointers and 1.0 steals. Marshall isn't a good enough shooter and has too many physical limitations to be a plus NBA point guard, but he'd be a fine backup. Rotoworld.com

  • Shaun Livingston (toe) is practicing Friday
Shaun Livingston (toe) is practicing Friday.

Advice: Livingston sat out the final five games of the regular season to rest his sore big toe. He's fully expected to play and start in Game 1 against the Raptors Saturday. Livingston was an underrated glue guy during the regular season, averaging 9.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.4 steals in his 54 starts. Rotoworld.com

  • Ramon Sessions would welcome return to MILW
Free agent Ramon Sessions said he'd welcome a return to Milwaukee.

Advice: Sessions is one of the few players in the league who actually embraces the dysfunction in Milwaukee. He was drafted there at No. 56 overall in 2007. "I want to stay loyal to them like they did to me," he said. We're not sure if the Bucks want Sessions back, but we do know he's still a fantasy asset whenever he's getting significant minutes. In 28 games for the Bucks this season, Sessions averaged 15.8 points, 4.8 assists and 3.1 rebounds. Rotoworld.com

  • Bulls say Rose will return at 100 percent
Bulls GM Gar Forman said there's "no question" Derrick Rose (knee) will come back and be 100 percent" next season.

Advice: In a vacuum, Rose's surgery to repair his meniscus isn't a crippling procedure. It helps athletes maintain the cushion in their knee so there aren't more problems down the line. But when combined with Rose's ugly rehab from his 2012 ACL tear, there's obvious reason for concern. This is a player that relies on athleticism -- not a jump shot -- to be dominant. Rose averaged just 15.9 points and 4.3 assists on 35.4 percent shooting in 10 games this season. Rotoworld.com

  • Jordan Crawford drops career-high 41
Jordan Crawford scored a career-high 41 points along with five rebounds, two assists and a steal in Wednesday's win over the Nuggets.

Advice: You could see him having a big game with the Warriors resting the regulars, but this was better than any of us could have imagined. Harrison Barnes chipped in with 30, while Randy Foye scored 32 and had 11 assists for the Nuggets in the loss. The Warriors are healthy, with the exception of Andrew Bogut, and ready to take on the Clippers in Round 1 of the playoffs. And that, our friends, is a wrap on the 2013-14 regular season. • Jamal Crawford scores 34 in finale loss
Jamal Crawford hit 10-of-25 shots and three 3-pointers for 34 points, five rebounds, eight assists and two steals in Wednesday's meaningless loss to the Blazers.

Advice: The Clips secured the No. 3 seed when the Thunder beat the Pistons earlier, and the regulars took this one off. Crawford was great, but wasn't even the best J. Crawford of the night, as GSW's Jordan had a monster night. Darren Collison and Matt Barnes each added 19 points on the night and Blake Griffin's suspension is over. The Clippers are healthy and ready for their first-round match up with the Warriors. Rotoworld.com

  • Jamal Crawford starting on Wednesday
Jamal Crawford, Darren Collison, Glen Davis, Matt Barnes and DeAndre Jordan are starting against the Blazers on Wednesday.

Advice: Crawford's minutes have been held in check and it should be interesting to see how much he plays with the Clippers short on players. Rotoworld.com

  • Nedovic out with a calf injury
Nemanja Nedovic (calf) will not play on Wednesday night.

Advice: He's had a tough time staying in the lineup and played just 6.2 minutes per game with the Warriors this season. They're going to be shorthanded tonight. Rotoworld.com

  • Will Bynum will not play on Wednesday
Will Bynum (foot) will not play against the Thunder on Wednesday.

Advice: His foot injury will have kept him out for the final seven games of the season. Bynum has been effective off the bench and the Pistons play better team ball when he's out there. Rotoworld.com

  • Austin Rivers is starting on Wednesday
Austin Rivers is starting on Wednesday vs. the Rockets.

Advice: Brian Roberts (ankle) is a game-time call and could sit, so we'll be looking for an update on that front. Rivers joins Tyreke Evans, Alexis Ajinca, Jeff Withey and Darius Miller in the first unit. Rotoworld.com

  • Jerryd Bayless will not play on Wednesday
Jerryd Bayless (knee) will not play against the Wizards on Wednesday.

Advice: There is nothing structurally wrong with Bayless' knee, but this injury has cost him the final three games of the season. He'll head into the summer as a free agent and will likely have less value than he did this season. Expect Phil Pressey and Avery Bradley to carry the load in the backcourt. Rotoworld.com

  • Jameer Nelson will not play Wednesday night
Jameer Nelson (groin) will not play on Wednesday vs. the Pacers.

Advice: His season ends with averages of 12.1 points, 3.4 boards, 7.0 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.0 triples. With Nelson out, guys like Doron Lamb and Andrew Nicholson have stepped up, but both are risky plays in fantasy leagues. Victor Oladipo will start again. Rotoworld.com

  • Shaun Livingston (toe) out again vs. Cavs
Shaun Livingston (toe) will sit out Wednesday's road game in Cleveland.

Advice: This marks Livingston's fifth straight DNP and the Nets can only hope that he's ready for the first round of the playoffs, as he's been an invaluable part of their backcourt rotation all season long. Marcus Thornton and Alan Anderson will take on more minutes and responsibilities in his continued absence. Rotoworld.com

  • Magic undecided on Jameer Nelson's future
The Magic reportedly haven't decided whether to pick up Jameer Nelson's partially-guaranteed final season, but he hopes to stay in Orlando long-term.

Advice: Nelson's $8 million salary is only guaranteed for $2 million, and the Magic could always try to re-negotiate a longer deal. "It's the team's option. I would like to still be here and finish my career here," Nelson said. "I have a lot more years left in me. Good years. I'm not sure what they have in store for me." He ranks eighth in the NBA with 7.0 assists per game despite the arrival of prized rookie guard Victor Oladipo. Rotoworld.com

  • Tony Wroten becoming a more judicious passer
Tony Wroten said that he's learned to "pick his spots" for passes this season, to cut down on his 2.8 turnovers per game.

Advice: "This season, I learned a lot," Wroten said. "I don't try to make the home runs as much. I try to make the right play." While his passing is a work in progress, there's nothing wrong with Wroten's ability to get into the paint -- he took a whopping 72.4 percent of his FG attempts within eight feet of the hoop this season. • Shaun Livingston ruled out for Tuesday
Shaun Livingston will not play again on Tuesday, as he continues to deal with an injured big toe.

Advice: Livingston has now missed four straight games, but as long as the toe's not broken, you have to think he'll be ready for the playoffs. Marcus Thornton should once again see big minutes in his absence. Rotoworld.com

  • Crawford could see a bump in minutes on Wed
Jordan Crawford scored just three points in seven minutes on Monday, but could see a bump in minutes now that the Warriors have clinched the No. 6 spot in the West.

Advice: Mark Jackson said that a lot of guys could rest on Wednesday and Crawford fits the description of a season finale special. He comes with no guarantees, but he fits the profile of a high-upside guy that owners may want to reach for. Steve Blake could also get some extra run, though at his age the Dubs may decide not to run him quite as hard. Rotoworld.com

  • Tony Wroten scores 20 off the bench
Tony Wroten scored 20 points off the bench during Monday's 113-108 win over the Celtics, adding two boards, four assists, two steals and seven turnovers.

Advice: The Sixers had a 26-game losing streak this year, but they won't have the worst record because they were out-tanked by the Milwaukee Bucks. Wroten was horrible with the Grizzlies last season, had one of the worst showings of any player in Las Vegas Summer League, and yet he was still able to play well with the Sixers this season. • Austin Rivers gets tossed on Monday
Austin Rivers was ejected from Monday's game for an altercation with Nick Collison.

Advice: A fight was close to breaking out, but it did seem a bit extreme to toss Rivers from this game. He finished with eight points, two assists and two 3-pointers in 14 minutes. The Pelicans will shift Tyreke Evans over to point guard because what else are they going to do with their decimated roster? Rotoworld.com

  • Nemanja Nedovic back up with GSW
The Warriors recalled Nemanja Nedovic on Monday.

Advice: He's had a handful of injuries this season and played just 6.2 minutes per game in 23 contests with the Warriors. Nedovic also shot just 20.5 percent from the field in those games and has no fantasy value. Rotoworld.com

  • Jameer Nelson will not play vs. the Bulls
Jameer Nelson (groin) will not play against the Bulls on Monday.

Advice: It will be his second consecutive have out of the lineup and the Magic have run some messy rotations without him this season. Victor Oladipo will start again and the team has also given more minutes to guys like Doron Lamb and E'Twaun Moore. Nelson can be cut in all leagues and is probably out on Wednesday. Rotoworld.com

  • Jerryd Bayless unlikely to play this season
Jerryd Bayless (knee) is unlikely to play against the Wizards on Wednesday, according to coach Brad Stevens.

Advice: He was ruled out for Monday's game very early and his knee injury from Friday has already cost him one game. Bayless was brought on the team more for his contract, but he played fairly well in his 41 games with the Celtics. Avery Bradley and Phil Pressey will get some extra run. Rotoworld.com

  • Jerryd Bayless (knee) doesn't travel to PHI
Jerryd Bayless (knee) didn't travel with the Celtics for Monday's game in Philly.

Advice: Bayless was recently scheduled to have an MRI but the test results haven't been announced, and for now we're considering him questionable to return on Wednesday. Avery Bradley will continue to dominate minutes at SG in his absence. Rotoworld.com
