    • Doesn't return Thursday
Kornet (wrist) had two rebounds in five minutes during Thursday's 126-110 victory over Indiana in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Advice: Kornet didn't return to the game, and the big man's status for Game 3 of the series Saturday should be treated with caution. If he can't go, then Xavier Tillman would operate as Al Horford's backup. Rotowire.com Today, 7:56 pm
    • Jrue Holiday records double-double in Game 2 win
Jrue Holiday recorded a double-double on Thursday with 15 points (6-of-7 FGs), three rebounds, 10 assists and three triples against the Pacers in Game 2.

Advice: Holiday did most of his work in the first half of this game, but after being relatively quiet through the first two rounds, he turned in his second straight excellent performance. After having his highest scoring game of the playoffs in Game 1, Holiday followed that up with his first double-double of this postseason. That helped them take a 2-0 lead in this series, which leaves them two wins away from the NBA Finals. This is the player that Boston traded for this summer that they hoped would put them over the edge. If he continues to play to this level, it just might work out. Rotoworld Today, 7:54 pm
    • Luke Kornet (wrist) questionable to return Thurs.
Luke Kornet (left wrist sprain) is questionable to return to Game 2 against the Pacers on Thursday.

Advice: Kornet exited before halftime with this wrist issue and may be sidelined for at least the remainder of the game. Oshae Brissett has already filled out some minutes in his place, and he has played well. He won’t contribute much statistically, but he appears to be the replacement for Kornet. • Questionable to return Thursday
Kornet is questionable to return to Thursday's Game 2 against the Pacers due to a left wrist sprain.

Advice: The potential absence of Kornet will hurt the team's frontcourt depth, as the Celtics are already missing Kristaps Porzingis (calf). If Kornet can't return, then Xavier Tillman would be in line to absorb minutes as Al Horford's backup. Rotowire.com Today, 6:12 pm
    • Obi Toppin contributes 15 points in Game 1 loss
Obi Toppin tallied 15 points (6-of-8 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one 3-pointer in 22 minutes in Tuesday’s 133-128 loss to the Celtics.

Advice: The Pacers reserves scored 30 points in Game 1, enjoying a 17-point advantage in that category. Toppin and T.J. McConnell (13/3/4/1 in 25 minutes) were responsible for 28 of those 30 points, but it wasn’t enough to help the Pacers hold onto Game 1. Getting outscored by a 24-9 margin at the foul line and committing 21 turnovers were the issues for the Pacers, who had a three-point lead with 46.1 seconds remaining in regulation. A Jaylen Brown 3-pointer with six seconds remaining forced overtime, with Boston taking a 1-0 series lead. Game 2 is on Thursday night, and this is another series in which Toppin and McConnell will have an advantage.

    • Jrue Holiday tallies 28 points, eight assists
Jrue Holiday played 48 minutes in Tuesday’s 133-128 overtime win over Indiana, amassing 28 points (10-of-16 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), seven rebounds, eight assists, three steals, and four 3-pointers.

Advice: Holiday has seemingly found his groove after struggling to begin this postseason. He’s shot 54.5% or better in each of Boston’s last four games, and the 28 points scored in Tuesday’s Game 1 were a postseason high. Holiday was also effective as a distributor and rebounder, with five of his seven boards coming on the offensive end of the floor. With Derrick White (15/6/9/2/1 with three 3-pointers) shooting 5-of-13 from the field, Holiday scoring as efficiently as he did gave the Celtics a welcome boost. Game 2 is on Thursday night. • Josh Hart plays 37 MIN despite abdominal strain
Josh Hart shot 3-of-9 from the field and 4-of-4 from the foul line in Sunday’s 130-109 loss to the Pacers, tallying 10 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and two steals in 37 minutes.

Advice: Despite suffering a strained abdominal muscle during Game 6, Hart was on the court for Game 7. Give him credit for gutting out 37 minutes before fouling out, but he wasn’t himself physically. Hart still contributed 10 points, eight rebounds, and five assists, but it wasn’t enough to help the Knicks erase an early deficit. Hart was expected to provide late-round fantasy value this season, and that’s precisely what he did. However, he was a 6th-round player in 9-cat formats after the trade deadline. Hart’s fantasy ceiling in 2024-25 will depend on what the Knicks do with the rest of the roster, as OG Anunoby can become a free agent, and Julius Randle (shoulder) will be healthy. • All-around showing in Game 7
Hart finished with 10 points (3-9 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds, five assists and two steals over 37 minutes in Sunday's 130-109 loss to Indiana in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Advice: Hart once again gave all he had for New York in a winner-take-all battle, putting forth an all-around showing that included reaching double figures in scoring, ending two rebounds shy of the double-digit mark and adding a handful of assists as well as a team-high-tying pair of steals. Despite dealing with some injuries throughout the series against Indiana, Hart recorded at least 10 points and eight rebounds in five of the seven games in the series. Rotowire.com Sunday, 3:08 pm
    • Active and starting
Hart (abdomen) is in the starting five for Sunday's Game 7 against the Pacers, Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reports.

Advice: Hart will fight through an abdominal strain he sustained Friday and will be joined by OG Anunoby (hamstring) in the starting lineup for Game 7. While it remains to be seen if Hart will have any physical limitations due to the injury, it seems he will get as many minutes as he can handle. He's generated a double-double four times in the series. Rotowire.com Sunday, 12:05 pm
