    • Jayson Tatum scores 28 points in loss to Heat
Jayson Tatum scored 28 points (10-of-20 FGs) and made six of his eight attempts from the charity stripe in the Celtics’ loss to the Heat on Wednesday. He also amassed eight rebounds, three assists, a block, and two made 3-pointers

Advice: Tatum couldn’t quite match his production from Game 1 but was second among all players with 28 points while his rebounding and assist numbers dropped from his previous outing. Poor shooting from the supporting cast and lackluster defense led to Boston’s downfall despite efficient nights from Tatum and Brown. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:56 pm
    • Nears 30 points in balanced game
Tatum notched 28 points (10-20 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 6-8 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and one block over 41 minutes in Wednesday's 111-101 loss to Miami in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference first round.

Advice: Tatum led all players in Wednesday's contest in minutes played while pacing the Celtics in shots made at the free-throw line and ending two points shy of the 30-point mark in a losing effort. Tatum, who also hauled in a team-high-tying rebound total, has impressed so far in the series against Miami, recording at least 20 points and eight boards in both postseason contests. • Probable for Thursday
Davis (back) is probable for Thursday's Game 3 matchup with the Nuggets, Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Advice: Davis played through the back issue during Game 2 and logged 39 minutes on his way to a 32-point, 11-rebound double-double, so it clearly didn't impact him all that much. We should get official confirmation on his status closer to Thursday's tip. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:17 pm
    • James Harden tallies 22 points, eight assists
James Harden logged 42 minutes in Tuesday’s 96-93 loss to the Mavericks, producing 22 points (6-of-14 FGs, 8-of-9 FTs), six rebounds, eight assists, one steal, one block, and two 3-pointers.

Advice: While Harden did not miss any of his 2-point attempts in Game 2, he was 2-of-10 from beyond the arc. He wasn’t the only Clippers player to struggle on Tuesday, as they combined to go 8-of-30 from beyond the arc, and Dallas outscored them by a 42-24 margin. Harden was productive in the assist category while committing one turnover, somewhat compensating for the poor 3-point shooting for those competing in DFS tournaments. He’ll look to rebound when the Clippers visit Dallas for Game 3 on Friday. Rotoworld Tuesday, 10:37 pm
    • Won't suit up Wednesday
Rozier (neck) has been ruled out for Wednesday's Game 2 against the Celtics, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.

Advice: Rozier will now miss his eighth straight game, and it is unclear whether the team will look to rush him back for the remainder of the series without Jimmy Butler (knee). The 30-year-old is considered week-to-week and against the Celtics, so it would not come as a surprise for Rozier to miss the entirety of the series. With Rozier out, Delon Wright, Duncan Robinson and Patty Mills are all likely candidates to see an uptick in playing time. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 12:03 pm
    • Leads Lakers in Game 2 defeat
Davis ended Monday's 101-99 loss to the Nuggets in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals with 32 points (14-19 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 39 minutes.

Advice: Davis has led the Lakers in scoring in each of the first two games of the series, but despite producing back-to-back 30-plus point efforts in the matchup against Nikola Jokic, the Lakers have fallen short of victory both times. Davis will likely land on the injury report ahead of Game 3, but given the situation and the workload he's handled in the first two games of the series, the star big man shouldn't have problems being active for Game 3 on Thursday. • Anthony Davis records 32/11/2/1/1 line in Game 2
Anthony Davis shot 14-of-19 from the field and 4-of-4 from the foul line in Monday’s 101-99 loss to the Nuggets, accumulating 32 points, 11 rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one blocked shot in 39 minutes.

Advice: Once again, Davis produced a gaudy stat line against the Nuggets. Unfortunately for him and the Lakers, they still lost the game, as Jamal Murray’s stepback jumper as time expired was the difference. And Davis offered little in the fourth quarter, missing his lone shot attempts and going scoreless with one rebound and one turnover. If the Lakers are to have a chance of winning the series, AD can’t be non-existent in crunch time. The good news for Los Angeles is that Game 3 isn’t until Thursday in Los Angeles, as the team looked gassed down the stretch on Monday. Rotoworld Monday, 10:08 pm
    • Officially active
Davis (back) has been cleared to play in Monday's Game 2 against Denver, Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com reports.

Advice: Davis was labeled as probable for Monday's matchup due to low back soreness, and he's since been given the green light to suit up. He'll need another big performance in Game 2 for LA to even the series. Rotowire.com Monday, 6:35 pm
    • Nears 30 points as top scorer
Harden recorded 28 points (8-17 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 6-6 FT), two rebounds, eight assists and two blocks over 39 minutes during Sunday's 109-97 victory over the Mavericks in Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: Harden returned for the start of the postseason after missing the Clippers' regular-season finale with a right foot inflammation and went on to lead all players in threes made and assists in a near-30-point double-double in a winning effort. Harden posted at least 28 points in six games during the regular season, adding eight or more assists in each of those outings. Sunday marked his fifth game of the year, both regular season and postseason, with six or more threes made. Rotowire.com Sunday, 3:41 pm
