    • Bench role in the cards for Klay Thompson?
Warriors coach Steve Kerr mentioned the possibility of Klay Thompson coming off the bench should he remain with the team during his end-of-season press conference.

Advice: Thompson’s 2023-24 season came to a brutal end, as he missed all ten field goal attempts and went scoreless in Tuesday’s Play-In tournament loss to the Kings. The veteran guard, one of the all-time great shooters in NBA history, will be an unrestricted free agent in the summer. And a return to the Warriors could depend on how amenable he is to coming off the bench, which is what happened this season. “I thought Klay really showed that he was agreeable to the sixth-man role the second half of the year, even though eventually we put him back in the starting lineup,” Kerr, who noted that the team needs to add more shooting to the roster this offseason, said. “I think that’s got to be an option going forward. I would prefer not to play him 35 minutes.” Thompson’s future in the Bay Area, beginning with whether or not he’ll re-sign with the team, impacts multiple Warriors, including Brandin Podziemski and Moses Moody. • Ayo Dosunmu, Andre Drummond questionable vs. Heat
Ayo Dosunmu (right quad contusion) and Andre Drummond (left ankle sprain) are questionable for Friday’s game against Miami.

Advice: Both players were questionable ahead of Wednesday’s matchup with Atlanta after sitting out the final game of the regular season (or in Drummond’s case final three games), but they were both available to play. Though they are questionable again, there shouldn’t be much fear that they will sit out. Alex Caruso is officially questionable, and he is the only player that may end up missing Friday’s game. • Questionable for Friday
Dosunmu (quadriceps) is questionable for Friday's Play-In Game against Miami.

Advice: Dosunmu sat out the final four games of the regular season due to a right quadriceps contusion but returned to action to begin the Play-In Tournament in Wednesday's 131-116 win over Atlanta. He tallied 19 points, three assists, two blocks and one rebound in 41 minutes in his return to action, and he should see plenty of playing time if he's cleared to play once again, especially if Alex Caruso (ankle) is unavailable. • Full go Wednesday
Dosunmu (quadriceps) will play and is not under a minutes restriction for Wednesday's Play-In Tournament game against the Hawks, Will Gottlieb of AllCHGO.com reports.

Advice: Dosunmu missed the last four games of the regular season with a right quad contusion, but he's been given the green light for Wednesday's Play-In Game. He should be expected to slot back into the starting shooting guard role. Dosunmu made 27 consecutive starts before sustaining the injury, averaging 16.9 points, 4.9 assists and 3.4 rebounds during that stretch. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 4:52 pm
    • Ayo Dosunmu (quad) cleared to play vs. Atlanta
Ayo Dosunmu (right quad contusion) will play against the Hawks on Wednesday.

Advice: Dosunmu missed the regular season finale, but he will be available to play in their Play-In matchup with Atlanta. Javonte Green started in his place in their last game, so he will likely return to the bench for this one. Dosunmu may continue to be listed on the injury report, but he should be available to play as long as they’re still in the postseason. Rotoworld Wednesday, 4:48 pm
    • Still not practicing, status TBD
Lillard didn't practice Tuesday or Wednesday due to lingering groin and abductor injuries, Jamal Collier of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Lillard has been dealing with the injuries for the last three weeks and missed four of the Bucks' final nine regular-season games. The superstar sharpshooter said Tuesday he won't be 100 percent for the postseason but added that no one is at this point in the campaign. Coach Doc Rivers said tests on Lillard's lower body returned clean but added that he still wanted to give his point guard "a little more rest." Rotowire.com Wednesday, 12:42 pm
    • Ice cold in loss
Thompson produced zero points (0-10 FG, 0-6 3Pt), four rebounds and one assist over 32 minutes during Tuesday's 118-94 Play-In Game loss to the Kings.

Advice: Thompson turned in arguably his worst performance of the season as the Warriors' disappointing season came to an end at the hands of the Kings. Despite a few bright spots throughout the year, it appears Thompson's days of being a reliable offensive threat could be behind him. His future remains a little clouded, but no matter where he is next season, it is unlikely he will have much fantasy value outside of points and threes. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:56 pm
    • End of the road? Klay Thompson goes scoreless
Klay Thompson missed all 10 of his shots in Tuesday’s 118-94 loss to the Kings, going scoreless with four rebounds and one assist in 32 minutes.

Advice: If Tuesday’s game happens to be the last Thompson plays as a member of the Warriors, this was a brutal way for him to go out. For the first time in his NBA career, Klay went scoreless in a game he logged at least 12 minutes in. While there were some struggles for him throughout this season, Tuesday was uncharacteristically bad. After providing top-75 per-game value in 2022-23, the expectation was that Thompson would do the same in 2023-24. He wasn’t a terrible fantasy asset, but the top 100 value in 9-cat formats did not match his ADP (75.4). Klay will be an unrestricted free agent in the summer, and the question is what his role will look like with the Warriors (or another team). Rotoworld Tuesday, 10:26 pm
    • Ayo Dosunmu, Andre Drummond questionable Wednesday
Ayo Dosunmu (right quad contusion) and Andre Drummond (left ankle sprain) are questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Hawks.

Advice: Dosunmu and Drummond were not available to end the regular season, with the former missing Chicago’s final four games and the latter the final three. Dosunmu’s absence has impacted the Bulls’ rotation more, as Javonte Green has replaced him in the starting lineup. If Dosunmu is available for Wednesday’s game, Green will likely return to the bench. As for Drummond, his return would mean fewer minutes for Dalen Terry, who played 24 off the bench in Sunday’s loss to the Knicks. Rotoworld Tuesday, 3:30 pm
