Amen Thompson produces 25 points, 15 rebounds
Amen Thompson accumulated 25 points (10-of-18 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), 15 rebounds, four assists, and one steal in 38 minutes in Wednesday’s overtime win over the Thunder.
Advice: Houston, which has won ten straight games, remains one game in the loss column behind Golden State for the final play-in spot. Thompson has been a quality contributor since filling the void left by the injured Alperen Sengun (ankle). Over the past two weeks, the rookie has provided 6th-round per-game value in 8- and 9-cat formats. During this stretch, Thompson has averaged 17.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.1 steals, and 0.3 blocks while shooting 61.0% from the field and 73.1% from the foul line. Wednesday’s double-double was his ninth of the season and second in five games.
