    • Stephen Curry wins Clutch Player of the Year award
Stephen Curry won the Kia NBA Clutch Player of the Year award on Thursday.

Advice: Curry beat out DeMar DeRozan and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, receiving 45 first-place votes to DeRozan’s 34. Those two were separated by 26 total points, with SGA coming in third with 160 points (11 first-place votes). Curry led the NBA in crunch time points (189), made field goals (59), and made 3-pointers (32). “Crunch time” is defined as the final five minutes of a game within five points. Rounding out the top five were Nikola Jokic and Jalen Brunson. Rotoworld 31 minutes ago
    • Grayson Allen (ankle) questionable Friday
Grayson Alen (right ankle) is listed as questionable for the Suns’ Friday matchup with the Timberwolves.

Advice: Allen was dealing with a sprained right ankle ahead of Game 2 and rolled it during play. The Suns wing’s status for Game 3 is up in the air and Eric Gordon will likely take advantage of his absence if he’s ruled out. Rotoworld Today, 1:08 pm
    • Questionable for Game 3
Allen (ankle) is questionable for Friday's Game 3 against the Timberwolves, Gerald Bourguet of GoPHNX.com reports.

Advice: Allen tweaked his right ankle injury during Tuesday's Game 2 but underwent an X-ray after the matchup that came back negative. He practiced in a limited capacity Thursday and was able to run with a water treadmill. He also said that his ankle feels "better than expected." It's not yet clear whether he'll be available for Friday's matchup, but it's encouraging that he was able to do some activity Thursday. Rotowire.com Today, 12:52 pm
    • Fills stat sheet in Game 2 loss
Ingram produced 18 points (5-10 FG, 8-8 FT), four rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal in 33 minutes during Wednesday's 124-92 loss to the Thunder in Game 2 of the Western Conference first round.

Advice: Ingram wasn't as dominant as he looked in the Play-In victory over the Kings, but he posted a better stat line than he did in the series opener while also embracing a higher usage rate since Zion Williamson (hamstring) was sidelined. Ingram has surpassed the 15-point mark in just two of his five appearances since returning to action in the regular-season finale, and the Pelicans need him to be at his best for Game 3 against Oklahoma City on Saturday. • Brandon Ingram scores 18 points in loss to Thunder
Brandon Ingram scored 18 points (5-of-10 FGs, 8-of-8 FTs) with four rebounds, three assists, a steal, and a block in the Pelicans’ Wednesday loss to the Thunder.

Advice: Ingram didn’t post a particularly strong stat line but was efficient. He and Herb Jones only trailed Jonas Valanciunas in points among Pelicans players. He’ll need to be much more aggressive on offense at home to keep New Orleans alive in this series. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:24 pm
    • Records double-double in loss
Portis supplied 14 points (6-16 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists and one steal across 30 minutes during Tuesday's 125-108 loss to Indiana in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: Although Portis didn't come anywhere near Giannis Antetokounmpo's (calf) usual production, the former is doing enough to keep the interior afloat. Portis is expected to play at least one more game as Antetokounmpo's fill-in, but he'll need to keep the double-doubles coming. The Bucks' playoff fortunes will fade rapidly without a stronger response to Pascal Siakam and Myles Turner in the paint. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:15 am
    • Double-doubles in loss
Nurkic finished with 10 points (5-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-2 FT), 14 rebounds and four assists over 31 minutes during Tuesday's 105-93 loss to Minnesota in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: Nurkic grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds to go with 10 points, tallying his first double-double of the series. While he was more involved, the Suns still came up short, falling behind 2-0 in the series. Game 3 will be in Phoenix on Friday, where Nurkic will look to be even more of a force on the interior against the size of the Timberwolves. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 8:46 pm
    • Jusuf Nurkic grabs game-high 14 rebounds Tuesday
Jusuf Nurkic tallied 10 points (5-of-11 FGs, 0-of-2 FTs), 14 rebounds, and four assists in 31 minutes in Tuesday’s 105-93 loss to the Timberwolves.

Advice: Phoenix is headed home in a 0-2 hole, and they’ve had their hands full with Rudy Gobert. Nurkic has done what he can in the post, recording a double-double in Game 2 after offering limited production in the series opener on Saturday. Still, Minnesota’s size has given the Suns trouble. Kevin Durant scored 18 points but was not as efficient as in Game 1, shooting 6-of-15 from the field. He added six rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one blocked shot in 41 minutes, but KD missed both of his 3-point attempts. Durant, Nurkic, and the Suns will attempt to shift the series’ momentum on Friday night in Phoenix. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:55 pm
    • Grayson Allen (ankle) does not return after injury
Grayson Allen (right ankle sprain) played 17 minutes in Tuesday’s 105-93 loss to the Timberwolves, recording a line of three points (1-of-2 FGs), three rebounds, one steal, and one 3-pointer in 17 minutes.

Advice: Having sprained his right ankle in Game 1 on Saturday, Allen was initially questionable for Tuesday’s game. Unfortunately, he rolled the ankle early in the third quarter while attempting to block a shot. While the Suns announced that Allen was questionable to return, he never did. The concern now is potential swelling as the team flies to Phoenix for Game 3 on Friday, and Allen may not be a lock to play. Eric Gordon’s minutes increased with Allen sidelined, and he finished with 15 points, three rebounds, one assist, one steal, and three 3-pointers in 23 minutes. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:48 pm
