    • Naz Reid tallies 15 points, full line in Game 1
      Naz Reid shot 5-of-9 from the field and 2-of-4 from the foul line in Wednesday’s loss to the Mavericks, finishing with 15 points, five rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block, and three 3-pointers in 24 minutes.

      Advice: As has been the case throughout this season, Reid gave the Timberwolves solid production off the bench in Wednesday’s Game 1. Unfortunately for the Timberwolves, their bench outscoring the Mavericks reserves by a 28-14 margin didn’t mean much. Kyle Anderson added 11 points, two rebounds, two assists, and one 3-pointer in 17 minutes, shooting 5-of-8 from the field. While Reid and Rudy Gobert (12/7/1/1/2 in 38 minutes) recorded full stat lines, the struggles of Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards were too much to overcome.       Reid closed with 11 points (4-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 22 minutes during Sunday's 98-90 win over the Nuggets in Game 7 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

      Advice: Reid played additional minutes down the stretch due to Karl-Anthony Towns' foul trouble. As usual, Reid delivered on the offensive end and tallied a few key blocks.     • Donte DiVincenzo scores 39 in Game 7 defeat
      Donte DiVincenzo shot 11-of-21 from the field and 8-of-10 from the foul line in Sunday’s 130-109 loss to the Pacers, scoring 39 points with four rebounds, one assist, two steals, and nine 3-pointers in 40 minutes.

      Advice: As the Knicks continued to lose players, DiVincenzo kept firing away. He was outstanding in Game 7, shooting over 50% from the field and scoring 39 points. While DiVincenzo had a few games this postseason in which he struggled, the overall play was excellent. His 2023-24 season was better than anyone imagined, with DiVincenzo progressing from valued reserve to fixture in the Knicks starting lineup. He provided 3rd-round fantasy value after the trade deadline and finished the season just outside the top 60 in 9-cat formats. Expecting that level of production from DiVincenzo in 2024-25 would be a bit much, especially with a healthy Knicks roster. However, he’ll be worth selecting just inside the top 100.       DiVincenzo posted 39 points (11-21 FG, 9-15 3Pt, 8-10 FT), four rebounds, two steals and one assist over 41 minutes in Sunday's 130-109 loss to Indiana in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

      Advice: DiVincenzo led the way for New York on offense, leading all players in Sunday's winner-take-all game in threes made while setting a record for most threes in a Game 7 in NBA playoff history. As a result, DiVincenzo led all players in scoring, coming up one point shy of reaching the 40-point mark and tying a season-high point total.       McBride won't start Sunday's Game 7 against the Pacers, Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reports.

      Advice: With OG Anunoby (hamstring) returning from a four-game absence and Josh Hart playing through an abdomen injury he suffered in Game 6, McBride will shift to his usual reserve role.       Donte DiVincenzo played 39 minutes in Friday’s 116-103 loss to the Pacers, tallying 17 points (6-of-14 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), four rebounds, two assists, two steals, one block, and three 3-pointers.

      Advice: DiVincenzo has cooled off considerably since scoring 25 points or more in the series’ first three games. While he hit double figures in Game 6, the Big Ragu has gone 13-of-41 from the field in Games 4 through 6. With Jalen Brunson receiving constant defensive attention from the Pacers, the Knicks need more from DiVincenzo in Game 7 on Sunday afternoon. The same can be said for reserve Alec Burks, who shot 2-of-8 from the field on Friday, especially if Josh Hart (abdomen) is limited or cannot play.       Miles McBride shot 8-of-12 from the field in Friday’s loss to the Pacers, amassing 20 points, two rebounds, one assist, one steal, and four 3-pointers in 35 minutes.

      Advice: Making his second straight start, Deuce shot the ball well in Game 6. It may have mattered more had Jalen Brunson not going 2-of-13 from the field in the first half, and Josh Hart was limited with an abdominal injury. McBride wasn’t as impactful as in Game 5, but the Knicks should be encouraged by his offensive output in Friday’s defeat. They’ll need a similar effort from Deuce in Game 7 on Sunday afternoon.     • Darius Garland struggles in season-ending defeat
      Darius Garland accounted for 11 points (4-of-17 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), nine assists, and two steals in 43 minutes in Wednesday’s 113-98 loss to the Celtics.

      Advice: Boston eliminated Cleveland in five games, an unsurprising outcome given the Cavaliers’ many injuries. What was incredibly disappointing about Game 5 was Garland’s performance. After scoring 30 points and dishing out seven assists in Game 4, he shot 4-of-17 from the field and missed all four of his 3-point attempts. As with Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley, injuries were a significant factor for Garland, as he was limited to 57 regular-season games. While his value in 8-cat formats wasn’t far from his Yahoo ADP (40.3), he failed to crack the top 100 in 9-cat. Selecting Garland within the top 50 of standard league drafts wouldn’t be a bad idea, but fantasy managers can’t be blamed if they decide to look elsewhere next fall.       Caris LeVert (left knee bone bruise) is out for Wednesday’s Game 5 against the Celtics.

      Advice: After injuring his knee during Monday’s Game 4 defeat, LeVert will miss what could be Cleveland’s final game of the season. He joins Donovan Mitchell and Jarrett Allen on the sideline, with Isaac Okoro and Dean Wade moving into the starting lineup.
