    • Report: Jimmy Butler (elbow) out 3-4 weeks
Jimmy Butler (elbow) is expected to miss three-to-four weeks with a sprain, but he will not need surgery, sources told Yahoo! Sports.

Advice: The Bulls are officially calling it a ligament (ulnar) strain and a small bone impaction injury to the left elbow. Per beat writer KC Johnson, Butler will be evaluated on a weekly basis, and it's possible he'll return in under three weeks, but we're definitely looking at an extended absence for Jimmy Buckets. Without Butler, Tony Snell should move into the starting lineup and is a must-add in every format where he's available. Without Butler and Derrick Rose (knee), the Bulls are going to be slogging through the offensive end in the near future. Rotoworld.com

Kevin Martin (illness) is questionable to play on Monday vs. the Clippers.

Advice: If Martin can't suit up, expect Andrew Wiggins to be at the epicenter of whatever Minnesota tries to do against Los Angeles. And if the veteran is sidelined, it's possible Gary Neal would slide into the starting lineup. Rotoworld.com

    • Jose Calderon now out for at least two weeks
Jose Calderon (achilles) will be out for at least two weeks.

Advice: He'll be reevaluated at that point. This means Calderon will miss at least the next 14 days, and it sounds like there is a good chance he'll miss additional time beyond that. Without the veteran in the lineup, expect Langston Galloway and Shane Larkin to see the bulk of minutes at point guard as Derek Fisher gets creative with his lineups. Of the two, Galloway is the one to target in standard leagues, while Larkin has to show us something real to earn any additional consideration. Rotoworld.com

    • Henry Walker expected to get second 10-day
The Heat are expected to sign Henry Walker ot a second 10-day contract, sources told Real GM.

Advice: No surprise here. Bill.I.Am has made an impression during his short stint in Miami, and he'll continue to get a ton of opportunity with Chris Bosh out for the season and the Heat paper-thin behind Hassan Whiteside in the frontcourt. Rotoworld.com

Jeff Teague (hamstring), Al Horford (rest), DeMarre Carroll (rest) and Pero Antic (knee) all returned to practice on Monday.

    • Kyle Lowry will not play vs. Sixers on Monday
Kyle Lowry (personal) will not play on Monday against the Sixers.

Advice: Lowry said "a bunch of things" are bothering him, and that would help to explain at least some of Lowry's recent struggles. The point guard also revealed the organization wants to take the long-term approach when considering the postseason, and it sounds like Lowry could miss additional time as well. The Raptors play Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. For however long Lowry sits, expect Greivis Vasquez to see a big bump in time with more minutes for Lou Williams. Rotoworld.com

Goran Dragic (back) is still being listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Suns.

Advice: Dragic really wants to play, but he's clearly hurting even though he did report some improvement. He did not participate in shootaround, an indication that The Dragon could be headed for a dreaded game-time call. If he's unable to suit up, Mario Chalmers would start and see all of the minutes he can handle with Shabazz Napier as his backup. Rotoworld.com

    • Brad Stevens praises Thomas' ability to drive
Celtics coach Brad Stevens praised Isaiah Thomas' ability to penetrate into the lane as a key that makes him successful.

Advice: "We started the season playing very skilled at the 4 and the 5, but I think the ability to get in the paint, again, off of his (Thomas’) creation — but then the next guy getting into the paint because of it — is probably the key," Stevens said. It's not just Thomas creating opportunities for himself, but also his teammates that have him faring so well in Boston. He's a must-own, must-start player. Rotoworld.com

Coach Quin Snyder recently heaped praise all over rookie Elijah Millsap.

Advice: "There’s things that Elijah does that makes us a better team," Snyder said. "I think he shoots the ball maybe better than any of us thought when he first got here, just his ability to hit a spot-up shot." Snyder added that Millsap has to learn how to better balance plays for himself vs. plays for his teammates, but he's clearly established himself as a key part of Snyder's rotation and is averaging over 25 minutes per game since the All-Star break concluded. Alec Burks (shoulder) is traveling with the Jazz.

Advice: Although he's out for the season, Burks is engaging in film studies and off-court activities to make the most of his time away from the floor. "It’s really good that he’s here, that he’s with us," Quin Snyder said. "He wants to be with us. He’s in the film sessions." Jeff Hornacek praised Brandon Knight because he "understands the game."

Advice: "For myself, being a leader, directing guys, it's just putting them in the right positions and learning on the go and learning on the fly," Knight said. "If I talk myself through it, it looks like I'm leading but I'm kind of helping myself." Hornacek added that Knight is "willing to talk in practice," saying he's already been communicating with teammates about what needs improvement. Tyler Ennis reiterated that he's thankful to get a fresh start with the Bucks.

Advice: "In Phoenix, I was happy they drafted me," Ennis said. "But the situation guards-wise wasn't ideal for me coming in as a rookie, trying to compete against three established guards in the league." The Suns drafting Ennis never made a lot of sense, but now he's with Milwaukee so it's a moot point. Ennis will backup Michael Carter-Williams and Jerryd Bayless with the Bucks. Rotoworld.com

    • Lillard: Things 'starting to turn around' now
Damian Lillard said "things are starting to turn around" when asked if February was the worst shooting slump of his career.

Advice: Lillard averaged 20.7 points, 4.4 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.7 triples over nine February games, so it's not like he was completely useless. However, his 26.3 percent mark from deep was not typical, and that marked the second straight month he was under 30 percent from downtown. Lillard has started March at 60 percent from behind the 3-point line, but it's worth noting he's shooting a career-low 34.4 percent from distance while averaging a career-high 7.2 attempts per game. We know he won't stop shooting them. Rotoworld.com

Derrick Rose (knee) said that he would return this season.

Advice: Rose has already started his rehab and all reports have been tremendously positive since his outpatient surgery. While we're likely to get daily Rose updates for however long he's sidelined, it's important to remember that the earliest he'll return is at the back end of March. That doesn't leave a lot of time for him to contribute to fantasy owners looking to win their postseason matchups. Rotoworld.com

    • Morey: Rockets 'nowhere' without James Harden
Rockets GM Daryl Morey said the team would be "nowhere" without James Harden.

Advice: How's that taste, Dwight Howard? "We basically told the owner, ‘We should just give them everything. Like, literally, every possible thing that isn’t bolted down with the Rockets should be traded,’" Morey said. Harden is at the center of the MVP conversation and is arguably No. 1 on the totem pole depending on who you ask. The Harden trade was a franchise-altering move for Houston. Rotoworld.com

    • Bradley Beal (leg) reports no pain in return
Bradley Beal (leg) reported no pain following his first game back in Saturday's win over the Pistons.

Advice: "I felt good, no pain" he said. "Just a little winded at the beginning." Beal shot just 2-of-10 from the field, but the fact the he had no issues after jumping right back in with 32 minutes of action is a great sign going forward. • Andre Iguodala returns w/ efficient line Sun
Andre Iguodala returned to action with six points, nine rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block in 33 minutes during Sunday's win in Boston.

Advice: He made 3-of-4 shots and didn't commit any turnovers, picking up in March where he left off in February when he averaged 10.3 points on 51.3 percent shooting, 1.4 triples, 4.1 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.5 blocks. Poor free throw shooting dents Iguodala's value but he's still worth deploying in 12-team leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Goran Dragic (back) questionable for Monday
According to head coach Erik Spoelstra, Goran Dragic is questionable for Monday's game vs. the Suns after he dealt with back spasms during Saturday's game vs. the Hawks.

Advice: "He got hit in the back and that's why he was in the locker room," Spoelstra said. "He probably shouldn't have played in the second half. He just played through it. I kept on asking him if he was OK and he said he was... He gutted it out." Dragic will likely do everything in his power to be ready in time to face his former team, and we should be able to provide another update after the Heat's shootaround on Monday morning. If Dragic can't play, Mario Chalmers will be the primary beneficiary, while Shabazz Napier would likely see an uptick in minutes off the bench. Rotoworld.com

With Russell Westbrook (face) unavailable, D.J. Augustin started for the Thunder on Sunday and notched 18 points, four 3-pointers, nine rebounds, five assists and one steal.

Advice: Westbrook isn't expected to be out long and OKC doesn't play again until Wednesday, so this may be Augustin's only fill-in start. He shot 6-of-15 from the field in 41 minutes and would resume must-own fantasy status if Westbrook ever suffered a long-term injury, so don't lose sight of him in the coming weeks. Rotoworld.com

    • George Hill cruises in win vs. hapless Sixers
George Hill carved up the Sixers' defense on Sunday, finishing a 94-74 home victory with 17 points, nine rebounds, four assists and two steals.

Advice: He shot 8-of-16 with one 3-pointer and did his damage in just 32 minutes of action. The fact that he was matched up against Ish Smith and Isaiah Canaan certainly helped, but Hill has found his groove after an injury-plagued start to the year and he's regained must-start fantasy status. • Elfrid Payton benched after 13 minutes Sunday
Elfrid Payton struggled in every facet of the game on Sunday, going scoreless with one rebound and one assist in 13 minutes before being benched by coach James Borrego.

Advice: Payton has a lousy True Shooting of 44.4 percent and it's understandable that Borrego gets frustrated with his decision-making, but his development should be the priority for Orlando in the season's final weeks. Instead it was veteran Willie Green scoring 11 points in 32 minutes off the bench tonight. Payton's assists and steals are typically excellent but he'll need more consistent scoring to be more than a specialist down the stretch. Rotoworld.com

    • Nicolas Batum struggles again on Sunday
Nicolas Batum shot just 1-of-6 from the field and 0-of-4 from deep on Sunday vs. the Kings, finishing with just two points, five assists, four boards and one steal in 31 minutes.

Advice: This was a pretty brutal game for Batum, but he has been much better since the All-Star break, averaging 10.2 points, 5.4 boards, 5.0 assists, 0.8 blocks, 1.4 steals and 1.6 3-pointers over his last five games. Batum's owners may never forgive him after his horrific start to the season, but at least he is starting to turn things around. Rotoworld.com

Damian Lillard scored a game-high 31 points in a win over the Kings on Sunday, adding seven assists, four boards, one block and three 3-pointers in 36 minutes.

Advice: This was actually Lillard's highest scoring game since he dropped 34 points against the Lakers on Jan. 11, and he has now attempted 20 or more shots in each of his last two games. As one of the league's most durable and consistent guards, he should be a top-10 fantasy asset for the rest of the way. Rotoworld.com

Robert Covington suffered a right elbow contusion during Sunday's game vs. the Pacers and he will not return.

James Harden kept up his torrid pace during Sunday's thrilling overtime win over the Cavs, notching 33 points (8-of-18 from the field, 15-of-18 from the line), eight rebounds, five assists, three steals, two blocks and five turnovers.

Advice: This was Harden's NBA-leading 26th game with more than 30 points, and this performance will certainly help his case for MVP-honors. Harden also logged 42 minutes tonight, which would suggest that his ankle injury is no longer an issue. He's averaging 22.6 points, 8.8 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.6 three-pointers, since the All-Star break, while shooting 84.2 percent from the charity stripe on 11.4 attempts per game. Simply put, he’s a beast. Rotoworld.com

Jimmy Butler (left elbow) will have MRI on hyperextended left elbow on Monday.

Advice: We'll continue to track Butler's status closely, and we're considering him questionable for Tuesday's game vs. the Wizards. Tony Snell will likely draw the start if Butler is unavailable on Tuesday, and he's worth a speculative add in deep leagues with averages of 13.6 points and 2.7 three-pointers through the month of February. Jimmy Butler (left elbow sprain) will not return for Sunday's game vs. the Clippers.

Advice: Butler will finish Sunday's game with 10 points on 3-of-9 shooting from the field, with two 3-pointers, two assists, two rebounds, and one turnover. The Bulls play again on Tuesday vs. Washington, and we'll be considering him questionable for that one. Tony Snell stepped up when Butler went down, scoring 10 points in the third quarter, and he'll be worth a look in deep leagues if Butler is forced to sit out on Tuesday. Rotoworld.com

Head coach Tom Thiodeau said that he is confident Derrick Rose will return this season.

Advice: "He'll get past this hurdle," coach Tom Thibodeau said. "He has made it through two tough rehabs. This one will be much shorter, and he'll get back to being who he is." Rose is expected to be sidelined for anywhere from 4-6 weeks, and while it would be great to see him back in time for the NBA playoffs, he likely won't return quick enough to impact fantasy leagues. Dennis Schroder, who is coming off a 16-point, 10-assist performance vs. the Heat, will continue to be the primary beneficiary if Teague misses more time. Zach LaVine hasn't played next to Ricky Rubio in the second half of the season for more than one minute.

Advice: Even with the Wolves being shorthanded, they're still playing LaVine at point guard. The rookie's numbers in the second half don't look great, averaging 6.0 points, 1.6 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.4 treys. LaVine might log some minutes at shooting guard now because it looks like they're going to be even thinner all-around with Nikola Pekovic (ankle) expected to miss time. • Dante Exum plays just 12 minutes Saturday
Dante Exum was held scoreless in 12 minutes against the Jazz and was benched in favor of Trey Burke for the start of the second half.

Advice: Exum has now played 19 or fewer minutes in each of his last three games, and it is starting to look like his days as a starter are numbered. The Jazz obviously threw the rookie into the fire too quickly, and while he does have a ton of potential, he is nowhere near ready to be a starting PG in the NBA. Exum should have already been dropped in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

Gerald Green started the second half for the injured Brandon Knight, finishing with four points and one rebound in 14 minutes against the Spurs on Saturday.

Advice: He seems to be firmly in the doghouse and has played just 15.5 minutes per game since the break (including the DNP-CD). The Suns appear like they're not going to bring Green back next season and will get a look at their young guys, so he's not worth owning in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He might have played a little more, but his shot was just off tonight and he wasn't helping his team much. Beal was doing most of his work on the perimeter, but there was no indication that he's still dealing with his leg issue and he was diving for loose balls in the fourth. Kyle Lowry will not play against the Knicks on Saturday, and he is also expected to rest against the 76ers on Monday.

Advice: He had a minor injury on Friday night and was able to return. Coach Dwane Casey said Lowry has looked banged up so this will give him a chance to recover as the Raptors start to look towards the playoffs. Lowry's February numbers look horrible, averaging 11.9 points, 5.3 assists, 0.9 steals and 1.2 treys on 34.2 percent from the field. The rest has to help him. Advice: The Wizards really need to win this game coming off a six-game losing streak. Jose Calderon (Achilles) will not play on Saturday against the Raptors.

Advice: An MRI revealed he has a strain in his Achilles and it's fair to assume he's going to miss multiple games. Calderon said he doesn't want to shut it down, but he's usually taken a long time to recover from injuries. With Calderon out, Shane Larkin is going to benefit most, but he's still not worth grabbing in standard leagues. Langston Galloway will also have more opportunity. Rotoworld.com

    • Derrick Rose (knee) starts rehab on Saturday
Derrick Rose (knee) started his rehab on Saturday.

Advice: His surgery wasn't nearly as severe as last time, so he's obviously not going to need five months like he did back in the 2013-14 season to allow his torn meniscus to heal. For what it's worth, Metta World Peace needed less than two weeks to return from a torn meniscus earlier in his career, so Rose's 4-6 week timetable is doable. Still, he's not worth owning because the Bulls will likely take it easy on him until the playoffs. Aaron Brooks has been a letdown, but he's still worth a look in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Bradley Beal (leg) could return on Saturday?
Head coach Randy Wittman left open the possibility of Bradley Beal (leg) playing on Saturday against the Pistons.

Advice: Normally Beal would be required to make it through a full practice before returning, but coach Wittman said that it was not mandatory in order for Beal to play. "We’ll see in these next couple days," Wittman said before Friday's game against the 76ers. "He’s been going through simulations with all our players. All the hard running and stuff that needs to be done and then you check to make sure there’s no lingering effect the next day." We should know more on Beal's status closer to tip-off, so owners will want to check back for an update. Garrett Temple, Rasual Butler and Otto Porter will continue to see increased roles if Beal remains sidelined. Rotoworld.com

Goran Dragic scored 20 points on 9-of-13 shooting with three rebounds, five assists and one steal in the Heat's loss to the Pelicans on Friday.

    • Damian Lillard scores 29 in huge win vs. OKC
Damian Lillard scored 29 points during a 115-112 win over the Thunder on Friday with three rebounds, five assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in 37 minutes.

Advice: He put up a bit of an under-the-radar month. In his nine February games, Lillard averaged 20.7 points, 4.4 boards, 5.3 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.7 treys on 47.1 percent from the field and 83.7 percent from the line. He actually struggled with his jumper this month, but shooting a sterling 83.7 percent at the rim carried him. The All-Star still has room for improvement. Rotoworld.com

    • Jimmy Butler posts 28 & 12 against Minny
Jimmy Butler scored 28 points on 11-of-19 shooting (6-of-7 FTs) with 12 rebounds, one assist, two steals and two blocks in the Bulls' 96-89 win over the Wolves on Friday.

Advice: Butler did not hit a three but who cares when he's putting up numbers like these. He has returned top 6-12 value (9/8 cat) on a per-game basis this season and with Derrick Rose out of the picture for the most part he could theoretically improve on that. Rotoworld.com

    • D.J. Augustin to get more playing time?
D.J. Augustin played 20 minutes off the bench on Friday against the Blazers during a 115-112 loss with six points, one rebound, four assists and two steals.

Advice: There is nothing encouraging coming out regarding Russell Westbrook now and it sounds like he's going to need to miss time with his facial injury. As of Friday night, he is going to be evaluated, but the team might not provide an update until Saturday. If you need a point guard and are OK with cutting someone, it makes sense to add Augustin. • Isaiah Thomas at it again with 28 & 7 in win
Isaiah Thomas scored 28 points on 9-of-22 shooting (2-of-8 3PTs, 8-of-10 FTs) with one rebound, seven assists and one steal in the Celtics' 106-98 win over the Hornets on Friday.

Advice: Thomas has been a top-25 player in four games for the Celtics (top-60 in 9-cat), averaging 22.3 points in 27.7 mpg with 2.5 treys, 3.3 boards, 6.0 assists, 1.0 steals and a devastating 88.6 percent from the line on 8.8 attempts per game. He's hitting just 39.3 percent of his shots during that small sample and his playing time should continue to rise. Meanwhile the Celtics look like a transformed team and a fun potential No. 8 seed if they can keep it up. Rotoworld.com

Kyle Lowry left the game in the first quarter and did return, finishing with four points, two rebounds and no assists in 19 minutes against the Warriors on Friday.

George Hill logged the first triple-double of his career on Friday during a 93-86 win over the Cavs with 15 points, 10 rebounds, 12 assists, one block, two steals and two turnovers.

Advice: Since Monday, there has been a triple-double every night this week. Hill has really stepped up with 7.0 assists per game in his last five, adding averages of 12.8 points, 4.2 boards, 1.4 assists and 1.4 treys. He's not shooting the ball well, but he is a must-start player right now. Plus, it's great to see his groin injury is behind him. Rotoworld.com

    • Payton continues to struggle in standards
Elfrid Payton struggled again on Friday, scoring four points on 2-of-8 shooting with one rebound, five assists and two steals in 25 minutes.

Advice: Payton hasn't been getting it done in standard leagues for a while now and though we like his chances of getting hot given his minutes and usage, he simply can't be a must-own player. Rotoworld.com

Robert Covington didn't play well against the Wizards on Friday with 13 points, six boards and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes.

Advice: He wasn't benched this time and his minutes should increase a little more than this. Covington was benched on Wednesday due to poor defense, but he wasn't too bad in that department tonight. In his previous February games, he averaged 16.3 points, 5.7 boards, 1.8 assists, 2.4 steals and 3.0 treys. He's a must-start player. Rotoworld.com

Updating a previous report, James Harden (ankle) will be in the starting lineup for Friday's game vs. the Nets.

Advice: Head coach Kevin McHale said that he has no plan to limit Harden's minutes, but he will keep an eye on his ankle and make adjustments if he’s in any noticeable pain. Harden has been an absolute beast this season, leading the league in scoring with 27.2 points per game while chipping in 5.8 rebounds, 6.9 assists, 1.9 steals, and 2.7 three-pointers. Jose Calderon (Achilles) is getting an MRI on Saturday.

Advice: It sounds like he'll miss some time here and he can be dropped in most leagues. Calderon probably isn't out for the year, but he hasn't played well enough to stash. Langston Galloway will run the point while Cleanthony Early moves into the starting lineup. Rotoworld.com

    • James Harden (ankle) likely to play Friday
Rockets' head coach Kevin McHale believes that James Harden (ankle) will suit up for Friday's game vs. the Nets.

Advice: Harden is already a must-start guy every time he's in uniform, and with a very favorable matchup against the Nets, he's someone to strongly consider in daily leagues. He will be without a minutes restriction, and had a 30-point outing with a full line during his last matchup against Brooklyn, so make sure you have him on your active roster. Rotoworld.com

    • Andre Iguodala (rest) out for Friday night
Andre Iguodala (rest) will not play on Friday night.

Advice: It is scheduled rest with Iguodala sitting out in previous back-to-back sets. The last time he sat, Klay Thompson scored 52 points, but it should be Brandon Rush picking up most of the minutes for Iggy tonight. Harrison Barnes only gets a slight bump tonight. Rotoworld.com

Coach Brett Brown he will start the same starting five for Friday against the Wizards.

Advice: That means it'll be Isaiah Canaan, Jason Richardson, Robert Covington, Luc Mbah a Moute and Nerlens Noel. Covington was benched on Wednesday for poor defense, but he should be back to his old role. Start him. It'll be interesting to see where Jerami Grant fits in after playing 33 minutes. • Bradley Beal (leg) will not play on Friday
Bradley Beal (leg) will not suit up for Friday's game vs. the 76ers.

Advice: Beal still needs to go through a full practice before he can return to the court, so until that happens, he's not going to play. Garrett Temple, Otto Porter, and Rasual Butler will continue to split minutes at the two-spot with Beal sidelined, but the timeshare makes all of those guys too risky for use in most leagues. James Harden (ankle) was able to go through shootaround, but he remains questionable for Friday's game vs. the Nets.

Advice: We'll continue to monitor this situation closely, but if he's unable to go, Corey Brewer would likely slide into the starting lineup with Pablo Prigioni and K.J. McDaniels having the opportunity for extended minutes. As for the offense, Trevor Ariza, Josh Smith, Terrence Jones, and Donatas Motiejunas would all be asked to step up, and each of those guys would serve as quality plug-and-play options in daily leagues. • Rose's (knee) timetable set at 4-6 weeks
Derrick Rose underwent a meniscectomy on Friday morning, and he is expected to make a full recovery in 4-6 weeks.

Advice: Rose is full-weight bearing after undergoing the procedure, and he was able to walk out of the hospital. Rookie Doug McDermott had a similar procedure earlier in the year, and he was able to return to practice in four weeks, so things appear to be moving in a positive direction. If Rose is able to return at the four-week mark, he'll return for the final nine games of the season, however, he sits until the six-week mark he'll only be returning for the final three games of the season. Given Rose's tendency to be on the long-end of his recovery timetable, and the fact his minutes will likely be limited upon his return, owners in all re-draft leagues should probably just drop him at this point. Aaron Brooks will be the starting point guard and primary beneficiary with Rose sidelined. Rotoworld.com

Gerald Green played 16 minutes against the Thunder on Thursday with two points, one assist and one steal.

Advice: He was the No. 2 guy off the bench and he only made 1-of-4 from the field. Green was more focused on defense tonight, but he still has a long way to go to getting back in the good graces of his coach. If you want to add someone like Kelly Olynyk for Green, go for it. Rotoworld.com

    • Brandon Knight scores 15 points in win
Brandon Knight played 48 minutes against the Thunder on Thursday with 15 points, five rebounds, three assists and three 3-pointers.

Advice: While he did get a front-row seat of the Russ Westbrook Show, Knight looked good. He had a lot of ISO plays and he ran the offense a ton tonight, especially in transition. It's pretty clear coach Jeff Hornacek is going to stagger Knight's minutes with Eric Bledsoe, which should elevate his usage rate. Considering how many treys he's taking, his fantasy value shouldn't fall off too much. He should be viewed as a mid-round guy. Rotoworld.com

D.J. Augustin scored 13 points in 27 minutes off the bench on Thursday vs. the Suns, adding five boards, three assists and one 3-pointer.

Advice: In four games with the Thunder Augustin has averaged 9.0 points, 3.5 assists, 3.3 boards and 1.5 3-pointers in 26.3 minutes per game. Bulls Vice President John Paxson said on Thursday that he is hopeful that Derrick Rose (knee) will be able to return this season.

Advice: Rose is set to undergo surgery on Friday morning at which point a firm timetable will be established, but the Bulls are hoping that this latest injury is just a minor setback. Jose Calderon is not considering shutting it down for the season after his latest Achilles injury.

Advice: Calderon is currently in a walking boot and is listed as doubtful for Friday's game vs. the Pistons, but it's great to see him eager to return to action despite the Knicks fighting the 76ers for last place in the Eastern Conference. Langston Galloway will be the primary beneficiary if Calderon misses time, while Shane Larkin (illness) could get some increased run as well. Rotoworld.com

    • Poor defense led to Covington's benching Wed.
76ers' head coach Brett Brown said that Robert Covington's lackluster play on the defensive end was the reason he elected to bench him for the second and third quarter of Wednesday's loss to the Bucks.

Advice: "The luxury that I have now that we kind of have bodies is you don’t feel a prisoner to somebody like Robert," said Brown. "We’ve got [Jason Richardson] and Hollis Thompson, so there are more options there. That’s not scolding [Covington], it’s just the way the landscape works. It’s a pecking order that’s built on the standards we have defensively." Derrick Rose is scheduled to undergo surgery on his right knee Friday morning, and a timeline for his return will be announced following his procedure.

Advice: Rose will undergo a meniscectomy, which is a procedure that will remove all or part of his torn meniscus, but it's worth noting that many within the Bulls' organization remain cautiously optimistic that Rose will be able to return at some point this season. We'll be following this story closely, but given the amount of time Rose has spent sidelined over the past three seasons, we're not as optimistic as the Bulls, and Rose can probably be dropped in standard leagues at this point. Advice: With the Knicks playing for draft picks, it's very unlikely that Calderon would play at less than 100 percent, and we fully expect him to sit out of Friday's game. • Nicolas Batum says he feels refreshed
Nicolas Batum said he feels refreshed and ready for the second half of the season after spending six days in Mexico.

Advice: Batum has been mired in a season-long slump, but said six days of vacation on the beaches of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico over the All-Star Break helped him hit the rest button. "I needed that," Batum said. "Just to refresh my mind. Just to go away from the stress. Just get away." Batum has has strong back-to-back performances and has averaged 16.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 1.0 steals, 1.0 blocks, and 3.0 three-pointers in those two games. • James Harden questionable for Friday vs Nets
James Harden (ankle) did not practice on Thursday, and is questionable for Friday against the Nets.

Advice: With Dwight Howard (knee) already out and Patrick Beverley (illness) also questionable, missing Harden on Friday would be a big blow to the Rockets. We'll update his status as soon as possible, but some combination of Trevor Ariza, Josh Smith, Jason Terry, and Beverley (if he plays) would have to pick up the slack for Harden if he has to sit out on Friday. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said he's planning to give Andre Iguodala some rest in the near future.

Advice: Iguodala won't sit against the Cavaliers on Thursday, so we'll likely see him get a rest day on Friday or Sunday. Harrison Barnes will get a small bump in fantasy value on whichever day Iguodala sits, but the value boost will only last for one game. Rotoworld.com

Advice: When asked where he sees his game right now, Lowry said, "I'm trash. I'm trying to figure it out right now, to be honest with you." While his terminology might be a tad strong, Lowry is only averaging 12.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, 6.4 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.6 three-pointers over his last five games (all below his season averages), so fantasy owners may want to attempt to buy low before he figures things out. James Harden suffered an ankle injury in the fourth quarter and played through it during a big 110-105 win over the Clippers on Wednesday, scoring 21 points with four rebounds, 10 assists and three 3-pointers.

Advice: "It’s pretty sore right now, but I’ll get some rest tonight and ice it," Harden said. "Hopefully be ready to go Friday." He limped out of the arena and he is likely going to be on the injury report for Friday's game against the Nets. Meanwhile, Harden finally stuck it to the Clippers. In fact, Knight has passed the ball to Bledsoe more than any other player and he's also received more passes from him than anyone else, too. He's taken 19 attempts from deep in his last two games, which is a good thing based on his 40.4 percent from that range this season. Bradley Beal (leg) is hoping to play Friday against the 76ers.

Advice: The Wizards really need him right now, going 2-6 since Beal went down. He will almost certainly be on a minutes limit in his return and likely be in the 24-30 range. With Beal back, we'll see a lot less of Otto Porter and Garrett Temple. The frontcourt guys should also score slightly less. Beal should be owned in standard leagues as more of a stash. Rotoworld.com

Gerald Green played 21 minutes against the Nuggets on Wednesday with 15 points, four rebounds, three assists, one block and three 3-pointers.

Advice: He was a DNP-CD on Monday because coach Jeff Hornacek called his number and Green had stepped away to go to the bathroom. He really only needs around 25 minutes per game to put up value in standard leagues, so he should be on your radar. However, it's going to be tough to add him until Hornacek rolls with a consistent rotation on the wing behind Brandon Knight and P.J. Tucker. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He should have more on his plate with Derrick Rose (knee) out for the foreseeable future. Butler has really seen a huge boost in the past month even with Rose on the floor, so it should be interesting to see how he does now that he'll be running the offense a lot more. Advice: He said the Achilles issue has been bothering him for weeks. The Knicks went with the Alexey Shved and Langston Galloway backcourt to close out this game, which tells you all you need to know about the state of that team right now. Jerami Grant started the second half for Robert Covington on Wednesday.

    • Derrick Rose (knee) surgery may happen by Fri
Derrick Rose is expected to have surgery on his torn medial meniscus "sooner rather than later," and it could happen as soon as Friday.

Advice: Beat writer K.C. Johnson also confirmed that there's a growing belief the tear isn't as serious as the one Rose suffered in the same knee on Nov. 2013, which kept him out for nine months after surgery. This could be a small cartilage tear requiring a minimally-invasive procedure, but it's possible that Rose could have his meniscus removed to prevent future setbacks. We won't have a timetable until the surgery is performed, but owners in re-draft leagues can't afford to hold him with the fantasy playoffs looming a few weeks away. Aaron Brooks is an excellent pickup in Rose's absence. Rotoworld.com

    • Bradley Beal (leg) sits out seventh straight
Bradley Beal (leg) will miss his seventh consecutive game on Wednesday.

Advice: Beal traveled with the team and has been slowly ramping up his activity in recent days, leaving him questionable to return in Philly on Friday or at home on Saturday. Garrett Temple will earn another start at SG in his absence but he's only worth a look in deeper leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Isaiah Thomas to continue coming off bench
Celtics coach Brad Stevens said that he isn't considering Isaiah Thomas as a starter, and he's happy with the backcourt combination of Marcus Smart and Avery Bradley.

Advice: Thomas has averaged 21.0 points, 3.0 triples, 3.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.5 steals in two games with Boston, despite playing only 26 minutes off the bench. He's a must-start fantasy player whether he's starting or leading the second unit, and his presence is a drag on Smart's fantasy outlook. Rotoworld.com

    • Derrick Rose to have surgery sooner, not later
Derrick Rose's medial meniscus tear is not as severe as it was in 2013 and he is expected to have surgery sooner rather than later.

Advice: Additionally, the Chicago Tribune's K.C. Johnson added some notes this morning: Rose was told after first surgery last season of possibility another tear could happen and that "snip" procedure likely then. He also opted for meniscus to be reattached rather than removed in 2013, but the snipping procedure tends to have a shorter rehab. There's no timetable for his return, but sadly his fantasy owners can cut him in all redraft leagues. Aaron Brook is likely to score more from the point guard spot and is worth a look in standard leagues. Meanwhile, expect Jimmy Butler to really step up. Butler saw a massive increase in production the last time Rose went down, but he's grown immensely since and could have another boost. Tony Snell has also been on a tear and is worth watching. D.J. Augustin struggled in 25 minutes on Tuesday, as he came off the bench to score three points on 1-of-6 shooting with two rebounds, seven assists and one steal.

Advice: Anyone holding onto Augustin should scour the waiver wire for a better option. His value tanked overnight with the trade to OKC and he's only worth keeping if you're targeting 3-pointers and assists in a deep league. Rotoworld.com

    • Report: Derrick Rose has torn right meniscus
Derrick Rose will have surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee, the Bulls announced on Tuesday.

Advice: This is heartbreaking news for the former MVP, who was just regaining his rhythm after recovering from a torn medial meniscus in his right knee last season. The Bulls will announce an official timetable after he has surgery but it's probable that he's done for the season, including the playoffs. He originally tore his meniscus last November and didn't play in a game until suiting up for FIBA in late August, a nine-month timetable which may be even longer this time considering his lengthy injury history. The only good news is that according to beat writer K.C. Johnson, "[The] initial belief is that this tear is not as extensive as tear in November 2013." Aaron Brooks, Kirk Hinrich and E'Twaun Moore will do their best to fill the void at PG in his absence, with Brooks and Hinrich standing out as the best speculative fantasy pickups. Get well, D-Rose. • Rose limited at practice, will play Wednesday
Derrick Rose had some overall soreness and was limited during Tuesday's practice, but he is expected to play Wednesday vs. the Hornets.

Advice: Rose has been struggling with his shot for much of the season, and he has only hit 40.5 percent of his shots through the month of February with averages of 17.3 points, 5.8 assists and 1.0 three-pointer per game. He will however draw a favorable matchup against Mo Williams of the Hornets for Wednesday's game, so he has a chance of bouncing back from Monday's disappointing 1-of-13 shooting performance. Advice: Teague has a day to recover before the Hawks face the Mavericks on Wednesday, but we'll consider him questionable until we hear more. Advice: While Beal seems to be inching closer to a return, it doesn't sound like that's an imminent possibility. Barring a miracle, we'll consider him out for Tuesday's game against the Warriors with a Saturday return looking like the more likely scenario. There isn't a direct fantasy beneficiary in Beal's absence, so Garrett Temple, Otto Porter, and Rasual Butler can all stay on the wire. Rotoworld.com

Gerald Green was a healthy scratch against the Celtics on Monday.

Advice: Green was set to come off the bench against his former team on Monday, but ended up not seeing the court during the Suns' loss. Advice: Knight is going to produce more like a shooting guard than a point guard in Phoenix, and it's fair to wonder if he'll keep up with the gaudy rebounding totals. He did not have a steal or block or go to the free throw line at all, but altogether the increase in 3-point attempts will go a long way toward keeping his value from dipping too much. Rotoworld.com

New Celtics PG Isaiah Thomas returned to Phoenix just a week after he was traded away, carving up the Suns for 21 points, seven assists, three treys and one steal in 27 minutes.

Advice: It's clear the Celtics are going to rely on Thomas to generate much of their offense and though they could decide to hold his minutes in the 27-30 range, it wouldn't be surprising if he's running starter's minutes sometime soon. He has top-25 upside and he's probably looking at early round returns no matter what, as now the Suns join the Kings in looking silly for letting the Pizza Guy go. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He's just the sixth player since 1985 to put up a 30-point triple-double with at least four blocks. The Rockets didn't have Patrick Beverley (illness) tonight and it was all Harden all the time. Harden's numbers in his last 10 are ridiculous, averaging 27.1 points, 6.8 boards 7.0 assists, 1.9 steals, 0.8 blocks and 2.7 treys. Advice: He had all five steals in the first quarter and he has stepped up in the steals department as a shooting guard, stealing six in his first start at shooting guard this season. Goran Dragic showed why the Heat traded for him on Monday with 23 points, two rebounds, 10 assists, two steals and two 3-pointers in 33 minutes.

Advice: He only had one assist in his Heat debut on Saturday and was on the other end of the spectrum tonight. Bradley Beal (leg) said he has been "running and jumping a little bit" in some on-court drills.

Advice: He said he has no soreness in his leg and "it's just a matter of time now" for him to return. Even with the positive news, we would still consider him doubtful to play on Tuesday against the Warriors. Perhaps he has a chance to return on Saturday following a three-game road trip. Gerald Green will come off the bench against the Celtics on Monday.

Advice: He played just 11 minutes on Saturday and there is no word of an injury. Green has played poorly in February, averaging 7.0 points, 1.7 boards, 1.9 assists, 0.4 steals and 0.9 treys on 39.6 percent from the field. He has a greater opportunity now, but he's too risky to start in fantasy leagues right now with the Suns getting a look at Archie Goodwin these days. Rotoworld.com

Brandon Knight will start against the Celtics on Monday with Gerald Green moving to the bench.

Advice: Knight didn't look great in his debut and was forcing the issue a bit, scoring 13 points with five assists in 25 minutes. He is going to play off the ball and he should slot into Goran Dragic's role from last season -- Dragic played 35.1 minutes per game last season. Taj Gibson inadvertently revealed Butler is dealing with the concern over the weekend, and Butler said he "can't remember" if there was a more serious injury than just a sprain. Advice: "It will be something I have to get used to," Knight said. "It's just a matter of playing basketball and making winning plays, whether on or off the ball." After dealing two of their point guards at the trade deadline, the Suns are once again banking on playing two point guards in the same backcourt, though Knight and Eric Bledsoe are a much different version than the previous pairing of Bledsoe and Goran Dragic. Spoelstra also said that the Heat want to "play to his strengths" when talking about Dragic's acclimation, and it will be an adjustment process for all involved. Isaiah Thomas looked good in green during his Celtics debut on Sunday, posting 21 points, three 3-pointers, five rebounds, three assists and two steals in just 25 minutes before being ejected in the fourth quarter.

Advice: He was dealing with a minor illness, according to coach Brad Stevens, and should see his role increase steadily as he adjusts to his new team in Boston. A starting job is almost inevitable, though Thomas should see an uptick in playing time and usage rate no matter where he begins the game. Boston has him under contract for a reasonable $19.3 million over the next three seasons (through 2017-18), so they have plenty of incentive to feed him minutes over the final two months of the season. Nicolas Batum got back on track vs. Memphis with 17 points, three 3-pointers, 10 rebounds, five assists, one block and two turnovers in 36 minutes.

Advice: This was Batum's first double-digit scoring performance in five games and it marks his second double-double all season. Tonight's outburst is attributable to LaMarcus Aldridge's absence with a thumb injury, but it's still encouraging to see Batum aggressive and accurate offensively. D.J. Augustin logged 30 minutes in his second game coming off the Thunder bench, scoring eight points with two 3-pointers, three rebounds, two assists and one steal.

Advice: He was 2-of-7 from the field and committed three turnovers, and his playing time was higher than expected due to Kyle Singler's foul trouble and Russell Westbrook's limited minutes in the blowout -- Augustin's 30 minutes were a team-high. George Hill shot 4-of-13 from the field on Sunday, finishing a surprising win vs. the Warriors with 12 points, two 3-pointers, two rebounds and two assists in 30 minutes.

Advice: Hill is shooting just 38.8 percent over his past five games and has yet to play more than 30 minutes in a game since returning from his groin injury on Jan. 23. Isaiah Thomas is feeling under the weather, but he is going to play against the Lakers on Sunday.

Advice: Thomas is set to come off the bench in his Boston debut behind Marcus Smart and Avery Bradley, but it's going to be interesting to see what coach Brad Stevens does with his rotations. Jose Calderon had another atrocious outing during Sunday's blowout loss to the Cavs, scoring just four points on 2-of-9 shooting to go with two rebounds, two assists, and three turnovers over 28 minutes of action.

Advice: Calderon, a pass-first point guard, is having trouble being effective on a team with no one to pass to. The Knicks are simply awful, and as a team they are shooting an unflattering 43.5 percent from the field. Calderon's situation isn't going to get any better, and with season averages of just 9.3 points, 4.7 assists, and 1.5 three-pointers on 42.6 percent shooting from the field, he's certainly a drop-candidate in standard leagues. Advice: They weren't able to meet up with the team in time to play on Friday, but all signs point to them being activated tonight. It's going to be interesting to see how Thomas fits into the rotation along with Marcus Smart and Avery Bradley, so owners will want to keep a close eye on this in the coming days. James Harden scored 20 points to snap a two-game losing streak during a 98-76 win on Saturday over the Raptors, adding five rebounds, seven assists, two steals and two 3-pointers in 29 minutes.

Advice: He has multiple steals in each of his last six games and climbed to No. 3 in the league in steals because of it. In that span, he averaged 28.8 points, 6.8 boards, 6.7 assists, 2.2 steals and 2.5 treys on 47.0 percent from the field and 78.0 percent from the line. Harden also has an identical assist percentage and usage rate in that span at 30.5 while the Rockets are running at a pace of 101.6 possessions per 48 while he's out there -- the Warriors lead the NBA in pace at 101.1 per 48. In his last five games, he averaged 11.2 points, 3.2 boards, 6.8 assists and 1.4 steals on 31.7 percent from the field. Gerald Green played 11 minutes against the Bulls on Saturday with 10 points, one rebound, three assists and two 3-pointers during a 112-107 loss.

Advice: He hasn't looked great whatsoever. Green made just 5-of-14 from the field on Friday and he may have found himself in the doghouse. Still, the Suns probably aren't going to play Archie Goodwin this much, but the bad news is that Marcus Morris and P.J. Tucker had most of the run at small forward. Brandon Knight had a mediocre outing in his first game with the Suns, scoring 13 points with five assists and one 3-pointer in 25 minutes.

Advice: It might be hard to believe, but the Suns have a messier guard rotation now than when they did before their trades -- that should change soon. Advice: The Heat offense was lost tonight with a lot of guys standing around Dwyane Wade (19 points, four rebounds and four assists) The Heat also used a lot of three-guard lineups tonight, which was a big complaint from Dragic in Phoenix. He obviously gets a pass here and should be better on Monday against the 76ers. Rotoworld.com

    • D.J. Augustin plays 23 minutes in OKC debut
D.J. Augustin played 23 minutes in his Thunder debut on Saturday with 12 points, three rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers.

Advice: The important thing here is that he did play next to Russell Westbrook. It was for 10 minutes and he played down the stretch. This does sounds great and all, but there just are not going to be many shots for DJA once Kevin Durant comes back. He's not worth owning in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green starting again on Saturday
Gerald Green will remain in the starting lineup for Saturday's game vs. the Bulls.

Advice: Coach Jeff Hornacek has decided to bring Brandon Knight off the bench for his debut, but we doubt that this will be a permanent move. Green played 30 minutes in a start on Friday, scoring 12 points with six assists, but he's been too inconsistent to rely upon in standard leagues. The Suns also added Marcus Thornton at the trade deadline, so owners will want to see how the Suns' rotation shapes up in the coming days. Rotoworld.com

    • Brandon Knight coming off bench, Green starts
Brandon Knight will come off the bench against the Bulls on Saturday night with Gerald Green remaining in the starting lineup.

Advice: The Suns used Archie Goodwin as their backup point guard on Friday, so it at least makes some sense to play Knight off the bench at least until he gets on the same page. Before his breakout season this year, Knight's assist:turnover ratio was a disaster and he did play off the ball a lot in his Pistons days, so he could wind up starting at shooting guard soon. He will likely suffer a slight hit on total value, but he should thrive as the main guy in the second unit for now. Rotoworld.com

    • Enter the Dragon: Goran Dragic will start
Goran Dragic will start against the Pelicans on Saturday.

Advice: "We brought him here to play. We brought him here to start," coach Erik Spoelstra said. Dragic and the Heat will play at a faster tempo and the former Sun should be operating with the ball a lot more. He also played next to some floor-spacing guys, so it'll be interesting to see how he fits in with some new guys. Obviously, he should see a full complement of minutes and is a must-start player. • Goran Dragic will play on Saturday night
Goran Dragic will play against the Pelicans on Saturday night.

Advice: Coach Erik Spoelstra also said he expects to see the Heat increase their pace. That's a great sign all around because the Heat rank dead last in the NBA in pace this season. With Dragic in the mix, Mario Chalmers and Shabazz Napier will lose playing, which is too bad after both played very well on Friday. Dragic should see his fantasy value increase and it'll go up even higher when the Heat rest Dwyane Wade. Rotoworld.com

    • Millsap goes for nine and seven with three 3s
Elijah Millsap was productive in 26 minutes off the bench on Friday, scoring nine points on 3-of-7 shooting (3-of-6 from deep) with seven rebounds and one assist.

Advice: Millsap just won't fade away but he'll face new challenges from Rodney Hood (10 minutes) and some of his other teammates didn't play their projected load of minutes tonight, either. He's just a borderline value in 12-team leagues at best over his last four games, and trending downward he's only worth a look in 14-16 team formats. Rotoworld.com

    • Batum posts quiet but efficient line in loss
Nicolas Batum scored eight points on 3-of-6 shooting (no threes) with five rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block in Friday's sleepy loss to the Jazz.

Advice: It looked like the Blazers were still on break and though it may be tempting to point out the lack of scoring on this line, Batum had one of the better nights amongst his teammates. LaMarcus Aldridge hit 5-of-16 shots to put up 14 and eight with not much else, Damian Lillard scored 19 points but had just two assists to go with five turnovers, Wesley Matthews was solid with 13 points and seven boards, and Robin Lopez got swallowed up by Rudy Gobert on an eight-point, four-rebound night. We'll see what happens to Batum when Arron Afflalo gets on the floor, as he could get both motivated or gut-punched by it. Rotoworld.com

    • Tyler Ennis plays 18 minutes in Bucks debut
Tyler Ennis played 18 minutes in his Bucks debut on Friday with four points, one rebound, two assists, one steal and three turnovers.

Advice: He had a career high for minutes and picked up his first steal of his career. We're not sure why the Bucks added two Syracuse guards with shooting issues, but to each their own. Ennis can be left on the wire in almost all leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Kev-Mart scores 28 points in win vs. PHO
Kevin Martin scored 28 points on 10-of-16 shooting (1-of-6 3PTs, 7-of-9 FTs) with six rebounds, two assists and one steal in Friday's win over the Suns.

Advice: Martin doesn't look like he's going to get bought out and he's at peak production levels right now. If your league's trade deadline hasn't passed, you're running out of time to sell high. Rotoworld.com

    • Jose Calderon scores 11 with nine dimes
Jose Calderon scored 11 points with nine assists, two steals and three turnovers against the Heat on Friday.

Advice: His line was tied for his highest dime output of 2015 and just the third double-digit scoring game since Jan. 22. Calderon has been a ghost on the stat sheet, but he should see his points, dimes, steals and treys start to creep up. He won't win you a league, but he has a decent chance to be a top-100 guy. • Green hits 5-of-14 shots in start vs. Minny
Gerald Green scored 12 points on 5-of-14 shooting (including two threes) with one rebound, six assists and one steal over 30 minutes in a start on Friday.

Advice: It's unclear if the Suns will start their two point guards in Eric Bledsoe (12 points, seven boards, six assists) and Brandon Knight (DNP), but they'll surely stagger their minutes and Green will fit in around that. His main competition for minutes will come from newly acquired Marcus Thornton, and his situation has improved since Deadline Day making him worth a very hard look in standard formats. Rotoworld.com

    • Payton flirts with triple-double on Friday
Elfrid Payton scored 10 points on 4-of-7 shooting with seven rebounds and 11 assists in Friday's win over the Pelicans.

Advice: Payton did not attempt a 3-pointer and he hit just 2-of-4 free throws, and he didn't have a defensive stat, either. But this is undeniably a great look for him and he should be owned in all formats. Rotoworld.com

    • Jimmy Butler picks up where he left off
Jimmy Butler hit the ground running to start the second half on Friday against the Pistons, scoring 30 points with five rebounds, five assists and three 3-pointers in 39 minutes.

Advice: Butler really put on an offensive show tonight and his ability to score off the dribble seems to get better every time out. He did miss the final game of the first half due to a shoulder injury, but there was no indication it was bothering him tonight. There is nothing to worry about here and his owners can just enjoy the ride. Rotoworld.com

    • George Hill struggles against the 76ers
George Hill cooled off against the 76ers on Friday with seven points, four rebounds, four assists and two turnovers in 23 minutes.

Advice: He had some serious momentum heading into the break, averaging 15.0 points, 2.8 boards, 6.0 dimes, 1.0 steals and 1.8 treys on 50.0 percent from the field in his previous five games. Hill is going to play around 30 minutes most nights and we expect him to be better on Sunday against Golden State. Rotoworld.com

    • Robert Covington has a rough night
Robert Covington scored just eight points with two rebounds, one assist and one steals in 29 minutes against the Pacers on Friday.

Advice: After scoring more than 20 points in back-to-back games coming into this one, Covington cooled off making just 2-of-10 from the field. Tonight was just his third game without a 3-pointer since Dec. 1. He is going to be a strong finisher and his owners have nothing to worry about. Rotoworld.com

    • Tyler Ennis, Miles Plumlee plan on playing
Tyler Ennis and Miles Plumlee plan on playing on Friday night.

Advice: Wow, it's been an interesting few minutes with doubtful guys from the trades expected to play. Ennis is going to be the backup behind Jerryd Bayless because the Bucks can't sign another point guard. He's only worth a look in very, very deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Isaiah Thomas not expected to play Friday
Isaiah Thomas is flying to Boston on Friday and isn't expected to have a physical until Saturday, leaving him unlikely to play on Friday night.

Advice: That should mean plenty of run for Evan Turner, Marcus Smart and Avery Bradley tonight against the Kings. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green set to start at SG on Friday
Gerald Green will start at shooting guard for Friday's game against the Wolves.

Advice: With Brandon Knight unavailable for this one, Eric Bledsoe will slide over to the point guard spot, freeing up Green to log heavy minutes at the two-spot. He'll draw a favorable matchup tonight against Minnesota, but his value in general is due for an increase with the departure of Goran Dragic and Isaiah Thomas. If he's still available in your league, grab him, and consider using him as a plug-and-play option in daily leagues. It's worth a mention Green has a 31.0 usage rate while he played next to Bledsoe with Dragic and Thomas off the floor this season. Rotoworld.com

    • Goran Dragic aiming for Saturday
Goran Dragic is hoping to make his Heat debut on Saturday, meaning he will not play Friday vs. the Knicks.

Henry Walker (formerly known as Bill Walker) will not play for the Heat on Friday.

Advice: He's joining the Heat on a 10-day contract, but won't play tonight. With Chris Bosh also out of action for Miami, look for a heavy dose of Hassan Whiteside, Udonis Haslem, Luol Deng, James Ennis and Chris Andersen. Rotoworld.com

    • Report: Heat sign Henry Walker to 10-day deal
The Heat have reportedly signed swingman Henry Walker (former Bill Walker) to a 10-day contract.

Advice: Miami currently has two open roster spots following Thursday's trade that netted them the Dragic brothers, however, Walker has been out of the NBA since the 2011-12 season, and he's extremely unlikely to offer any fantasy value to any teams. Leave him on the wire. Rotoworld.com
