    • Stephen Curry goes off with 34 points in win
Stephen Curry had one of his patented explosions against the Thunder during a 114-109 win on Thursday, scoring 34 points with seven rebounds, nine assists, four steals, one block and five 3-pointers in 42 minutes.

Advice: The Thunder came out firing with a 40-point first quarter, but Curry got it going. He did have a minor ankle scare tonight and it did not cause him to miss time. On top of the obvious treys, Curry has career highs in free throw makes, rebounds, steals, usage rate and true shooting percentage. Superstar. Rotoworld.com

    • Andre Roberson steps it up on Thursday
Andre Roberson double-doubled on Thursday with 10 points, 12 boards, three assists, one steal and one 3-pointer in 34 minutes.

Advice: It was his best game in a while and he was involved in the offense. Roberson scored just 3.1 points per game over his previous 10 and doesn't do much else, so leave him on the wire even with the uncertain status of Kevin Durant. Rotoworld.com

    • Russell Westbrook scores 33 points in loss
Russell Westbrook scored 33 points against the Warriors on Thursday on 11-of-30 from the field and 8-of-12 from the line, adding three rebounds, eight assists, two steals, six turnovers and three 3-pointers.

Advice: It was the Russell Westbrook Show -- a great show, by the way -- in the second half as he posted a ridiculous usage rate of 46.5 to go with an assist percentage of 27.3. Westbrook is easily of the best players in the league and all of his naysayers have decided to hide out for a while. He can stuff a stat sheet like only a few others can and should be viewed as a first-round asset in standard leagues. He might be the best player for Daily Fantasy Sites this side of Anthony Davis. • Giannis Antetokounmpo played 37 minutes
Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) played 37 minutes against the Kings during a 108-107 win on Thursday with 11 points, three rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block on 4-of-5 from the field.

Advice: The minutes jump off the page and the Alphabet has been freed. He should be able to get all the minutes he can handle and his offensive efficiency has taken some major steps forward, so he just needs to get his blocks and steals back. Those were two of his best assets last season, so there is certainly enough upside to own him in all leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Jared Dudley scores season-high 19 points
Jared Dudley scored a season-high 19 points against the Kings on Thursday with five rebounds, one assist, one steal and two 3-pointers in 33 minutes.

Advice: He had season highs in field goal attempts and free throw attempts in what was obviously his best game. Dudley has barely been shooting the rock while he's been out there and only had 0.8 triples per game in his previous eight games this month. This rotation is going to be a mess, so he's not a standard league target based on this game alone. Rotoworld.com

    • O.J. Mayo scores 19 points in a win
O.J. Mayo scored 19 points in just 23 minutes against the Kings on Thursday with two rebounds, one assist, one steal and three 3-pointers.

Advice: He started out red hot with 17 of those 19 coming in the first quarter, but cooled off with some fouling issues. Surprisingly, Mayo's worst quarter this season has been the first and he's been able to exhibit some added effort on both ends. What's more, his fouling has been his biggest issue with at least five fouls in three of his last five. He's more of a player to track in standards, but a big game could change that. Rotoworld.com

    • Jerryd Bayless plays 29 minutes on Thursday
Jerryd Bayless played 29 minutes against the Kings on Thursday with 17 points, four rebounds, five assists and three 3-pointers.

Advice: O.J. Mayo battled some foul trouble, so Bayless picked up some of the slack. He's going to get minutes in the mid-20s while the Bucks try to figure out how to fill their minutes at the forward spots, so he might have some low-end value in standard leagues for the next couple weeks. • Ben McLemore scores 22 points vs. Bucks
Ben McLemore scored 22 points against the Bucks on Thursday with four rebounds, three assists and one 3-pointer in 41 minutes.

Advice: The coaching change is likely going to help McLemore. Ty Corbin uses his wings more than most coaches and McLemore posting a 20-point game while DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay are active speaks volumes. He still doesn't have a big upside and his usage is going to be low, so he'd need to string together a couple games with DMC and Gay before being considered as anything but a stash. Rotoworld.com

    • Austin Rivers turns up the defense
Austin Rivers played 35 minutes as the starting shooting guard on Thursday with 10 points, one rebound, six assists and two turnovers against the Rockets.

Advice: While the stat line wasn't great, this might've been one of his best games of his career for his defense. Rivers just can't knock down jumpers and isn't a great finisher, so he's never really going to flourish even with big minutes. He's only worth a look in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • James Harden scores 21 points in a loss
James Harden scored 21 points on 8-of-23 from the field during a 99-90 loss to the Pelicans on Thursday, adding seven rebounds, five assists and two 3-pointers.

Advice: Kudos to Austin Rivers for actually doing something most players can't do: Keep Harden in check. Obviously Harden is one of the biggest stat-stuffers in the NBA, leading the NBA in scoring and free throw makes with two steals per night. He did play the second half of a back-to-back, so he'll be fine. Rotoworld.com

    • Jose Calderon doesn't take any treys
Jose Calderon did not attempt any attempts from 3-point range on Thursday against the Bulls, scoring 12 points with three rebounds, two assists and one steal in 36 minutes.

Advice: Tonight was the first game in which he played at least 34 minutes and did not take an attempt fro beyond the arc since Feb. 15, 2012. Calderon also has just 2.9 attempt from deep per game this month, which is his lowest in a month since March 2012. Hopefully, the Knicks remember why they picked him up and have him shoot more triples. He's a nice buy-low player in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Not Ready: Lance Stephenson (hip) out Friday
Lance Stephenson (hip) will not play against the 76ers on Friday.

Advice: He did not travel due to his pelvic sprain and is expected to miss at least another game. With Stephenson out, Gerald Henderson, Gary Neal and Michael Kidd Gilchrist will likely pick up some minutes. Neal is likely to benefit most, especially since he closes out several games for coach Steve Clifford. Stephenson's value can't get much lower than this. Rotoworld.com

Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) will start against the Kings on Thursday.

Advice: Everything must have went well in warmups and it must be nice to be a 19-year-old professional basketball player. Antetokounmpo was going off on Wednesday before his injury, so his owners should have decent expectations tonight. He should be owned in all leagues. Khris Middleton takes a hit. Rotoworld.com

    • Corey Brewer deal not far behind
Corey Brewer could be traded to the Rockets before the weekend.

Advice: He would go from a guy seeing around 30 minutes to being a backup to two high-minute guys in Trevor Ariza and James Harden. Brewer would be a great fit, but the vast majority of his offense would have to come in transition. If he's on your team and Marcus Smart is out there, it makes sense to switch them and think ahead. Shabazz Muhammad is also an option, but it better suited for points leagues. Ariza would not be affected much. Harden wouldn't either, but you knew that. Rotoworld.com

    • Marcus Smart poised for increase in PT
Marcus Smart (Achilles) is poised for an increase in playing time.

Advice: He is still a major project as a scorer. Smart has made just 27.9 percent of his jumpers overall and 33.3 percent of any shot off the dribble, so both of those are going to have to come up. Unlike Rajon Rondo, Smart can potentially make a triple per game and he's not going to shoot 33.3 percent from the line, so he has decent upside with his dimes and terrific output in steals. He's worth owning in standard leagues to see how it plays out. Rotoworld.com

    • Austin Rivers will start on Thursday vs. HOU
Austin Rivers will start in place of Tyreke Evans (knee) on Thursday.

Advice: In his two starts this season, Rivers has made a ridiculous 7.7 percent of his shots from the field, so there is nowhere to go but up. He also has a very tiny usage rate while he's out there with the first unit, but the Pelicans really need help. Rivers is worth a look as a very deep play or a punt in daily. Rotoworld.com

    • Jameer Nelson headed to Boston
Jameer Nelson has been traded to the Celtics.

Advice: He is having an awful year with the Mavericks and perhaps his zero-point game is what forced the team's hand to make a deal. Simply put, this might be the worst year of his career. He has a career low in assist percentage, usage rate, field goal percentage and points while just being roasted on the defensive end. Nelson is not part Boston's future, so there is little reason to add him. Rotoworld.com

    • Report: Rajon Rondo traded to Mavericks
The Celtics have agreed in principle to deal Rajon Rondo to the Mavericks in exchange for Brandan Wright, Jameer Nelson, Jae Crowder and two draft picks, according to ESPN.com.

Advice: It's certainly not a deal like the one the Jazz received for Deron Williams, the Nuggets got for Carmelo Anthony or the Magic pulled off for Dwight Howard, but there are assets here. Of course, the Celtics lost a lot of their leverage because of Rondo's poor play and ACL tear, so it's not a bad deal. As for Rondo's fantasy value, he's likely to lose some value. He is likely going to have to give up some ball-handling responsibilities, so he is likely to lose his current lead for assists per game. Rondo has only held No. 129 value on the season in standard leagues, so it's going to be awfully tough to deal him. Rotoworld.com

    • Dallas emerging as frontrunners for Rondo
Boston and Dallas are reportedly discussing a deal that would send Brandan Wright, Jae Crowder, and a first-round draft pick to Boston in exchange for Rajon Rondo.

Advice: That would be a nice haul for the Mavericks, and Boston's frontcourt would become even more confusing with Wright, Kelly Olynyk, Tyler Zeller, and Brandon Bass all vying for minutes. Rondo would join one of the most crowded backcourts in the NBA, and he would essentially kill the value of Jameer Nelson. If this trade goes through, it’ll be interesting to see if Rondo and Monta Ellis can co-exist. Marcus Smart will become the Celtics' starting point guard when Rondo is dealt (if another point guard doesn't come back), and he is worth stashing in all leagues. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Report: Teams trying to land Jeff Green
The Clippers, Pelicans, and Grizzlies are reportedly interested in landing Jeff Green, but the Celtics so far have not liked their offers.

Advice: Jeff Green is in a nice situation with the Celtics as one of the primary options on offense, but his value would take a significant hit if he landed with one of the aforementioned teams. However, nothing appears to be imminent, so this is just something to monitor for now. Owners of Green may want to consider floating out some sell-high offers. Rotoworld.com

    • Report: BOS's asking price too high for SAC
Boston's asking price for Rajon Rondo is reportedly too high for Sacramento to re-engage in talks, according to sources of Yahoo! Sports.

Advice: There are plenty of rumors flying around right now, but if true, this news bodes well for Darren Collison whose value would take a substantial hit if Rondo ended up in Sac-town. As it stands right now, the Mavericks appear to be the frontrunners in the Rondo sweepstakes. Rotoworld.com

Kawhi Leonard (hand) has been ruled out for Friday's game vs. Portland.

Advice: This will be Leonard's second consecutive game out of the lineup due to his sore hand, and we'll consider him questionable for Saturday's game vs. Dallas. Marco Belinelli, Manu Ginobili, and Danny Green will be asked to pick up the slack while Leonard is sidelined, and all those guys figure to be decent plug-and-play options in daily leagues. The Lakers have reportedly offered multiple draft picks and Steve Nash for Rajon Rondo.

Advice: The Mavs are currently the favorite to land Rondo, but the Rockets and Lakers have also thrown their names into the mix. • Lakers offer picks and Nash for Rajon Rondo
The Lakers have offered multiple picks and Steve Nash's expiring contract to the Celtics for Rajon Rondo, according to sources.

Advice: By our count, the Rondo sweepstakes now includes the Mavericks, Rockets, Kings, Knicks, and Lakers bidding for the point guard's services. It's unclear what Celtics president Danny Ainge will do with his myriad of offers, but it's becoming clear that Rondo won't be wearing Celtic green for much longer. • Rajon Rondo open to re-signing with DAL/HOU
Rajon Rondo has indicated that he is open to re-signing with Dallas or Houston if he is traded to either team.

Advice: With Rondo set to be a free agent after the season, any team trading for him would seek assurances that he would re-sign and reports say that he would be open to doing so with the Mavericks and Rockets. While a trade to the Rockets would benefit Rondo's fantasy owners more than a deal to the Mavericks, owners with an open roster spot would be wise to take a flier on Marcus Smart. Rotoworld.com

Rajon Rondo responded to recent trade speculation by saying that trade rumors have become a way of life for him.

Advice: With reports swirling that the Celtics are shopping their star point guard, Rondo said, "[trade rumors have been] a way of life since I’ve been here. It’s just part of it." Nothing is imminent, but a rumored trade to the Mavericks would put a minor dent in Rondo's fantasy value, while owners with an extra roster spot will want to give strong consideration to taking a flier on Marcus Smart. James Harden added his newest piece of evidence in his bid for MVP during a 115-111 overtime win over the Nuggets on Wednesday scoring 41 points with four rebounds, 10 assists, two steals and one 3-pointer.

Advice: He made 11-of-21 from the field and 18-of-21 from the field in 45 minutes. This line is pretty ridiculous and he became the sixth player since 1985-86 to have more than 20 attempts from the field, more than 20 attempts from the line, and at least 10 assists. The other five are Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, Allen Iverson and Kenny Anderson. Harden is good. Rotoworld.com

Chris Paul hit 7-of-14 shots and a 3-pointer for 20 points, six rebounds, nine assists and five steals in Wednesday's win over the Pacers.

    • Brandon Knight scores 24 points in loss
Brandon Knight scored a team-high 24 points during a 104-97 loss to the Blazers on Wednesday, adding three rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He made 10-of-19 from the field and turned the ball over four times for a usage rate of 34.0, which is Russell Westbrook territory and Knight's third highest of the season. Knight is not going to get a big increase in playing time, but his fantasy owners can expect him to take more shots. Rotoworld.com

    • Jerryd Bayless scores 10 in 22 minutes
Jerryd Bayless scored 10 points with two rebounds, three assists and two turnovers in 22 minutes on Wednesday.

Advice: He played his first two seasons in Portland, but didn't get his revenge. Bayless is likely to see a slight increase in playing time, but he's not taking many threes and is posting a low usage, so it's hard to be too excited about grabbing him in most leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • O.J. Mayo plays 36 minutes on Wednesday
O.J. Mayo made 4-of-12 from the field for 12 points with one rebound, two assists, two steals, five fouls and three turnovers in 36 minutes against the Blazers on Wednesday.

Advice: It's the first time he's played 36 minutes in a non-overtime game in the past year and the Bucks losing Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) just before halftime probably had something to do with it. Mayo played 16 minutes in the first half, so the plan was probably to give him around 32 minutes. Conditioning hasn't been an issue for him and he's seen some minutes at small forward this season, so owners in standard leagues can keep him in mind. He's still not playing well enough to grab, though. Rotoworld.com

    • Kyle Lowry stays hot in win over Nets
Kyle Lowry had 20 points, three rebounds, 12 assists, two steals, two 3-pointers and just two turnovers on 7-of-13 shooting in Wednesday's win.

Advice: He's been on fire ever since DeMar DeRozan went down with a groin injury and is showing no signs of slowing down. And given Toronto's great win-loss record this season, he's also in most MVP discussions, to boot. Rotoworld.com

    • Jared Dudley scores three points in start
Jared Dudley scored three points in 27 minutes during a start against the Blazers on Wednesday, adding two rebounds, five assists and one steal.

Advice: He committed four fouls and wasn't as involved in the offense nearly as much. Dudley's usage rate is extremely low, so he's not going to be asked to score much. His assists are fairly high for a guy with his role, but it's still not enough to move the needle enough to grab him in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Giannis Antetokounmpo's injury is not serious
Giannis Antetokounmpo's left ankle injury is not considered serious and there is a chance he plays against the Kings on Thursday.

Advice: This is great news. The Bucks absolutely need Antetokounmpo back with Jabari Parker (knee) out for the season. Obviously, this positive outlook could change quickly and he is very questionable to play in a late game. If he's out, Khris Middleton would start and have decent value in standard leagues. Jared Dudley would also gain value. Rotoworld.com

    • Quincy Pondexter plays 23 minutes in start
Quincy Pondexter played 23 minutes in start against the Spurs on Wednesday with four points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals.

    • Norris Cole hits rock bottom on Wednesday
Norris Cole started at point guard on Wednesday, but missed all four of his shots for one point and two assists in just 17 minutes.

Advice: Shabazz Napier was also 0-of-4 in limited minutes, while Mario Chalmers hit just 3-of-13 shots for 11 points and zero assists. Chalmers has struggled since the return of Dwyane Wade, but the Heat could finally be ready to put him back at starting point guard given the struggles of Cole. Cole's minutes have been fine on most nights, so we could be overreacting, but simply put, Cole was awful in this one. Rotoworld.com

    • Kemba Walker drops 27 points on Wednesday
Kemba Walker scored 27 points against the Suns on Wednesday with two rebounds, seven assists, one steal, four 3-pointers and no turnovers in 38 minutes.

Advice: It's his third game over his last five with seven assists, averaging 21.6 points, 3.4 boards, 6.0 assists, 1.4 steals and 2.2 triples in that span. Walker made just 37.0 percent from the field over his previous 10 games, so he really has to work on that in order to get going. There is still a buy-low window because chances are he won't be below 40 percent by season's end. Rotoworld.com

Gerald Green scored 16 points off the bench against the Hornets during a 111-106 win on Wednesday, adding five rebounds, one steal and three 3-pointers.

Advice: He picked up a ton of minutes at the forward spots with Markieff Morris being ejected. Green is the only player in the NBA to average at least 11 shots per game with less than 25 minutes per game, so he might actually hold some value in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) out for game
Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) will not return to Wednesday's game against the Blazers.

Advice: The Bucks are not having a good week. Jabari Parker tore his ACL on Monday and Antetokounmpo could be looking at some time on the sidelines. He was playing terrific in this game, finishing with 10 points, six rebounds and one steal in 18 minutes. Khris Middleton started the second half in his place and is worth a long look in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Jameer Nelson scoreless despite start, 26 min
Jameer Nelson started and played 26 minutes, but missed all four of his shots and finished with zero points and zero assists in a win over the Pistons.

Advice: Devin Harris had eight points, nine assists and two 3-pointers off the bench, and is clearly the better play right now. This could all be a moot point soon though, as ESPN's Marc Stein is reporting that the Mavs are in serious discussions with the Celtics in a deal that would send Rajon Rondo to Dallas for a package that would include C Brandan Wright. And if you think Nelson's hideous play this season has Mark Cuban trying to work out a deal for Rondo, you're probably right. Rotoworld.com

The Mavericks have emerged as the frontrunners for Rajon Rondo and could offer at least one first-round pick along with Brandan Wright to get him.

Advice: The Rondo rumors are flying around from all different angles, so it's sounding like a deal could be in the works. Rajon Rondo hit 6-of-12 shots and a 3-pointer for 13 points, seven rebounds, 15 assists and two steals in Wednesday's easy win over the Magic.

Advice: Trade rumors are swirling, with the Mavericks the newest team in the hunt for Rondo's services, and he's playing well again. It would appear that he'll likely be moved by the trade deadline, but for now, as long as he's starting for the Celtics, he should be starting for your team. Rotoworld.com

    • Mavs, Rockets interested in Rajon Rondo
The Mavericks and Rockets are interested in trading for Rajon Rondo.

Advice: Both teams make plenty of sense with Dallas as a much better fit. The Rockets have James Harden as their maestro while Patrick Beverley is a near perfect fit for his defense and improved shooting. Dallas also has Monta Ellis, so it's not like they're a tremendous fit either. Rondo would lose some fantasy value with a move. If you're in a deep league, it makes some sense to stash Marcus Smart (Achilles). Rotoworld.com

Advice: The Wolves should be getting their banged-up players back soon, so they don't need Brewer quite as much. He's playing around 32 minutes per game for the Wolves right now, so the team would look to guys like Shabazz Muhammad and Chase Budinger to help out. Brewer owners should plan on him losing a ton of fantasy value. Rotoworld.com

    • Jared Dudley starting in place of Parker
Jared Dudley will start in place of Jabari Parker on Wednesday.

Advice: He replaced Jabari when the injury happened, so this move is not a surprise. Dudley also played 20 minutes in the second half on Monday, so he should see a nice increase in playing time. He's worth a look in standard leagues, but there's no need to be too aggressive. Rotoworld.com

    • Gerald Green coming off the bench again
Gerald Green will come off the bench against the Hornets on Wednesday.

Advice: He launched 15 triples in his last start on Monday and will move back to a bench role with Goran Dragic back. Green's minutes are going to be inconsistent, so he's not a must-own player in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Marcus Smart (Achilles) out on Wednesday
Marcus Smart (Achilles) will not play on Wednesday vs. the Magic.

Advice: He pulled himself out of practice on Tuesday, so the writing was on the wall for this one. He has now missed 13 of the first 23 games this season, and can't seem to stay healthy. However, the injury is not thought to be serious, and the trade rumors about Rajon Rondo are intensifying, so Smart makes a lot of sense as a stash in deeper leagues. In the meantime, Evan Turner will see some increased minutes for the Celtics. Rotoworld.com

    • Celtics willing to deal Jeff Green?
The Celtics have been trying to include Jeff Green in part of a trade of Rajon Rondo.

Advice: The Celtics will do anything for a high draft pick. Green has played well and has made 48.0 percent from the field in his last 10, averaging 21.3 points per game in that span. He would likely lose a lot of fantasy value in a trade. Evan Turner would pick up value upon Green's departure, but his low upside makes him a questionable stash. Rotoworld.com

Kawhi Leonard (hand) and Tony Parker (hamstring) will not play against Memphis on Wednesday.

Advice: This is just a reminder so owners can have a backup plan ready in time for Wednesday's tip-off. Cory Joseph is the obvious beneficiary in Parker's absence while Marco Belinelli and Manu Ginobili will see increase workloads in place of Leonard. Russell Westbrook scored 32 points on 11-of-20 shooting in Tuesday's win vs. the Kings, adding six boards, seven assists, four steals and one 3-pointer in 32 minutes.

Advice: Westbrook has had at least 20 points, five boards, and five assists over his last nine games, and has played his way into MVP consideration. He has been the best player on the Thunder this season, and is doing a fine job propelling the Thunder until Kevin Durant regains his previous form. Continue to expect big things from Westbrook as the Thunder edge closer to a playoff spot. Rotoworld.com

    • Steph Curry hits 1-of-10 treys as streak ends
Stephen Curry hit just 9-of-25 shots and 1-of-10 3-pointers for 19 points, seven rebounds, six assists and four steals in Tuesday's loss to the Grizzlies, the Warriors first since Nov. 11.

Advice: The Grizzlies play solid defense and the Warriors could have used Andrew Bogut, or Harrison Barnes being at 100 percent, which would have helped them keep the 16-game winning streak alive. We're not going to lie and say the Warriors are glad the streak is over, but the pressure is off and they'll no longer have to hear about it every day, which has to be viewed as a good thing. With tonight's loss the Warriors are still a league best 21-3. Rotoworld.com

Jose Calderon hit just 1-of-6 shots (a 3-pointer) for three points, four rebounds and two assists in 32 minutes of Tuesday's loss to the Mavericks.

Advice: Calderon had 13 points and five assists on Sunday, but has only scored in double figures in three games this season. The entire Knicks team is a disaster this season and it's hard to say if Calderon will ever really get it going. The odds are in his favor, but whether he can stay healthy or motivated while toiling for a 5-22 team is up for debate. Rotoworld.com

Corey Brewer hit just 2-of-7 shots for four points, four rebounds, an assist and a steal in 30 minutes.

Kawhi Leonard (hand) will miss Wednesday's game vs. the Grizzlies.

Advice: Leonard again had x-rays taken on his sore right hand following Monday's game vs. Portland, but they revealed no fracture. The Spurs are currently awaiting the results of further testing that is being performed today in San Antonio, and we'll keep you posted as soon as details become available. Leonard was seen holding his hand and wincing in pain throughout Monday's game, and with the Spurs main focus set on a title run, he could miss some extended time here. Advice: Smart is averaging a meager 5.9 points and 1.5 assists on the season, and he's not worth owning in standard leagues. Evan Turner will get some extra run if Smart isn't able to go, but his game doesn't translate very well to fantasy. Rotoworld.com

    • Pacers owner leaving Stephenson trade to Bird
Pacers owner Herb Simon said he would support a trade to bring Lance Stephenson back to Indianapolis, but is leaving the decision to team president Larry Bird.

Advice: With Stephenson eligible to be traded starting Monday, the Hornets have been rumored to be looking for a trade partner and the Pacers have been the low-hanging fruit in those rumors. "I'd be OK with it but it's not up to me. Larry (Bird) has to decide if he fits," Simon said. Stephenson has struggled in his short time in Charlotte, so a trade would be good news for his fantasy owners as it can't get much worse than his 38.9 percent field goal percentage and 10.4 points per game. Kawhi Leonard scored 21 points against the Blazers during a 108-95 loss on Monday to go with nine rebounds, four assists and one block in 33 minutes.

Advice: He made 7-of-18 from the field and did a lot of his scoring off the dribble. His usage rate tonight was higher than any game in his career with at least 15 minutes on the court. Jerryd Bayless had a nice game in his hometown vs. the Suns on Monday, scoring 11 points with four rebounds, four assists, two steals, one block and one 3-pointer in a 96-94 win.

Advice: He's played in at least 20 minutes with at least nine points in each of his last five, averaging 10.8 points, 3.4 boards, 3.4 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.8 triples. He should get a few minutes of extra playing time as the Bucks shift their wings up to the three and four spots. He's worth a look in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com

    • Giannis Antetokounmpo could see role change
Giannis Antetokounmpo had a sub-par showing against the Suns on Monday with six points, eight rebounds and two turnovers in 24 minutes.

Advice: He played a little out of position tonight and he'll likely have to play some power forward with Jabari Parker (knee) going down. Antetokounmpo has been keeping his fouls down and his shot selection is much better, so he should see a slight uptick in overall production while Parker is out. He's worth owning in standard leagues. • Jared Dudley plays 31 minutes as fill in
Jared Dudley replaced Jabari Parker (knee) after his knee injury on Monday, finishing with 10 points, two rebounds, five assists, two steals and three 3-pointers.

Advice: Coach Jason Kidd hasn't been playing Dudley too much with just 18.9 minutes per game on the season, but it's fair to think he'll get his playing time to around 26-28 minutes per game. He'll have a chance to make 1.5 treys per game, which puts him on the radar in standard leagues. Unless you hate the guy on the end of your bench, it's probably better to wait and see how things go on Wednesday against the Blazers. Rotoworld.com

Gerald Green launched 15 attempts from beyond the arc on Monday against the Bucks, making just two of them on his way to 12 points, eight rebounds, three assists, three steals and one block in 40 minutes.

Advice: He was not bashful tonight and a lot of shots from Green is nothing new. Goran Dragic could miss another game or two, so Green should have some decent short-term value. Additionally, no player has taken more treys in a game this season than Gerald did tonight. Rotoworld.com

Kemba Walker scored 24 points on 11-of-20 shooting (including a three) with five rebounds, five assists and one steal in Monday's loss to the Cavs.

Advice: Walker has been a late early-round value over the last two weeks and Lance Stephenson being traded would probably help his cause. With top 70-75 value on the season there may some folks that undervalue an asset pointing in the right direction. Rotoworld.com

Lance Stephenson scored eight points on 4-of-12 shooting with two rebounds, four assists and two steals in 25 minutes on Monday.

Advice: Stephenson's two steals make this line a lot better than what we see on most nights, but the real issue here is where he'll be traded and what that will do to his value. Russell Westbrook is shooting a career-high 48.9 percent from the field and a career-high 35.7 percent from behind the 3-point line.

Advice: Westbrook has been on an absolute tear this season, and he's doing it with improved efficiency. Westbrook is averaging a ridiculous 25.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 6.8 assists to go along with 1.7 steals and 1.0 3-pointers per game. The only knock on him currently is his 4.1 turnovers per game, but considering the stats he's piling up in an average of just 29.5 minutes, none of his owners are complaining. • Kawhi Leonard (hand) just misses 5x5 line
Kawhi Leonard (bruised hand) set a career high with six blocks during Sunday's win over the Nuggets, while also tying his career high with five steals.

Advice: Leonard also scored 18 points with eight rebounds, four assists and only one turnover. He's playing a career-high 31.9 minutes per game this season, racking up elite fantasy value with 14.8 points (46.0 percent FGs, 75.0 percent FTs), 1.0 threes, 7.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2.0 steals and 0.5 blocks. Those numbers aren't likely to dip as the season progresses but they could easily improve, giving Leonard nice upside after a relatively slow start to the season. Corey Brewer scored 10 points and set a new career high with nine assists vs. the Lakers on Sunday, adding two 3-pointers, six rebounds and two steals in just 32 minutes.

Advice: The Lakers' porous defense deserves some credit for Brewer's assist total, and he's been handling the ball far more than usual with Ricky Rubio (ankle) and Mo Williams (back) both on the sidelines. Brewer is essentially a steals specialist with enough upside to merit ownership in 12-team leagues, especially while Kevin Martin is on the sidelines. Rotoworld.com

Jose Calderon played a season-high 40 minutes on Sunday, scoring 13 points with five rebounds and five assists, but the result was another Knicks' loss.

Advice: The veteran PG chipped in one 3-pointer and only turned the ball over twice, and it was nice to see him score 13 points after being held to single digits for the previous six games. The Knicks are foundering in the standings at 5-21 and Calderon has been quiet all season, but he has too much upside to think about cutting him in fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com

Gerald Green started in place of Goran Dragic (back) during Sunday's loss to the Thunder, scoring 15 points with seven boards, one assist and three 3-pointers in 26 minutes.

Advice: He was the best player on the floor for the Suns, but still shot just 5-of-13 overall. It is unclear how much time Dragic will have to miss, but Green should be picked up in most leagues if he is available. Rotoworld.com

Russell Westbrook nearly triple-doubled in Sunday's win against the Suns, finishing with 28 points, eight boards, eight assists, two steals and one 3-pointer in 27 minutes.

Advice: If this game wasn't over so quickly, he would have easily been able to notch the coveted triple-double. Instead, he was able to comfortably watch the game end from the sidelines as the Thunder destroyed the Suns. He made all 13 of his shot attempts from the free throw line and was an animal on both ends of the court all night. Norris Cole logged a season-high 40 minutes on Sunday, finishing a loss to Chicago with 10 points, five rebounds, six assists, three steals and zero turnovers.

Advice: He didn't make any 3-pointers but the playing time is enormously encouraging for fantasy owners who have tolerated middling value from Miami's full-time starting PG. Rookie Shabazz Napier was assigned to the D-League on Sunday, a move which could mean a sustained increase in playing time for Cole as long as Napier isn't soon recalled. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

Advice: The good news is that he attempted a lot of shots, but it's fair to say he's been a bit of a disappointment while the Kings asked him to step up. James Harden logged the third triple-double of his career on Saturday with 25 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, one steal, two blocks and two 3-pointers in 38 minutes.

Advice: He did make just 7-of-20 from the field, which dropped his season shooting to just 41.7 percent. On the other hand, he's made 89.1 percent of his 9.6 free throws per game, which boost his true shooting percentage to 57.8 percent. Brandon Knight scored a team-high 22 points with four rebounds, five assists and three 3-pointers in 31 minutes during a 111-106 win over the Clippers on Saturday.

Advice: He played well on both sides of the ball and turned it around from a nine-point stinker against Russell Westbrook and the Thunder on Tuesday. Advice: It's his second game in his last four with minutes under 14 and he's made just 40 percent from the field on the year, so it's going to be awfully tough to trust him. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 20 points against the Clippers on Saturday with five rebounds, three assists, two steals, one block and four turnovers.

Check back before tip-off on Sunday before plugging him into lineups, and expect Marco Belinelli and Kyle Anderson to fill the void if he sits. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Steph Curry scores 29, GSW wins 15th in a row
Stephen Curry scored a game-high 29 points against the Mavericks during a 105-98 win on Saturday, adding three rebounds, eight assists, two steals, three 3-pointers and one turnover.

Advice: This game wasn't that close and the Warriors put up a ridiculously efficient 39 points in the first quarter. They actually missed a ton of wide-open triples today, but had a slew of easy buckets around the rim due to great passing. Curry is unstoppable and is going to be great for a very long time. • Jameer Nelson plays 27 minutes in return
Jameer Nelson played 28 minutes in his return to the lineup on Saturday against the Warriors, making 2-of-7 from the field for six points with four rebounds, five assists and one steal.

Advice: He had some Kinesio tape on his shooting shoulder and maybe that was a factor today. Nelson is making just 38.1 percent from the from the field on the season while not doing much else, so he's not a fantasy option right now. Rotoworld.com

    • Jameer Nelson (shoulder) will play Saturday
Jameer Nelson (shoulder) will play in Saturday's game vs. the Warriors.

Advice: He doesn't have a favorable matchup considering he will have to go up against arguably the best point guard in the league, Stephen Curry, so owners should probably look elsewhere for production. Devin Harris and J.J. Barea's value takes a hit with this news. Rotoworld.com

    • Jameer Nelson (shoulder) is a game-time call
Jameer Nelson (shoulder) will be a game-time decision for Saturdays' game vs. the Warriors.

Advice: Coach Rick Carlisle said he was more optimistic about Nelson playing than he was about Chandler Parsons (back), so it will be interesting to see if he will give it a go. Nelson isn't a reliable option due to Dallas' crowded backcourt, but Devin Harris would be worth a plug-and-play if Nelson sits while J.J. Barea will also get more minutes. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

    • Jameer Nelson (shoulder) questionable for Sat
Jameer Nelson (shoulder) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Warriors.

Advice: He has already missed Wednesday's game, and it wouldn't be a bad idea for Dallas to rest the veteran until he gets healthy. Nelson has battled a variety of ailments this season, and he has really struggled with the first unit this season. If he sits, expect Devin Harris to draw the start while J.J. Barea would also get more run. Harris is worth a look for short-term value or as a daily plug-and-play. Rotoworld.com

    • Green scores three points in 21 minutes
Gerald Green hit just 1-of-7 shots (1-of-6 3PTs) for three points, one rebound, one assist and one block in 21 minutes off the bench on Friday.

Advice: This had nothing to do with the return of Isaiah Thomas -- Green was just bad. He's been worth owning in standard leagues and one game shouldn't change that, but he could become more of a borderline play as loses a handful of touches. In any event, he's going to be a boom or bust play on most nights. Rotoworld.com

    • Brewer hands out eight assists on Friday
Corey Brewer scored six points on 3-of-8 shooting with five rebounds, eight assists, four steals, one block and six turnovers in Friday's loss.

Advice: Brewer's production may be a little funky from night to night but he's a must-start player until further notice. Rotoworld.com

    • Westbrook still on a tear with 34-6-6
Russell Westbrook continued his tear with 34 points on 12-of-19 shooting (2-of-3 3PTs, 8-of-9 FTs), six rebounds, six assists and two steals in Friday's win over the Wolves.

Advice: Westbrook has yet to have a game this season in which he hasn't put up 20 points, five boards and five assists. Our only concern is that he continues to jam like a madman with his still-recovering right hand and nobody in Oklahoma City has the fortitude to demand he stop for a few weeks. He's the No. 7 and 16 play in 8- and 9-cat leagues on a per-game basis, respectively. Rotoworld.com

    • Kemba Walker scores 28 points in a loss
Kemba Walker scored a season-high 28 points against the Grizzlies on Friday with four rebounds, seven assists, two steals and four 3-pointers in 48 minutes.

Advice: It was just his third 20-point game of the season and he also had a season high in treys tonight. Walker was in a brutal slump before tonight and didn't shoot above 40 percent in any of his previous 12 games, so he needed this one. Hopefully he can keep it going against the Nets on Saturday. • Lance Stephenson has a thumb issue
Lance Stephenson suffered an apparent thumb injury on Friday against the Grizzlies, finishing with eight points, seven rebounds, one assist, one steal and one turnover.

Advice: He did stay in the game, but was in serious pain for close to a minute. Stephenson didn't play down the stretch in overtime and coach Steve Clifford doesn't seem to have total confidence in him. He is a buy-low player to a degree because he's the No. 229 player on per-game value this season, but he's very unlikely to be a mid-round guy. Rotoworld.com

Jeff Green scored 28 points on 9-of-20 shooting (4-of-8 3PTs, 6-of-7 FTs) with six rebounds and two assists in Friday's loss to the Knicks.

Advice: Green is in the midst of a Post-Hype year and returning top-45 value, averaging 20.0 points, 1.6 threes, 4.5 boards and shooting the ball at a good percentage. To that end, he may be shooting a bit over his head but owners can feel good about his chances to be a top-half of the draft guy this season. Rotoworld.com

Jose Calderon scored nine points on 4-of-10 shooting with three rebounds, seven assists, three steals and one trey in Friday's win.

    • Chris Paul turns the ball over six times
Chris Paul turned the ball over six times on Friday against the Wizards with 19 points, seven rebounds, six assists and one 3-pointer.

Advice: It was a season high in turnovers and his second lowest assist total, so John Wall gets a ton of credit here. Paul flirted with a triple-double in his previous two games and he'll likely fill the stat sheet against the Bucks on Saturday. Rotoworld.com

Marcus Smart suffered a left Achilles strain on Friday and will not return.

Advice: Not good. He was on the exercise bike for a minute and went to the locker room under his own power. Smart had a bad ankle sprain last month and he looks like he's going to miss time with this issue. Marcus Thornton and Evan Turner are going to get even more playing time. Rotoworld.com

Jameer Nelson (shoulder) is questionable to face the Warriors on Saturday.

    • What back injury? James Harden scores 44
James Harden put the Rockets on his back during a 113-109 overtime win against the Kings on Thursday, scoring a season-high 44 points with four rebounds, eight assists, three steals, one block and three 3-pointers.

Advice: He made 14-of-32 from the field and 13-of-15 from the line and had the ball in his hands throughout the night in 48 minutes. Harden is leading the NBA in scoring at 26.4 points per game while also posting averages of 6.2 boards, 6.5 assists, 2.0 steals and 2.3 triples. He's a stat factory and his shooting percentage is starting to come around, too. Rotoworld.com

    • Ben McLemore scores 21 points vs. Rockets
Ben McLemore scored 21 points against the Rockets on Thursday with two rebounds, two assist and two 3-pointers in 46 minutes.

Advice: It's his third 20-point game of the season and he's been up and down in a big way. McLemore saw his playing time dip to just 22.3 minutes per game in his three previous games, so 46 minutes tonight came as a surprise. He's more of a player to stash and his owners can probably expect him to improve as the year goes on. He's put up No. 117 value in standard leagues over the previous two weeks. Rotoworld.com

    • Russell Westbrook scores 26 points in win
Russell Westbrook was everywhere against the Cavs on Thursday with 26 points, seven rebounds, eight assists and one steal in 36 minutes.

Advice: He is co-existing just fine with Kevin Durant and is still posting a usage rate of 35.9 in his last five games since Durant debuted, which is only a shade below where he was before. Westbrook is the only player to have a usage rate greater than 30 and an assist percentage over 40 -- he's at 37.3 and 44.6, respectively. No player in the NBA is the offensive weapon that Westbrook is and he'll have elite fantasy value as long as he's healthy. Rotoworld.com

    • Report: Teams interested in Lance Stephenson
Four to five teams have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring Lance Stephenson from the Hornets, though no deal in imminent.

Advice: The marriage between Stephenson and the Hornets has not gone as smoothly as anticipated as the Hornets currently boast a record of 6-15. However, Stephenson remains committed to helping turn things around in Charlotte, and through three games in December he's put in respectable averages of 16.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game while shooting 46.8 percent from the field. With nothing imminent, this is just something to make a note of for now. Rotoworld.com

Corey Brewer admitted that it's not easy playing on a rebuilding team like the Timberwolves.

Advice: Brewer has been a stabilizing veteran presence on the injury-riddled Timberwolves, but he admitted on Wednesday that is hasn't been easy. "It’s tough for me, I’m not going to lie," Brewer said. "When I came back here, I wasn’t expecting this, to rebuild again. It comes with the territory. It’s business." The veteran is averaging 11.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 3.0 steals, 0.6 blocks, and 0.6 three-pointers over his last five games and is a must-start fantasy option while Kevin Martin is out. James Harden played through a back injury and had 34 points, eight rebounds, four assists, four steals and three 3-pointers on 14-of-27 shooting, but the Rockets fell to the Warriors.

Advice: He outshined Stephen Curry (20-7-7) and Klay Thompson (21-4-4) tonight, but the Warriors got the last laugh with their 14th straight game and now sit at a ridiculous 19-2 on the season. Jose Calderon had a disappointing game against the Spurs on Wednesday with two points, four rebounds, three assists and no turnovers.

Advice: He didn't even take a triple today and his point total was a season low. Calderon only made 1-of-4 from the field and wasn't involved on offense much tonight. The Knicks and their triangle offense just isn't close to coming around, but Calderon's owners can expect him to get better. He's a nice buy-low target. Rotoworld.com

Chris Paul hit 7-of-16 shots for 17 points, eight rebounds, 15 assists and three steals in Wednesday's win over the Pacers.

Advice: The Pacers really don't have a point guard to speak of and CP3 took advantage tonight. He had a season-high 16 dimes on Saturday and put a an equally dominant line tonight, although a 3-pointer or two would have been nice from one of the league's best point guards. Rotoworld.com

    • Jameer Nelson (shoulder) will not play vs. NO
Jameer Nelson will not play against the Pelicans on Wednesday due to a right shoulder injury.

Advice: The injuries are really piling up for Jameer and the severity is not yet known. Nelson could miss more time and wasn't great to begin for his patient fantasy owners, so there's little incentive to keep him despite a big game on Tuesday. Devin Harris is worth a look tonight. • Rockets: James Harden (back) will play vs GSW
James Harden (back) will play against the Warriors on Wednesday.

Advice: This report comes from the team and Harden has said he's playing tonight, as well. The Rockets play the late game, so it couldn't hurt to check back later tonight to make sure everything is still good to go. Harden is going to be extremely busy tonight. Rotoworld.com

    • James Harden goes through shootaround
James Harden (back) went through shootaround on Wednesday and is likely a game-time decision against the Warriors.

Advice: He did add that he thinks he is good to go. Harden played through his back spasms on Saturday, so the few days off look to have helped him. He could still miss this game with the late start time, so his owners will have to check back. If he's out, it'll be a collective effort from Patrick Beverley, Jason Terry and maybe even Nick Johnson helping out at the guard spots. Again, it sounds like he will play. Rotoworld.com

Gerald Green dropped 19 points in 22 minutes on Tuesday, and finished with two rebounds, two assists, one steal and five 3-pointers.

Advice: Green is one of the most electrifying players in the NBA when he is hot, and Tuesday was one of those nights. He shot 5-of-7 from 3-point range and displayed his athleticism on several occasions. While he is inconsistent, he should be owned in all formats for his ridiculous upside. The impending return of Isaiah Thomas (ankle) will dampen his value a little, but not enough to scare owners away. Rotoworld.com

Bucks guard Jerryd Bayless played one of his most complete games of the season on Tuesday, scoring 11 points with six assists and two steals in just 20 minutes of action.

Advice: He's had a few solid games this year, including last Friday's 12-point, five-assist, two-steal performance, but his limited 3-point range and sporadic production spoil any fantasy value. Jared Dudley chipped in eight points on Tuesday while reserves Khris Middleton and Zaza Pachulia each scored seven, and the Bucks continue to have one of the league's most productive benches. The Thunder held Brandon Knight to single-digit scoring on Tuesday, as he finished with nine points on 2-of-10 shooting, two 3-pointers, three rebounds, three assists, one steal and three turnovers.

Advice: This was Knight's second game below 10 points all year and it doesn't obscure his reliable value -- it was also encouraging to see him log 31 minutes, as he'd averaged just 25.0 over Milwaukee's past two games. Rotoworld.com

    • Russell Westbrook leads Thunder w/ 28 points
Russell Westbrook had 28 points, five rebounds, seven dimes and three steals in 32 minutes during Tuesday's win vs. the visiting Bucks.

Advice: He led the Thunder in shot attempts and has now recorded at least 21 points, five rebounds and seven assists in each of his five games this season. It's not surprising that he easily leads all NBA guards with 63 games of at least 25-5-5 over the past seven seasons. Rotoworld.com

    • Jose Calderon quietly effective vs. Pelicans
Jose Calderon showed quiet improvement Tuesday vs. the Pelicans, scoring eight points with two 3-pointers, six assists and three steals in 36 minutes of action.

Advice: He only turned the ball over once but his high playing time is the key for fantasy owners, as he'd been held to 24 minutes in each of New York's previous two games. Pablo Prigioni (six points in 16 minutes) isn't a realistic long-term threat to Calderon's value. Rotoworld.com

Jameer Nelson finished Tuesday's road loss with a season-high 18 points on 6-of-9 shooting, with four 3-pointers, four rebounds, four assists and three turnovers.

Advice: Nelson tied his previous season high (13 points) in the first seven minutes of the game before cooling off, and it's hard to expect a repeat performance while his playing time is stuck in the mid-20s. He'll need to post a few more solid lines before garnering attention in typical leagues. Rotoworld.com

Kyle Lowry scored 16 points and handed out a season-high 14 assists in Tuesday's disappointing road loss, while adding two 3-pointers, four rebounds and one steal.

Advice: He shot just 6-of-18 from the field but also played 40 minutes without a single turnover, rounding out another terrific fantasy line in DeMar DeRozan's absence. Lowry hasn't missed a game all season and he's averaging career-highs in points (20.3) and rebounds (4.8), establishing him as one of the best fantasy PGs in the game. Rotoworld.com

James Harden (back spasms) is questionable to play vs. the Warriors on Wednesday.

Advice: If Harden is unable to go, Jason Terry could slide back into the starting lineup, and he'd make for a solid option in daily and standard leagues. Terry is averaging 16.5 points, 4.5 assists, 3.8 rebounds, 1.8 steals, and 3.3 three-pointers per game with the starting unit this year. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com

Gerald Green scored 15 points off the bench on Monday, hitting 5-of-11 shots (including two threes) with two rebounds, three assists and one steal in 32 minutes.

Advice: Green won't usually get this much run when Isaiah Thomas (ankle) returns, but his season-long body of work is in the top 90-100 range and that means he should be owned in all standard formats. Rotoworld.com

    • McLemore gives way to a hot Stauskas
Ben McLemore played just 18 minutes in Monday's win, scoring six points on 2-of-5 shooting with one block and one assist.

Advice: McLemore gave way to a hot Nik Stauskas as Mike Malone overtly gave the rookie extra run to boost his bottom-barrel confidence. McLemore will continue to be the heavy-minute starter on most nights, but his recent slide has taken all of the steam out of his late-round value. Considering the Kings will need his offense in a bad way with DeMarcus Cousins out for potentially a long while, owners may want to take the longview here and pick him up in 12-14 team formats. Corey Brewer had a productive night with 10 points on 4-of-12 shooting (no threes) with four rebounds, four assists and five steals in Monday's loss to the Warriors.

Advice: Brewer hasn't been as good as owners hoped he would be following the Ricky Rubio injury, but he has picked it up since Friday and might be available in your standard 12-team format. With the Wolves banged up and a big window for him to be productive in, he should be owned in most formats. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Brad Stevens went heavy with the bench and let them finish out the game after they made a huge comeback.
