    • Strong from deep as top scorer
Irving finished Sunday's 116-111 loss to the Clippers in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs with 40 points (14-25 FG, 6-12 3Pt, 6-6 FT), seven rebounds and five assists over 45 minutes.

Advice: Irving put on a show offensively for Dallas in Sunday's contest, leading all players in scoring while pacing the Mavericks in threes made and ending second on the team in rebounds and assists in a losing effort. Irving has turned things up a notch in the postseason, tallying at least 20 points in all four games of the first-round series while surpassing the 30-point mark in the last two contests. • Bobby Portis (slappy and you know it) ejected
Bobby Portis has been ejected from Sunday’s matchup with the Pacers midway through the first quarter after a physical altercation with Andrew Nembhard.

Advice: Portis and Nembhard got into it with just over five minutes to play in the first quarter. Both players were given technical fouls, but Portis was ejected after throwing hands. He finished with four points and three rebounds across seven minutes. Already down Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard, the Bucks will have to turn to Andre Jackson Jr., Pat Connaughton and Danilo Gallinari to pick up the slack off the bench. Gallinari could see the biggest bump in playing time for the Bucks’ depleted frontcourt. Rotoworld Today, 5:15 pm
    • Probable for Game 5
James (ankle) is probable for Monday's Game 5 against the Nuggets, Khobi Price of The Orange County Register reports.

Advice: James continues to deal with left ankle peroneal tendinopathy ahead of Game 5, but he'll likely be able to suit up once again. Over the first four matchups in the series, he's averaged 27.3 points, 8.3 assists, 6.3 rebounds and 2.0 steals in 40.0 minutes per game. Rotowire.com Today, 4:45 pm
    • Ejected Sunday
Portis has been ejected from Sunday's contest against the Pacers, Kelly Iko of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Portis was assessed with two technical fouls stemming from an altercation with Andrew Nembhard in the first quarter, disqualifying him for the remainder of the game. Portis finishes the contest with four points (2-4 FG) and three rebounds in six minutes of action. The already shorthanded Bucks will likely lean on Andre Jackson, Pat Connaughton and Jae Crowder to fill Portis' role. Rotowire.com Today, 4:32 pm
    • Kyrie Irving drops in 40 points in Game 4 loss
Kyrie Irving accounted for 40 points (14-of-25 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), seven rebounds, five assists, and six 3-pointers in 45 minutes in Sunday’s 116-111 loss to the Clippers.

Advice: Dallas got off to a brutal start in Game 4, losing the first quarter by a 39-16 margin and trailing by as many as 31 points. But they fought their way back into the game, even leading at one point in the fourth quarter, thanks largely to Irving’s offensive mastery. he shot 9-of-17 from the field after halftime, finishing with his first 40-point playoff game since Game 4 of the 2017 NBA Finals as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers. The lone negative for Irving was the turnover count, as he racked up seven. And most of that damage was done before halftime. The Mavericks will look to rebound when the series, which is tied at two games apiece, resumes on Wednesday in Los Angeles. Rotoworld Today, 3:57 pm
    • Shines with 30-point game Saturday
James ended with 30 points (14-23 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists, one block and three steals over 39 minutes during Saturday's 119-108 victory over the Nuggets in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: The Lakers are still alive in the series against the Nuggets, and James became just the fourth player in NBA history to record a 30-point playoff game at the age of 39 or older, joining Reggie Miller, Karl Malone and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on that exclusive list. James has surpassed the 25-point mark in each of the four games in this series, and the Lakers will need him to be at his best once again if they want to avoid elimination in Game 5 on Monday. • Fills stat sheet in Game 3 win
Brown posted 22 points (11-20 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 0-1 FT), eight rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals in 33 minutes during Saturday's 104-84 victory over the Heat in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Brown couldn't repeat the 33-point output from Game 2, but he delivered a well-rounded effort and surpassed the 20-point mark for the second consecutive contest, as he continues to play a prominent role on offense for the Celtics even when the team is at full strength. Brown should play a significant role on offense once again when these two teams meet again Monday. He's averaging 24.0 points per game in the series. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:28 pm

    • LeBron James tallies 30 points, full stat line
LeBron James played 39 minutes in Saturday’s 119-108 win over the Nuggets, accounting for 30 points (14-of-23 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, four assists, three steals, and one blocked shot.

Advice: James committed six turnovers, but the overall body of work was good enough to help the Lakers extend their season. He scored 14 of his team-high 30 points in the fourth quarter, as the Lakers broke even in the period (28-all). Add in only being a minus-2 in third-quarter points, a significant issue in the first three games of the series, and Darvin Ham’s team lives to fight another day. Even if LeBron shows up on the injury report ahead of Monday’s Game 5, look for him to approach (if not exceed) 40 minutes again. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:08 pm
    • Jaylen Brown scores 22 with a full line in Game 3
Jaylen Brown shot 11-of-20 from the field and 0-of-1 from the foul line in Saturday’s 104-84 win over the Heat, amassing 22 points, eight rebounds, three assists, one steal, and one blocked shot in 33 minutes.

Advice: Brown missed all four of his 3-point attempts, but that was the lone blemish on his stat line in the Celtics’ 20-point victory. He’s shot 50% or better from the field in all three games, scoring 20 or more in the last two. Brown and the Celtics combined to shoot 11-of-37 from three on Saturday, but they did a far better job defending that shot than in Game 2. Miami was 9-of-28 from beyond the arc in Game 3, a big reason why the Celtics took a 2-1 series lead. Game 4 is on Monday night, and Boston has won ten of its last 13 games in Miami.
