    • Allen (ankle) will play in Game 2 against the Sixers on Monday, NBA.com reports.
Recommendation: No surprise here, as Allen continues to play through bone spurs in his right ankle. He has averaged 11.8 points this postseason.

    • Bosh suffered a strained abdominal muscle Sunday against the Pacers, FOX23.com reports.
Recommendation: An MRI exam Monday revealed the news, and as a result, Bosh will be sidelined indefinitely. The "indefinite" tag by definition does not include a timetable for his possible return, but initially this seems like the sort of issue that could sideline him for weeks, as opposed to days. We'll let you know if that assessment changes.

    • PF Chris Bosh has a strained abdominal muscle and will be out indefinitely, the team announced Monday after an MRI exam confirmed the injury. The 28-year-old Bosh suffered the injury in the first half of a 95-86 win over the Pacers on Sunday in the first game of the Eastern Conference semifinals. He had 13 points on 6-of-11 shooting from the floor and five rebounds in just 13 minutes when he left the game. Bosh averaged 15 points and 7.2 rebounds in the Heat's five-game win over the New York Knicks in the first round of the playoffs after averaging 18 points and 7.9 rebounds during the regular season.

    • Pekovic (ankle) underwent a successful surgery Tuesday, to remove bone spurs from his right ankle, Jerry Zgoda of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Recommendation: Getting this procedure out of the way early in the offseason will give Pekovic plenty of time to recover and barring any unrelated injuries he will be ready to play the 2012-13 season. Operating healthy in Kevin Love's shadow should give Pek some legit fantasy value next season.
