  • Mason Plumlee working on avoiding fouls
Mason Plumlee said he needs to work on staying out of foul trouble after struggling in Wednesday's loss to the Celtics.

Advice: Plumlee was in the Nets' starting rotation, but only played 11 minutes after picking up two quick fouls at the start of each half. "I picked up a couple early ones and kept fouling," Plumlee said. "I can’t do that if I want to stay on the floor." The 24-year-old has plenty of potential, but he's going to be tough to keep on fantasy rosters if he can't stay on the court. Rotoworld.com

  • Alex Len gets 19 minutes against the Lakers
Alex Len played 19 minutes against the Lakers on Wednesday with three points, five rebounds and one block.

Advice: Not bad. Len looked good tonight and seemed to have a good grasp of the offense. That said, we'll need to see him stay healthy before even considering suggesting him as an add. Rotoworld.com

  • Jordan Hill has another sub-par game
Jordan Hill played 25 minutes against the Suns on Wednesday with six points, 11 boards, two assists and four fouls.

Advice: He probably would have seen a few more minutes, but the Lakers were down 25 in the third quarter. Hill isn't going to be facing stiff competition from anyone, so he should get some opportunity. At the very worst, he should be able to post nice boards with some blocks here and there. Rotoworld.com

  • Pau Gasol notches 21 & 11 in easy win vs. NYK
Pau Gasol double-doubled in his Bulls debut with 21 points and 11 rebounds in 29 minutes, as Chicago cruised to an easy win vs. the Knicks.

Advice: Gasol made 7-of-11 FGs and 7-of-8 FTs, but failed to record any assists, steals or blocks. He served a predictably big role in the Bulls' offense, attempting more shots than any other starter, which is a key for his fantasy value. Owners who snagged him in the middle rounds should feel great about the decision. Rotoworld.com

  • Drew Gooden great in spot start
Drew Gooden started in place of Nene (suspended) and hit 8-of-11 shots and a 3-pointer for 18 points, five rebounds and an assist on Wednesday.

Advice: Gooden was great and you should pat yourself on the back if you gave him a spot start tonight. Kevin Seraphin played well in the preseason, but did nothing in limited minutes. Nene will be back for the next one, so Gooden shouldn't be nearly this good next time out. Rotoworld.com
