  • T.J. McConnell finishes with 15 points, 10 assists
T.J. McConnell finished Sunday’s Game 4 win over the Knicks with 15 points (6-of-12 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), four rebounds, 10 assists, two steals, and two 3-pointers in 21 minutes.

Advice: While the decision to shift Aaron Nesmith onto Jalen Brunson has received a lot of attention, and rightfully so, McConnell’s role has also been significant. The veteran point guard took on the task when Nesmith (8/12/1/0/1 in 24 minutes) wasn’t in the game, and he was highly impactful in both of Indiana’s wins at home. In addition to being a pest on the defensive end of the floor, McConnell recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 assists. For those interested in this series for betting purposes, McConnell is worth considering for prop bet action. Game 5 is on Monday in New York, with the teams tied at two wins each. • Leads bench again in Game 2
Pritchard notched 13 points (6-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt), four assists, two rebounds and one steal over 20 minutes in Thursday's 118-94 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Advice: Pritchard once again provided a spark off the Celtics bench in Thursday's contest, leading all Boston bench players in scoring and assists while ending as one of five Celtics in double figures in scoring in a losing effort. Pritchard has had a strong conference semifinals series through two games, reaching double figures in both games while playing at least 20 minutes off the bench in both contests. It will be key for the Celtics to get contributions from Pritchard and the rest of the bench this series, and we will likely continue to see Pritchard earn a large chunk of minutes on the second unit. • Not listed on injury report
Morris (finger) is not on the injury report for Friday's Game 3 matchup with Denver.

Advice: Morris exited Game 2 with a minor finger issue and did not return, but that won't impact his status for Game 3. He should again see limited minutes behind Mike Conley on Friday night. Rotowire.com Thursday, 2:42 pm
  • Handed four-game suspension
The NBA announced Thursday that Beverley has been suspended four games "for forcefully throwing a basketball multiple times at spectators and an inappropriate interaction with a reporter during media availability" after Milwaukee's 120-98 loss to Indiana in Game 6 of their first-round playoff series May 2.

Advice: The Bucks were eliminated from the playoffs with the Game 6 loss, so Beverley's suspension will go into effect for the first four games of the 2024-25 season. Beverley is an unrestricted free agent going into this offseason, so it is unclear which team he will be on when serving his suspension. Rotowire.com Thursday, 11:10 am
