1.[Rule] Draft
(1) Year 1: Live Auction Draft
(2) Year N: Live Draft - The pick order is determined by the team's ranking in the previous season as follows:

1st: 12th pick
2nd: 11th pick
3rd: 10th pick
4th: 9th pick
5th: 8th pick
6th: 7th pick
7th: 6th pick

8th: 1st pick
9th: 2nd pick
10th: 3rd pick
11th: 4th pick
12th: 5th pick

(3) Tie-Break Procedures
a. A team with fewer players to retain will receive a higher pick.
b. A team with a lower ranking in the previous season(N-1) will receive a higher pick
c. A team with a lower ranking in the previous season(N-2) will receive a higher pick
d. A team with a lower ranking in the previous season(N-3) will receive a higher pick

2. [Rule] Keeper
(1) You may designate up to 13 players as keepers based on your requirements.
(2) If you don't select any keepers, none of your players will be retained for the next season.
(3) If you choose more than 13 players as keepers, the list will be invalidated and no players will be kept.

3. [Rule] Changes
If you wish to propose a rule change, submit your opinion, initiate a vote, and set the voting period to one week.
The proposed change will be adopted if it meets either of the following conditions:

(1) Majority: The motion receives 7 or more votes in favor.
(2) Plurality: The motion garners 4 or more votes in favor, provided that the total number of votes cast is less than 8.

4.[Rule] Team Transfer
(1) If you are unable to actively manage your team and wish to leave the league, please send me an email. Upon finding a suitable replacement or receiving a recommendation for a new manager, I will transfer the team ownership to them.
(2) If your team ranks in the bottom three (10th, 11th, or 12th) at the end of a season and remains inactive for more than one season, it may be replaced without warning to maintain an active and competitive league.

5.[Reminder] Trade
If you come across a trade that appears unfair, you can select "veto" within the details screen. If 4 or more managers oppose the trade within a 2-day period, the trade will be canceled. Please be mindful not to overuse the veto option, as everyone evaluates players differently.
