  • Welcome back for the 19th season. Any rules that need changing or setting up need to be in place by draft. Any proposals that can be considered need
    presenting before draft starts.

    1) There will be a 2 rd draft each preseason for rookies and free agents reverse order of final standings.

    2) Draft picks can be traded after each pre-season draft for the next season only. Current draft picks can be traded any time.

    3) Budget monies can be included in trades.

    4) Multiple days in a given week with players scoring on bench with

    same position not playing in starting roster will get you docked a draft

    slot per each week found. Playoff infractions net last pick.

    5) Multi Team trades will be permitted.


    PRESENTATION of Multi-Team Trades (3 or more): Multi team trades must

    list ALL details in email to commish from each team involved before I

    will post on message board. If the commish doesn't receive the same

    trade details or a trade partner doesn't send me an email it will not be

    posted and it won't happen this will be the sole way of doing

    multi-team trades


    **NOTE ON TRADING PICKS**

    Draft picks can be posted in trades. Yahoo has it if you trade for a

    pick you must trade a pick in return. If the trade of picks are going

    one way and the other trade partner is not trading a pick the trade will

    look like: actual pick traded (rd 1 or 2) plus players if any, because you aren't

    trading a pick in return you use the highest rd pick yahoo uses 7th 8th or

    whatever. Commish notes will still be recorded.

    Yahoo system will be in test for our league to ensure

    flexibility and fluidity in league use.

    Picks must be made prior to noon or midnight of date next to your team. All times are CST.

    Keepers must be set prior to draft date TBD.
    Penalties can include either loss of draft slot(go to the end of RD2) or players dropped by Commish.

    Any player in the yahoo data base not on any team is available to draft
