Great season everyone! I am extremely excited to have reclaimed the league championship. I feel like I have accomplished something amazing like climbing Mount Everest or completing a triathlon. Alas, it is just fantasy basketball. Congrats to Panthers on the 2nd place finish and Jeff on the 3rd place finish, and Mac for winning the Loser's bracket. And most importantly, Will is not this year's champion (sorry Will). By the way, I am now Carmelo Anthony's biggest fan. Check out the stats he put up for me in the championship match against a very game Panthers squad. I hope to see everyone back here next year for another edition of Clemson Tigers! fantasy basketball!

The playoffs start next week (Week 21) with the top 6 teams advancing and the 2 division winners receiving a first-round bye. Roster add/drops will NOT be locked this year, although the 7 moves max per week limit will still apply. Finally there is playoff reseeding in the 2nd round, meaning the 1 seed will play the lowest-remaining seed in the 2nd round. Good luck everyone and let me know if you have any questions.

Just a friendly reminder that the trade deadline is this Thursday, February 21. You must have trades submitted and accepted by both sides no later than the end of the day on 2/21. Also the playoffs start in Week 21 with the top 6 teams advancing (the 2 division winners will get the top two seeds and a first-round bye). Also there is playoff reseeding in the 2nd round (1 seed will play lowest-seeded remaining team). If you have questions about trades or anything else, let me know. Great draft everyone! Remember, there is one extra bench spot this year, there is a max of 7 moves per week, the playoffs have been moved up one week and rosters will NOT be locked during the playoffs. As always let me know if you have any questions. Good luck!!

The live online draft is tomorrow night (Monday October 29th at 8 PM). The draft order will be randomly determined by Yahoo approximately 30 minutes before the draft starting and you will be allowed 1 minute per pick. If you know you will not be able to make it to the draft, please be sure to set your pre-rankings so the draft will go quickly for everyone else. Also note that I have added an extra bench spot this year since we are down to 12 teams (14 last year) so there will be 16 rounds of the draft. In addition, I have reduced the max number of moves per week to 7 (down from 10 last year) and I will NOT be locking rosters during the playoffs. Finally, I have moved up the playoff schedule 1 week in order to avoid late-season benchings and other related issues when teams clinch a playoff spot. I will keep the number of playoff teams at 6 with the 2 division winners being awarded the top seed. Let me know if you have any questions. See you tomorrow night!
