League Rules:
You own your franchise, but it's your choice to keep all or none of your franchise players...you are the GM....do as you please.
But, each year, you can claim the rights to your franchise's rookie picks. That includes trades that gained your team draft day rookies. This is because in the NBA, they don't seem to ever do pick swaps, like other sports...they just do the picks then trade the players.
You can trade in your franchise each year, in order from bottom of standings to top. But, this will not be done until the following year, to avoid rookie chasing. Also, to not allow chasing bad teams, an owner cannot trade franchises more than once in 5 years.
We keep up to 16....but you must include room for rookies you want to keep.
We then have a 2 round draft, with any players not on current rosters.
