Players Stat Categories: (FG%, FT%, 3PT, Points, Rebounds, Assists, Steals, Blocks, TO).
Roster Positions: (PG, SG, SF, PF, C, UTIL, UTIL, UTIL, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN)

Bidding Budget: $200 ($205 for any teams without any keepers)
Free Agent Budget: $100 (League Champ +$10, Divisional Champs +$5 added to FAB next season)
Rivalry Weeks: +$1 for winning/ -$1 for losing/ties = no bonus (added/subtracted from FAB)

Keeper Max & Min: None (as long as it fits within your budget, 3 year max)
Keeper Cost: +$5 to drafted cost, every year kept. (Undrafted = $6, Drafted = retain drafted cost)

DRAFT RULES
*******************************************************************************************************************************
1. Each year, a draft will be held from a player pool that consists of all players who are not named keepers & all incoming NBA rookies.
2. Draft order each year will be random. Nominating order does not affect how the league plays out.

KEEPER RULES
*******************************************************************************************************************************
1. There is no minimum or maximum requirement to the number of players that can be kept each year, as long as it fits within your budget.
2. In order to keep a player, the cost will be based on the players previous year’s draft cost + $5.
3. If a player has been owned by one manager for three consecutive years, he is no longer eligible to be a keeper player for that team.

BUDGET RULES
*******************************************************************************************************************************
1. Each team has a budget of $200 for 13 players.
2. Each team must allow at least $1 for each player not selected as a keeper.
(e.x. If you choose to keep 5 players, the most you can spend is $192 leaving $1 for the 8 remaining roster spots.)
3. New teams who join the league & returning teams who choose not to keep any players will start with a budget of $205.

WAIVER BUDGET RULES
*******************************************************************************************************************************
1. Each team will receive a Free Agent Budget $100 to bid on free agents every season.
2. League Champ will get +$10 & Divisional Champs +$5 added to waiver budget next season.
3. Rivalry Weeks: +$1 for winning teams / -$1 for losing teams (added/subtracted from FAB)
-Weekly Matchups that end in a Tie do not gain or lose any FAB for that week.
-This only accounts for regular season matchups.
-[Max Winnings = +$20 if you win every single matchup during the season]
-[Max Losses = -$20 if you lose every single matchup during the season]
4.. Any surplus over $100 will be added to your team's FAB for the following year. [$200 FAB max]

FREE AGENT RULES
*******************************************************************************************************************************
1. When a player is dropped by any team at any point in the season, he maintains his draft cost for the entirety of that particular year.
2. If a manager wishes to keep a player undrafted (FA pickup), the cost will be $6. ( $1 + $5 = $6)

TRADE RULES
*******************************************************************************************************************************
1. If a player is traded from one team to another, he maintains his draft cost from the current year for his new team.
2. Those players however, can be kept for 3 additional years.
